This was my first time using this Groome shuttle service to and from MSP and I will probably never drive myself again! Drivers were on time and very nice. We made it off our flight a bit earlier than expected and they let us hop on an earlier shuttle which saved us 3 hours!! I definitely recommend Groome! Thank you!

Applied for the Customer Dispatcher job and had to apply again due to issues with groome application software or it was the new management that they had just hired didn’t know how the software worked. Got called by Rachel Roberts on Friday telling me that I will be getting another employee’s hours and also can not let me know for sure if I got the job due to had others that applied for same job and had to call them. This was all a lie! There were no others that applied for this job. So I got a call back saying I got the job if my son and I didn’t have issues. The issue was I had the same job title at my last job as Rachel. Worked first day no dress codes to be known. Came in and was told my blue jeans were not Groome appropriate no rules or regulations were given to me. The thing about this is the employee that was telling me this had her shoulders and bra straps and had a low shirt on that day but yet my blue jeans had no skin showing through. I was told that I was overreacting. Went to Rachel on this and she said I could have not had worn pants and she wouldn’t have noticed it. No consistency, wishy washy management. Pay is very poor. Training is very poor. Business equipment is outdated and management will not do anything about it. Don’t waste your time!!!!!

I am very satisfied with the shuttle service I used yesterday. 12/9/2019 The driver was very helpful. Due to a medical emergency on my flight, I did not believe I would meet the 3pm shuttle in time. The dispatcher rescheduled me for 4pm. However, I was able to make to the shuttle area before the van arrived. Jeff the driver allowed me to take the 3 pm shuttle. I so appreciated this! He was a very safe driver, and courteous to all. I will be using the shuttle again on January 2. Thank you for providing this valuable service at a reasonable cost.

It was easy to book my round-trip service with their representative. I appreciated the email confirmation and reminder notice of my upcoming reservation. The driver was courteous and professional — helping me by driving to my parked vehicle to pick up my suitcase that was hard to carry through the deep snow. It made driving to the airport in the blizzard worry-free! I will definitely do this again.

Latch on trailer missing the necessary spring to keep it latched. It came unmatched in rout to airport requiring driver to stop along road & verify all luggage accounted for. Apparently we could have all lost our luggage. This an important feature on an airport transport and should be repaired before the next trip!

We called Groome for a shuttle to the Twin Cities when our car broke down not far from Eau Claire. It was quick and easy to make a reservation over the phone. We appreciated that the shuttles ran multiple times per day so that we didn’t have to sit and wait for hours (a Good Samaritan give us a ride to Groome). Our shuttle van was very clean and our driver did an excellent job.

This is the second time we have had to hole up in Hudson, Wisconsin, for a night in order to make our flight out of Minneapolis the following day. Seems we schedule a flight, and a snowstorm ensues. Groome transportation takes 90% of the stress out of that scenario by providing transfer from the park and ride in Hudson right to the terminal at MSP. And back - they even let us take a later shuttle after our return flight time was changed and it was removed from the list in error. Nice, clean, comfortable vehicles with baggage compartment and friendly, helpful drivers. First rate!

I always use the shuttle from Eau Claire to the Minneapolis Airport when I fly. It is so much easier than using a Park and Fly and I dont ever have to worry about driving in bad weather.I have used them many times and the drivers are very helpful. My most recent travel was on 2/9/20 at 3am. The driver was amazing. I was traveling alone to see my father who was very sick. I had just worked many night shifts and I was tired, scared and unable to really think. The driver was so helpful. He took the time to tell me exactly where to check in and what to do. He also told me where to go to get the shuttle to come back. Outstanding service. I hope he can read this to know how much his caring way really meant a lot.

We arrived back at MSP earlier than anticipated due to a strong tailwind. I called Groome to see if we could get on the earlier shuttle. No problem! Wonderful! Better than killing 1 1/2 hours at the airport.

I had never taken a shuttle before and found it to be an inexpensive, and pleasant alternative to having someone pick me up, or leaving my car at the airport. Making a reservation was hassle free. Groome transport is always very professional, the drivers are friendly, courteous and helpful. They always leave on time from the Eau Claire office and unless there are unexpected traffic delays which they have no control over, have always gotten to the airport on schedule. Even on a previous shuttle trip I took with this company when there was a traffic delay, the driver took roads to avoid some of the back up and still managed to get us to the airport with far less of a delay than it might have been. I would highly recommend Groome transport to anyone!

