Im not sure why there are negative reviews, but I understand people can have bad experiences and business can have bad days. However, I absolutely LOVED my experience here. I came in on a Thursday with a nail hanging on by a thread and chipped nail polish from a manicure I had only got on Monday. Not only did they repair it with a silk wrap BETTER than the one I received 3 days prior, a manicure, the nail repair and a 10 minute shoulder massage was only $28! In midtown Manhattan! They used brand new & sanitized equipment, were extremely friendly and attentive and will absolutely be receiving my business in the future. Their polish selection was amazing as well!! Picture is of my nails (pointer finger is the silk wrap) on a Monday night, after attending a wedding and having to work in a restaurant (in all positions) all weekend long!!!

I have been coming to this salon for about a year now and I am so picky when it comes to manicures. This place is a gem and Annie is my personal favorite. I even call her personally to make my appointments because she is that good. I have referred co-workers, friends and even my mom (the ultimate picky customer) and they all love her. Great place. Walk-ins welcome and always fast and friendly! I just got my holiday mani today and am happy as always !

I was attended to by a lady called Annie who did the worst infills I am yet to experience in my over 40 years. It looked wonky and crooked. She also charged me extra $3 for cutting down the nails. In total I paid $35 because she demanded as insisted that I give her tips. Coming from the U.K., I am completely thrown by the lack of expertise and curtesy including the exhortation that I experienced today! Stay away!!!!!Wish I could give zero stars Just imagine the crookedness of my nails? Can’t wait to get back to the UK.

Mindy was super nice... went in during lunch time and my wait time was fairly quick. Less than 20 mins and purchased the main-pedi with massage 10 mins...

Amazing service, I absolutely loved it! I got a gel manicure. Lena was my technician. She was so time efficient and attentive to detail. I would go there again for sure!

I stopped in here after work before heading to Penn Station for the first time. I received a manicure, pedicure, foot massage, and eye brow waxing. The wait was only a few minutes and the price and service were excellent! I highly recommend this salon.

They do a neat jobs on Mani pedis. If you want a deep foot scrub to get rid of thick callouses def try the callous remover treatment they offer. Their back rubs are great too. Its pretty cheap for midtown! The ladies here are also very friendly and welcoming.

Coco did awesome! Beautiful job and also got a much needed quick massage. Only downside was a psycho teen girl with greasy hair and a bad attitude. Not the salons fault she had no home training. Anyway, clean, quick, and job well done!

I came here because frankly the price was good and the other salon in the neighborhood went up. I needed a manicure and a pedicure. first the pedicure- the first thing I noticed was the plastic was not put on the tub. the other salon I have been using is a chain- more then one and they put the plastic over the tub. that bothered me a lot about cleansiness here. they did a fine job on the manicure and pedicure although the guy didnt ask me if I wanted my nails squared or rounded. I wont be going back any time soon due to those little things about being sanitary

Don’t come here for a fill in. Over priced $28 for a fill in and it doesn’t last. It’s been 3 days and my nail is half way off. I specifically told the nail tech to make sure it was secure so it wouldn’t happen again. I even mentioned 5 times to make them natural looking and square. I had to go home and file them myself after she was given a good tip. They look bulky and horrendous. Now I have to get another fill in to fix the disgusting job the nail tech did. Don’t come here for a fill in.

I do NOT recommend this place. My nail technician ended up charging me $20 more than what my services (which were mediocre at best in the first place) cost. When I then asked for change so that I could give a tip, she basically refused and told me the whole bill was already under what she was owed. I am surprised this place is even still in business after all these complaints.

Avoid this place at all costs. Im calling the health department tomorrow !! First of all its dirty nothing is cleaned at all. Secondly all the nail polished are mixed together and full of clear thinner so we tried 4 colors they all went on sheer. I asked her when she was done with pedicure why it was just clear when the bottle was pink and the technician ignored me! Same thing happened for the manicure !! I paid 49 dollars plus tip and im so upset. You should be ashamed its not a business its a scam. You have no hygene standards. I was unhappy but i just want to get out of there. Do not go there if you have any standards.

