Popped in here for a gel pedicure because it was on the way when I was running errands — place was packed on a Wednesday around 6!! Reviews on here were so mixed but I gave it shot and it was amazing! Mary gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back!

This is the worst nail shop to ever go to ! They did not do what I wanted done ! I’m very upset !

This is the first time to the shop and I am blown away. The shop is absolutely beautiful and the measures that they have put in for covid and to make people feel safe are above and beyond. The staff there are so friendly and funny and make you feel so comfortable that I will never go to another shop again.

I started going to this place because Le started working here! She used to work at another nail salon and move to knollwood nails. If you want an incredible nail job with someone who always tries to make you happy please ask for Le. She will take care of you!! I go every 3 weeks or so and always have a pleasurable experience.

I go here every week. So clean friendly and yet do great job caring for my nails. Don’t listen to the crabby people on here that are not nice. You will love this place and pedicures feel so great! Love it!

The guy technician told me they do brow arm pit and Brazilian but when wax time came they only did brow and I asked about other services and they said they dont do. The guy technician told me I had to pay cash so I did and when I got in light to look at m6 nails he only painted 3/4. Horrible service and I did not want to tip and they didnt give change after I speak to them

The person who we had did not grab the right polish, and when we told her she was rude about it. Plus she didnt have right price sheet over charged us. She wouldnt refund. The glue on the nails are already coming off less then a week. DONT GO HERE!!

I am very particular about my nails. I’d gone to the same shop for a very long time but would end up waiting when I had an appointment.I’ve been coming here to Mindy for several months and I couldn’t be happier! She does exactly what I want, I show her a photo or explain and she asks questions until she’s sure it’s right, then does exactly what I want every time.

I love this place! Very clean and professional and they always do a great job. My mom and my sisters and I all go here and it’s very enjoyable. Mindy and Le are our favorites!

Be careful with this place- make sure always to confirm how much they are charging you and for what. Been twice and way overcharged. $100 for mani and pedi when it should have only been $70

I’ve been a customer here for a couple years, and every experience has been enjoyable. This was a very clean salon before COVID and continues to have very sanitary practices for customers. I love the natural light in the pedicure area. I’ve never felt rushed or like a burden as a walk-in. Each nail tech I’ve had has taken their time, made me feel relaxed and done a great job.

Horrible service! Horrible end product! If I could rate this place no stars I would. The people who work there were extremely rude and pushy. They couldnt even do a simple manicure properly. I did not get a sudsy hand soak like other places, no lotion, cuticle oil… nothing. Just removed Gels and painted with regular polish and not topcoat. The polish didnt even cover the whole nail only partial nail on a couple of fingers. The polish was chunky and appeared old and not fresh. In fact all the polishes were here for used and dirty looking. Absolutely horrible.. extremely sub-standard!!! Plus, we were overcharged in the facility was very dirty.

Got a $45 pedicure really took his time but the nails were not painted to the top so each toe nail has white on the top showing. Still have dead skin in most corner of nails that needed to be removed. Shape of nails are not even/crooked on many. The place was a nice atmosphere and clean and the people were nice.

I even went with her this time for a pedicure! If youve never been before try it at least once, be sure youre made chair works too!Always good friendly services and good conversations! Positive and professional staff.

Me did a great job with my nails. She introduced my thin nails to the dip colors that are a lot harder than the gel that I usually get. My nails are shiny and super pretty

The employees were super niceI showed them the picture of which nails I wanted and they made it identical as the picture I showed them! And I loved it!

I come here all the time to get my long nails done. It’s always clean and they don’t take forever but you still get good quality service!

Nice people but very pushy. I only wanted a regular manicure and they asked me at least five times if I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure after I repeatedly said I didnt want either. Also, application of polish wasnt good - I couldve eaaily done a better job myself. Definitely not going back.

My daughter and her friends wanted to get nails done for her birthday. My friend recommended perfect nail. All 4 of us came in and the work they did was amazing! I will be recommending to everyone I know. This place was 100% worth my 1 hour drive there.

This is the only place I will go for pedicures. Everything about the experience is wonderful. The chairs give amazing massages. All the technicians Ive had have been fantastic. They do a great job with the leg massage and removing rough spots and calluses. Ive always been happy with my pedicures here and they last a long time. I get regular ones, not gel. I told some friends who live in Roseville (a 20-25 minute drive) and now this is where they come, too!

I love this place so much. The staff are super courteous and always prompt and professional. I love my nails everytime I go and they are willing to fix up anything that you want. Id suggest not to come too close to the closing time because they stop taking people around 15/30 minutes before they close.

I would not recommend this place. Im on day 6 of gel nails and the polish is already coming off. I usually last 1.5 weeks before it starts coming apart. Also, the polish was applied very messy and unevenly. Theres polish OVER my cuticles and does not cover the entire nail, like I asked. It just looks like a young child pained my nails.I asked them to fix it but they just pretended to fix it but it looked exactly the same. I wanted to like this place but I just cant. Sorry.

