I threw my baby shower here and I couldn’t have been more happy! The food and service was amazing and staff was attentive. Everything was easy and stress free with them which was incredibly important for me!

I choose Birdside Banquet hall for my baby shower because inside Hall A is so beautiful. The place makes you feel like you’re in a dream from lights, crystals and white curtains makes the place look so elegant. I give this place 10 stars and the staff was amazing! My guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was. I highly recommend this banquet hall for your next event. Ask for Carlito.

Excellent clean space. All the staff was very attentive and following COVID-19 protocol (coordinator, servers, bartender). Food was very good! Very affordable! Lights and decorations were nice. Had a graduation party for 50 people in Hall B on a Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend!

The package sounds good but the service is horrible. I email them last week and they got back with their package info, when I email them back with more questions they never got back to me. I texted them twice and they left me on read. When I called they person that I spoke to told me they answered at the emails and all the calls and all the texts. He let me know that the last text I sent which was in Friday and was left on read was done after office hours, I told him I understand that they were closed and they didn’t open on Monday’s but that today was Tuesday and it was 3:00 pm and they hadn’t bothered to answer I guess they don’t really need the business that much.

The Good - The Bad - The Ugly – The UglierThis review is in relation to a Sweet 16 Gold Package at Birdside Banquet Hall “A”The Good – The hall was beautifully decorated with every last detail. The hosts Carlitos and Jenny were wonderful. They were extremely helpful, very accommodating and handled the event with great care. The appetizers and entrée were delicious. I appreciated the extra services that came with the gold package (Photographer/Videographer, Hair and make-up artist, MC, Cake, Limo). The hair and make-up artist, JC Moy, was awesome. My daughter looked like a princess. The photographer, Varadero, did an amazing job with the photos. The MC, Maricarla, was very professional, well spoken, and ran our event well. I highly recommend them all.The Bad – The hall is located in a shopping center. The area surrounding the hall is not pretty. The 2nd level parking is tricky to find. Once you find it, you have to go up a ramp through the back of the shopping center and pass a big dumpster on your way up. This was my least favorite thing. The hall did not provide a throne chair. I had to rent my own and have it delivered. The mirror seating chart was beautiful. However, lots of typos in the spelling of people’s names (even my name!) I did appreciate their ability to change some names around at the last minute.The Ugly – The owner Carlos (not to be confused with the host Carlitos) is non-responsive. When I learned the hall did not provide a throne chair, I suggested they purchase a beautiful one I had found online. I also offered to pay for half the cost (because it would cost me just the same to rent one). I was told the owner Carlos would call me and he never did. In addition, since we had an issue during our event, he was supposed to call me to discuss. As I write this review, it’s been 6 days after our event and the owner still has not called.The Uglier - The DJ was extremely difficult to get a hold of. Our first conversation went well but after that I never heard from him again. We had to talk to discuss the LED media arrangement. He never had the time. The DJ bailed out on us the day of the event and sent a back-up DJ in his place (who was not as familiar with managing the LED screens). As a result, one of the most important highlights of my daughter’s Sweet 16 was ruined. Her baby to lady photo/video slideshow did not work well on the LED monitors. The sound was off and the pictures were shown with her head cut off. I was mortified. It was horrible. The reason we picked this hall was because of the LED monitors. There was also a glitch during the father daughter dance where the monitors were off, then on, then off again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Pro-Deejays Corp. Stay away from this company. Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive.Birdside Banquet Hall highly advertises their LED screens. It all looks very nice but when it came to my daughter’s Sweet 16 we had one too many glitches. I provided them with my LED files two weeks before the event. It was during this time that everything should have been tested. Apparently, the only one that can test the LED screen is the unresponsive DJ. I reached out to him multiple times and told him it was extremely important that the files worked well. He was just too busy for me. As a result the baby to lady slideshow, one of the most important highlights of a Sweet 16, was ruined. That was extremely unfortunate as this event was once in a lifetime for our family.