The pickup and travel to the airport went very well, driver was friendly and courteous.The return ride from the airport to home also went well the driver was friendly and courteous.The only complaint I have is when the shuttle is booked to capacity I believe there were 11 or 12 passengers it is a very uncomfortable ride as you are packed very tightly .

Groome transportation was a godsend for us. They picked us up on time and promptly dropped us off at our destination. And, of course, reversed the process when flying home. It made our vacation easier since we did not have to rent a car just to get back and forth to the airport. The drivers were helpful with luggage and very friendly.

When I contacted the representative about my delayed flight, she walked me through how to properly locate the pick area for Groome with the right details presented on the vehicle. For my first time using Groome, I was very pleased with the service.

The driver was extremely helpful with my Mothers luggage. He got her to the airport it plenty of time. Everything went perfectly smooth! We use Groome Transportation often for this reason.

Horrible service from terminal 2 to Eau Claire since they took over the local owners. The drivers dont stop by the terminal there, and if they happen to, they dont come out to call names. Since there isnt a check in desk there you cant prove you were there on time and no one showed up, then youre screwed and stuck for 2 hours until the next bus. This has happened twice in the last few months. I tried calling the supervisor when this happened on Monday. Called at 1107pm for a missed 1105pm pick up and he told me to just wait and if no one came, then to just wait for the 1255am bus!!!!The trainee Noah, who picked up on my second call was way more helpful, but even then driver did not show up until Noah had to call him at 1259am when he still hadnt showed up!It just sucks!!! I hate it dice Groome took over Chippewa Valley Shuttle service. Small town companies seem to value their customers a bit more than chain companies. So sad.

The entire experience with Groome was pleasant. Very courteous and professional. The driver loads your bags and makes sure each passenger is safe and secure. The fee wasnt bad at all, and we arrived promptly at the airport. Highly recommend.

It was a nice option to get to the airport from Eau Claire. Driver was friendly and the ride was smooth. Downside, the shuttles are small, with a lot of seats crammed in. So make sure to get a comfortable seat/be first in line, because that back row is tight.

The ride arrived early to pickup, the driver was polite, handled my bags for me and opened and closed doors. Very fast arrival and safe driving. He also gave me advice as a first-time flyer. No complaints.

Great shuttle service of traveling solo. If in a group of two or more, drive yourself to the airport and use a park and ride lot. It was $192 for two people (round trip) from Eau Claire. Could have parked at the airport for the same price. 😒

This shuttle company to the airport is great. Always friendly drivers. I canceled my trip an hour before my ride and they gave me a credit for the next time good for 1 year. I did not expect that, so this was great of them.

What a great way to get to the MSP airport! Very clean van and the driver was pleasant, helpful and fun. Driving was great and the people you meet make for a quick trip.

Shuttles were on time, drivers were courteous, friendly and safe. Seating was tight but moderately comfortable. Passengers were cringing as driver repeatedly slammed cargo door against suitcases in order to latch door😖 I do not appreciate having to tip in advance, as tips are based on quality of service I had not yet received. But they are convenient and efficient. I have traveled with them in the past and will again!

Always Love the service with Groome Transportation. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, and they always make sure everyone is on the shuttle bus and will make an effort to call someone if they are not there. I have changed shuttle times previously and never a hassle.

We used Groome Transportation to the airport and back this year trying to relieve some stress on our vacation this year. No parking issues and upon our return home the transportation area was easy to find. I even called the number on the card given to us if we had any questions just to verify the pick up time back to Eau Claire. Our experience was GREAT!

Good service, nice vehicles. Not as customer-oriented as they were before the new ownership (they handle your bags at a MINIMAL level), odd routes through St. Paul that take an extra 30 minutes to return to Eau Claire. But, satisfactory, timely and reasonable.

We have ridden on Groomes shuttles several times from Hudson WI to MSP airport. The vans are in excellent condition, drivers are friendly and courteous and they keep to their scheduled times. Some vans are equipped with trailers so there is more room for passengers ( no luggage under your feet). They also offer great flexibility for making arrangements if your flight is delayed and requires a later shuttle than expected. Very happy with the services provided by Groome Transportation!

