Great Pedicure. My manicure was good for 3 days. It chipped I went back and she did a terrible job replacing it. I will not return. Below is a pic of my chip and how she tried to fix it.

The people were great. I got the next gen nails and the too coat came off within 30 minutes.

Awesome job! I have gel polish with gel French tips on my natural nails and they turn out wonderful. The polish stays on for up to two weeks with no chipping.

For the most part this is a really good place, the nails are always sturdy, never seem to fall off, designs are done with precision, most of the staff is very friendly. I give it a low rating though becuase their hours are garbage for anyone who works a 9 to 5 and theres one particular lady there, I dont know her name but her service is horrible, shes so mean and grumpy every time I go in and Im saying this without her ever even being my nail tech. Probably wont come back until she gets the stick out of her a**.

The place is clean. The girl jacked my nails up gel polish was uneven. She chipped the side of my nails the shape was all different sizes. She kept filing trying yo fix the mess she made. The manager side she would refund my money and to date has not. This happened 4/29/21. The lady by the door is always nasty when she speaks to people

I have been going to this nail salon for over 13 years even after moving further away Iam still willing to drive the distance because I feel as though they do a great job, Im always happy with my nails, great customer service, and it is a very clean salon.I see Thuy Ho usually but all of the staff does a Awesome job..

1) They do NOT honor appointments. I have tried going to Happy Nails three times and each time waited 30+ minutes before being seen...WITH an appointment previously scheduled.2) The nail tech who did my nails did a great job and I was super impressed with her work. However, she answered her personal cell phone 3 times while she was working on my nails in the hour that I was being helped.3) Also, they are NOT COVID-19 conscious. Everything says 6 feet and they have the plexi-glass set up for their technicians, but the customer chairs are two feet apart maximum. The technicians also often remove their masks when they get up and walk around.**After waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time this week I ended up leaving as I didnt feel they deserved more of my money or time. It is a bummer as they do great work...but it isnt worth me wasting an entire day waiting to be seen when I have an appointment booked.

I love this Salon. KELLY is amazing! They will make you feel like family here. Get a good quality work quick. You can also get an amazing eyebrow wax, eyelash application, even get eyelash extensions.

Our appointment was booked at 4:30 pm and we were stuck waiting till 6:30 until we were finally able to have our turn. There were only two people in the salon who knew how to do acrylics and the lady who had done mine wasn’t even an employee at the salon, in which she had revealed to me herself. It had me thinking if she was a licensed nail technician or not. They weren’t sanitary with each client as well, a few of the staff would go into the back have a few snacks and would return to work while another was cashing out clients and working on others without washing hands. There was another group at 4:30 who were smart enough to walk out due to the long wait. They are really unorganized when it comes to bookings and taking care of appointments first instead of walk-ins. We didn’t finish our appointment until 8:30 pm when all the technicians were tired of working and finished the nails half heartedly. My friends nails weren’t shaved down and filed properly and they had cut my cuticles due to the conversations they were having. They have terrible service and aren’t sanitary with the way they their handle clients. I have no idea how they have such great reviews.

Unprofessional. Kelly was a no-show for 2pm appt. Vee overcharged AGAIN. Full set pricing is listed on wall for $35, but charged $50. Quality is lacking at this location and has been for some time. Go elsewhere where your patronage will be appreciated with true professionalisms

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Do not go here for any service if you are new to the shop they are very unprofessional and prioritize customers based off if they know them or not. I have cake to this nail shop 2 days in a row simply trying to get strip lashes and was treated so horribly. Will not be coming back and will not be referring anyone here ever!!

Happy Nails was an integral part to a fun bachelorette party day! T- helped us from start to finish with accommodating and even went as far as opening up the shoppe early!!! When we arrived, service was fast, friendly, professional, fairly priced, and extremely well done. They had mimosas for the group which, shows how they go above and beyond. Absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been going to happy nails for about 2 and a half years and before I wasn’t having any problems but the last few times I went I’ve been having horrible experiences. One time I went and had to wait 3 hours on a Tuesday and I was up next but still had to wait that long. This time I went today and the lady that OWNS the place did my eyebrows and she wasn’t paying attention and ripped out a lot of my hair then afterwards didn’t apologize or discount the price. Lady was super rude and after leaving I saw she left wax all over my face. Would 100% recommend if you go to only let kelly do you eyebrows and not to let the older lady do your nails if there full sets either because she’s awful at it.

Ok at best. Was rushed through the process and three of my nails were cracked and corrected after I said something. I will not be returning.

Today is my first time here at Happy Nails. I came through a recommendation from a friend. I called ahead to make an appointment for 2:30pm. As it happen today is also Vietnamese New Year. All the nail tech were in their traditional ao dai. The sight was festive to said the least. They also have free buffet style food as well. I came in for a pedicure and my nail tech is Loan Nguyen. She was great through out the whole process. She took her time and didnt do a rush job at all. She was very meticulous and careful when she does my feet. I got my toe nail cuts, files, remove cuticle, feet sugar scrub, and massage with hot lotion. The owner was friendly and courteous too. She keep telling to eat more food and even got me a bottle of water. Suffice to said I will tell all my friends and family about Happy Nails and what a wonderful experience I had.

Moved nearby and decided just to try the place. It turned out great!! I just got a pedicure this time but I will definitely be back. They took me right away when I walked in and did a very thorough job on my feet! Well worth the cost, which was really reasonable! The color selection was huge and it took me some time to settle in the color. Overall I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

Best nail salon in Minnesota! Always right on with style and professionalism. Kelly and T are the best artists around. They also do eyelashes and eyebrows the best anywhere. Do stop by you wont regret it!

