Overall the place is nice looking and very clean!I had bent my nail and needed to get them redone soon to prevent my real nails from breaking since I was determined to grow them out.This was my first time there and I arrived at 9:30am. No tech! I waited 30mins for someone to come. I got a soak off, an overlay, and SNS.I was not happy with the selection of ombré colors they had. I was then told they could do it with SNS colors. THEY COULD NOT!! But I appreciate the young lady for trying. $70 for not really what I wanted but I’ll work with it.

Always a 5 star experience! I have been going to this salon for 3 years now & I refuse to go anywhere else since I found them. My nails are always done to my liking and if there is ever an issue, it is fixed immediately. I have recommended them to just about every one I know and I always receive compliments on my nails even if theyre a month old. 😊

The Indian lady that waxed me took off her mask when we went to the back. This is not healthy nor safe. Advise employees to keep on mask at all times, even if they are using the other rooms in the back

I never posted a review before, if that gives an idea where I’m at. Got a pedi, gorgeous job in every way. Wanted full set acrylic with gel polish, short natural nail. The young lady tech was sweet but had made a mess of it all. Super thick weird shaped warped nails. I brought this to attention of the person in charge, they got the last tech still there to rescue me( it was after close, took the lady tech a long time to give me bubble nails) He did the best he could to repair what had been done he was very polite. They were all professional. However, the gentleman in charge didn’t care to ask to see the end result, not did he ask if my nails were up to Royal standard. Just my total, hand him the card and done. If it were my customer, there is no way they would leave with nails, that I wouldn’t want posted on my web page to show the quality work we do. The nails are shorter than planned warped odd shaped and look like a couple of them about to run off my fingers.🤦🏼‍♀️

Well the name is very deceiving because your really think youre going to get royal treatment, but thats not the case. The people kind of seem like theyre understaffed and dont know what they are doing. It took a good ten minutes for me and, my friends to get a massage chair. My massage chair was broken and so was my friends, and the workers were very opinionated about everything. My feet came out good but my nails are chipping a wrinkled. Like I wasted so much money on my hands I should have done them at my house. The place kind of looked cheap and you could tell the nail polishes was already used too many times. The nail polish I choose was so dried out that the worker put water in it to make it thinner. I probably won’t ever go back to this place because there is so many things wrong with this business.

Each time I’ve visit the royal day spa was a great experience. When entering the establishment each employee greets you with an introduction of how are doing and how can I help you? They offer appointments that fits your schedule and convenience. The atmosphere is phenomenal especially after a hard days work. The music is diverse whereas, everyone is comfortable and yes, I would recommend this establishment to anyone that’s looking for a clean, respectful, and upscale services. This is your one stop shop.

I usually schedule an appointment when I visit this nail shop and this time wasn’t any different. Expect this time the service I received was really disappointing. I waited exactly 49 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to receive service. I mean what’s the point in scheduling an appointment when they aren’t going to honor your time. (I’m fine with waiting but this was entirely too long). The young lady at the front didn’t communicate with me that the nail technician I was scheduled for, started on someone else after I had walked in (I was 15 mins early btw). After sitting 49 mins, there were two other customers to come in after me with appointments and were seated and offered a beverage within 15 mins of being there. Honestly, I think you guys should do a better job of communicating things with your customers, especially when you have a limited number of nail technicians that can only do certain things. The young lady at the counter seemed new, so you guys shouldn’t take this as a complaint but advice for the future.

It was my 1st time going here cause it was c was close to me. I got a full in gel on my hands and feet. The same day my nails bubbled so I went back the next day to get them fixed. Being a mom I need something that will last. The fixture lasted a day and then started pulling. Im happy with the service but the end result I am not. A little bit of advice, pay close attention to the finished product.

I love coming here but after this evening it made me realize NOT to ever come back after 6pm because I felt like my service was rushed because it was close to closing and I wasnt even offered a complimentary drink like usual.

My first experience here was Amazing. The guy who did my nails was very friendly and he took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Also the owner was very nice did a great job on my eyebrows I will definitely be back it was refreshing compared to the previous shops Ive been to.

