So honest! Thought I needed an oil change. They let me know the oil I use goes much longer than regular. They showed me how clean it still was and topped it off free. That has happened before. Appreciate the honesty & saving me money!

By far my Greatest experience having my oil changed. I went around 5 o clock I waited for an hour. They brought out water and kept us posted on the wait time. You never have to get out of your car. The workers never stopped working they always keep you up to speed on everything they are doing on your vehicle. They verify all your info and show you that your oil is clear and full. They are sooooo thorough. Filling all the fluids, checking filters, wipers, tire pressure, and even filled my donut with air. The guy was also doing all this while being extra polite and also while training a new guy who was equally polite. We will definitely be using them for all our oil change needs. Thank you Take 5 for still being great and having friendly service and hard workers during such a difficult time. Even during a pandemic you guys are CRUSHING IT 💙💙💙

This place is a really amazing place to go get your oil change. They bring you cold water sometimes you are sitting out there for a little while but that isTo be expected especially if you’re really busy. They got to me in a timely manner and they were an amazing staff. They made sure I had everything I needed and make sure that everything was perfect on my car before leaving

Everyone was very courteous kind nice and caring even offered water to all customers given that it was a hot day and kept us all that were was in line informed of the time frame.

They were very nice. While I was waiting my turn they brought out ice cold bottles of water and offered to everyone. The service was fast and the guys were nice.

I pulled up at less than 5 minutes to closing and they still rolled me in and got it done for me and did a great job.

Ive used Take 5 for a few years for my regular oil change. They bring you water when you arrive. They check all of your fluids and air pressure and wiper blades. They show proof of finished work and clean your windows. I think the pricing is reasonable to be in what feels like a Nascar pit crews care.

I have been using the Biloxi store since it opened. Great staff and service. Unfortunately, they were out of the oil filter for my car. In the past, if this had occurred, the company would provide a manager discount to maintain good relations. It was recommended that I go to the Gulfport store and explained that the Biloxi store was out of some supplies and I asked for the manager discount. The store refused to offer me the manager discount. The store did good work but was disappointed that the discount was not accepted.

Very friendly service. Fast paced. Checked all my levels and filled up my tires. Passed out water to people waiting in line. Would recommend.

I’ve only used this location so I can’t speak for the others but both times I’ve gone they’ve been super quick. They update you on EVERYTHING they’re doing. They don’t haggle you for upgrades/extras. Their oil selection is good. Military discount. I had needed an air filter forever but the old place I went to never had it and the only time I ever went to a parts store to find one they didn’t have it either, but Take 5 did! Absolutely will go out of my way to visit the Hwy 49 location every time.

I love this place, they are always nice, they top off my fluids, fill up my tires and they are quick. A little pricey but definitely worth it!

I got there, did my interview (service tech), and it was a cool environment. I could tell the Managerwho interviewed me was laid back. The post said, I believe 11.51 hour, but the pay is 8 hourly plus commission.I couldnt take that big of a pay cut.

They are quick, frienndly, and professional. Others are not. I will drive way out of the way to go to this specific Take 5.

The workers at this place are great. Never had any problems until this last time. They over filled my truck with oil. Almost if not. Quart. I when back and they was packed to the gills like most days. But he said they would handle it. But I waited for about 15 minutes. And had other endeavors I couldnt ditch. Hope they will still honor the mistake when I go back.

They are always so sweet. They always offer me to come back in between oil changes to top off the oil free. I love love love them. And they check tires, windshield wipers, air cabin filter and offer to replace wipers/filter if needed.

Would give them a zero if I could. I tied to use this business, but the men working care more about getting off of work than actually doing some. They close at 7pm but at 6:15pm they stop taking customers... I work at a restaurant and we close at 9pm. I would LOVE to stop being seating the customers an hour before we close so I could get on time. However, I’m pretty sure one of these men would have no problem coming in at 8:30pm to have dinner. Then when we tried to call the store, they were freaking rude and kept saying head management wants them out at 7pm. If you don’t want to work for this company, then don’t.

Easy peasy, always great service, fast and through. They offer military discount as well. Been using them for years. They have the oil you want or need. They make recommendations but are not pushy. Most.of the time you need that service to keep your car in tip top shape. Highly recommended.

