I hated living here. The management is poor, absolutely clueless, and crooks. They give you violation warnings for EVERYTHING. Once I had a single pair of shoes out on my deck & I got a warning stating that in order to keep the apartments looking nice, no personal items could be left out. A single pair of shoes on MY deck on the second floor in the corner wasn’t okay yet bikes, scooters, trash, etc. could be left out blocking the sidewalk. Parking is terrible, the apartments are extremely poor quality for being a new construction, and there are no amenities. In addition, a carpet cleaning van caught fire when I lived there & nothing was said to the units by management. Nothing to explain what had happened, nothing of reassurance, and they weren’t even on the scene until the fire investigator showed up. Anyway, if you want to deal with incompetent management, get warnings for having your own items on your own deck, and be charged unreasonable amounts of money when you move out, I recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I have recently moved in and we love the environment and the apartment in itself too! The process to move in and settle in was smooth and easy all thanks to the manager (Sunny) who does an excellent job at making you feel welcomed and reassured of everything! She’s very friendly and easy to communicate with!👍🏻

Very friendly management. Sunny and Andrew are always available to help. This is a very kid friendly community, with speed bumps installed to keep our children safe. Apartment layouts are very well thought out and open with extra storage unit on porch. The place was spotless when I moved in due to the very attentive cleaning crew. Apartments are priced at market value AND pet friendly! Great location close to downtown, but not so close you get the downtown traffic.

I don’t feel comfortable using my real name as I still live here, but our fearless leader Sunny told us we were only allowed one car under cover and another in the free for all parking but she manages to have three of her own cars under cover. Fair? I think not. The door slamming has got to a new level! It’s like people are purposely trying to see if they can take the door off the hinges for a Christian community I thought people would be more respectful. Also, lots of dog barking.

Love the cabinets and how bright they are. Obviously you can hear neighbors.. we live in apartments... oh well.. the manager sunny is super nice and always responds to any questions or concerns very quickly.. love my new home!!

Everything here is so comfortably set to make you feel very welcome. The setting is so calm neighborhood is so neatly kept and there’s always somewhere to park. Management is exceptional, they’re quick to respond and are very sweet. From the beginning things have been very easy to get through. Amazing layout as well apartment with 2 bedroom is beautiful. They have 1,2 and 3 bedroom I can’t imagine how big the 3 bedrooms are. Love it here

Nice apartments at a decent price. They were newly built in 2018 so they are still very nice and modern and look good on the inside. Having to pay quite a lot to use the shared laundry machine is annoying, though.

The place is clean. Inside and outside. Nice staff.

The apartments are gorgeous. It’s a great environment to live in for all ages! Everyone is super friendly and nice! Sunny the manager is super sweet and very helpful too! Answered all my questions and made my move here as smooth as possible! Love living here!

This is a very nice place to live and peaceful. Better yet the management is very kind and helpful. Always there to help if you need something for my apartment. Sunny and Andrew are very friendly and always concerned about what I need. I appreciate their warm, friendly and smiling attitude. So glad the had room for me.😀

The manager, Sunny, is so kind & accommodating! She answers any & every question & gets back to you as soon as possible. The units are all very nice & kept together well. Such a cute apartment complex!

My experience was horrible I only lived there a couple months kept the place in immaculate shape have pictures to prove it. Sunny has a very bad attitude and is hardly there. I went down and ask her to look at the apartment before I left she told me she doesn’t do that. There is no reason they kept my deposit except they are not fare people. Do not move in there apartments.

Incredible management, very nice new construction units, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is very large and spacious. Clean property with great laundry rooms.

The manager keeps the place really clean and always has a big smile on her face and greats people the way they should be greeted. We live very comfortably here.

I would never live here again. The management is terrible. The parking is awful, don’t ever expect to find a guest parking spot. All they want is your money. Management doesn’t respond to any emails unless they were the first to send them. The apartments are poorly made. You’ll be charged a $70 cleaning service fee for the carpets for “hygiene” after moving out, whether your carpets looked like trash or not. This place is not worth your money.