I would like to take the time to thank the entire staff of Birdside Banquet Hall. We were finally able to celebrate our daughters Quinces after 7 months of having to postpone the party due to Covid 19. They were very understanding and very professional at all times. Birdside BH has been the one place I would recommend for any type of even. It is a beautiful hall, it has great customer service, delicious foods variety and excellent prices. I just celebrated my dreamed wedding there and my 130 guests were enchanted, some even compared it with the magical decorations from Disney World. These people prepared this place for my wedding, like a princes’ castle. They didn’t miss one of my requested details, not even the simple requests I made of placing the blue sand in my husband’s cup and the white sand in my cup😉. I have to say if you need a AMAZING place to celebrate your event, Birdside Banquet Hall would be the correct choice.

Carlos offered us a highly and unique service at our wedding ceremony reception. The decoration was bright and captured the aesthetics I was looking for displaying our love story in colors and lighting.

I hosted my daughter’s 15’s at Birdside (Jan 2017). What I write in this review, will not give you my true perception and/or experience, unless you host your own event here and experience what my family, guests and I did. I signed the contract almost 1 year prior therefore, I interacted with Carlos and Gigi numerous times throughout the months. These 2 individuals are incredibly professional, organized, creative, funny, thoughtful, and an immense pleasure to work with. The month before the event, my daughter and I were given homework with deadlines (photos, music, table charts, etc). Throughout the month, they gave opinions, recommendations and advice without being overbearing or imposing - they were there to help our vision come to life. Our theme was Cinderella and while I had my own vision and expectations, never in my wildest dreams, did I imagine what I saw the day of the event. Upon entering, we were received by a beautiful and breathtaking entrance – my daughter and I literally gasped – and, so did all of our guests. The banquet hall itself was absolutely stunning. The bar drinks were fantastic, the food was great, the cake was gorgeous, the DJ kept everyone dancing and the staff was top notch; the compliments by our family and friends were never ending. Our event was more than a success; it was exceptionally awesome! Carlos and Gigi helped make my daughters dream come true and for that, I am forever grateful. These pictures do not do this place justice. Over the months, I saw other reviews and pictures, and it wasnt until I arrived the day of our event, could I truly appreciate the beauty of this facility and the quality and pride in their work. Congrats to them for doing a fantastic job!

Birdside Banquet Hall was suggested by a friend for our work holiday party.Enrique and Daricet were very communicative and gave great suggestions on our decorative theme as well as food and music selection. I am very satisfied with their support, service, and overall value of the package.The wait staff was also outstanding in terms of service and attention to detail. Our team loved the venue and we have decided to continue our holiday tradition with Birdside, as we had nothing to worry about the day of the party. It was all done for us.

I don’t know where to start but last Sunday I had the most amazing experience with bird side banquet hall.... starting fromDj to bartender to manager and to the staff and even the owner carlos. They are amazing and I had expectations to how I wanted my wedding to come out but they exceeded that and so much more.... the people they have contracts with and come together are amazing as well and they have affordable prices for all types of events! Will highly recommend !

I contracted Birdside Banquet Hall to do my Winter Wonderland Quince party in and the results were absolutely beautiful. The food, the service, and decorations were out of this world. Carlos and his team at the banquet were so kind and we quickly connected with them and they helped so much and did a spectacular job. The decorations were so elegant and exactly what i wanted. My guests loved the food and were fascinated by the decorations. A lot of my friends that attended the party want to do a quince now after attending mine. Sincerely, the best banquet hall in Miami. I recommend this place its glamorous, professional, and perfect!

I dont even know where to start. This place is amazing! I held my surprise wedding here on 02/22/2019 and everything was more than perfect. I want to say that this was the first and only hall I needed to look at. When I came in to look at the hall I was given a tour by the owner Carlos. He spent over an hour with us going over all the details and many questions we had. Not once did he seem to get annoyed by all the questions I was asking. We decided to go with the Gold package which includes everything, flowers, cake, photo album, photo session, photographer for the whole event, a videographer, food, open bar, Limo transfer, hair and make and so many more. The food was great, the cake was amazing, my hair and make up came out awesome and are pictures were so beautiful. All the vendors Birdside uses were top notch, very helpful and nice. JC who did my hair a make up did more then my hair and make help. He stayed they whole night and touched me up when needed, he even helped me put my dress on (so I woundt mess up my hair of course! The whole staff at Birdside made my night even more memorable. Carlos the owner even stayed for the whole event to make sure everything went as planned. They were with me every step of the way. I will always remember them and when the time comes I will have my baby shower with them! THANK YOU SO MUCH BIRDSIDE!

