Honestly the worst customer service. Due to covid-19 cases surging in florida i decided to cancel my event THREE months in advance. I kindly asked for the deposit back because at the end of the day it’s a security deposit and also it was not cancelled at last minute and they tell me no we can’t give that money back.

I had my wedding at Premier Banquet Hall on Sunday Nov 17, Just to say the least, it was AMAZING, the staff went above and beyond with our expectations, always making sure that we were having a good time. Claudia is the best of the best, she was there from the beginning to the end, making the entire process a very smooth one, Vinnie was amazing his experience in the field really showed. I would recommend Premier Banquet Hall a million times for all of your parties and celebrations. Like I said it was beyond our expectations. If I could rated it with 100 starts I would do it. Once again thank you very much for everything and see you soon for our next event.

Better late than never. On October 20, my wife and I celebrated our daughter’s baby shower. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff. The hall was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the bartender was great. But what really made the party a celebration was the DJ Vinnie. He kept us all dancing and was awesome at playing music for everyone, and we had Cubans, Colombians, Venezuelans, and an American crowd. My wife and I really recommend this hall and I also recommend that you request Vinnie as your DJ.

I was here for a tour and Claudia Perez took care of me, she answered ALL of my questions was very polite ... I don’t know if I will end up using this venue (due to distance factors), but I do know for sure that I would recommend 100% . Excellent customer service, the place is beautiful, specially the flooring and I have visited many banquet halls but so far she has given us the BEST customer service.

The Best place to have any of your parties.Claudia and Mary are an absolute dream to work with.They know exactly what you want and execute it perfectly.I couldnt ask for a better wedding. All the guest are still talking about how beautiful the decoration was and how great the food tasted.Overall amazing!These ladies are awesome at what they do!Thank you ladies!

DJ Vinnie is the bees knees. He’s killing it. He is so versatile. He can jam whichever way you like. Whatever the music. This is your guy.

Had my wedding here last May, & it was amazing from the moment I first walked in I knew this was the hall for me Teresa without hesitation helped me in anything I needed, her priority from beginning to end was too keep me happy & make sure everything went as plan & she did! She even hand painted my center piece flowers to match my wedding colors without charging me a cent extra. The wedding was complimented by all of our friends & family. I am super picky & OCD but my wedding day at premiere really was better than I could ever imagine at such an affordable price! I plan on doing other parties with them & would definitely recommend!

Celebrated my son and daughter in law baby shower on 1/12/2020. The beginning started a little rough. Party was supposed to start at 1pm... it started at 1:45pm. The Mc Omar was M.I.A for a good 45 minutes. Long story short... Vinny our outstanding DJ/General manager and Claudia took over and made what was looking like a disaster of event, an amazing one. Vinny gave us an extra 1/2 an hour and unlimited beer for the remainder of the event. The Mc showed up 45 minutes late; however, he delivered an outstanding service. He had everyone engaged, laughing and entertained. Thank you so much to Vinny, Claudia, and Omar for making our event extra special!!! I want to thank the staff of this Hall, specially the Manager Xavier, for such a wonderful support and for making my venue so special and unique. I celebrated my daughters engagement party and it was a dream, everything turned out outstanding and their customer service was superb.Definitely I would have my daughters wedding at this place. I like the fact that before the venue, Ms. Claudia Ferreti, went over the contract word by word and help me, giving me,nice ideas to make it better. Then Mr. Vega concluded everything in the same matter it was already explained to me.Thank you so much and see you soon to plan the wedding. It is such a relief, having professional people that takes care of everything and you do not have to worry anymore.

It change owners. The food really really bad. New owners don’t honor previous owner contracts. The sound is horrible. WORST PLACE EVER. I don’t recommend. Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars. They deserve no stars.