I really wanted to love this place like most of the reviews say but I just cant and probably wont return. I have had 3 different unhappy experiences. First, my first time I went in I got a deluxe pedicure and a full set. I loved my full set it was great my feet also looked great and I was happy. A few hours later my big toe hurt really bad and throbbed all night. I ended up calling and saying I thought my toe was infected and was told to come in. I came in right away but was almost turned away because they were busy. The guy stopped what he was doing anyways and looked at my toe and said give it a few days. My toe stopped hurting but it was definitely infected because there was pus. I didnt get another pedi after that. Second time I got a fill and it was just so sloppy. Third time Im just done and so disappointed. I chose to start going to the nail shop for self care and personal time but have yet to be satisfied. Once again the nails are sloppy and I have 1 super thick nail that doesnt match the others. One even broke the same day. To top it off 5 of my cuticles are bloody and painful. I only felt when 2 happened. When I looked down and saw blood I said something but the nail tech said nothing. She had me go wash my hands as if that would be better and cleaned them with alcohol. No apology. I am thankful I got a bit of a discount and an apology at the register but super disappointed with how my nails look and my cuticles really hurt and I know will take a while to heal. Im so sad about this. How come it seems like everybody else has gotten such great service but Im just not. This is really unfortunate because I wanted to make this my home shop. Smh

Three of us met there at 3:30PM on a Saturday. Their website says they close at 4:30, so we thought wed be good. One of my friends who got there early went in and they abruptly told her WERE CLOSED before she could even say what she wanted.What a ridiculous way to treat customers. These folks lost out on over $200 worth of services, plus well never be back.

Ive frequented happy nails for over a decade. I absolutely LOVE this place and their work. I now reside in st paul and still drive all the way to Columbia heights for their impeccable services.

The only real good nail tech in there is V. Kelly just rushes through getting your eyebrows done

V did an awesome job on my nails! I called ahead to make sure someone could do an ombre nail. V gave me the holographic ombre of my dreams at a very reasonable price. She also asked questions to figure out what would work best for me instead of trying to get me to do the more costly service, which showed me that she really cared. Cant wait to come back! Sidney did a great job on my nails! They use bags in the pedicure bowls which is great but the only thing was there where really busy and seemed rushed with clients

She says she has a personal appointment and will be back at a certain time and is it not available the time she says she will be. She trys so hard to be a cool person but what i want is professionalism and timeliness. I hate this place It has happened to me several times.

Went in for a full set. Nails didnt get filled at all so my nails are jagged and catch everything i touch also she didnt size my nails correctly so I have real nail sticking out places an acrylic overlapping my finger in other places. None of the nails are the same length and lastly theres bubbles popping out all over the nails. :(

I was just here and I walk in sit down didnt get greated or nothing still sitting there 10mins later still no one spoke to me. Another girl walks in 10mins after me sits next to her friend that was already there. Another nail tech walked in and she sat in his chair the girl even said she wasnt next but they said its fine and started her nails... So another girl walks in and they spoke to her but yet I still wasnt spoke to... So I got up and walked out... Ill never recommend this shop to no one ever again... Disappointed

Best Place to get your nails done!!! They do an incredible job.

Kelly did a full set for me and it was great. Someone else did my feet. I have nerve damage so I couldnt feel it, but when I got home my right foot was bloody and I had gouges on my heel. It actually looked like I got stabbed in the foot. I have my wedding in two days and dont know if I can wear my heels. I will not go there again.

IM SUPER PICKY... With that being said, i LOVVVEEE this place. They are fast, good friendly service, reasonable (i dont wanna say cheap bc it sounds ugly), the owners are awesome, Kelly is AMAZING!!! I drive 20-30 mins away from home to come here bc its worth it and i refuse to have ugly nails that are not unique and beautifully done. I get tons of compliments. Five stars ALL DAY.

Will not be returning. Very unprofessional shop. Went to get a manicure with dipped nails and pedicure. Got there at 4pm they close at 7pm. After waiting over 60 mins the man got me ready to take my dipped polish off and then sent me back to get my pedicure. Pedicure was mediocre didnt cut any cuticles or do a good massage. As the lady was finishing my toes I noticed all the techs were leaving and I wondered who was doing my nails bcuz I was under the impression only a few techs knew how to do the dipped nail technique. The older lady that is near the register I believe is the owner ended up doing my nails and she did them completely backwards. She realized she didnt put on the white bonding powder that is ususally done first so she did it last and it made it look and absolute mess. Im allergic to gel and acrylic so I only do a regular top coat and she argued with me trying to make me do the gel top coat. I left very unhappy not wanting to have to go a month with nails I dont want anyone to see. I dont live nearby so it took me a couple days to come back hoping that I could get my nails fixed. Being they work off commission my nails werent happily fixed. They were fixed but fixed half ass. Bad business. They knew that lady didnt know how to do dipped nails yet they stuck her to do my nails anyway. Never again.

I brought some of my bridesmaids here for mani/pedis pre-wedding and we were helped all around the same time. I felt they were good at the whole group dynamic, and I appreciated it even more because they were pretty busy during that time. Everyone was so nice and they listened to us. Great prices for the services we got - gel manicures and regular pedicures. I will say that we were a little disappointed with our nails in the end because there was some nail polish outside of the nail on our skin etc, and my gel manicure stated peeling off within 3 days and I barely made it through the wedding day with intact gel nails that were guaranteed to last 2 weeks or more. Ive had gel nails that have lasted longer and I will probably go elsewhere for nails in the future.

I swear I paid for a ultimate pedicure and got a regular pedicure then on a slow day I had 2 foot nail techs ? That should never happen especially when I’m paying money . They complained the whole time doing my long nails . Will not be back
