SoHo nails and spa was an inviting and welcoming place. I walked in and even though they were busy, they were able to get me in within 10 min. They were very kind in helping me with what color I should choose and shape of nail. The place was very clean and made adjustments to allow my friend and I to sit next to each other. They provided refreshments and even gave massages to everyone. I would recommend this place for those who need a quick and easy place to get their nails done

WORST EXPERIENCE!! WASTED MY TIME AND SUPER DISSAPOINTED with this Salon. Been here for few times and after getting this pedicure by Teresa will never get back.Firstly, they said 15 minutes to wait and I waited to get seated for 20 minutes( I was ok with it since I understand estimate wait time can get delayed).Then I get seated and for next 20 minutes or more I was just sitting there with my feet getting soaked.Teresa, who did my pedicure comes down with the service booklet and rushes me to choose a particular service. I wasn’t even given the time to choose the nail polish and was hurried to choose one soon.I choose $50 service( not sure of the name) where the massage was for 10 minutes.Teresa had started the timer and was busy putting gossip with the other lady. She did apply multiple lotions and scrub but was just moving her hands without any effort of applying.I wouldn’t even call it a massage rather just applying stuff.After applying the nail polish, she just walks away and totally ignored putting on the toe separator and the footwear that they provide.The people working there might be busy bit if you are not able to provide a satisfactory service then at least don’t take it up.More over, there were many customers who came after me but were seated before me.These people here very well know who is of which race and they show complete partially towards race.

I have been three times now and everyone there is so kind. We went for my bachelorette party and every woman that came was beyond impressed. By far the best service. It is pricy, but worth the money. Only place I will go now.

I specifically asked for an acrylic french tip. both me and a friend were there and asked for the same thing. I also asked for medium length and got almost as short as my natural nail. i then proceeded to get dip powder and not acrylic but I was unfamiliar with the process of a French tip so I thought it was going to turn out good. My nail tech cut me twice. She made the length extremely short. I went back in afterwards. I was crying and very upset showed them what was wrong show them my inspiration picture that I showed them and my nails and he claimed they were the same when they were complete opposites and offered me a $10 certificate. I will not be returning to this location after the poor customer service

First time I ever had my nails dipped, one week later and I took this pic and happened to notice how beautiful they still look. The staff was super friendly and the price was reasonable.

Had my nails done by a young lady name Sammy. I love my nails definitely recommend her.My sister had her nails painted by another woman and she was not happy with the out come.

When I walked in I was promptly greeted by a gentlemen that asked me how he could help me today. I explained I needed a manicure and he asked me to pick out my color. He escorted me to a table wear a young man initially sat down to remove my dip powder. Before beginning Teresa came over and took over for him. Teresa was very professional, she was very careful, she took her time and did an excellent job. She was a bit abrupt as she finished one finger or hand and would push it to the side this way and that. She reminded of my no nonsense grandmother☺ When the time came to apply my nail color Katie replaced Teresa. Katie in contrast was extremely gentle as she guided each finger/hand where she needed it to go. I would give SOHO 5 stars but the switching from person to person without letting me know what was going on was a bit much. I get it...but communication goes a long way. Other than that great work, nice atmosphere and everyone was pleasant.

I enjoy coming to SoHo Nails. They are clean and professional and always welcoming. They treat me kindly and I go out of my way to see TeeTee and the crew.

We went for a bridal party and I can honestly say this was the best experience at any nail salon Ive been to. We had a group of 6 and they got us all done quickly while still being able to help other customers. Its was beautiful and clean inside. Most importantly our nails turned out amazing and for a fair price! Would definitely go again and recommend.

5 star establishment. I’ve had many pedicures over the years, but the lady at SOHO was the first to EVER ask if I was satisfied with my toes BEFORE putting on the polish. What a nice and smart gesture?! I inspected and she promptly made a few adjustments. My pedicure turned out perfect. I’ll be going back!

I’ve been going to soho for years now and they’re always amazing. I recently started seeing their nail tech Rachel and she has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone there is polite and makes you feel very welcome. Soho nails always goes above and beyond expectation with incredible attention to detail.

I absolutely loved my experience at Soho Nails the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They offer you a bottle of water as soon as you enter and ask you what service you’re interested in receiving. You receive a massage after every service which is absolutely amazing and made the experience very intimate. Kelly did a phenomenal job on my nails! The quality of my nails was absolutely amazing!! If it’s your first time I’d definitely recommend Kelly.

She didnt talk to me at all and didn’t even give me any nail color swatches to look at orChoose from. She did give me a 2 min back rub at the end which was nice. But Overall, I left disappointed. I will not be back

I went with a friend to get Gel Manicures on a Thursday. They had a ton of color options and it was great while we were there. By Monday my gel nails were already chipping, and some peeling up completely. I called to see if I could come get them fixed and they told me to come in. So I did, and instead of taking the ruined gel polish off, she just painted over it with another coat of gel polish (and didnt even do every nail). So now some of my nails are super thick, and they are still peeling up. My friend who was with me said her nails are still fine. So something probably just got messed up in the process of mine, which is fine. But I would expect them to fix it and make it right instead of just putting another coat on. Disappointed.

