What a great experience! I highly recommend this place. From the scheduling until the end of the exam everything was fast and very efficient. The check in process super fast… practically not waiting time… since I arrived until I left no more of 15 minutes. The staff very respectful and understanding. And the exam was painless…

Technicians are really nice and sweet but it’s impossible to contact his office to get results of your exams after seven days you expect to hear from them and have some results on your exams

The appointment process was easy. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The technician was very professional and explained and walked me through the process. The facility was clean and everything was handled with pure professionalism. I would recommend getting your mammogram completed here. I received my results via email the very next day and they also sent them to my Dr.

Great place for this essential medical screening. Never a long wait. Courteous staff. In and out without fuss. I have used them for about three or four years now, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Solis Mammography.

Service was okay however there was no full disclosure on the expectation for billing. There initially charged 1200 for procedure and then have third party billing company send a bill of over 6000 usd .. no one explained that part. cannot get hold of anyone to discuss the billing as the patient does not have insurance and does not work. Third party company insist on contacting solis while they had additional $500 monthly for late payment. Called multiple times, no one had returned the call

Personnel really kind and professional

I was referred to this place by a co worker. I had asked for a price quote before I went. I was told the estimated cost would be around $400 for what I was coming in for. I paid the initial cost because I wanted to be on a payment plan. I got a bill saying my total cost for the visit would be $899 (that is definitely not an estimated cost) . I went back to Solis to ask why am I being charged so much. Their reply was that they didnt know the girls in the back had done some additional testing on me until I had already left. NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THERE WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE BEING MADE, I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THE $400 WOULD BE MY TOTAL COST FOR EVERYTHING!!!! BUT NO, THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE ME WAS ONLY FOR 1 THING. NOW THEY ARENT HONORING WHAT THE ESTIMATED COST WOULD BE FOR ME THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME THE COST. DEFINITELY STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

It was clean and all the staff were friendly and comfortable.

The ladies are nice, the atmosphere is like a spa, and the service is quick. Make sure you use the name Rose Images when checking with your insurance provider....they operate under 2 names so that is a little confusing. I had a billing issue where the doctor and facility changed my procedure order without my knowledge nor informing me. The third party billing company that Solis employes lacks in internal communication but this did not reflect Solis communication. I was able to get in touch with Jennifer, the facility director, and she resolved my issue very quickly. I greatly appreciate the time she took to genuinely listen to my suggestions and how much she cared about providing a great service which is very rare in the health care industry in the U.S. Overall, excellent business and I hope to return for future screenings.Update: After thinking the issue was resolved a month ago, billing sent me a final notice requesting payment. I called and they informed that there was no correction or note to make correction from the facility. Sigh...

The place is easy to find, large parking area. Everything went very quickly and a stuff was very helpful, friendly and just great.