Our company wanted to give its employees its first ever New Years Party. After viewing Premiere Banquet Hall website, i suggested we use them. We needed somewhere large enough for 450 employees, as well as three separate bar areas. I ask for very fancy tables settings and was please to find everything that i wanted, they could do. The room has a great dance area and plenty of seating. They already had DJs to recommend as well as samples of the food plates they offer. Everything was so well done, we decided to book this hall for next year. Thank you so much for making me look good to our boss.

It was wonderfull !! The food was exquisite!! The staff was great and very kind! My mom and my dad had the best anniversary ever and they helped me with everything i really recommend this place.. And Ana is great too!! Thank you so much to all the staff and the ones who where involved in my party thank you... Coming back whenever i have a party again!!

My 15s party was at Premiere Banquet Hall the 27th of July. Everything was perfect. The service was absolutely amazing. The decorations were unbelievable. It was better that I imagined. Even when I was behind the curtain, the manager came to check on me, bringing me appetizers and water. The food and music were also amazing. Briana Gonzalez & Martha Gonzalez

Im pretty sure all the reviews here are fake so let me tell you how crappy these people really are . First of all the fat whale lady that sits in the front is the nastiest, rudest person that roams this earth. She makes you all these promises and when the day of the event comes guess what? The wrong bows werent placed on the chairs, they lose or steal the items on the cake, the manager thats a guy gives you major attitude and forms a show whenever you want something done differently. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE . The coffee mugs had lipstick on them !!! Gross .... And best part yet they ignore your calls when you try to call to retrieve the items they stoled from your cake . STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY PLACE. You have a better chance of having a successful banquet experience at Burger King, at least youll know youll have it your way

The food was good, but the manager is too pushing, always has something to say, and he will tell you everything in front of the guests, all the employees are scare to do anything for u, just because he can get mad, I was told that I will put my appetizer in the same table as the cake, and they waited for me to get there to tell me I couldnt do that, my cake table looked empty thanks to them, make sure you read all the small letters in the. Contract because u will get surprised . manager Javier told part of my guest that were inside with me that nobody can open any door until he says so, I didnt hear that until later. Didnt like his way or the lady on the front. the salon is beautiful but with people like that is not worth the money..

I had my wedding here a year ago. Everybody LOVED IT!! I have not regrets. I would choose this place omce again if I had to for any event. 5STARS!!!!

My husband and I checked out numerous venues for my dream wedding. I have nothing but incredible things to say about Premiere Banquet Hall. Claudia, the Event Planner was a pleasure to work with. She was open to share ideas of what may or may not have looked good for my wedding, suggested colors and flowers that would make any girls dream come true. Mary, was also equally amazing. She made my wedding a reality.The day of my event, i could not have asked for a better place to host it. My husband and I were extremely happy and our families danced all night. The Bartender, does mean Pina Coladas, i suggest anyone who has never tried one.... to accept the challenge. My Photographer was so amazing, we are still having trouble choosing our pictures. The banquet manager made sure everything ran smoothly and the food we choose was delicious.Thank you Premiere!

Had my daughter quinceanera everything I expected, some issue but Teresa help me with everything I need, the food is good, the bartender service is really good.

I really enjoy this place for my friends birthday. The main course wasnt as good as the appetizers. We had an open bar. However, the music was a bit out of touch with what we usually listen to. They shouldve asked for a playlist from the party because the room was full of dancers sitting in chairs.