The actual experience of riding the shuttle was great. The drivers were kind and helpful. I also really appreciated that I was able to change shuttles on rather short notice just by calling in, since I wanted to spend a bit more time where I was. I did notice this time that there was an improvement in the registration process (last time I wasnt able to choose the time I wanted to leave, but was able to this time) which makes me believe this is a solid company who grows with feedback. However, the website was still frustrating: rather than picking a time to leave, it asks you what time you want to arrive. I can see why theyd think this is practical but it was overall just confusing.Tldr; great service, confusing website

Booking was clear and pretty easy, got a confirmation email quickly. Driver was a little frustrated that he was running late, but he ended up being accommodating.Main complaint is that the directions for getting from bag claim to the shuttle pick up point were very confusing. The email didn’t have directions, so we tried to follow the signs at the airport, which were terrible. The only reason we made it was because the shuttle was running behind already. After we got on, I checked my phone and discovered they had sent me an automated text that had a link to pretty good directions. However, this text came in the heat of the moment when I would never check my phone. Those directions should have been in the email. So, I recommend this service, just check be sure to check your texts as you’re looking for the shuttle. Only other complaint is that sitting in the very back of a 15-passenger van made me feel like I was going to youth camp again, and the bumps were brutal.Overall a good value, and we would use it again, now that we know a few things.

Too many large adults crammed into van. I had to leave my seat for the back row where my feet froze. The driver said no one could sit in the comfy passenger seat next to him. I will be asking for a refund.

Called ahead of trip to ask about parking. They were very considerate and helpful. Also the driver was very nice and a good driver.

Very professional as always. Every driver Ive dealt with is super friendly. Very convenient leaving every hour for most of the day from Eau Claire, Wi. and points in between and leaving Minneapolis airport the same way. If you miss your shuttle, you only have to wait an hour for the next one. Personally, I would use that hour to quench my thirst.

Excellent door to door service. You online airport directions include going to baggage claim 7 & 8 but right now they are under construction and walled off. Airport info helped me find the elevator, of course. But since this was my first trip, it was a bit of a surprise.

Super friendly and helpful. The one small thing they could do is in the reservation confirmation they could explain where they are located better. There is no signage in the airport it self. Once I called the office the lady on the phone told me exactly how to get there. It would be nice to have it a head of time. Still 5 stars though.

I am in a wheelchair and our driver was very attentive to my needs and helpful with getting me in and out of the vehicle. He was very personable, and a good driver! I felt very safe with him at the wheel.

Im glad I chose to ride the shuttle rather than drive to Minneapolis. I was comfortable just sitting back relaxing while someone else took on the stress of getting to the airport. The cost for my round trip ride was about the same as parking at the airport but with much less hassle.

I really like using the shuttle to and from the airport. Have gone many many times and am always pleased. We get there in plenty of time and the drivers are careful and are so courteous and helpful with bags. Never have to worry about bad weather or having to drive back to Eau Claire after a long day of travel. I highly recommend this shuttle service!

I had a great experience the first couple times using Groome. At first, they were timely and got me to my destination ahead of schedule. On my most recent trip, the driver got off on the wrong (or at least NOT the most direct) exit. We proceeded going around in a circle, crossing into other lanes of traffic and almost getting in accidents as he fumbled with his phone in the front seat for the map. In all, the biggest concern is that they need a navigation system mounted (phone mount) so both customers and the driver can see where they are going in order for the safest and most direct route.

Your service is reliable. However there are two things need mentioning. The previous owner collected luggage in Minneapolis and brought all of it to the van. That was convenient. Now we have to transport our own luggage to the van as well as keep it in our own custody for as much as an hour or two. This is a reduction of service which you should rectify.When purchasing round trip tickets there should be at least a modest reduction in fare. Charging two one way tickets instead of a round trip ticket at a somewhat reduced fare would recognize van transport loyalty and would be good for your business.

I went from eau Claire Wisconsin to the Minneapolis airport. By the time I got there I was so frazzled because I lost my ID I finally found it so I was supposed to be there at 8 o’clock I got there like at Straight up 8 o’clock. We were told they leave at eight. I hadn’t signed in yet so I was very frazzled. I went in and the gentleman was very kind he said they hadn’t left yet they were still there I even had time to go to the restroom if I needed to just calm down everything will be OK. I wound up sitting in the front and we chit chatted and talked the whole way there it was a very pleasant wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it to anybody. We actually got to the airport 30 minutes early. And I like that because I like to be 2 1/2 to 3 hours early to the airport because you never know what’s gonna happen. So we were there 2 1/2 hours early I thought it was great.

This was my first experience with Chippewa Valley Airport Service and I was pleased with their efficient, friendly service which more than met my expectations. I took the shuttle to and from Eau Claire. The return trip was on a very icy road. Neal, our driver, assured us as we boarded the shuttle that he was a safe, experienced driver. He delivered as promised, on time and without a frazzled nerve in the group. He also went out of his way to assist my elderly mother entering and exiting the shuttle. I will use them whenever I need airport transport and highly recommend that others do so, too.

