I can’t remember the name of the lady who did my nails but she was very sweet. There was a small issue with one of the UV lights but it was fixed and everything was taken care of. I’m personally very pleased with the results and the price wasn’t too bad.

I noticed this salon a block south of Bryant Park- Jenny took me for a blowout right away and did an awesome job- the most invigorating shampoo I’ve had in years, and she eve held my head up which never happens today. Her efficient and skillful brushwork was also one of the best I’ve had- maybe the best. The salon is a small business and lacks the investment/venture backed polish of some of the corporates, at half the cost. I’ll come back!

Owner of the place ask more money for tourist then it is actually in done list. They work together with working to ask extra money! I got curly grandmas hairstyle. Not recommended this place for anybody and especially not for tourist! You will just loose extra money!

Stopped in on Friday for a manicure. Been going roughly every 2 weeks since the summer. As my lovely nail tech was doing my nails, she was telling me how it will be just her and her son this Thanksgiving. My heart hurt for her. I tipped her $8 on a $12 manicure.As I was drying my nails, the owner came up to me flipping out, saying and I quote This is MY business, you will not tip her THIS MUCH on your card. I make the rules and I will only giver her $2-$3 out of it. I said please, its the holidays, I dont have any cash. NO!!! I MAKE THE RULES!. I was honestly embarrassed for her. Ive seen so many people leave her salon upset, angry, etc. But this time, she really crossed the line.I went to the pizza place next door, took out $10 and gave it to my nail tech. I then demanded to get my receipt back so she wouldnt pocket the rest of the tip.I made it clear that I will never be returning. Theres a reason this place only has 1.5 stars. Starts from the top... and the owner should have her operating license revoked because not only is she rude, but the place is FILTHY.Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone :)

May is WONDERFUL. Meticulous and very caring with strong hands for a great massage. I’ve been here a few times and I’ll be honest it’s hit or miss but I really want it to be good and today we have a win. They have great long hours which is rare in midtown. I came in Saturday morning and it’s absolutely empty and I got all the attention :). I may call next time and only come in if May is working. Thank you for such a relaxing morning, starting the weekend off with a smile. Will come visit again.

Amazing service my wife loves the nail job they do here and the color selections they are very kind and the wait is never long. Considering the type of entitled people they have to deal with just from me sitting here I can tell they work hard and try their best to please every customer that walks in. Its quickly becoming my favorite place to take my wife to make her day :) I appreciate this place very rare I. The city to find a place to relax and get pampered.

I want to love this place cause I’ve cut my hair here twice and left satisfied. But second time I did my gel here it was terrible, it looked bubbly and unevenly. Gel chipped after 5 days. It’s the worst I’ve ever experienced for gel. I did eyelash extensions for $30 - cheap I thought, I was told this would last 2 weeks, they started coming off the second day. I ended up pulling them all off with easy a few days in cause I looked nuts. I guess that’s what I should have expected...not going back.

On August 14th I had my nails done for $11.00 and a 15 minute back massage for $15.00. They charged me $28.00 adding $2.00 they said was tax. I paid with my debit card $28.00 and signed the receipt putting a line through the tip, since I wanted to give a cash tip. I was shocked to see when the transaction posted they instead charged me $33.25. I went back and spoke to the owner and she said she had to research with the person who provided the service. Went back again today and spoke to the actual person and she couldn’t recall the $10.00 cash tip. This is wrong and in my book it’s stealing. A business does not get to add money to a bill you signed and then act like it’s hard to research what happened. This complaint is based on principle and honesty. I would NEVER go there again.

Horrible place to get your hair done. If you have curly thick hair this is not the place to go. The lady Jenny that did my hair was scared you can tell she didnt know what she was doing. The end result was frizzy and horrible. I ended up having to take the flat iron from her and finished off my self.