When I began to look for venues for my daughters Quinces I went to a number of different places. I came to Birdside Banquet and was astounded at the personal service that I received as well as how organized they were as well as the professionalism of the establishment. With all of the uncertainty related to the pandemic I reached out to them to see if we could change the function to a Sweet Sixteens instead, even though the event was not scheduled until October, and their answer was a resounding yes. The only thing that the required was an email so that they could update their records. I am so appreciative of the flexibility that they have demonstrated. Thank you Birdside Banquet. I know that my daughters Sweet Sixteen will be an event to remember.

My husband and I got married here on May 26, 2018. Our wedding was amazing every detail was exactly what we wanted. I have hosted a Holiday corporate event for over 12 years now. My daughter recommended Birdside based on her amazing experience over the last couple of years. This year, I made the best decision for years to come. I will no longer be stressed trying to find the place that will meet my list of minimal expectations. I look for a place where my associates enjoy a good meal, receive professional treatment in an environment that is clean and welcoming. Throughout the years it has always been a hit or miss. Location nice but food undesirable. Treatment nice but environment didn’t hit the mark. This place offers it ALL! I hosted my event 3 weeks ago and my team is still talking about the great time they had. The DJ, food, bar, staff and experience are beyond expectations. This is now my permanent go to place. I am ready to book our 2020 event! A family environment where you feel proud to have selected the best place for memories that last a lifetime. Thank you to the entire Birdside team!

I am more than thankful with Birdside Banquet Hall . Since I called and visit them last year for the first time to coordinate my daughter ‘s Quinces they have been nothing more but professional. Every time I’ve had a question or concern they have always responded immediately. When the situation with COVID 19 began back in March they kept me inform of all the changes and new regulations that the were experiencing. I recently had to visit the Banquet to change my event date because with all of the situation with the pandemic I am behind on my preparations and also want to let some time go by for this to settle down. They told me that there was no problem... that I had a year to reschedule my event. We will hopefully by celebrating my daughter’s Quinces in October and we are looking forward to that big night. Again I want to thank the staff of Birdside Banquet Hall and want to say that I highly recommend this place for your next event.

I had my daughter’s Quince at Birdside Banquet Hall on Black Friday right after Thanksgiving and I must say we had the most wonderful experience. Their customer service is on and beyond. A great team work and an excellent friendly service. Being the fact that we planned it in less than two months, everything came out perfect, the decorations was beautiful, the banquet hall itself is big, the food was amazing, the music was great. My expectations were different. Carlos made everything smooth for me and Daricet was on top of me for the last minute things including Kevin. My baby shower was yesterday and wow! I don’t even no where to begin. They assured us that stress was no option on our day and they were 100% correct. When I walked in for the big reveal it was so emotional. The decor was better than what I envisioned. They went above and beyond. I want to thank Darisset for such an unforgettable dessert presentation of our “Lady and the tramp” theme. The food was so tasty. The cake was amazingly delicious and the open bar according to my family and friends was as they say “keep it coming” all night it was open and drinks were awesome. I am so truly blessed to have chosen Birdside Banquet Hall to have my baby shower. My twins are truly blessed. Thank you to the Birdside Team for making my dream Baby shower come true.

I recently just did my Sweet 16 at your hall and I can not fathom how amazing it was. The decorations were on point and the food was delicious (especially the meatballs. 10/10 would recommend). My family, friends and I had a wonderful time. The lighting, the service, the staff.. everything was off the chain. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. If I were to have another party some time in the future, Id definitely ask for this outstanding hall.

