Absolutely amazing every time! Everyone is so nice and do beautiful work. My feet are so happy again, and my fingernails look great!!!

I went there today since I saw it had great reviews and it did not disappoint! The experience for the mani and pedi was great! They have amazing COVID precautions which makes me feel safe. Amazing team of ladies working there. I had a great time I will definitely be coming back.

This was my very first time at this Salon. I chose it based off of reviews and that they dont offer acrylic/fake nail service. (Ive had terrible experiences getting fake nails at other establishments.) I called on Wed and made an appointment for Thurs at 5:30pm and Im glad I did because there were people being told they would have to wait a little while as walk-ins. Cute and super clean, the girl who greeted me seemed very nice. Mary did a great job on my Gel French Tips and even did little touch ups along the way with out any prompting. Im not very good at small talk, so it was nice that she just greeted me, asked how my day was going, and after I told her I was tired from work we sat in a comfortable, mutual silence, with a few small comments in between. It was great!! I will deff be back.

Ive visited here twice now and think Ive found my new nail salon! The staff here is top-notch and the quality of services excellent with fair pricing. The facility is clean and inviting and the gel color selection vast. Twice Ive been able to get in within the hour when I called ahead. Highly recommend!

I was able to book my appointment a month in advance to get a manicure and pedicure for my wedding party and I.Polished Nails and Spa was very clean and they have a great policy in place for Covid. They clean the tables and chair after each customer. They made sure to seat my MOH and I 6 feet apart for our mani and pedi.Truc was very engaged with helping me choose a color and style I would like for my wedding nails. She gave ideas and helped me narrow down what I wanted. I felt relaxed and important while there.I love my nails! I couldnt take my eyes off them while driving home.Polished Nails and Spa is great and I would definitely recommend and encourage everyone go there.

Great manicure! Lasted a long time, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the clean environment that smelled great. Polished doesnt offer acrylic services, which is why I chose to go to their place. The location didnt have that strong headache-inducing chemical smell which was a huge bonus. They offer complimentary sparkling water, hot drinks, candy, and snacks! I really enjoyed my time there. It is a good value. I will definitely be going back next time I get my nails done :)

As a former nail biter that still struggles on and off, I really appreciate the welcoming and non-judgmental staff at Polished. I have definitely come in with nails that are far from perfect, and everyone has been so supportive and encouraging. They may not even realize how big of an impact that has on my experience and my day!Bonus: they have every color under the sun, their prices are great and the store is super clean.

This place is a winner. The manicure was very well done (cant wait to go back for a pedicure) and moreover, the owners, two sisters, were lovely to talk to. The space is clean, open and comfortable. We didnt wait more than 5 minutes for three manicures and we were done within half an hour.All around, an excellent visit. Easily became a new favorite!

Came here for a pedicure with my sister. They were timely and polite but the quality of my pedicure was terrible. My toenails are now all different shapes and lengths and a couple are sharp and jagged. The polish is on the skin of my toes and doesn’t have even color. I definitely won’t go here again.

I love going to this independent woman owned nail salon. They do an incredible job and Ivy and V are so much fun to talk to.

This is literally THE BEST place Ive EVER been to! They are so greatly priced and did such an amazing job on my nails feet and brows..all the workers speak English and are so sweet :) Im so excited to make this my home shop. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

I enjoyed my experience at this salon! There are pros and cons. Cons, street parking. Not a huge deal in the winter but probably gets busy in the summer being on nicollet. 2. They dont do fake nails. They had to recommend other places because they said the demand isnt high enough. I think they should still offer the service to stay open to a larger clientele. 3. I wanted white stripes on my nails and the gal was having trouble finding a brush with nail polish that wasnt clumpy. It made me feel like their nail polish was old. Pros! However, the girl doing my nails did offer an alternative which I actually ended up liking. The family there was really accommodating and spoke English well, which was refreshing. She took her time on my nails even though they squeezed me in a quick appointment and I didnt feel like they were rushing me out. It was a very relaxing experience!With the gel manicure, if it chips within two weeks they will fix it for free. Mine did and I called up the salon - the girl who originally did my nails squeezed me in last minute and fixed them. She went above and beyond to fix a few of them and fill in the gaps so they looked brand new. You have to go see Vi here!