Got a pedicure and she cut too much skin on my toes. Supposed to get a manicure but only got a basic full-set. Then she got a attitude because I didn’t want gel??? First and maybe the last time I go here.

Today, 12/28/2019, I came in and had a girl who was not the girl who usually does my nails. I asked for glittery-white nails. I came out with ordinary white nails, no glitter. She gave me an attitude when the first color was more gray. Another lady was talking bad about me with her, right in front of me, and had money out in the open. It was unprofessional and I was very disappointed!

I went back to Soho Nails after I called to see if I could come in because the polish on one of my nails was chipping after a couple days of getting done. While my initial experience was wonderful, my follow up appointment was terrible. My nail technician was visibly upset that she had to fix their mistake, and she and another nail technician stared, talked, and laughed about me while my nail was being repolished. While I couldn’t understand what they were saying, it was clear that they were talking about me. I would not recommend this place and I don’t plan on returning as that was a terrible experience with an incredibly rude, unprofessional nail technician who poorly represents the whole salon.

My red nails are so cute! The wait time on a Saturday is none! They always have the staff for the customers ready to serve and they give a nice massage as your nails dry or right after filing nails, clean and professional, i always come back

My favorite salon out of the handfuls I have been too. My nails always turn out flawless. They give you a nice mini massage when they finish your nails and the prices are reasonable. I used to always flip flop between salons but now I only go here.

I liked this place when I went first time for nails but the second time I regretted going. I booked to get manicure done and the lady somehow tricked me getting nails done . I thought she was going to do manicure first and later she will be painting my nails but she directly started doing the dip nails thing .... also the skin around my nails hurt. Just pathetic.

I was disappointed with this place. My pedicure was ok but pricy for what I got. They were not very welcoming. The atmosphere and decor was relaxing but the rest was just a bummer.

The service is average. They have a mentality of get them in and out quick so we can get more customers. So the nails dont look as good as they could be. I have been a few times, but never really satisfied with how they turned out. The nail tech I was going to never took her time to make them look good and anytime I wanted something extra, she acted like I was putting her out . This last set of nails I had, one broke a week after they were done. I went back for a repair and not even a week later, that same nail broke again. Now I have another nail that broke. 2 broken nails. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else to find someone who will take the time to make sure they look good . And wont break after one week.

I just have to tell you, this was the BEST gel manicure that I have EVER had! I usually do my own nails because I hate wasting the money on a manicure that either chips or peels within only a few days. However, Lucy took care of me there! I was apprehensive about doing gel because it can be so hard on your nails when it peels. But, its been almost 2 weeks and they are still going strong!! No weird edges or snags, and NO PEELING!! They were so great there; facility was very clean and all the employees were great! I even loved getting a back massage with my manicure! I will definitely be going back next time Im in town, and will recommend it to everyone I know!

Ive been coming here for 7 years. Ive been getting dip nails for the last year, but the last 3 out of 4 have been awful. Cracked, busted within days. You know what did it? Putting a gel coat over my dip and telling me that it would be extra shiny. GTFO.

They were quick and did a fantastic job. However, i called ahead and made appointments for my two friends and I. But for some reason we didnt get sat together for our entire visit.

Horrible!!! The lady didnt even say a single word to me. My chair was broken so no massage which it partly why I come to get pedicures. She was forceful with my feet. Didnt ask any questions like how the water was, if I wanted my nailed trimmed...nothing. Sat and talked to her friend which I know they were talking about me because they were looking directly at me. Im pissed and will never return to this piece of crap establishment!!!! Everyone else was being treated nicely but me. Im mad I even have to pay for this because she didnt even do everything I was told I would get!

Shayla my nail tech is the best, Ive found this place a couple months ago. They are one of the only SNS (healthy) Signature Nail Systems in the St. Louis area. Ive been wearing the healthy nails now for over two months and I love them. No more week brittle nails, no peeling or flacking when I take my nails off. The salon is always clean and super friendly. The nail techs there seem to really enjoy their jobs and the back massage afterwards is real delight.

Thought I’d give this place a second chance try since the first time was just...eh. This current pedicure is the worst I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting pedicures for 20 years!!! I will never come back, and the star rating should be negative. Save money, and avoid the assembly line, poor attitude, lazy, crappy experience!

You can always get in, great service, no rushing, massages are long, and everyone is very sweet.

I have been here many times over the past couple of years. This past weekend I had a pedicure but not with Karen. I swear the nail tech, it was her first time. She filed and clipped the nails unevenly and the polish was globbed on. I was horrified. It seems hit and miss with them.
