I have been to this nail salon three times two out of the three times I had to come back because gel polish chipped after two days. The last occasion I had to come back twice in fours days for them to fix my nail. The owner Lindsay seemed to have an attitude about it. However, if paid my money and your product is chipping after two days she should more than accommodating to me. I will no longer give them my business! I tried.

I sat for a long time before being serviced and took along time for them to run water. I than sat even longer when the tech came I felt very rushed and not pampered. They dont check if your water is cold. I didnt feel like a values customer and had better service at her other store on Hillcrest. I will explore other places

First time here. I’ve always driven past this place, but I finally stepped in. I’m so glad I did. My SNS looks amazing, and our pedis we’re delightful! A very clean place, and such a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

I have been here 3 different times and I have loved it every time! Ms. Jennifer is amazing! The entire staff is awesome! Everyone remembered my name when I came back the second time, and asked where my daughter was, by name, and that shows so much in my book! I’m super impressed and have enjoyed all of the services we have received thus far!

I’ve been to this salon on multiple occasions and spent a good bit of money with them but after today I will no longer return. The manager/store owner Lindsey is very rude and try’s to belittle and talk to people as if they have no sense. This is not this first occasion this has happened. I continue to let it slide considering she’s pregnant and I just had a child myself. Therefore I try to understand her hormones but at this point it’s unprofessional. Stay home if you’re having a bad day! SIMPLE ‼️

Going in for my second appt today. Absolutely LOVED the ombré nails I got last time. Looking forward to trying their pedicure services today. A little more expensive than I usually pay but they looked great!!!!

Today was my first visit to Relax and I will definitely be going back! I was a walk-in but they got to me right away. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure, and I was in and out within 90 minutes. The technician did a great job and was very gentle. The prices are great, and they have lots of different add-ons and treatments to choose from.

My first time here, and true to its name, it is a relaxing spa. They were professional, kind and the spa is spotlessly clean, highly recommend!

Brand new facility friendly fast staff, but way to expensive

Stumbled upon this place due to our normal spot being closed for the day but we were not disappointed at all! This is definitely our new go to spot when we’re in town.

Slow!! I called before I arrived she told me they weren’t busy. When I arrived their were 5 other customers. A guy started the process to remove the SNS. He left and started working on another customer. Kaylynn started to get Sns some more then left me to start a new customer who arrive after I did. She left me soaking the sns off for over a hour. It has never taken that long. I ended up leaving because I had to check on my sick mom. Thought it would take hour or so for entire process not just to soak so she can do another person’s full service. Not good customer service. I don’t plan to give them my business again.

Owner and staff is very unprofessional and rude. My first and last visit.
