Really enjoyed my dip nails from Khaile. She was so sweet. Prices are fair. A long wait but very nice people.

I came the first time and got a fill in. Loved the shape and design however some acrylic was on top of my cuticle so the nails lifted and didnt last long. Decided to come back and give it another try. Was told no one was ahead of me yet as Im waiting to be seated someone else sits in the chair. Then Im told to sit on the sofa because the customer was only getting a nail fixed, and they proceed to do a whole fill in. Theyre friendly but Im definitely not pleased

Service was fuxking horrible today! Went in at 12pm didn’t get out till 4pm!! My nails are horrible I most definitely won’t be going back! Beware!! Save your money n don’t waste it here!!

I had the worst experience here. I went in at 3:30 and I didn’t get done until 6:30. And all I had done were my nails. The lady that shaped my nails cut every single one of my fingers and shaped my nails for 3 HOURS. then the lady who painted my nails rushed the paint and did a horrendous job. The design was simple too. She did so bad people literally asked me if I had done my nails my self with sharpie. There are even bubbles in my nails. I will not be going back here. And I highly do NOT recommend if u want ur money spent well.

Great service and excellent work! I’m from out of town and needed my damaged nails repaired after almost of sight seeing. I saw their high ratings and dropped in. They quickly serviced my daughter and Me. I’m very satisfied and feel locals should try them out.

The staff is great they took me at 5:30 even though it looked as though they were about to close. Which the posted hours were for 7pm. Wen offered me refreshments Coke, Spirit, or Water. A customer was rude to me, yet we cannot control who comes into a place of business. However, feel like the manager should have corrected her since she was acting as though she was working for her company.

Very nice. The Pedis are really good also the nail technician. Kimm and her daughter Mercedes are very good .and they are children friendly.

The staff here is great! Always friendly, great customer service and does great work! And they dont talk about there customers in that language like some of these nail shops. That says a lot about there professionalism 👍🏽

Nice Environment, very professional aThey have a variety of nail choices but the only thing is my nail pop of 2 days after getting done and they fixed it free if charge 3 day after that I’m missing 3 nails .

Usually have good results here, but not recently. Even though they were busy today, I waited for an hour and watched 3 employees begin on other customers and not even notice that I had been waiting even after I said something. I left before getting my nails done. Wouldn’t recommend on a busy day. :/

I got my nails done today and the lady was very friendly. She took her time and made sure everthing was neat and precisely what I requested. The quality of their products is amazing and I definitely recomend this establishment.

I loooooove this place! They are so friendly and make you feel very welcomed. Always offer you a drink and ask exactly what you want done and make sure you love it before you leave! Also you cannot beat their prices - best in Mobile!

Today was my 1st visit and I can safely say that this will be my spot to get my nails done. They greeted me immediately and there was only a short wait. I had initially decided that I would just get a pedi to test the waters, but after the girl who was doing my pedi showed me their full set photos on facebook I was sold on getting a full set done as well. The attendant who did my pedi was pleasant and made me feel at ease. I think she did a good job overall, I just wish she had scrubbed above my feet a bit. The winter can be hard on the skin right above your angle. Next time Ill try the hot stone pedi. My full set was perfect though, the attendant listened and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted. My coffin shape, length and design made me very happy. Glad I found this place online so I had to leave a review.

I got a mani/pedi for $35. Upon entry the greet you, ask what you need and offer you a coke, sprite or bottle of water. To celebrate Mothers Day weekend they also offered an Asian snack. Although, it wasnt for my taste buds, it was a nice gesture. The massage chairs are very high but comfortable. I would give 5 stars but they need a few more techs. They have five or six but with ppl getting both pedicures and full sets also lashes their was a wait. Great new place though.

Hasn’t been a day and I had to go back and get my nails and feet redone because they did them tacky and my nail polish had chipped off they looked like I needed them filled in already and I wasn’t finna go looking like that for homecoming, then not even three days later one of my nails came off and some of my diamonds on my ring finger came off

With me, my experience with this salon was ok. But quality of service was horrible. If you are a walk in, and dont have a appointment with the GREAT Mercedes ( which she is GREAT). They dont care about the quality or expectations of non-appointments. I received a full set and pedicure, on week 2 of normally just needing a fill in. 2 nails on one hand came off as well as 1 on the other hands. Ive heard great things that why I visited the salon but they did not live up to the hype. I just wish that they would train the rest of the tech to give the same quality. But NO I would NOT go again.
