I cannot recommend this place enough. I went to get a gel manicure and ended up getting some tips too on Lenas recommendation and they look so good. They had soooo many colors to choose from so literally whatever you want to do you can. Lena did an incredible job and everyone at the shop was so sweet! She did my brows too so its a one-stop-shop situation there.

Very clean, good customer service. Even when busy they dont rush and do a great job! Definitely my new nail spot!

Place was a little overbooked but the services were wonderful and the price points exceptional for the area. This is definitely my new go-to place! If possible make sure to bring cash although they do accept card with a small service fee.

Really sweet workers who do a great job. I booked 3 pedicures here for a friends birthday and despite a small scheduling error, they were apologetic and polite to still accommodate us an hour later. The quality of work was great and they even threw in some pretty nail art for my friends birthday! I hope to come here again.

Exceptional service. First visited about 3 months ago and have only been visiting with them since. I can see myself coming here for years to come.

Made an appointment at 11 with the salon. Came in at exactly at 11 when the salon opened and it was packed, barely any open pedicure chairs. We told them we had an appointment, which we did, and they said we didn’t and then they said it was actually at 11:15 which is not what the person on the phone had said. Proceeded to wait 30+ minutes to be helped and they helped people who came in after us before us even though we had an appointment. Do not recommend at all.

I’ve been seeing them for my nails for 4+ years.They are always accommodating when making appointments and has such pride in her business. My toes and nails always look perfect and she’ll go the extra mile to make sure of it. Her leg and shoulder massages are so lovely and a great bonus to the beautiful nails. I recommend her to everyone!

Pamper Nails is my favorite spot for manicures and pedicures. The staff is fantastic - very attentive, friendly and everyone I’ve seen does impeccable work. It’s also super clean and they have a great selection of polishes. Do yourself (and your nails) a favor and check out Pamper Nails.

Quality service. I have been there twice and both times was very happy with the results. The pedicure lasted too! I recommend you make a reservation to avoid having to wait. You have a choice of going with basic service or a pampered service. I have done both - it all depends on how much you want to be pampered. I will be back; already planning my next visit.

Been here twice, once for manicure, once for pedicure. Both times had a good experience. I have never had a manicure where my cuticles didnt get clipped to the point of bleeding, but this time they clipped and pushed and whatever gently enough to keep the blood in my veins but aggressive enough to make my nails look AMAZING. Pedicure was great. I usually have some weird allergic reaction to the slat scrub/lotion combo at any salon, so I asked them to not do it. She massaged with oil instead, which was so nice! Good prices. Lovely people.

My daughter and I were visiting from New York and decided to do a manicure and pedicure day. This place was by far the best salon that I have ever been to. They are very professional, and were attentive to my needs. They never made you feel like you were rushed and took their time providing the pampering experience. As a matter of fact, I got my eyebrows waxed. In addition to the waxing, I received a face massage (which was amazing). I would highly recommend Pamper Nail & Spa to anyone in the area. I wish I could give more than 5 stars as a rating.

I have never gone to a nail salon on a regular basis. Going to get my nails done has always been part of special girl outing or occasion, like a wedding. My experiences at nail salons have been for the most part disappointing. Either its been due to the atmosphere or poor service. Well, that is not the case at Pamper Nails and Spa. The first time I went I was welcomed with warm smiles and great customer service. The atmosphere was inviting and professional. The attention to detail and customer care left me more than pleased. I am proud to call myself a regular.

WARNING! I got an infection on my toe after being nicked during a pedicure here. After realizing this, I contacted the salon and asked the owner if they autoclave their instruments to sterilize them. She said no. I still dont know if they routinely sterilize before and after each client. Huyem Le (name owner gave me) was nasty, disrespectful, and did not care. Do not patronize this business. They are happy to take your money but do not care about your health. I wish I had read the other negative reviews before I went. I am filing the appropriate complaints.

Have had several high quality gel pedis here. They last a month with no chipping!! Very clean, relaxing space with new massage chairs. The women who do the nails are consistently warm and friendly and even remember my name. Love this neighborhood gem!!

Took my college nieces here to get their nails done for their birthdays. This place was nice... clean and professional. They did an amazing job on their nails and their prices are reasonable. We would definitely come back here.