The staff was wonderful but my nail quality terrible its not even a week paint coming off gel nail which was supposed to be the best 1 I was assured and I could go on but I will not repeat business respectfully

My girlfriend and I love going to there for pedicures and manicures. The service is always amazing and we get a FREE drink. The staffs are fun and friendly. I have an appointment for my haircut there with Natalie bc I was recommended by a friend that goes there to see here. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been a customer of The Royal Day Spa for many years and the main reason that I continue to go there is the owner, Hon. She believes in customer satisfaction and she only hires Stylists and Technicians that believe the same. I have never left the salon unsatisfied and I have only seen two clients express any concern about their services with those issues being resolved before they walked out the door. If you are looking for a full service salon (hair, nails, massage, skin care, and Microblading) to take care of you then I highly recommend The Royal Day Spa. This is a very professional, talented group of men and women working together to make sure you look and feel your best.

I love the experience at Royal. The girls are so sweet! I havent had a bad experience yet, I tried almost the girls and everyone does a wonderful job! There always updated on polishes and different nail styles! Usually busy but they always have a full staff.

They close at 7 pm and turned a potential customer around at 630 saying they close.

Did not receive what I asked for when I checked in. I was told a total price and did not know what I was charged for until i received my receipt. So had to pay cash for the other service that I asked for in the beginning. I also had to ask to have my eyebrows plucked because there was still hair left when she finished the wax service. Ive always felt like a client coming here but today I felt like a paying ticket, rushed in and out.

I went to this salon on 10/8/2016 for the first time. It was clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I had an appt with Chelsie. She listened to my wants and needs regarding my hair and came up with a great color just for me. I have been to several salons in the area and she is the first person to listen to me, let me know the pros and cons and help me find the perfect color to suit me. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed with the finished product and loved the great price. I would recommend her and the salon.

Ive been going here for 3 years now & I drive all the way from Spanish fort now. Natalie NEVER disappoints. My hair was very damaged at the beginning of going to her. She brought life back to my hair.

I walked in for a simple manicure at 6:35 pm, which the window clearly says that they close at 7pm. I got turned away by someone at the front desk, while one of the other nail techs whispered to another customer whose nails she was doing, shook her head and pulled her phone out of her back pocket to look at the time. I will never return again and make sure I spread the word.

Got gel on my fingernails a week ago and they are already peeling off. The people were nice but wished it lasted longer.

Annie did my SNS nails and Gel color change on my toes. She was excellent. She gave me the exact shape and length that I have tried getting at other locations with no success. I love that they do not use the drill to get the SNS powder off of my nails after soaking, but they use a regular fingernail file. I also love that they have gel colors that match their SNS colors!!! I havent found that at any salon Ive ever been to!The salon itself is very upscale and they offer a variety of different services. They have several pedicures to choose from as well.I thought when I went to pay my bill that it would be substantially more, but it was the same price I had been paying at the other salons that I have went to and havent been satisfied at! I will for sure be using Royal Day Spa as my go to for all of my nail and pedicure needs!

Had SNS done by Ashley. She really did a great job. Price was competitive. I had previously gone to another salon and my nails were cut down VERY far, uncomfortably far, and the nail was very thick. I asked her to thin them out and also round them off a bit more. She explained that because they were so short, she wouldn’t be able to round them very much. I understood, but by the end she was able to achieve the exact look I was going for. The only complaint I had, and the reason that I deducted a star, was because I wasn’t asked to wash my hands before the process started. With SNS, your nails are dipped into a powder that is then shared by others. Maybe she just forgot this time, as I did, so that puts half of it on me. I would, however, recommend her and the salon.

Worst experience in a nail salon I have ever had. I made an appointment but it was a mad house & I sat in a tub of cold pedicure water for over an hour. Then a woman finally did my pedi who I had not appointed with. When I finally got my mani done for my ball, I wanted a design but all she did was paint one finger a different color & the acrylics were the thickest set of nails I have ever had. I used to go here before they expanded. Ill never go back.

My nail cuticles are red and bled continuosly and stung for a few hours after getting my nails done here. Dissappointed.

The technician that performed my manicure cleaned up a polish spill, assisted other people into pedicure tubs and had a conversation with another client all while doing my manicure. Terrible customer service.