We just had our wedding at Birdside Banquet Hall and it was amazing. The venue is very clean, pretty, and they are flexible about what you do with the space.We required several special accommodations that they were able to work with. Like catering that fits the dietary laws of our religion, and certain cultural modifications to the setting design. Birdside came through for us, not only the catering, but also flowers, decors, cake and much more. Many guests complimented on the food, décor and cake that Birdside helped us put together. We all loved the venue!The staffs were very attentive throughout the event, asking if we wanted or needed anything. A special shout out to Enrique for working with all our special requests, and last-minute ones too!We would definitely recommend their services for any occasion.

We just celebrated our daughters 15th quinceañera this past Saturday and I just want to say thank you to all Birdside Banquet Hall staff, vendors, and specially the owner. They had gone above and beyond to make our daughters quinceañera as special and beautiful as we expected to be. Even though I started planning a year ago, due to the current situation with the pandemic, my plans were reduced to a month, and Birdside staff was there guiding me through all steps, taking me by the hand, always available, by text, by phone, in person. Everything was well organized, they listened to me, paid attention to details and when the day of the event finally came we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, the food was warm and delicious! Must importantly, we value the relationship we had built during this process, and we feel part of the birdside family!! Gracias!!!!!

Celebrated my mom’s 80th.The team at Birdside walked me through the entire process from the beginning. Guided us through our options and gave us ideas on customizing/ supplementing everything from appetizers, music, cocktails and entertainment.The night of the party, there was no waiting or looking for service. The team was on point, providing guests with attention and professionalism. It was seamless.Appetizers and main dishes were great. We had our coordinator available and actively looking for ways to make the experience a positive one.They made me and my niece look like hero’s to my mom and our family.

I had my 18th birthday celebration here. Food and cake was delicious, the decorations were beautiful, the MC was very helpful in coordinating the event and bartender was awesome. Some things could have been improved like the DJ had not included some of my requested songs but that did not take away from the event. Overall the event was a success and all our guests had an amazing time! Special thanks to the staff Enrique, Kevin, and Carlos for being so attentive and for making the event a memorable one. There is much better places than this one to host events.The staff is not what we expected & lacks customer service skills.In response to the owners reply...Yes I am the family member of a person who hosted a baby shower with you...I will not regret fighting over a event you could not provide. You need to rely on your own savings and not hold afloat your business with others hard working money.This was money put aside to feed a child and provide there needs.You sounds very inconsiderate and provide a very egoistic response without putting the lives or interest of your customers.Options? What options they were only provided the option to not have a baby shower and save it for a few years from now or in the near future.Talk about regrets the only regret I as the family of someone who hosted with you all Is that they have chosen you to help them celebrate the welcoming of a baby into this world.You’ll truly regret what you as a business and owner are doing to those family’s who are in desperate need on providing for there un-born children.

We had my aunts baby shower about a month ago and our experience was amazing. Kevin, who works in the office, was very helpful and gave my family great suggestions on decorations and ideas for the hall. The staff was very friendly the day of the event, especially Carlitos the bartender. The food was delicious and the drinks were great as well. Everything came out beautiful and I would definitely recommend Birdside for anyone looking to do an event.

We did our baby shower here, Absolutely the best banquet Hall I’ve ever been to, amazing service, great food. They have a private parking on the second floor only for your guests which was great! As I am reading all of these recent comments I can’t help but to think how selfish and cruel the human mind could be. As a person who has celebrated 3 different events with the help of Carlos, Enrique and Daricet; I really can’t sit and observe hardworking people get attacked without others taking into consideration that not only is it a daily battle to own a small business but it is even more challenging through these unwanted and unpredicted circumstances. Carlos and his staff have always made my visions come to life. They were transparent, practical and they have mastered their craft in assembling parties and gatherings. I recommend this banquet hall with my eyes closed. Again we are living through some unprecedented times and lots of uncertainty. With that being said, I think with the events that are unavoidable; we should have more of a unified spirit and extra patience amongst each other and not attack those whom are in vulnerable positions (especially small business owners)!!!!!!!!!!.