This place is great! They organize the polish colors so well! Gel colors are organized by color grouping. The owners are two sisters that are just wonderful. The salon & tools are very clean.

Ive never felt so comfortable at a nail salon before. I was initially hesitant about the lack of reviews, but now I know thats only because the salon is less than a year old. They do beautiful work in a clean stylish salon with brand new comfortable massage chairs. They had a very extensive gel color selection and use excellent polishes. Everyone that worked there today was very pleasant and would talk to me like I was a welcome guest, or give me my peace if it looked like I wanted to just read a magazine and relax. They did not rush me through, which was reflected in my flawless manicure and pedicure. Thanks so much Polished - Ill be back next month!

I went to a few nail salons until I found this one. They are a clean enviroment, relaxed, and run by such a nice family. They are popular so call and make an appt, although they do take walk ins too.

I went to the salon with a few friends to get my nails done for my wedding. I had a gel manicure on the 25th of September with a beautiful red polish and my first chip came just a few days ago. While this was my first gel experience, I was expecting it to last a few weeks and was so impressed it lasted 4 full weeks looking absolutely perfect! I live out of state so I couldnt go in for a fill here, but I managed on my own and they looked great for so long. I would definitely recommend this salon. The atmosphere was great and the staff were fantastic. We had such a relaxing and fun time. I will definitely go back whenever Im in Minneapolis again.

Friendly staff, wonderful pedicure, accepting of all people and genders. My Dad and I went as we work hard jobs on our feet all day and were beyond impressed. Awesome!

Absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to .. seriously Im so disappointed... i had a vacation planned and wanted my nails done my usual nail salon is out of state. I looked up some around the area I was staying and found this salon that had great reviews and almost 5 stars so I thought oh Ill go to this one. For one they werent very friendly or talkative at all. And I had also put in my appointment I wanted an eyebrow waxing. As Im getting my pedicure it seemed like she just went real fast with it. Then when I went to go over for my manicure this woman came in and wanted a wax the lady doing my nails said thats fine itll be about 10 mins. I had mentioned that I asked for a eyebrow wax as well when I scheduled my appointment. They lady literally told me Id have to WAIT for the other lady who walked in way after me.. ? How rude. Before I paid thank goodness I noticed my nail was messed up and she fixed it. Now Im here on my vacation with my family and have to get my nails redone because out of no where I have a huge chip coming off my thumb nail. Im so frustrated. Any other place my gel nail stays on up to almost a month!TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WORK I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SALON AT ALL, THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE MADE UP LIES FOR THERE BUSINESS!

I used to love this nail shop until things changed. Ive been to a lot of nail shops in the twin cities area. Never have I ever had any sort of issues until I came here. Nail shops that dont use barbicide for cleaning the implements but will use a uv light that does not clean the implements being used on everyones feet is against the laws and rules of cosmetology in Minnesota. Which is absolutely unsanitary!! Never had an issue until one nail technician messed with an ingrown toenail which they arent supposed to do. Plus I also received nail fungus from unclean implements. However what they are supposed to do is to direct you to a podiatrist when it comes to ingrown toe nails. Especially when it comes to fungus your supposed to stop service and let the client know why. Never had nail fungus ever in my life until I went to this location. From a lady that used to love getting her nails done I refuse to step foot in any sort of nail shop. Doesnt matter if you get drinks or snacks from a shop or if they are nice. If they do not clean their implements like they should be by law. They do not deserve the business. When getting your feet and hands done ask to see what they are cleaning their implements with. Its your right to know.
