This is a fabulous salon experience and Im not easily pleased!!Bryce gave me a sassy edgy cut and Annabelle followed my bleach and tone instuctions perfectly!!Definitely a fun vibrant upbeat experience all the way around!!

James. Is. A. Magician!!! that’s all i really need to say... he brought sooo much life to my coarse asian hair. His attention to detail is unreal. Matthew cut my hair last time and kept my length but added sooo much body! Dream team.

James is the the color connoisseur, Matthew H is the scissors slayer (aka amazing hair cuts and blow outs!), and Daniel K is a keratin king! THE BEST hair salon in Mpls. I have the privilege of having, JAMES as my color expert, & BENJAMIN as my stylist. Even though all the people who work their are professional, happy and friendly, these two gentlemen have given me great looking hair every time and have educated me in how to keep it healthy and looking great. They are extremely knowledgeable and most fun to be with. It is always a pleasurable experience.

James Hardy does incredible balayage!! I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to do color!! Im brunette and I always want the highlights that are super natural looking as if they were always there. James does exactly that with ease and creativity! He is also super caring and is a sweetheart who is just a pleasure to work with.

Amazing service. Ive been going here for years now. I feel like I could walk in to any stylist and get a cut that works. You pay for what you get, and for me, with a receding hairline and an odd-shaped head, they deliver.My only gripe is the location. Its hard to get to during rush hour. :(

As someone who is immunocompromised, I was weary of getting my haircut. But it had to be done. BJS did an EXCELLENT job keeping me safe. Everything was immaculate and done in a safe way. Friendly and talented staff along with its detail-oriented management can’t be beat, especially during this time! Cannot recommend enough!!

The salon itself is very nice and upscale. Nothing noteworthy but I didnt go there for the pictures on the wall or products that they sell. I went for a wash and blowout.It was fantastic! I had this amazing woman, Therese, as my stylist and she is not only great at what she does but is a really cool lady. I cant afford another trip there most likely but shes so cool its worth it just to pop in and chat with her. I have been looking for a new salon for over a year, and let me tell you I am SO happy I picked Bryce Jermain. I had a cut with Matthew and color with James. They both took my hair that was once long, damaged, mismatched colors and made it into something I love. I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out and can’t wait for my next appointment. Beautiful, fun colors that I didn’t think were possible on my dark hair. She managed to deliver a purple blend that I had always wanted while managing to not kill my hair. Great place!

James is a color genius! He took me from red to blonde safely and my hair has never looked more healthy! Plus, he is an absolute pleasure to be around. I highly recommend you see him for all of your color needs!

Bryce Jermain is the place to go if you need a convenient, trendy, professional, investment in your hair. Yes, it will cost extra and yes, they will offer you coffee or tea when you arrive. Ive invested time in my stylist and now I will never leave! They definitely have a partnership with Bumble and Bumble but theyre not overly pushy about their products, but definitely go in prepared for a light sales pitch. There is a free parking lot but be very careful turning from or on to Hennepin Ave.Bonus, there is Starbucks and Caribou in the same parking lot so you can make your hair cut a full self care day!

Would not recommend coming here. Haircut was overpriced for what it was and service wasnt stellar. I was not impressed and will not be coming back here.

Lauren is the best! I have been going to her for cut and color for over three years. She listens and got to know me as a person and my life and style so my hair always looks great and fits my life. Lauren has a great eye for color and strangers have stopped me ask where I get my hair done. Lauren gave me written instructions for styling my own hair and recommended products that make a real difference. She is responsive, collaborative, and knows both classics and trends. I highly recommend Lauren and the salon is great too.

Brought my toddler in for his first haircut to get used to sitting in a chair and scissors. He really enjoyed it! I was kind of shocked when I was charged $40-45 for his haircut though. Really??? As much as Id like to bring him back there I cant afford that for just a few snips of the scissors.

I had my first dramatic long to short haircut experience and it couldnt have gone better with the sweetest Benjamin! This man is an artist with hair! I was so impressed, I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but showed him some pictures of a few types of styles I loved. He knew right away what to do and I love love love it! He even made sure I left with knowing how to style it and gave me some pointers, so I wasnt left too overwhelmed. He didnt pressure me into anything, listened to what I had to say, and made me feel happy, relaxed and excited for my big change! Great conversationalist as well. Plus, he gave me some wine to calm my nerves-which really helped! I will most definitely be seeing Benjamin again! I trust in him with whatever he does to my hair! Thanks Benjamin, see you soon!! I go to James for my color, he is just wonderful. He always takes the time to listen to what I am looking for and offers helpful suggestions on how to achieve the look I am going for. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else!

