I have never written a review about anything, but Lily is just TOO good to not acknowledge! I haven’t been here in over a year and Lily still remembered me and asked about my baby girl! Not only is she the sweetest person ever, she does an outstanding job on nails! She takes her time, has a good eye, and pays attention to detail! You honestly will never be disappointed going here! Ask for Lily! ♥️ 💅As far as the nice gentleman who always greets customers, takes appointments, and does all of that kind of thing, he couldn’t be nicer and more organized! He’ll always offer water, and make sure the shop is running smoothly no matter how busy they are! I just love Classic Nails!!

Ive been to this place twice and was very disappointed! 1st visit I got gel nails and they cracked within 2wks. I went back a wk and a half ago to a diff person to have them redone and the gel didnt last 2 wks when they cracked so bad it broke into my nail bed! So I went today and after showing Jenny my nails, I sat there for 40 mins for her to tell me I needed a appt! I ask if anyone there could just remove the gel again no you need a appointment! Very disappointed and I will never go there again! I went to Allure nails in hiram and she took care of the problem and I was very happy with the results. Ill post pics of the damage this place did to my nails. Never again!!

The nail tech was superb. However, the sanitary conditions were not. The dip powder was a comunial jar and the nail files were used before. They are not following the recommended industry standards. The gel nail application was excellent, the tech excellent, the facility excellent. I do not live in the area so I dont expect to return. If I did, I would buy and bring my own powder and files and definitelyreturn to them. Their work was flawless.

I came to this place because my usual salon was booked. I had an 11 am appointment, and was not seen until two hours later. People were coming in after and being seen before me. I figured it was because they had appointments with certain people. The guy at the counter knew of my appointment time and kept telling me it wouldn’t be much longer. Well it was a two hour wait AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Anyways, when I was finally helped the lady doing my nails had the nerve to tell me I should have made an appointment. I told her I did and it was set for two hours ago. She apologized that she didn’t know. Fine. To top of the whole bad experience (literally) the lady doing my SNS nails put uv gel as a top coat. Needles to say it peeled off within a few days. This place has the worst customer service and not to mention it’s filthy! The walls are disgusting and there’s dust everywhere.

This is my favorite place in town to get my nails done. Lynn is fantastic!One of the last times I came in, I was a little shaky, and she said, you’re shaky are you ok? I said, yes it’s ok, I always shake.She said, I shake when I’m hungry.I was like, oh, yeah you know I do too, I guess I am hungry. I realized I had forgotten to eat breakfast.She got up and went and warmed me up a pastry, and got me some water, and I have never had anyone treat me so good at a nail salon! Everyone there is amazing! Cindy did my pedicure and got my ingrown toenails out painlessly for me!I won’t ever go anywhere else!I love taking my daughter as well. It’s very inexpensive to just get their nails and toes painted!

My regular salon - which I loved - was under new management, and the quality of work just wasnt up to par.I searched for a new salon, and based on reviews, made an appointment at Classic Nails.I cant say enough about my experience.We each got the deluxe pedicure and regular manicure.I didnt find the price at all expensive - especially given the quality.Ill definitely be back.Thankfully, this location is about a half mile from my office, so I can go after work.

Terrible service nail broke the same day. Long wait but rush through nails. Uneven lengths, thin fragile. They don’t last more than a week. Rude obnoxious no professionalism!!! Lack of care for customers each time. Tried once and thought maybe they were having a bad day but after experiencing it the second time I’ll never return again as close as it is to my new home! Highly disappointed!

Place is great but....... one thing that is HUGE to me in any business, is TURN THE AIR ON! Customers DO NOT want to be uncomfortable while getting a service done!! I feel owners try to save money & not turn on air. While us white folks are HOT natured!! Thnx

Ive been using classic nails for years and I LOVE these guys!!They do a fantastic job!!I always get Jenny to do my nails and manicures and Judy does my pedicures..She does a phenomenal job with my ingrown toenails!The staff is ALWAYS friendly no matter who you get to do your nails!And Brian(who always answers the phone and makes appointments for you)is always very nice always offers waters to everyone as well which is super nice!Even though Ive moved to a different county thats at least 30 mins away,I still only use classic nails!!They are the absolute best!!