I have gone to Knollwood Nails for the past few months. I get a full set and fills of pink and white. After some gentle suggestion on the details, I am usually satisfied. However this time was different.It was Saturday, Thanksgiving weekend. I came at about 4:30 pm. Not a single customer was in the salon during the hour and a half that I was there. Very telling!The manicurist/ owner? had a horrible attitude from the start. I acknowledge that I am picky about how I like my nails. However, I am always nice and ALWAYS RESPECTFUL to the manicurists, and I tip very well- at least 20%.I asked the manicurist/owner? to reshape a nail that wasnt quite right. This set her off! She started telling me that all I do is complain. She said that she refuses to deal with me any more, and doesnt care if I come back. She spoke in a very nasty manner. I was astonished and hurt.This review is not about how the manicurist/ owner does my nails. She is actually pretty good. This review is about how poorly I was treated. I do not deserve to be verbally demeaned! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Knollwood Nails under any circumstances. Customers deserve respect and kindness! Knollwood Nails does not deserve the business!

I tried a different local salon (Nail Bar) the day before a vacation and had the WORST dip manicure and was told they didnt have time to fix it. I was very stressed out and upset, so I decided to try Knollwood/Perfect Nails. The woman at the salon was so sweet and kind. She took so much time to carefully remove all of the fresh SNS powder and then give me a beautiful gel manicure. She turned my day around and did an amazing job on my nails (for a great price, too!). I will go back to this salon forever.

I have been going to this shop for 10 years. I have always had a good experience. I tried a couple other places closer to home, but decided it was well worth the drive. There are many regular customers, who they greet with first names. They are super patient with the young kids and the older group. I really like this Nail Salon. Would highly recommend!

Waited about 15+ minutes but she really took her time with me 💕

One of my nails had a big crack in it and was obviously very weak. I asked my nail technician to cut it down since it was about to crack, and he said the gel base coat would just seal it up. I went to wash my hands as instructed, and the nail cracked. A legit crack where the nail was just hanging on by a thread. He still tried to do base coat, and I just told him to cut down the nail because it would clearly peel apart with the polish on. He begrudgingly did so, but he didn’t cut/file it evenly, so just a couple of hours later here at home, my nail broke more, and I had to cut it and the polish myself. As for my other nails, one has jagged nail polish that will likely peel, a really uneven edge not even close to my skin, and a smudge when he grabbed my hand to keep polishing which he did not fix. On all of the nails, the top coat didn’t reach the edge, so basically half of each nail looks unfinished. Not returning here.

I love this salon and the people! I always get great nails and my friends so too. There waxing service is good too. I highly recommend.

Please read before choosing this place:First of all, I am not one to write negative reviews but I feel people need to know about this place before spending any time or money there.My friend and I made an appointment for 6:45 at this Perfect Nails in the Knollwood Mall. I arrived early and was greeted very rudely to start. I told them I had an appointment and they ignored me and said So what do you want then?They rushed me to choose a color and gave me a VERY short pedicure... MAYBE 20 minutes? They were out of the color I wanted too! My technician didnt even say hi or make eye contact. Very unfriendly.After a disappointing pedicure, it was time for my gel manicure. This was very rushed and sloppy- my technician got nail polish all over my hand. The final look was not good at all.Before I could even get my money out to pay- the lights, music, and everything was already turned off. All of the employees had their bags packed and basically shoved us out the door. Note: this place closes at 8 PM, this was at 7:40 that they were packing up.Lastly, because they didnt give me any time to put my toes under the LED light, I took my shoes off with a completely ruined pedicure . :(It was an awful experience from beginning to end. Not to mention, the actual spa is not up to date and not very clean. The bathroom is not located in the spa.I hope this helps you in your search for the best nail place! :)

I go to Knollwood nails every other week. She is always on time and does a great job. The other girls are always very professional and very kind to the clients . I recommend this shop to everyone.

Being pregnant I didnt know how good it would feel to have a deluxe pedicure. My I feel spoiled. Ill be back again. Gotta remember to bring cash for the tip.

Ive been here a couple of times and I liked the look of my nails each time. Didnt care for the melancholy attitude of the manicurist the last time, but as least they do nice work.

I have been coming here for the last three years, because my older sister recommended them and I keep coming back because they really live up to her hype! Sometime I want to talk a bit while my nails are being done and everyone is super friendly, but sometimes I just want to get in and out without the conversation and they are good for that too. They are almost always busy, but I have never had to wait very long and it’s nevet more than 40 minutes for walk ins (I have only had to wait once, while they finished up with s large gaggle of girls for a kids party). They are always checking with me along the way to make sure I’m happy with the shape, length and color of my nails and have been very patient and understanding the one time I picked out the wrong color (I wanted dark red but picks a purple by accident). I have a lot of anxiety and rarely go out to places by myself for extended periods of time, but this is one of my happy self care destinations! Everyone is really fast and good with their work and if there are ever issues (and you are not an A hole about it) they will usually accommodate for your needs. Love them and I will continue to come here for all of my nail needs!