I dont want to tell you how AMAZING Maggie is because then it will be even harder to get in to see her, but alas I must! Maggie is a true artist! This young woman is incredibly talented with hair color and scissors AND is incredibly warm, brilliant and professional. Ive got strange, course hair, and Maggie performed her magic and worked with my hair. I absolutely LOVE the cut and color that Maggie gave me. Further, time flew by while sitting in her chair due to her lovely personality. Maggie is my hair artist forever more!!!!

I had a great experience at Tres Jolie Salon. I went to see Matthew for a blow out/style for my engagement pictures. It was easy to book my appointment and the front desk staff was great. Amber assisted me with my booking and greeted me for my appointment. She was very friendly and helpful, and offered me some wine to sip on during my appointment. Matthew listened and understood the style I was going for and took his time to get it just right. I was very happy with the look! And the style held up during the entire engagement shoot. I will be going back again on my wedding day for my bridal appointment. Would definitely recommend Tres Jolie Salon to anyone!

James gave me the best color Ive ever had and I love Matthew for my cuts. He also did my wedding up do and did a fantastic job! My husband sees Liz and loves her too. Customer service is always on point and the atmosphere is super fun. I highly recommend this salon!

I was running a few minutes behind because parking sucks! It is uptown after all. Front desk staff was friendly and I had called them letting them know I was nearby. My stylist was Jason. Honestly best experience! We had a nice chat. He helped me achieve my dark hair again and gave me the most beautiful voluminous blow out with curls! I felt like I was ready to run down the runaway at a beauty show! HIGHLY recommend this place!

I have been salon hopping for years, and have never found a salon that I love until I came to Bryce Jermain Salon.James did my color and Liz did my cut. They both met with me in the beginning to talk about what I would like to do with my hair. They discussed with each other what they would be doing and truly collaborated their efforts. James went above and beyond to give me the color I was looking for that has depth, is beautiful, and completely natural looking. Liz did a wonderful job working with my thick hair to provide a clean cut with layers that blend in flawlessly. I would say James has coloring down to an art, and Liz has hair cutting down to a science. Together they are an outstanding team, and I will certainly be coming back!

I have been a client of Laurens for the last six years and happily followed her to Bryce Jermaine from her last salon - for good reason!I first saw Lauren as a blonde with blunt bangs and a bob... not my best look. Lauren saw my potential as a red head and Ive never looked back.After my first color in the red realm I was assaulted with compliments from friends, family, co-workers and even strangers. Shes since provided multiple variations of beautiful reds, always providing depth, dimension, and shine.Lauren gives an excellent cut and style, and somehow always gently steers me away from the constantly asked inquiry should I get bangs? The correct answer for me is always NO. We start each cut with her asking my opinion on what to do, which I provide, but always ends with me saying I trust you and Im never disappointed. I leave loving my look and am happy with the way it grows out and maintains between appointments.I really look forward to my services with Lauren - shes fun to talk to and make me laugh. I highly recommend her - shes awesome and so is the beautifully renovated Bryce Jermaine Salon!

I have only colored my hair once before, and I wasnt quite sure how to describe the balayage I wanted for my hair. Jason asked a few questions and seemed to read my mind as he mixed colors and painted my hair. Im really happy with the results and will definitely come back to the salon.

5 stars and more to stylist Danny Heist! I got a cut and balayage with him and it turned out gorgeous. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. I appreciate how Danny takes the time to listen to what you want and takes it to a whole new amazing level. He has an amazing talent for picking a color that enhances the look of your natural hair color. Danny Heist is that rare stylist where you can go in knowing that it will be an awesome experience!

TERESE! She was wonderful. I scheduled my appt for 3 hours before I needed to be at the airport to get my flight home. It was risky on my part, but Terese got it done and I LOVE my new hair. She lightened it/toned it and did a pretty dramatic (gorgeous) cut super quickly. She also listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Its even better than I was hoping. I have been going to Lauren for the last two years, and her work never ceases to amaze me. She does a phenomenal job understanding what I want in a cut, and executes my desires flawlessly - most of the time above my expectations. For those looking for a stylist that works well with mens hair (including those with difficult hairlines, such as myself), I cannot recommend Lauren enough.Also, I couldnt get in with Lauren one day and so saw Courtney instead. She was also great.