The worst experience Ive ever had. It made the whole experience so bad and stressed me out the whole time. I did my contract with Susan, who at first seemed to be nice but ended up messing up the entire experience. To begin with if youre looking for a better experience with nice atmosphere elegant tablecloths and an overall better service go to Blue Banquet Hall around the corner. I had my wedding at Premier banquet hall September 4th( Diamond wedding package) I really only chose them because they were truely less expensive then blue but after the experience I should have gone with my original choice. I originally wanted to upgrade my flower arrangements Susan provided me the number of the vendor they use for their flowers. I attempted to reach the florist Marcos for over 3 weeks with no return calls or text. When I contacted Premiere banquet hall Susan and Jerry came up with excuses of why he was not picking up, stating that he was extremely busy, I had to go to an outside vendor and pay double the amount to upgrade my flower arrangements. Susan or Jerry did not try to accommodate me with another vendor for the flowers, it seemed like they did not even care. When it came to the food tasting the food was really bad quality! At the time the banquet hall representative Susan was bothered that we did not like the quality of the food .she offered another vendor (which we paid extra for the food tasting) we decided to go with the second choice. The banquet hall representative Susan became so rude and nasty that my fiance and family members had to step in and take over the rest of the planning of the wedding. She did not honor anything the other Representatives offered me and went back on their word. The day of the wedding reception after all the negativity during the wedding planning I tried to keep an open mind ...the underlays were not what I ordered and most importantly the food was not what I requested. We originally went with the second vendor but Susan decided to give us the original vendor with the chicken and mushroom most of our party were unable to eat the food due to allergies of mushrooms. Particularly that was the reason why we ordered the second vendor the chicken Madeira which had cheese and asparagus.I was really sad that what I requested did not happen, at the end of the night the hall manager gave us a survey to fill out I expressed my concerns on the survey and I still have not received a call back. I guess now that they have their money they do not care about the outcome of my wedding, overall it was a very horrific experience.

I had my fairytale wedding at this hall on November 29,2014 when I first walk in in seem the hall I knew it was the one. Claudia was very nice and patient with me she made my vision come to life and not only that she made me comfortable n every time a had an idea or questions she was there to listen I love this halls I give it 8 in half stars the only problem we did have me n my husband Larry paid for glass beaded charger plates instead they gave us silver charger plates in the glass ones were very expensive n I feel like they should have gave us our money back for them also the Dj wasnt great Im African American so my husband had to tell him play certain songs n he dont know how to get crown up and dancing n going the manger on site I think his name Manny I cant quite remember but I loved him he also make me feel like home he made sure we were OK n my guest he was lovely and there picture man Marcos isnt good I wouldnt recommend him he is bad busy it took a whole year and half to get our pictures back we kept calling texting him he is very rude and do not care about ppl I never got my album book instead he just gave me all my pictures on a CD and I had to develop them myself bad bad busy do not used Marcos just on the hall along we spent $20,000 on the hall along. Besides those three complaints I love the hall and services we received from Claudia and the other staff if I can do it all over again I will choose this again but this time I make sure we get everything we paid for. Will highly recommend this hall.

I went there sunday october 18th to celebrate the baby shower to a person very close to me, everything went ok until the food got served, it was cold and later people started to get sick, in my table 4 of them got food poisoning, After 3 days they still with stomach problems.What a shame.

The banquet hall is a beauty, the staff wonderful, attentive, cared for until the smallest detail so that your party is perfect, Claudia very attentive, the dj was able to stop from the table until the left-handers of both feet, that is Between the two they have a spectacular party.Of course I recommend them and see you at the next party with friends and relatives.

Last September 29 we celebrated my daughters fifteen party and Claudia (event coordinator) was very excellent at all times, she was pending and willing to resolve and answer all my questions, I work all the time with me for the organization of my event. The room, the decoration, the food, the lights, the music, the bar, the ceremony teacher (cecilia) and the photographer (Marco Coello) worked very professionally everything was clear and lived up to expectations. Cleanliness and very good attention at all times.

I went to see the place for my wedding and since I entered I fell in love with the salon, the decoration, the staff and the attention was incredible and on the day of my wedding I will not forget it, I never took care of everything, I really have no complaints I recommend it 100% the food also all SPECTACULAR.

A couple of weeks ago we had the honor of celebrating the 15 years of our dear daughter Michele, the details of the room as her careful attention was of utmost gratitude since the event was a success, we are very much thankful to Claudia, Mary so like the Premiere Manager. The trutheveryone had a first class attention, their waiters the magnificent DJ, the open bar,and tasty and hot food when it is served. I recommend the salon,and my rating is optimal score.