One of my friends told me come here after the mall is rejuvenate. I think this is one of pretty nail salon in town, i like the color and the pedicure area. its so charming. Also,It felt like walking into a room full of friends. their customers is phenomenal. I did get manicure gel here then its chip off by accident at work, and the manage is happy to redone all my nail gel polish . I would come back this salon for sure.

Awesome! They were able to fit me and my friend in a timely manner despite being a walk in. Clean facility and quality service. My mani and pedi were fabulous. They lasted longer than I had expected. Definitely my new go to place!

I had an amazing experience at Perfect Nails. The technician was friendly, gave me a really good foot massage during my pedi and was a perfectionist. It was clean and quiet. So bummed to hear that when Knollwood renovated, they were forced to close for a long time leaving clients thinking they closed for good. I hope this place builds up its customer base again because they are lovely.

I had a terrible experience here! The first time, one of the men did callous remover on my foot and he accidentally cut himself with it! Then he tried to hide it from the other employees and continues to work on my pedicure with a bleeding finger until I said something! I think he was fired because when finished he left. Then I thought of giving them a 2nd chance so I go back for another pedicure and another man cut me and I was bleeding while removing my cuticules on toe! He looked around to see if his co-workers saw. Then he asked why I picked a white color, because he wanted to cover up the bloody toe! Terrible! Then I accidentally smudged my nail and he reprimanded me for not being careful! This stupid place! I will never go back!

I had a lovely mani/pedi done here. The nail techs took their time and both have stayed nice for several weeks. Beats the place I use to go and I will definitely go back.

The staff here is wonderful and warm plus they do the best job of treating my hands and feet to perfect manicures and pedicures that last longer then any other place I have used in the past.Thank Salon!

I would not recommend this place at all! The people there are not friendly, especially the girl who was doing my nails. They and do not care about you as a customer. The girl doing my nails did a horrible job! She was rushing and was not doing it neat, as if she just wanted to get it over with. I had to ask her multiple of times to fix something because it looked horrible. When she was done, my nails still looked aweful! Also, the place is dirty! There are old nail polish stains everywhere and the equipment looks like it hasnt been cleaned. Lastly, one machine that she was using to do my nails, always kept braking down. Overall not a clean place and horrible place. Such a waste of money!

They were so great, I’ve never been to a nail place where they cared so much about how satisfied you are with your nails! I will definitely be going back!

I got a French manicure done (which wasn’t anything special during the service) and it was not a clean paint job, with chips on the sides of the nails. Also my cuticles hurt after she did the manicure. After I had to point the chips out to the lady to fix, I sat under the drier for atleast 25 minutes. When I got home, approximately 45-50 min after I finished getting my nails done, I touched a few clothes. Four of my nails are now terribly chipped. The lady didn’t coat the nails properly. Really upset after this expensive service as I have a photo shoot tomorrow morning.

“Wonderful”We went to Perfects Nail Salon and Spa for Manis and Pedis before my friends wedding. The nicest people and very professional too. Would definitely recommend them. I will frequent them again next trip to Maui.

They make your nails look great, but they just don’t do them how you wanted, & try to pick things you didn’t choose, even when you’re very specific on what you want.

I love this place. Speedy and pleasant everytime. The massage chairs are heaven and so are the mini massages you get while sitting there.

I think I found my new fave nail salon! This place is SO CLEAN! I LOVE IT! Just what Ive been searching for! This place has EVERYTHING sanitary, from the pedi tubs to your personal pedi tools and all the nail techs use gloves . The tubs are lined with a plastic wrap, and the tools come out of packages- no sharing with previous customers! Ive been to so many salons that didnt clean their tubs & reused all their tools & pumice foot scrubbers- which is SO disgusting- This place is not one of those! Im so happy I found this place! The ladies are very polite & I respect that they are honest with customers when theyre too busy to take more clients, instead of like other salons Ive been to that will tell you to pick a color! & have you wait all day to get into a pedi chair. I really am impressed with their work, I got a gel mani & pedi. Also, the pedi lounge has a beautiful skylight over head which brings in beautiful sunlight. Im a new regular at this place! I highly recommend!

First time being here and i asked for a French gel pedicure first off all the pedicure seemed rushed and far from relaxing I wasn’t even asked what shape I wanted them filed or even got asked or got my nails clipped while I was there I had to make them do my toe all over again as the white line was crooked mind you I hate complaining and it was so uncomfortable I paid and went out to my car and noticed one foot was fine the other had two lines that were crooked and made my toes look crooked I had to come back in and ask to have them redone they were willing to fix the two nails that were done wrong but even after it still didn’t look good I only came here because my usual place had an hour wait and I didn’t have time to wait this probably has been one of my worst pedicures I’ve ever got and not toMention my feet still feel rough and look rough

They did an awesome job but they are really expensive.
