Awesome Vitamin E Spa Pedicure. I didn’t get polish because I wanted to let my nails breathe. But the Pampering I received was amazing !

I’ve been trying to find a place where I can trust base on customer services, clean space and claiming atmosphere. I must say I thought this was the place until yesterday I encountered poor customer service. I was the next person for a gel manicure however another customer came after me and was greeted and was presented services before me. This was just a slap in my face. I’ve been going to this place for over two months and tipped Good ...now but for this to happen was totally unacceptable. Not to mention the person was a white. (She sat down ....asking for thee services Changed of gel color !!! ) I kept my cool and waited til my daughter was done with her snack and left out. This was totally unacceptable I repeat.... I have help this place with their business accounts when they couldn’t understand the English language and all but NEVER AGAIN

I received a gel manicure and pedicure totaling $57. I explicitly said “do not file my nails too short”, yet he did anyway. Within two days of getting my gel manicure, three fingers chipped. I went back to the salon to have them fixed (which they did do), but the next day the same nails chipped again.After getting my nails fixed, the same nails and more chipped again. They did suggest I come back to the salon to fix my nail, but I requested an immediate store credit to have my nails redone, which they did (kind of them). So far, none of my nails has chipped after getting them done all over for a third time.I am very disappointed in the service provided.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in an hour before they closed and asked for a gel manicure. There was no one else in the store, but the nail technician rushed the entire time. She cut me several times while she was cutting my cuticles. The entire gel manicure is a complete mess. My nails are shaped differently, the paint is uneven and the top coat doesn’t cover the entire nail. It’s been 24 hours since I got the gel manicure and it’s already chipping. Honestly, don’t waste your time and money here. Go elsewhere.

I went in for a simple gel manicure.It took the boy OVER and hour to take off my powder gel (simple soak off) after an hour and a half he only was cutting my cuticles,It took an HOUR AND A HALF just to get off the powder gel, and clean up the cuticles. I finally decided the boy had ZERO Clue what he was doing so I just wanted to leave.My nails were destroyed, he cut them too short and uneven and there was still powder on my nails that wasn’t removed. They charged me $20 for this. $20 to barely remove Powder gel and totally destroy my nails.DO NOT GO HERE. Go around the corner and try “think pink” or “Hollywood nails” anyplace is better than here.

I got them done today. These are powder tips and they were 45 and $5 extra b.c I wanted it to be almonds shape. Then later on today it broke when Went to go stop the door from closing on me. My hand hit the door. Not my nails. I Was not doing anything with my hands and the broke.Never going back here. Hopefully they will be able to help me fix it.Update: I fixed my nail somewhere else that same day and later on the week two more nails broke. These are suppose to last more than a week. I would not recommend going here for powder tips or any extensions.

I got a gel manicure and they chipped within a few days. I went back and they touched them up, but they did not redo those nails and they chipped again a day later.

First nails, great service and warm welcoming and also she gave me good advice about what to choose for my needs

I got a manicure and pedicure and 20 min massage for $40! Great deal. Mia did a great job and I will be coming more often.

