So my niece is getting married Saturday. She, my 2 daugthers and 2 others from the bridal party spent 3 hours to get a really BAD nail/pedi job. My daughter spent 78.00 to get her mani pedi and they filed her nails down and glitter bombed her. The gel was globbed on and she ended up peeling some off. The brides nails, especially the ring finger, was CROOKED! The maid of honor asked for her nails to to be round - he filed them Square and the nail polish was bulky. She complained and her tech got up and left! THIS IS A BRIDAL PARTY YALL! I will post the rest of the horrid pics tomorrow. BTW- my daughter is a Type 1 diabetic. She told her tech that. They refused to clip her cuticles because of that, yet he globbed gel onto her skin and had to file it off cutting her skin? REALLY? Last time I checked (at my regular nail tech in Virginia) they dont not cut her cuticles - they just dont cut her!

Walk in to get a gift certificate. Place was very clean.. the lady was on the phone she told to give her a second very polite and she got to me in no time help me.

Im a regular here and my services always turn out great. Selena and her staff are awesome. Quiet place to relax unlike other nails spas, and they mean it when they say it.

I can not say enough good things about this place. My friend and I went there, our nails look amazing and we felt like pampered princesses! We will definitely be going back. Everyone was so nice and it was actually the best experience Ive had in a nail salon. 100% recommend!

They must have downsized from what I remembered. It used to be much nicer and private. Now you just walk right into what looks like a nail place. I turned around and walked out. Advice: go elsewhere.

This place has been in business for 15 years. Though they may have downsized, their customer service is still amazing. My sister work at this spa and takes appointments for all her clients. If you’re looking for a cosmetologist or a nail technician check this place out!

I had SNS with Selena, she was rude, inattentive, messy, and rushed. My nails were unevenly filed and she flooded my nail with top coat without cleaning it up after. The entire staff seemed lost and overwhelmed with the amount of clientele in the shop. The entire place is small, cluttered and messy. Save your self the trip and look for the better rated nail salons out there. The only reason I came here was because the Royal Day Spa was booked. Never again.Check out the Royal Day Spa; considerate, good, attentive and professional!

I dont go there anymore because she did my SNS and a week later it was lifting up and she wanted to fix it when it was convenient for her and not when it was convenient for me...the customer.

Walk-ins welcome, hardly any wait time for an eyebrow wax. The worker asked what I wanted and was able to give me exactly what I wanted with my eyebrow wax

Very inconsiderate. I Didnt cancel my appt in time, and they wouldnt reschedule or even give me a gift certificate without the full payment again after already being charged $140. They will never have my business again or a referral😠

They dont know what theyre doing here. Its a very drab place and all the employees were rude.I got SNS done here because my usual place was booked. Even though Nina was a sweetheart and very deligent, it still wasnt enough to look past my uneven nails. Their methods are dated, which Im sure has to do with the dated staff.If youre looking for a real spa/ salon experience this isnt the place to go. Listen to the bad reviews on here, even the ones from years ago; they seem to match my experience pretty well.

Acrylic must be old because it’s only going on week two and my entire nail is lifting . I have not happened unless they were on for too long of a time and I do wear gloves toClean and wash dishes and this is happening to every nail I am highly disappointed
