This location is new for me as Im originally from Temple. But over the years Ive never had a problem with Valvoline no matter where I go. Theres usually 2,3, and sometimes 4 people working on my vehicle. They are quick and efficient. They make sure they know what services they offer and everything they did at the time of my visit. I usually do my own changes but since weve moved into a rental here in San Antonio Id like to see my deposit back. Haha. Valvoline is who I trust while I take a break in the meantime.

I was so impressed with the service I received today. I normally go to Lexus for all my oil changes but I didnt feel like driving to San Antonio. The Valvoline crew was fast, friendly and professional. Ill definitely be back!

Normally I love the service at valvoline but this location is SUPER slow and they didn’t even come ask what I was there for when I had been waiting for about 30 minutes. All I needed was my fluids and tire pressure checked. This location’s service is slow, be prepared to wait.

I was promised by staff that a special oil for my Audi would be ordered for my vehicle and it would be ready for me yesterday 08/06/2021. I called today to confirm if my oil was in stock. It was never ordered and now I have to go to San Antonio for an oil change. Don’t make promises you can’t keep guys. I’m done with this place.

I was greeted by a gentleman name Albert very friendly. Then the manager Frankie was very helpful not only he did oil change but Offered other items that needed attention and I wasn’t pressured on getting it. And the gentleman doing the oil change did a good job as well. I was there for about 15 minutes in and out good customer service.I will go back most definitely I will be getting transmission fluid change I believe it’s a good deal. Overall, the service was fast. Apparently it is a new place in town which is great since I’m new here as well. However, I would advise managers to let their employees know to watch their language. If I heard the name correctly, the name was Dillon. Mr Dillon could work on his language. Had to roll up my back windows since I had my sisters kids and didn’t want them to hear any inappropriate things. I Will come back if this issue is fixed!

Needed an oil change and didn’t have time to wait hours at a dealership so I went here. I was greeted by a guy named Ryan I believe and he was extremely helpful and nice! He broke down the numbers of what I would be paying for my oil change and recommended the best synthetic oil for my car. He also offered additional services, such as a replacement for my windshield wiper blades for an additional charge and possible discount for 2 and I accepted. He showed me also showed me what was being worked on such as the air filter being clean, the oil levels and battery levels. All within 15-20 mins! I will be back for sure!

My step dad loved that their service is fast. However, if going fast means leave oil on the bottom of my step dads truck, then we probably won’t come back. According to his receipt, a technician name Dylen made a huge mess and now our new drive way is dirty by the small leaks. Management has to get this resolved.

This Valvoline location checked to be sure they had a filter for my new car when I called. One of the other Valvoline locations in town told me there was no way to know until my car was actually in the shop. We had already been turned away at a couple of other oil change shops because the car was too new, so I really appreciated their effort. Service was quick and professional.

The service was friendly but it took a long time to get through. It looked like they were understaffed. Everyone was working quickly but they couldnt keep up.

Very professional and utilized teamwork to get me in and out as fast as possible when I got my oil change and inspection done today. I believe the supervisor was named William. He was friendly and well spoken. A truck with a trailer wanted a oil change but Will had to turn them away since the man did not want to drop his trailer. He was professional about it since it was policy he did the right thing but the man did not care and was somewhat rude. He handled the situation perfectly and deserves a raise/promotion for leading by example. I’m glad the place has opened just a mile from my home. This will be my go to place for routine work.

William, Everett and the crew were professional, friendly and quick. Between my conversation and the conversations I overheard with other customers, they never tried to pry in an upsell for unnecessary services as many other services try. The prices were inline with industry, and I appreciated they took the last effort to make sure everything was tightened down in the engine compartment, even things they didn’t service. I will be going back for future oil changes.

They are super nice and so good on time! I went about 5 minutes before they opened and expected to wait for 8 o’clock but they took care of me anyways and were so informative.

This was my first experience getting an oil change here and they were so kind and patient. The whole process was contactless and very quick and professionally done. Ill definitely go back and I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

Went in a few days ago for an oil change, and Albert, Damien and the rest of the guys were excellent. Went back today for an ac service and fuel system service and again, Albert, Damien and the rest of the team had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be returning for future services.
