I have been coming to Princess Nails for four years and they have never disappointed! They alway listen to what you want, they are professional, and they are like family! I get manicures, pedicures, and wax and am always happy with the job Tina, Vivian, Jay, and mama do! Coming from someone who ALWAYS has her nails done, these guys are the BEST ALWAYS! Don’t listen to the haters!

Didnt like that they immediately staying using the drill on my natural nails. This makes them very weak later and prone to breakage. Also not sure I trust the cleanliness of the pedicure bowls or the tools being used. Also they didnt pay much attention to how the overall filling looked and if it was balanced or not.. For over $120 for me and my daughter they need to pay more attention to detail and not assume everyone is fine with the drill on the natural nail. I felt like they really didnt care and just wanted the money. Also because of the back and forth filling instead of safely filling in one direction!!! Now my nails broke. Will not be returning. Im a licensed professional in this field and all the corners they cut really make a big difference as far as a quality job is concerned.

After going here for two years jay wife did not follow my wishes for my nails and I had to start over then jay got smart mouth when I said I was unhappy I will never go back again! If you can’t respect me you don’t need my money! Plus jay dose a bad job on polishing toes and his wife cuts corners I have Esperance several times nails popping off within a few days

Does an awesome job on your nails and the fire walker spa pedicure is awesome! Its over an hour away but I cant wait to go back.

Best salon....Tina (daughter) and Mary (mom) are the sweetest people ever! They are my family and I love them dearly, you too brother. They treat you wonderful and do a wonderful job. They are very fussy about their work to make their customers happy and satisfied! Great prices and very clean too..?.love you guys!

This place is great Jay is my nail tech and he is so fun and loving and his family makes you feel so at home..his mom is a jewel. Jay loves to tell tall tales to my mom who is very old school. When you come through the door always say Du Ma Jay

I LOVE this place! Great location- right between Midtown and West Mobile, across from USA. They are professional, personable, efficient, and very clean- 100 health department rating! Prices are affordable- about the same or $5.00 less than most nail salons I’ve been to. Also, Momma Goldberg’s is next door, so do yourself a favor and get some nachos to enjoy during your pedicure 👌🏻

I started going here a year ago, and have never gone anywhere else. Tina is the best with cut and color and eyebrows, and Jay can always keep a smile on my face. Princess Nails is like a second home to me.

I was uncomfortable with the way they were switching me between techs without anything being said to me in English. Someone needs to tell them about communication, very rude people.

Been going here for over 2 years,went 2 weeks ago to get my sns off and had an infection on 5 of my nails and jay acted like he didnt know what it was,I was very upset and he laughed it off and made a joke about how I can get my pretty nails done in a few weeks,I finally went to the Dr today because over the counter stuff wouldnt get rid of it and was told it was an infection from dirty tools,I had to get on an antibiotic, this place was very unprofessional,if you go here make sure you ask how they clean their tools cos I think its the toilet,wish I could post a pic

Love the service the family is really sweet started going six years ago and will not be spending my hard earned 💵 anywhere else.

I thought the first time I went, that they were just having a bad day. So I went again and the owners were rude and bitter, they looked like they hate what they do for a living. They dont take pride in there work, I will never go back, it looked like a child had polished my toenails. If I could give them a 0 I would. They try to do so many people that they dont take there time, 15 minutes and youre out. So disappointed because they are close to my house.
