Do not waste your time. Please!!I called in advance and had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm. We got there in advance, they were closed due to lunch, which is understandable. At 1:00 went in, and explained to the office staff why we were there. I filled out paperwork and waited patiently. The women explained they need my height and weight, I sat there for nearly 50 minutes. There were no other customers, and I sat there patiently. Until, I finally got up and inquired about my visit. The women said yeah I’m ready now, after she had sat in the back and finished eating her lunch. These people lack empathy, and customer service. I regret bringing my three week old daughter out in this weather just to be treated any kind of way. I’m not able to understand why or how I waited nearly an hour in an empty office for them to take my height and weight.

Ladies here are always nice and remember me and my kids and ask how they have been doing. Always willing to help.

Sat on hold for over an hour everyday for a week and still can’t get ahold of anyone. Go to a different location! I suggest the other location in carrollton

I am writing for my daughter who had one of the worst experiences in her life at this office. this is one of the most exciting times in her life but felt discriminated against because she was Caucasian. The only person that was nice to her was the African American lady who gave her paperwork. They basically quizzed her and gave her the 3rd degree. Wondering why she drove so far to their office, (I work near by) they smirked. When asked about her anemia and she responded that she has a condition they acted like she didn’t know what she was talking about. They made her feel so inadequate and undeserving. They made fun of her weight and were extremely rude. She will not be returning to this wic office. I will get her into a more caring and equally treated center for women who need assistance.

So close to home and my job. Quick appointment. No wait time and I can take my classes online. Great Job!