She is so courteous on the phone and makes me feel that my opinions and time are her number one priority. The owners, Bryce and Jason, are always equally welcoming and make a point of stopping by to say hello to me. I have had the pleasure of working with James for my color and Matthew for my cuts. Both of these gentlemen have done a spectacular job of taking the time to make sure that they understand what I want, but also making sure that I leave my best self. The entire experience is one that I eagerly await time and time again.

I have been through many, many, many salons in the Twin Cities area SEARCHING for a stylist to hear me when I describe my hair and how it behaves. We all know our hair has a mind of its own at times. I have naturally curly hair with colics. Every person before has styled my hair the way they wanted to. I looked good for that day, but was never able to replicate the style. Now I come to meeting Benjamin with Tres Jolie. All I can say is he is an absolute ARTIST!!!!! My first appointment took an hour, most of which he consulted me on my hair, how it works, and what doesnt work. He took me from flat, tired, and frumpy to sassy, stylish and beautiful!!! I will never turn back. This is the BEST hair I have EVER had. Do your self a favor and meet Benjamin. He is an absolute sweetheart. Thank you!!!

My experience with stylist Benjamin and Tres Jolie salon has been incredible. I began seeing Benjamin 5 years ago, after years of salon and stylist searching—thinking I had come across some great places, but never quite being really satisfied. I have what I consider to be high-maintenance men’s hair, and Benjamin has consistently been adept at translating my ideas and desires into a great cut and style that is manageable and easy to maintain. His customer service—as is characteristic of the salon—is top notch and he always seems to go out of his way to make you feel important (from the care he takes in the details, to the excellent hair wash and scalp massage, to just noticing the personal details and remembering them the next time you come in). The salon itself is a completely comfortable environment that does not skimp on the details. It’s an intimate space where people recognize you, there are always refreshments, and it always seems sparkly and new. I would highly recommend seeing Benjamin at Tres Jolie.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was kind and friendly and I have a great cut that is exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely love my hair color by James and cut/style by Benjamin. My hair has shine and depth that I havent had in years thanks to James. And the style Benjamin gave me has lots of movement and yet i still have the length i want.Both James and Benjamin made this a wonderfully fun experience and three weeks later, Im still loving what they did for my hair.They took ten years off my looks.

One of the best places, and best staff, I have had the experience of conversing with. They are high on price, but then again price reflexes quality, or in my opinion, Art.

I came for Japanese hair straitening and the results were bad: 1. My hair is still curly and some of it was broken. I’m on Yoko system for years (From another country) and I always got great results: The hair was totally strait and the process was safe without any damage to my hair. Instead of 3 and a half hours it was done in only an hour and a half and this is way it did not succeed. I will never come to this place again. The stylist is not professional and I can’t believe I paid 400$ for this damage

Wonderful experiences here! I usually am very hesitant to get my hair cut and/or colored by anyone, but when I went to Bryce Jermain Salon and had Lauren Napolitano do my hair I loved it! She knows so much about her profession and it truly shows that it is her passion. The whole salon is filled with great people and it is a very welcoming and comfortable environment. I would recommend this salon, as well as Lauren Napolitano specifically, to anyone.

My visits to Spencer & Matthew are a revitalizing break away from the world. I leave the salon feeling pampered & sexy every time! Perhaps this is why I have driven over 2 hours for my visits to Tres Jolie when I was living outside of Mpls. for more than 2 years! The convenience & free parking are an added perk. Centrally located, I often take advantage of dining out after my visits to the salon. The salon, itself, is an unpretenious oasis. However, the highlight for me is my chance to spend time with Spencer & Matthew. Both are so kind & funny! Moreover, their skill is what won me over, just 4 years ago! Spencer consistently works his color magic on my hair and provides me with the natural look I am wanting. Matthew awes me with his cutting skills that help me achieve my desired outcome. Both leave me inspired to go back into the world representing my best self!

First off...It was easy as pie to get there from out south. I enjoyed my experience at Tre Jolie very much. James chose the color carefully to match my color, to give it depth, and cover the grays and mixed it up, while I sipped on a great cup of coffee. The music playing is always good and tasteful! He made me feel so natural being there. I am super pleased with the outcome of my color. The owner Bryce stopped by to greet me and check out how things are doing so far. I trust no one else to cut my hair Holli is a wonderful stylist.YouIll just want to tell everyone about Tre Jolie and the great products they use.Its way worth it to get it done right.