If I was allowed to give zero stars to this place, I would. I walked in for a quick clean up pedicure (no polish) on Saturday February 17th. A young woman by the name of Maggie came forth and proceeded with the pedicure. First off, I made myself crystal clear that I needed the bottom of both of my feet scrubbed well due to excessive dry skin and because I was going on vacation for 4 weeks. She cleaned up the cuticles well, checked on ingrowns without being asked but when it came to using the pumice stone on my feet, she lacked efficiency, to say the least. Who tries to remove dry skin with a pumice stone when the feet are dry and hardening? She did not allow the feet to soak enough that they were soft to scrub, not sure if she was being lazy but this is pedicure 101, everyone knows that skin will not come off unless the feet soak long enough to soften. I was very displeased and let her know that I would not be moving out of the chair untilsomething was done about the dry skin. She was very quick to offer me a $8 callous remover add on, yet handed me a cuticle remover bottle of liquid and told me that she still couldn’t guarantee the skin removal. CLEARLY, she has no idea what she’s doing. Why offer the customer callous remover when there isn’t a callous to remove in the first place? Not only that, she never realized that she showed me a bottle of cuticle remover until I brought it to her attention and never handed the callous remover to me.... not rocket science that this salon is running a gimmick on people who take their word and don’t challenge them. I’ve been getting pedicures, manicures, acrylic tips for 15+ years and have dealt with very knowledgeable nail techs for the most part so this visit was actually pretty annoying for me. I had to tell her to fill the sink up so that my feet can soak for an additional 10 minutes. Even after my feet soaked, she took a total of 60 seconds to scrub both feet. What a waste of time and money! The dry skin under my feet was as clear as day but not to aggravate myself further, I took the pumice stone and did the job myself which honestly is absurd. I was quite gracious about the situation considering that she just stood there and allowed me to do something that she was supposed to be doing, I should have just walked out and not paid but since I’m a firm believer of Karma, I just paid... and let me mention that it is $20 not $19 as advertised because of “tax” yet no sign in their shop states that tax is applicable to any service. While handing her the $20 bill (and no, I did not tip her) I provided to her a verbal tip instead. I suggested that letting the customer perform the job rather than doing the job herself is very unprofessional and should never ever happen. She replied exactly like this; “You came here and paid for a pedicure, not for surgery.” Of course I let her have a few more of my thoughts but wow, how ignorant and insulting. I don’t know about any of the other ladies there, but Maggie is very rude and obviously uneducated. This is just a precautionary tale to others who are considering trying this place out.TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY.

Went here to get a simple gel manicure. Here are some things I noticed, the nail polish selection isnt great. Their tools are reused and placed into the sanitizers after without being washed. Any nail salon that I have gone to opens up a new package each time. For the gel manicure, she used a different brand base coat, polish, and top coat. You cannot do that for a gel manicure. It has to be the same brand formula, or else the polish will not last. I mentioned this to her and she said all gels are the same. Anyone who knows anything about nail care and nail polish knows this is not true. Do not recommend. Save your money.

Horrible didn’t offer a massage and I had payed over 50 including tip nails were different shapes never coming back here again!This was Saturday my nails was done today is Thursday and all of them have fallen of never ever had this happened to me and I have done powder tips tons of times before.

The nail tech blamed me for her coworker not knowing that I clearly needed a filling. My nails were at least 1 week overdue. She said the reason she didnt know was because My nails look too natural & thats why she wasnt able to tell . The nail technicians were rude & very incompetent. At the end my pedicure & when she was done filling my nails she told me that they dont even do acrylic fillings Only Powder and demanded that I tips all three nail technician in the shop. The whole entire time I was there was a complete disaster. Im NEVER going back there.

Walked in with my mother on Saturday 5/26/18 and there were three Asian workers doing customers pedicures, Once we walk in all three workers stare at my mother and I and don’t say a word but look at us in a very confusing way, I asked how long it would take for two pedicures and they just stare at one another, I get no response as I’m standing there, I had to ask once more the same question “how long for two pedicures”??? Once again they look at each other in confusion, Even the customers getting their pedicures done looked shocked that these women were being RACIST AND RUDE. One of the women finally respond rudely and says “like 30 mins” at that point I was pissed and disgusted and just left. These women are very racist !!! It is not the first time I have experienced something like this at this nail salon. I’m disgusted. They are so attentive to their white customers !!! and the total opposite to Hispanics and blacks.

The ladies are nice but they are a bit overpriced for he quality of the work. Good location though

Didnt greet us when me and my mom walked in and messed up pedicure and manicure and had a nasty attitude but with the white lady they were fine with.

There filling is 25 $ plus with gel polish is 55$ I never payed for nails that much if is not powder gel dont come here they every mean why pay that much for all that go to beauty bar in dyckman the house of dolls