Worst pedicure massage ever. Its in quotes because I dont think its deserving of the word. Many of their massage chairs also dont work and they will put you in the broken ones instead of the functioning ones - just make sure you ask. Its a bit dirty, but cheap and they do a decent job on the nails through the experience is lackluster at best.

Although eye was rushed out, my toes are nice. They ppl there are rude and think because u dont speak their language, u dont understand their rudeness, & sarcasm. This place needs better customer service. Period

The first time I went to get my nails done, the woman did such a bad job I ended up with fungus on 4 of my nails. I decided to go back and talk to the woman...as I was standing there, I saw another nail tech take dirty tools from doing a woman’s nails to using them on another woman’s feet without sanitizing the tools. That place is disgusting an should be closed!

I came 30 minutes before closing, and they refused to serve me because they had no time after asking for a manicure. Another woman came in right after me asking for a mani and pedi, and they asked her to have a seat. I re-emphasized to her that all I wanted was a manicure, so why was the other lady being served rather than me. She lied and said the other lady called beforehand when the lady said herself that she was a walk-in but had an early flight to catch.

I went in during my lunch break. I met with Anna and she was gave me a Mani/Pedi in 45 minutes!!! What a great experience and for $25, in Manhattan, you can not complain.

They beg for a tip before you even finish. Nail polish came off the next day. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

They charge $10 to take off gel - the nail technicians are fine but that’s a rip off from management.

To start they charge $5 extra JUST TO FILE YOUR PAST ACRYLIC NAILS. they also FILED CUTS IN MY FINGERS. AND MY NAILS BROKE THE SAME DAY BC THEY WERE SO FRAIL. save ur money. dnt go here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was lucky to have the manager/boss who shouted at the other workers the whole time and give me an expensive foot wash that didnt even last 10 mins. I had a full set done with gel polish and 5 days later theyre peeling! They are the UGLIEST, BULKIEST set of acrylics Ive ever gotten, and theyre also lopsided! I kept showing her spots that she couldnt seem to fix. She also didnt polish the sides which I had to insist she do. To add insult to injury she charged me almost double what she had said it would cost in the beginning! 😡

Horrible here went here to get a pedicure while waiting for my husband to get done at work. I got seated very quickly and I picked which type of pedicure I wanted she started it and she started to fill up the lil sink thing with water and she told me put your feet in so I did the water was cold I told her this water is cold she said just a lil bit you want warm I said yes and she was not happy she was seriously trying to give me a pedi using cold water so I told her I like it real warm so make the water hot if you have to. Then the pedi I choose I got a 10 min massage with it. She massage my one leg for 8 mins (I know cause she had a timer on & I seen it) had to tell her to due my other leg also. Was not to happy to know they give you a basic pedicure just with a 10 min massage for almost $50 so I was to thrilled with her nail polishing then when I went to give her a tip she told me they have a policy where the minimum you can tip them is 15% I never heard of such a thing a tip to me is based on how good and satisfied you are with the service provided!! It was only $2 more than what I wanted to give her cause I wasnt happy with the service but just the fact that they say how much minimum tip you can give thats crazy. Then as I am sitting there while drying my nails another customer sitting across from me was paying she handed the woman her CC and the lady said ooh ypu dont have cash? She said cash is better the customer said no and the employee said well there is an ATM machine use that and get cash from there!! They say they accept CC but apparently not! I will never go here again and I definitely will never recommend it to anyome either.

Do NOT come here, workers are so RUDE and they told you how much you have to tip them, even if they’re not doing well or treating you well, also if you don’t tip them the amount they told you, they refuse to accept your card for the payment.Also if you told them they hurt you, they got mad.

Omg this place is the absolute WORST!!! The only person who does acrylic nails was 2 hours late and thr prices are laughably high!!! 3 people working in the salon and NONE OF THEM CAN DO ACRYLIC NAILS... Its truly sad. Im sitting in the lobby area right now just shaking my head in disbelief... Please i beg you not to waster your time or money in such an unprofessional establishment...