Ask for Jenny when you go, she is the best! The place is clean, good prices and everyone is so polite.

I had a terrible experience here today. The place is very outdated. Kinda like a hole in the wall. There was no music playing. It made me feel like the entire place could hear my conversation with my friend. They told me it would be a 40 min wait. I should have taken that as a sign to go somewhere else. I waited patiently for 80 mins before they got started. The nail tech was very rushed and did a poor job on my nails. They look good - from far away. I will never go back.

They are both friendly and make you feel comfortable at each appointment. I recommend making an appointment as this nail salon is frequently busy because it is such a popular place to go. My niece was staying with me for a while and we decided to get our nails done. Everyone was professional except for the lady that did my nieces nails. She was rude and aggressive. I had to bring her back 2 days later because her nails still were denting and the polish was coming off. They halfway corrected it.

Came at a very busy time. Said it would be about 30 min. Put my name down and came back in 30 min. Took me straight back. Very polite and accommodating. Had fingers and toes done at the same time. Nails look very classy. Will definitely return!

A lady Thinned my nails when all I wanted was gel nails put on. Thinking maybe its what they do for the process. I was at work today and it has only been about 2 weeks or less since my nails was put on. I open a box and my gel nails ripped off. And took part of my real nails with them. My friend got the same gel nails and she has no problem with hers. Im never coming here again. My nails are damaged.....

I came in at 515 tonight for my 530 appt and was seated at the pedicure station for 40 minutes as I watched other customers immediately being seated and tended to. Very unprofessional and I had read such good reviews too. I just walked out and not one employee tried to fix the situation.

My nail tech did a great job. Ive never had a regular manicure last this long. The only reason for a 4 is because of the long wait even with an appointment as they are appointment only

Im posting a review for my wife as Ive only been in here twice with her but she loves the place. Friendly staff, very efficient and professional.My wife said compared to the other nail salons around this is her favorite. She always gets special paint jobs done and she gets the thick acrylic nails done that dont get caught on fabric or other things.When she went to other nail salons she complained about her nails chipping or coming off after only a week or so, but these nails usually last her a month or so.The prices are very affordable which we both appreciate.(I only go in with her to get a high from all the nail polish/products. Im actually here with her now and I think Im high just sitting here writing this review.) Haha just kidding.Oh and they usually stay open past their stated hours but if its after close you may want to call first.This place is in the Kroger parking lot.

This place is great! The owner and her staff are very attentive and the establishment itself is very nicely decorated. I appreciate the fact that the salon is clean and fairly busy. I have never had to wait, and I find their prices to be very fair. I highly recommend it!I will definitely come back and tell all of my friends.

BEST NAIL PLACE!!!! If you want your polish to last super long, here is your best bet. Although my nails have grown out, the polish has no chips or scratches and its been a month and 1 week.The staff are super friendly and the environment is clean. Would definitely go back again.

This was my first time here and it was absolutely amazing! The previous nail salon I went to was poor on customer service and rough on my nails, so I decided to come here and they are so nice! Jenny and Trish went above and beyond for me and I don’t typically write reviews but this had to be said!

This is my new go to spot for sure. I got an extra 10 minutes of massage and its so worth it. As a plus it is very affordable.The warm lotion & stone massage was undeniably the best experience Ive ever had during a manicure and pedicure. I cant say enough good things about this place! Highly recommend. Definitely you need to make an appointment if you dont want to wait!

Super fast speed. I had 3 nail techs working on me at once. They even removed my previous dip powder nails in record time. It was amazing and super fast and efficient. They also used brand new tools and let me keep them afterwards. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Decided to step into this nail salon and get a white full set with a gel pedicure and Im glad I did. Right away I was greeted through the door and asked what was needed within 5-10 seconds of being there I was already in the chair getting ready to start my pedicure.The woman who did my pedicure was pretty awesome I love the way she took her time especially when it came to the massaging part..So after all is said and done I would definitely see myself returning to this salon and for all the right reasons, I definitely appreciated that a1 service..