I just got a haircut, really good price, nice lady, nothing fancy. Although the cashier or owner wasnt that nice, she was very rude with the other employees and was kinda desperate for the tip I paid with my debit card and I was looking for cash in my purse and she asked me 3 times if I was going to tip

One word describes this place: AWFULIf youre an investor looking for a great money-making business, rent a store and make a hair/nail salon right next to this place. If your business treat customers with respect and have a fair price, you certainly will not lack customers in this area. Tons of complaints and if you go there, you will understand why. This place should be closed by the Health Department. Nothing else to say.

Very unprofessional treatment. Impatient and unskilled. I went for threading service. I was left with a few cuts on my face and the owner was not even courteous to pay attention to my feedback. I paid full fee for a very bad service that I left halfway. They do not know how to do threading and do not care for customer satisfaction.

The place wasnt clean and the atmosphere is anything but spa or relaxing. The staff is not cordial.my gel manicure was fast and madiocre. Not going back.

If you’d like to be harassed for a larger tip come here. They hover over you to make sure you give them a large tip and have the audacity to say something if you don’t leave what they would like. The nail service is mediocre and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. If I wanted to be harassed for tip and spoken about in Chinese and Spanish then I’d have gone Uptown, paid half of what they charge and gotten a better manicure. Avoid at all cost. It is always nearly empty and there is a reason!Additionally the other women who work there treat the middle eastern woman who does nails there HORRIBLY it’s uncomfortable to watch.

DONT GO ! Its unfortunate that some of the staff are actually decent at their job however they are managed by a horrible mean, cheap woman. The salon is not clean and the owner/manager is so rude and unprofessional and is only interested in the mighty $$dollar. I WILL NOT GO BACK. I go in on Monday for a gel manicure. By the following Wednesday, my nails are a mess. I was told over the phone they would be fixed for free. When I get in, the head manager (we can assume owner) tells me it’s normal for a gel manicure to only last 10 days. Over the phone I was told 2-3 weeks. Mind you, I use gloves whenever cleaning in my home.Funny enough, while I sat under the lights curing my manicure that Monday evening, a woman returned to complain about her gel manicure. Don’t waste your money. I used to go here all the time for a silk wrap with Gigi but she no longer works there :(

Honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. The owner is very rude and the nail technicians are the worst I have ever seen in my life. My nails are lumpy, uneven, there is black dots and dust everywhere in my nails, and there is nail glue all over my hand. Not to mention, they are also very rough. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Worst manicure EVER!!!They dont tell you the correct price up front.The manicure looked like something a child did and she kept hurting me with the electronic filer. I had to hide my hands till I got home so I could fix the mess they made.They should be reported for false advertising and stealing!!!

They woman running this is rude. She lies about accepting credit cards, when it comes to paying tips she demands cash. If you stand there and aggressively say no she backs down. Otherwise sends to the ATM, where you end up paying additional ATM fee. When I confronted her she just evades the conversation and will pretend you are not even there.Go to Polish me, half a block away, they have excellent service. This place is dump.

So rude. I never go there again. 1 star is too much for them. I paid $7 for take off jell. So i paid $5, $1 cash that $5 is a little damaged. She didnt accept for that money. Im being generous with the ONE star. The owner is very nasty. The worst of it all is she herself messed up my eyebrows after I told her it was only a light clean up job. She was too busy rushing to get more customers and wasnt paying attention and ruined my shape and took off way too much. STAY AWAY!

Waterbugs and terrible nails (you heard me say bugs, right?). The pedicure lady spent the whole time looking everywhere except at my feet. I got acrylic nails that look like they were done by a 5 year old. Save your money.