Fabulous from reservation to drop off a week later. I cant speak more highly of this business/service. Their website is easy to read. Online reservations are quick and uncomplicated. The face to face interactions are all positive. The trips are uneventful and one-time. Even in bad weather, we are made to feel important and safe! I would highly recommend this shuttle service. Fight got in a little early so I was able to get on an earlier shuttle than what I had booked. They made it so easy.

This was my first time using this service and did not know what to expect. I booked my reservation online and the process was very simple and easy to navigate. I arrived for the 2am shuttle and was concerned it would feel unsafe in the middle of the night. I was pleasantly surprised by the inviting, clean and spacious waiting area. The driver was pleasant, very courteous, punctual, friendly and Attentive. The vehicle seemed to be well maintained and was comfortable. I recommend this service and will use it again.

The ride to the Mpls airport was fast and it was nice to just ride with winter here in WI. After our ride back to WI driver of the van helped me get out of my slippery parked area. The tires were spinning so he got some cat liter to give my tires traction and pushed and helped me drive my car out. Thanks to the driver!!!!!!

Friendly Staff, nice large lobby for waiting. Spacious seating. If theres no one to pick up in the 3 other locations they drive past them making it a shorter trip. Price is reasonable. I would use them again.

The Chippewa Valley Shuttle service between Eau Claire and the Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport is first class! The clerks who help you book your reservations are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The drivers are thoughtful, competent, and caring. Ive used this service many times, and it has always been dependable and efficient. This is a 5-star operation and I give them my highest recommendation!

Ive used Groome a few times now and its been an excellent experience. Not much more expensive than Greyhound, but SO much more convenient and pleasant. Im very happy I found them.

It was a perfect trip. They were on Time, van was pristine the driver was super nice and well kept. Only thing that could of been better was a bottle of water for the ride back to shuttle. That was my fault for not thinking. I definitely cannot wait to use them everytime from now on.

Fantastic service! Many return/departure times! The drivers are the most courteous/happy that I have encountered on shuttles. The vans are immaculate, fresh scented, too! The waiting area at the Eau Claire Iffice is incredibly comfortable! Prices are excellent! Particularly if you do a departure/return on the same day!I have not a single negative complaint!

Shuttle was late which wasnt a surprise with the weather conditions. Our driver was very careful and made us all feel like we were in good hands, despite the terrible roads.A suggestion:. It would have been helpful if a schedule and/or number to call was posted there. I forgot my confirmation and had no idea what time to expect the driver.Also, I hope something is planned to revamp that part of the airport. It is just too small to handle the number of people using shuttle services.

Easy to find pick up location. Driver very good driver and courteous and friendly. Would recommend having a different configuration for seat belts, the people on the ends felt they were tight and sat too tightly on their necks. It probably isn’t fixable save a newer vehicle though.

The ride left 20 mins late despite there only being 5 riders. I got there at 11pm from my flight and had to wait for the 12:45am, which didn’t leave till after 1. We then circled the terminal to pick up a another passenger. So it doesn’t seem like they care about leaving on time. The driver was very unfriendly and condescending to multiple passengers including me. After we arrived he dropped my baggage on my foot and said “you’re welcome for the ride”. The van was Smokey despite no smoking signs on the windows. I was very unimpressed with the entire thing.

The morning we had to get to the airport there was a bad snow storm happening. Our driver was so good we hardly noticed. He was so curtious and helped us in and out of the van making sure we did not slip.

I love the convenience of the shuttle service to and from the MSP airport. Shuttles run approximately every two hours and will pick up and drop off from either terminal. This last time I rode a much more spacious van that was very comfortable. Even with nine passengers, there was more than enough room for everyone.

The bad; can be a bit late. Some drivers will play radio on the loud side, at 4:00 am when all passengers want is to catch a nap for the two hour ride. Last ride, I took them to the MN VA hospital. While Im glad they go there, I was almost immediately asked why I was going, what my discharge was, and how only combat vets deserve care. The good; 80% of the time its not like that. I would still love another service to try, if anyone has any ideas.

Groome Transportation does a great job of getting us from Eau Claire to the Mpls-St Paul airports on time and safely. The driver was courteous and friendly with the passengers, making the trip pleasant. The trip back was in slushy conditions, but the driver took it all in stride and got us back safely.
