I went here for the first time to get my nails done! Not very busy and the staff was very friendly. I got a full set for $50 with excellent attention to detail and they took great care of my nail bed. I will definitely be back and I love that they have a rewards system.

I have been to various nail salons around the Mobile area and in my opinion, Nail Spa is one of the best. They always provide excellent service, they do an awesome job on my nails and toes, they actually take their time, and they are friendly and funny. I also like that they provide me with a punch card where I can receive money off or free services after so many punches. Since I usually take my daughter with me to get my nails and toes done, I usually fill mine up pretty quickly and it is nice that they try to reward frequent customers.

Their prices are way to high for the service.. $42 for a simple Mani/pedi is more than New York prices. Staff was not even that friendly. Will not be going back

So I havent gotten my nails done in years and decided to call a few places for some prices.... Called this place and asked her nicely how much.. And she kept repeating you call me every day, you call me everyday!! $23 DOLLARS, then hangs up in my face...dually note this was my 1st time ever calling! Based on that phone call I will never go there or recommend this salon to anyone!

Amazing place! I wouldnt go anywhere else!! I will admit, Im a little on the picky side, so thats saying a lot! All of the technicians that work at the nail spa are always; friendly, caring, knowledgeable and detail oriented. As a healthcare professional who definitely pays close attention to sanitary conditions I am always very impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and instrumentation used at the nail spa. They have an excellent variety of polish colors to choose from which never look dried up but always fresh and new. One of the best parts is they always have the newest and most current O.P.I. Polishes in the salon and on display within days of of the new colors coming out. I can always count on having the newest seasonal colors, and in turn get many compliments on on my nails because the colors are fresh and often have not been discovered by others that go to Slacker nail salons that sometimes seem like they have not gotten new colors since 1999....

Horrible. Went with a friend and they were more expensive in everything, plus the Girl that did my gel manicure made 3 of my fingers bleed while Trying to trim my cuticles. And the other lady doing nails was extremely rude to the client sitting next to me while she was doing hers. Will not return when I can go to my usual salon and get French tip gels without costing me an extra $5 and the pain of my fingers being cut. She also kept painting my nails while they were bleeding.