My friend and I have been looking for a go-to nail salon for a while. This was the fourth one weve tried. We think this might be our go-to now for multiple reasons: the nail technicians do a great job, people watching on the belt line adds another element to your salon visit, cleanliness of the salon, variety of colors, and the kindness of the nail technicians. The customer service here is outstanding from moving your bags for you, throwing any of your trash away, etc.

My entire visit took over three hours! This review was from a Sunday afternoon! I waited 45 minutes just to get a pedicure chair because I was going on vacation the following week! The first chair I sat in was broken! The massage did not work, so I was moved! I waited another 20 minutes to get water for my feet! 😡 The technicians were nice! My pedicure was pretty, but I got a full set of gel nails which were mediocre! The set cost $60. My regular salon, which is closed on Sunday, charges $45! Plus, I am in and out in about an hour! I will NOT be returning to this salon! Don’t waste your time or money here!

I have had cancer and needed to have appointment that was more isolated from the public. They were wonderful to me. Worked to accomdate me in any way I needed. They owner made me feel very safe and comfortable. Excellent job by the tech who did my pedi ure. Will use them again.

Got a gel full set and a O P I pedicure and it was the best service I have gotten since moving to Dallas! I showed both the nail artist a picture of what I wanted and they both nailed it ! Jenny did my nails and she was very patient and took her time doing her work and it came out beautiful! I will be going back ! Definitely recommend

Never the same price ever! A different price for the same work everytime. And the quality of work is very inconsistent. Sometimes good.. other times horrible. When they are busy they rush your nails and they charge more when not busy to try to make more money ... honestly don’t like this place and only went when I couldn’t drive 10 miles from home to the next nearest nail salon

Always friendly and the nail tech do a wonderful job. The only issue is there arent enough spaces for you to dry your nails. Even though, I always get gel color........i dont on my feet. There is only two seats for you to dry. I would recommend still.

If I could give a minus I would. Beware of this place. No ventilation, smelled so strong made me sick. Gave my friend and I a headache too.I wonder why the health dept has not shut them down. There was an hour wait and then some. Felt like a modern day sweat shop. No beauty is worth your health. Should be shut down.....

Was fine the first 2 times I came, but was treated poorly when I came back to get them to fix a mistake they made. The nail broke right after I got them done and the redo of the nail was terrible the first time. It was a lot shorter than the others and didnt have the same shape. It wasnt even a new nail either, they just piled on more powder. They kept giving me an attitude, saying I was too picky. And they were talking about me the entire time they were fixing it. Finally they got it right, but by then I didnt feel good anymore. I didnt feel like a customer anymore, more like a burden. Thats all I have to say, I just wish I was treated better and Im never going back.

Hands down the best nail spot in town! I got so much for so little, they welcomed me at the door and offered me a beverage, was prompt and professional. Everything was so clean and sanitized which is hard to find at a nail place. They used new buffers and files which was amazing. Not to mention the beautiful modern decor. My nails turned out great and lasted longer then normal. Thanks Classic Nails in Dallas GA! Ill be back!

Awesome place, friendly staff! Ive tried many nail salons & this is by far my favorite. The only salon I go to now. Youd get in quicker by making an appointment though cause there are usually several walkins waiting.

While the lady that did my nails was nice and kind, the work itself was VERY poor!! Not sure of her name but she is an much older looking lady who sat to the far right, in the 2nd chair when you walk in. My nails look very sloppy and already look about 1 week old and I just got them done last night! The nail polish was not neat at all and looks very dry, it is all over my fingers! Looks like my 3 yr old polished them! I am not happy with their work at all and will not be returning!