Beyond Terrible! This review is for the awful new esthetician from London who totally ruined my eyebrows yesterday. She is unprofessional and truly not good at waxing eyebrows. I came in for a brow wax and manicure. As Im being seated, she immediately pulls out the thread for brow threading. I HATE thread because I have sensitive skin and threading makes me feel like my face is being cut. I stopped her and reiterated that I requested wax and not thread.So she storms over to the wax bucket and dips a big glob of wax onto a wooden stick and throws it on my EYELID with an attitude. I yelled out because the wax was piping hot and burned my face. She did not apologize- instead she told me that my skin was really sensitive and continued with a smirk on her face... The brow job was terrible and so was her attitude. I will not be returning to this place. Please let this photograph of my burned eyelid be testimony of the inadequacy of this esthetician. Please find another spa for your services.The manicurist was very polite, thorough, and took care with my manicure. For $10, I did not expect much, so I felt like it was a good deal. Unfortunately, as I sat in the manicure station I had time to look over the place and see how old and dusty it was. The tools were old and in bad shape. The place hadnt been properly cleaned or dusted and it just looked dated. I would not recommend this place for a relaxing spa day.

By far the WORSE experience. I went did a pedi and mani and literally got charge extra for color, the owner was very nasty and rude. The workers were in the rush to get me out. The lady who did my nails didn’t cut my cuticles. The polish was sloppy. Overall, I felt out of place and not wanted there. When It was time for me to pay for my mani and pedi she charged me $58.75 and couldn’t explain my bill. After I paid, the owner took the money and gave My change to the women who did a horrible job on my nails as a tip. She told me I have to pay a tip. I was so disgusted and disappointed. I was robbed. Lesson learned I went on google to review the company and I now I see why the shop was so empty on a nice summer day.For anyone considering please take your time and do your research. There’s many other places you will be respected and get a way better job done.

I got a massage here and I never leave reviews but this was absolutely horrid. I walked in because it was cheap, and it sure showed. They took me down to the basement where the massage rooms are partitioned off by light curtains.The place is disgusting and dirty and the fluorescent light was on while I had my massage. The towel seemed used. No music played at all. On top of that, the masseuse was just plain terrible. Do NOT go here for a massage.

Horrible place. The owner lies abd changes prices all the time... I paid $50 for sns nails and within an hour of leaving there the top coat cracked and shattered on every single nail.. when I went back the next day to get them fixed she gave me a hard time. Also while I was there I heard multiple people complaining to the owner about poor service as well. Horrible.

BURNT ALL MY HAIR!! I went for a normal blow dry and wanted hair curled towards the end. Should not have oked using the flat iron. My hair is not going back to normal and I smell burnt hair. I went to complain and they simply refused to acknowledge and said it was not their problem. I had sensed high heat and warned the stylist but she had told me not to worry and continued. Now it is simply falling flat, fried. Very very rude behavior, and unprofessional treatment. Feel like making a consumer complaint but just dont want to deal with them again either.

Stayed at a hotel close by decided to walk in and get a Mani Pedi, they didnt take time at all to do me and my friends feet, it was done in less then 10 mins and if we wanted a foot rub it would be a extra $10.00. Despite horrible service I still tipped. Was told by owner my tip wasnt enough and they needed more. So rude and unclean.

Very bad services experienced. Mani-pedi was done in 15 mins. They forced me to pay them higher tips whereas services were horrible. All the dead skin on feet n nail cuticles r left over the same. Very poor services.

ROACHES!!!!!! This is the worst, most disgusting nail salon ever! All of their equipment and massage chairs are broken and I saw a roach on the floor next to my nail dryer. I’m concerned I will get an infection from this place! SO GROSSED OUT!

Went here today to get our nails done om our last day in New York.At first we thought it looked really good. The place was clean and the staff was nice.Then we got seated and they began to work.About 5-10 min into my french manicure the woman working on my nails left. She went to tend to another girl that came in after us. I had to sit there for 10-15min while she did the other girls pedicure. During that time my friends nails were done and they had to sit and wait for me. The woman was very stressed and rough and used her nails to take off the excess nailpolish. It kind of hurt since the skin under your nails is pretty sensitive. When they were finally done, it was all very porly done. My nails are now uneven and have these kind of tips that definitly will get caught in clothes and hair. On top of all this, they pretty much forced you to tip them. When you got your change back they stood infront of you and asked for tip. I didnt want to tip but as a swede, im not comfterble with confrontaion. 40 bucks, ugly nails and 1 bad experience later i hope you dont make the same mistake :)