Last weekend, my fiance and I had our engagement party at Birdside Banquet Hall. It was such an incredible event and they did a fabulous job hosting it! From the delicious food, to the stunning decor, the lively entertainment and the friendly staff - it was all around perfect! My guests approached me many times to tell me how it was the best party they ever attended, which would not have been possible without Birdside Banquet Hall. I cant recommend this location enough for your next party! We had such a great time and will never forget the great memories we made there :)

This banquet hall is definitely worth the money. I celebrated my baby shower here. It’s truly the definition of a 5 star place. Particularly the master of ceremony was the life of the party and took the shower to a whole another level. Typically baby showers are sort of boring at some point but with Omar Palmero the master of ceremony it was extremely fun. The customer service from the organization and planning to the servers was excellent. I definitely recommend this place.

If there were more stars I would give them. Carlos was the perfect coordinator, very attentive to all my questions, needs, and concerns. We used both ballrooms, one for our wedding ceremony and the other for the reception. Both were stunning, decorated to my liking in every aspect. Carlos is also very creative, they have Arabian lamps that I really liked but didn’t know how to integrate into the decor, he was able to come up with stunning placement. The flowers were beautiful and fresh! The DJ and MC that work with Birdside were also great. The food was delicious, several guests complimented it. The celebrations flowed seamlessly, from ceremony to the entrance with performers, the dances, games, dinner, and party. The support staff was very attentive throughout the night, if anyone wanted or needed anything they were readily available, periodically asking if there was anything we wanted or needed. Overall, I would recommend this venue with eyes closed.

I dont know how this place has so many 5 star reviews. They lack customer service and compassion for its clients in times of need. I dont recommend any business that does not refund their customers when a refund is due. Give us our money back! * Its been 3 months and I still dont regret this review. You falsified a letter and sent it to the Credit Card Company with our families signature in reference to a charge back. The credit card company is aware of the issue. We will be taking legal action for falsifying information.

From the beginning to the end, the service was remarkable! Carlos helped bring my vision to life for my daughters sweet 16 birthday party. The decorations were very elegant, the food was delicious- perfectly seasoned, and the DJ was the bomb! They stayed in constant communication and ensured our night was perfect! My sisters wedding was yesterday. I cant begin to say enough about this place. Starting with the owner and staff... Carlos( owner) was phenomenal from the time we walked through the door 7 months ago looking for a venue. Thier prices are reasonable and the venue is clean, up kept, and their service will leave you never wanting to host your event at any other venue. Im really big on customer service and they exceeded our expectations for both us and our guest. This made her day extra special... Carlito and Jenny are both a true asset to his team!!! They totally rock. Vwry helpful and resourceful. Our event went off without a hitch.. im over joy with the choice of venue. If we had to do it again, wed still choose Birdside.. I had the pleasure to being part of Brooklyns sweet sixteen party on January 18 at Birdside Banquet Hall. Truly an amazing event. The attention to detail was awesome and the staff were so attentive to everyones needs. I would totally recommend this location to anyone who is contemplating in celebrating any occasion. I booked my brothers wedding here yesterday, and from the moment we walked in we felt welcomed! The place is absolutely beautiful, and I was so impressed with how the owner treated us. He really takes pride in his business and wants his customers happy. He is willing to work with you, and he made us feel at ease. Weve looked at many venues and this one was by far the best. I celebrated my 40th birthday recently and planned it for months prior. They were very patient and answered any questions I had in regards to what I can do to make my night magical. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even gave me last minute suggestions on the night of the party which made everything come out as I wanted.

We did our baby shower with Birdside Banquet Hall. They have earned this 5 star review. Everything was perfect. In addition, our master of ceremony Omar gave a very entertaining show. This banquet hall is one of the best that I have attended. I work at a beauty school that plans graduation events every year and we have used this banquet hall as our venue for the past few years. Every year they exceed all our expectations. The food was great and the service was incredible. Carlos and his staff were very professional, friendly and cooperative with everything and made the rooms atmosphere incredibly enjoyable with the way they decorated everything and because of how attentive they were. I had my wedding ceremony and reception here and everything turned out beautifully. During the months of planing I was constantly in contact with the staff and they helped me make the event special and better than I had imagined. I would definitely recommend their services for any occasion.