First time here and I did not end up liking my nails or eyebrows, my pedicure was fine. She asked me what shape for my nails, told her to round the edges...now i have chicklet looking nails that some are round, oval, and coffin shape 🤦🏽‍♀️ Didn’t provide no arch or definition in the eyebrows...all she basically did was a cleanup job! The feet lady put care into my pedicure which is the only thing saving this review! Might give them 1 more try but use different people...

Lyn is absolutely amazing at my SNS. She gets the shape perfect, the SNS looks perfect. I’ll wait as long as I have to just to make sure she does my nails. I fully trust her with her suggestions and let her do what she thinks will look best. She’s absolutely amazing! Trish gives the BEST pedicure. I’m always so nervous about trying new places but I’m so happy I found both of them!

Very unhappy with service. She had put a starburst, nothing like a flower. We told her we wanted a flower, showed her an example, Che covered over the starburst, and walked away saying something about not doing it. She came back by saying to wait. She brought another tech that made a flower and decorated it similar to the photo; making my daughter happy. The first tech was just rude. $79, seems service would be better.

This place is great - tons of chairs, nail selection, and all the tools they use on you come out of an individual sterilized pack. Technician did my nails today - and she did a wonderful superb job. Shes definitely one of the best out there - meticulous, took her time, it felt great, and looked beautiful after.

We took my daughter and my neighbors daughter in on Saturday. My neighbors daughter was getting a manicure and pedicure. My daughter was just getting her toe nails and finger nails painted. The same girl did both of them. She told us she hated doing nails. She was nice though. After the pedicure and she painted my daughters toe nails she took us up front. She asked us if we wanted gel polish for the neighbors daughter because it dries faster. She said it was $15 instead. Well prices are not posted, so I thought she meant $15 total for the manicure. She didnt do a manicure though, she just painted her nails, but we didnt realize it. Then she asked if we wanted gel for my daughter and we said sure. It dried fast for the neighbor, why not. Well the total came to $54. We were a little shocked. $15 to paint nails? On top of it, my daughters all came off in one piece within 2 hours. When I came back with all of them in a bag wanting my money back, the guy said they could paint them again, but not give me my money back. Why would I do that when its just going to come off again? Just bad business all around!

This place is absolutely amazing!! This is such a cute and warm mani/pedi spot with lots of friendly ladies. They do such a good job with mani/pedis and all at such a reasonable price! Its hard to find such a good job with these kinds of prices. These ladies also give great recommendations of colors and I can trust them with my color any day. I would highly recommend this place.

Only a few good nail techs... they don’t have a wide variety of colors. Polish always chips in a few days. But the wait time is not usually long. And they use plastic covers for the pedicure tub(that’s a plus)

I always feel like I’m rushed in and out. The last two times my nails were super thick and lumpy. Also, they either cut my cuticles or burn me with their equipment. My pedi left my toe bleeding. I’m not a complainer or a picky customer, so with that being said it tells you how bad the staff is. I suggest looking for another nail salon. I found one I love and will not be back here.

Awesome quality work and relaxing atmosphere technician Tammy and apprentice Jada really make this an enjoyable experience for me each visit ; I was closer to another salon a month ago and decided to go there for a pedicure however when I got out of the chair to leave I could barely walk as a few days past my pain was worse I visited Tammy who found a small sharp piece of unclipped toenail growing into the side of my toe & was immediately able correct the painful problem I walked out relaxed & pain free. I drive past three other salons to get to Classic Nails but will never use another salon.

I wish I was able to give a minus, it is ridiculous. I had short regular nails, all I needed was a fill in . They charged me $40 dollars for it, she polished and shape it horrible. While the lady was doing my nails, She told me I have to give her tips. They over charging people 😏😒 never again

The employees are rude.. If you only want regular nail polish be prepared for the polish to separate within days(after paying $35 for the pedicure) and then when you go back and ask them to correct the job the entire staff starts chattering in Vietnamese. They will also shuffle you to the back as though you will be waited on soon only to wait forever, they do this to simply clear the front waiting area out to keep people from walking out when they see all the people that are waiting. Their service stinks! Spend your money elsewhere