Moved to the uptown area recently and have been to 4 salons so far; the one I found in Richfield with chrome powder had an hour wait one day so I googled salons, made sure they had an opening, and am now a repeat customer! Excellent staff and service, plus amazing manicures. I do acrylic gel and have been very into the chrome top powder. They nailed it:)

I hate to be the one to bring down their rating because I’ve gone several times to get a gel dip powder manicure. They looked lovely and lasted. The service was excellent up until yesterday. I won’t be going back after this last experience.I wanted to remove my manicure and not get a new one during that visit. I tried to assure them that the decision had nothing to do with them or their service yet they still seemed irritated that I wasn’t getting another one done. Despite their attitude, I expected them to use the usual process of soaking them to soften them before removal. Instead, they snapped them with clippers and dug underneath to pry them off. It was very painful and left my nails feeling weak/raw and looking uneven in both texture and length.It’s hard to believe they’d be so petty as so do a terrible job of removing it because I didn’t want a new one but I think it’s the only explanation.I debated between 2 and 3 stars because, like I said, my other experiences were good but they needlessly caused me physical pain and damaged my nails. (For the record, I flinched and said “ow” several times but I did not try to stop them once the process started. I should have but I stupidly thought there must be some reason they were doing it this way. Nope. Just negligence.)Good luck everybody.

I’ve had two great pedi and manis at Pamper Nail & Spa - they are very good and fast at what they do. But be prepared to pay in cash, for them to push hard for a fancy pedicure option, and to not hear much English.

This is my favorite nail salon in the city. Its clean and cozy. The ladies are super friendly and they do such a wonderful job with my pedicures and gel manicures.

They are super reasonably priced and do a fair job, which is why I gave them 2 stars. However, I was very disappointed by their service. My friend called to make an appointment for 2 pedis and manis, and when we got there, we had to wait about 30-40 minutes until someone actually started on us. They kept trying to upsell me by saying that my pedicure wouldnt dry by the time I left unless I did gel, and do I want the foot scrub which is $5 extra?The mani and pedi were fine in the end, when I paid she asked if I had cash. I asked if she took card and she said yes, but do you have any cash for tip? It just felt very pushy towards cash, and that felt kind of creepy.

Do not go here!! They do absolutely nothing to sanitize nail tools or stations between customers. I watched the woman “clean” the tools she used on me with the water I had soaked my hands in and put them back in her box. I saw this as my nails were drying. If I had seen it sooner, I would have walked out. This was especially concerning because the woman cut me during my service and knowing the tools aren’t sanitized I’m disgusted. Additionally, the towels had not been changed between customers. Also, like others have said, I made an appointment for 2 and still ended up waiting 15 minutes only to have one employee for two of us and she continually left to help other customers throughout. I really wanted to like this place since it’s in the neighborhood.

Made an appointment. Waited 30 minutes past appointment time. Was offered water, other patrons were offered water or soda. Nail tech was an older lady The nail tech was rude, rough and nicked me 3 times which is concerning because I am a diabetic. I got a manicure and pedicure with a design. I was not happy with the service and will not return. At one point the nail techs were loudly speaking in their language. This interaction made me feel very uncomfortable.

I have been to this salon a hand full of times receiving just Ok service but my last visit was very very unsetteling, enough for me to write a review which I rarely do. Within days of having a gel manicure done, I developed a fairly seriously infection on one of my nail beds and minor irritation on two others. I had asked the technician if the tools were cleaned after noticing some ‘debris’ and she brushed it off but I totally regret it now. *Be extremely cautious and make sure the tools are cleaned properly

The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because my gel manicure lasted much longer that normal. The customer service was horrible. During my manicure I was cut twice and told her she was hurting me before I started bleeding. She never apologized for cutting me. My finger proceeded to bleed the whole time. Also when I gave her, her tip she just looked at me like where is the rest of it. I tipped 16% which I think is reasonable especially after she made me bleed and did not even apologize.

Lisa at pamper nail & spa in minneapolis is THE BEST. i have found my nail person and will never go anywhere else.she was funny, personable, and took extremely great care with removing my previous gel manicure. she took the time to let them soak properly so that the removal wouldnt damage my natural nail at all. the gel manicure she gave me is absolutely perfect. its worth the time to get lisa. she is careful, kind and very skilled.