They greet you when you get in line with your car and let you know how they will be before getting to you. Once you are registered I. The computer they just scan a barcode on your car and know what they have used in the past and when maintenance is needed on your car.

Over filled the oil in my work truck by a quart and half and left a tool under the hood that had no reason to even be under there for an oil change. I wonder if they over filled it or didnt drain it all the?

The service was quite good, as usual. Cecil kept me informed every step of the way. I just wish my oil change required message had been reset as I dont know how to do that and they usually do that for me.

I didnt feel like driving to DIberville, where I normally go, to the dealership. When I pulled up a gentleman came up, asked what I needed then provided me with a bottle of Kentwood water. I waited about 20 minutes as there was 2 cars ahead of me. Once in place the gentleman explained all the oil change prices and other services. I told him which one I wanted and they got started. He came back and asked will you allow me to check your A/C filter, it is located behind your glovebox? I told him I never knew but sure, why not. In my mind I was thinking the dealership checked everything. To my shock, the filter was black!! Looked like it had never been changed!! I bought it used and have had 3 oil changes with what the dealership calls The Works where they are supposed to check everything, all filters, all belts, rotate tires, change oil( full synthetic) & fluids of course. All though I only pay $50 for all of that at the dealership, I will be happy to pay my $82.95 at Take 5, in front of Winn Dixie, Hwy 49, Gulfport any time I need my oil changed!!

The person who waited on me was named Kevin. He was totally and completely amazing! When I got there to do an oil change he found that I had an active leak in my transmission. So he topped off the oil and being that there was no transmission fluid there he, himself went across the street to a store and bought transmission fluid to add to my car. He didn’t even want me to pay him back for the fluid. I was very upset, as I don’t know anything about cars… But he went way above and beyond what would be expected of anyone to help me. I was hoping I would have an opportunity somehow to let five minute oil change know what an amazing employee… What an amazing man he is! Thank you for employing such professional yet caring people on your staff. You can believe that any oil change that I ever have from here on out will be done there.

Kevin went above and beyond for me by letting me know the previous place that did my oil change actually stripped the threads on the bolt for my oil pan and printed out some paperwork for me to give to the other place to replace it. He and the other Take 5 employees were so great that they checked my oil and topped off my car with the synthetic oil I use, and even cleaned my windshield and checked each tires air pressure and topped those off all for no charge! They didnt have to do any of this stuff so it is very much appreciated and super helpful. Highly recommendedUpdate - I feel I should mention that when I got there, they had an employee walk up to those of us in line and offered us all cold bottles of water as as soon as we got there. This place just goes above and beyond and this will definitely be my normal go-to for oil changes (they also offer 25% off for military members and veterans which definitely helps) You guys are awesome.

Ive been going here for quite a while. Never really had a problem, but I went for an oil change yesterday and today my car over heated. Turns out my coolant was completely empty. I pay $60 because i know they check all the other fluids as well. I called to make sure they are supposed to check and top it off. They confirmed they were supposed to, but clearly they didnt.

Quick oil change and I was on my way. So happy! Tech showed me my dirty filter and compared it to a clean one and I had it replaced. I was ticked off after sitting at Pat Peck for 2 hours waiting for an oil change. Aside from the tech’s horrible singing (ha ha) it was a great experience! 😆. Thanks again!

I specifically asked that they not put synthetic oil in my engine. I explained it had never had that kind of oil used in it and even showed then the sticker from the last oil change. I was only given 4 types of oil to choose from. As I was ready to leave the attendant told me the oil they had used was a synthetic blend. So now I have the wrong oil in my engine and it cost me about $15 extra. Going back the first chance I get to complain. They also over inflated my tires to 40 PSI.

Went to get the oil changed here on my dads truck. I usually have a great experience here but this time was not that great. The staff were very friendly and apologetic but the problem was they had no water to fill or top off any fluids that needed it. They were out of transmission fluid as well. I was told by one employee that the office hadnt paid the bills so the water was turned off. Not a very good way to run a business. To top it off, I looked at the checklist that shows what all had been done, and it shows everything topped off when they didnt do it. I think its time to find a new oil change center.
