Very bad results! I will not come back!Me and my friend walked in (with no appointment) and asked to have pedicure for both of us and I also wanted a menicure. Since there were no 2 available chairs for the pedicure, I started my menicure while my friend waited to do the pedicure with me. My nails were not super long but not too short either. The person that did my manicure sand my nails so badly and short and the polish looked so bad. She missed so many spot while polishing, shi didnt remove all the dead skin near the nails area and just painted over it. It was really bad and I told her to correct her work a few times but I got tired of asking. In the meantime, the pressured my friend to do her pedicure. They didnt even checked it was dry and dismissed her before checking. While I was still hoping to do the pedicure, they suddenly told me that they didnt understand that I wanted a pedicure as well and that they cant give me service now because no one is available to do it. The funny thing is that there were a lot of walk ins after us that were waiting and instead of telling them that I was here first, they just told me to wait another 20-30 minutes. We will never go back there. Bad costumer service and really bad work.
Really love their work! I chose three colors in the beginning because I couldn’t make up my mind, she tried all the colors on my nails for me to help me make decisions which is really nice and lovely! This is the picture of I did the normal medicure after one week! $17 per medicure is really cheap in this area, I will definitely come back.
I made an appointment and showed up on time, but still ended up waiting 20 minutes. They are severely understaffed, at least in the morning, and do not make the effort to honor appointments. There are a lot of other nail salons on the UWS where this does not happen. Otherwise, it was pretty good - clean, and the salon staff was nice.
After two days my dip powder nails started popping off which has never happened to me before. Also they used sterilized tools but the shop itself felt very dirty unfortunately.
I was late due to parking and they took me right in! Jane my nail technician was excellent. She took a lot of time to get my nails done awesomely. She was very sweet and nice and professional. I felt well taken care of and my nails turned out great.❤️❤️😍🙂
This place is always pristine, has such friendly hard-working women, a lovely atmosphere and is a great neighborhood gem. It’s a little more expensive than your average salon but worth it!
Clean. A little on the expensive side but worth it.
Very good. Nice and clean. Obeyed all covid protocol.
New nail salon on the UWS. I’m very happy with this salon. My nails have been going strong for two weeks now. The salon is clean and the ambience is lovely. Friendly staff!
Really good powder manicure.
Friendly. Clean. ProfessionalAnd kind. Really enjoyed my special spa pedicure and CND Shellac Mani. Looks and feels great!
This is now my nail place!! They STERILIZE their tools (in addition to UV)! The owner Whitney is friendly. The decor and ambience is spa-like. The experience could not be better!
Nice new place! Staff friendly! Great nail work!
Im done with $20 mani/pedis. Dream City is so relaxing and professional. I didnt feel like they couldnt wait to get me out...and live their loyalty program!
Great manicure and pedicure. New, clean and nice staff
They just opened up salon about two mouth ago, they know me now by my nickname Maggie at the salon. I had my manicure before adding press-on nails which stay in for 2 weeks still holding on strong and my pedicure with Rebecca my nails done on Valentine’s Day. Whitney did my hands after I had my pedi with Rebecca, they colored them with my choosen favorite color midnight blue and they did such an amazing job. Thank you!
Dont come early morning (before noon) - they have almost no staff on and tell you to wait 30 mins. Loads of other places nearby who can see you immediately.
Loved it!!!
