She is so sweet by taking my Mom whenever I call. Plus, she offers a lot of services, she was applying fake lashes on a customer when we arrived & they looked sensational.

The guy was quick and did a fair job on my manicure and pedicure. My complaint with him is he does not clean under the nails at all nor did he clip or shapen my real nail before putting on acrylic nail and he charges more than what the prices on the board show. With the neglect of cleaning under the nails, you would think hed charge less

I was excited to see there was no customers in there so I could get service right away. One of the most horrible set of nails I ever had done. I came out of there with three different nail shapes. I tried to tell the technician part of the way through. She did not accept it. She needs more training. Very dissatisfied to spend that kind of money and she wasnt friendly either. Stay away!

Ive been a consumer at XOXO for years. Lynn does a great job on my hands and feet. She has a down to earth spirit that makes me feel comfortable while receiving service. She could use some extra help though.

Nice place. Never have to wait. Wish they had more colors to choose from. They do a good job.
