Children are not safe here and families are not supported or trained

How is this place still open should be the question people ask themselves... the answer is one of two things... One, people dont know what really goes on there or Two, people dont care because its all about the money... Sad.

In order to leave this review I had to give it one star. This place is a horrible place to work and also a horrible place for your children to end up in placement. They mistreat children and staff and upper management dosent do anything about it.

If I could possibly give this place a zero star review, I would. My husband was recommended for services months ago by this facility, they gave him a DV assessment and a mental health evaluation for $150. Then discovered he needed to pay for his intake, another $150 which in order to schedule he needed a copy of the police report for the incident in question which he could not legally obtain nor could it be faxed to a third party like we were told. So they asked me, the victim in alleged incident to obtain the copy for him. Keep this is mind. After rescheduling appointment after appointment and promises to have these classes started for upcoming court dates, he finally goes in to do his intake today only to be told after waiting thirty minutes after his appointment time that due to understaffing they need to refer him to another facility and are unable to provide these classes. He was told they would refund him money on Monday for the intake he had not completed but not for the mental health evaluation or DV inventory because that was a “service already provided” which he may or may not have to take again depending on the protocol of the other referred facility. I thenproceed to go up there and want an explanation, only to then be told they can’t discuss anything with me and that would be highly inappropriate since I am the victim in the case. KEEPING IN MIND that they had ZERO reservations about talking to me about anything with me over the past few months of scheduling conflictions and asking me to obtain the police report on his behalf to start his services. My husband then asks for the person who is in charge of the facility and they provide a name but refuse to give any contact information for her or times that she will be available, just saying they will relay the message to her on Monday. When he asks for a grievance form he is told that they will have the person in charge call him Monday in a very condescending and irritated tone. He was denied fair treatment, rescheduled again and again and again, made to pay money that he thought would be going towards services that he is only now being told are unavailable after MONTHS, me being refused to talk to ONLY when they have made an irrefutable error and refused a grievance form. This place is so unorganized and lacking in any kind of proper management for a facility im charge of people’s mental health needs and court requirements. I never write reviews on google, but I am beyond livid and apparently am unable to file a formal grievance. The only solace this place has going for them is the front receptionist, Kassidy who has always been nice and more understanding than she needs to be for some one who has no control over this situation. If you need similar services, I beg of you for sanity’s sake, to please disregard this facility.