After booking my baby shower for May I found out there office will not be able to provide there services due to the current situation nationwide so I spoke to the owners assistant Carlos which refused to have me speak to the owner because he felt like it was unnecessary....They said I will not be getting my money back to at least be able to supply my daughters needs when she’s born since I can’t do my shower or they can’t provide there services. This is very inhumane and unacceptable.They offered no compensation and the owner is no where to be found in returning my calls. The assistant of the owner Carlos stated not even if you were to die would your money be returned....Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere in times of needs and a global emergency this is not acceptable response.

They are working incorrectly and unethically. They have taken our money and refuse to return it even though they have cancelled my wife’s event. Choose wisely they pace to host your events.

We just had our daughters Quinces on Friday at Birdside Banquet Hall and we are very pleased and grateful on how the whole event was carried out. Everything was set up according to plan, Daricet and her staff coordinated every detail. The food was amazing, the tables and the place was beutifully prepared as we requested. There were no delays. The DJ was spectacular, had everyone on their feet, young and old. The MC was very thorough and very helpful. The waiters and the bartender were immaculate and very courteous. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone thats looking for high quality at a moderate cost. Thank you for making this a very special day, one we will never forget!!!!

We had our end of the school year awards banquet here and had an amazing time thanks to the staff and service of Birdside Banquet Hall. Every detail was perfect and the food and DJ were the best! The students had the best time dancing to their favorite songs, seeing their video montage on the huge screen, eating and taking pictures! We created an unforgettable memory thanks to their staff! We highly recommend Birdside to anyone who wants to plan a party or banquet here.

Event manager was very knowleageble and understanding- fulfilling any last minute requests and making great suggestions. DJ choice of music was a hit and was open to requests. I recently had my Grandmas 79th Birthday event at Birdside Banquet Hall and it was a very memorable night. The staff gave us the opportunity days before to decorate the banquet hall with our decorations for our 1950s theme party. The food was amazing and all guest loved it. The waiter and bartender were outstanding very nice and approachable. Overall the staff did an amazing job putting the event together. My grandma was surprised and the event was a successful. After having a bad experience with this place I was shocked to come here and see all the people in similar situations.They are trying to stay a-float with others money while providing un-postponable events.This is the type of business to never use for any type of services.

We celebrated our friends retirement party at the Birdside Banquet Hall last week and we had a blast!! Carlos and his staff were friendly, attentive and flexible from the first meeting until the conclusion of the event. They allowed us to incorporate our personal ideas into the planning of the event with few restrictions. We were able to individualize the entire party to our liking and this made it special for our friend. The hall is equipped with the latest technology in terms of a huge LED screen, blackout roll down blinds and a variety of choices for lighting the hall interior to match any party theme. The hall was elegantly decorated with beautiful lighting even before we added our own specific touches. They have a suspended platform which held the beautifully decorated retirement cake and this was visually spectacular.The DJ was great, playing our list of music combined with his own. The dance floor was spacious and was never unoccupied! Everyone had a great time and most importantly our friend has memories of her retirement party that she will carry with her forever! My husband & I would definitely have another event at this facility and we highly recommend that if you are planning a party, check out Birdside Banquet Hall for yourself!

Had an outstanding party yesterday!! I wanted to surprise my mom for her 50th birthday and throw a huge fiesta with friends and family and the staff made all those dreams come true. They made it possible to have this surprise come to life with the music, the food, and the details in all the decorations! Everyone was in awe!!! Enrique, the dj, the waiter, the bartender, the kitchen staff and all other staff were a part of making this event one to remember and I am so thankful for it all. My guests had a blast and this is definitely one for the books :)

We had a great experience for our sunflower themed baby shower. I went to several venues and decided on Birdside Banquet Hall for a few reasons. 1) I was impressed with Carlos presentation when I went to tour the venue. My gut told me that it was the type of service I would receive if choosing them, and I was right 2) They were flexible and open to working with us for several requests 3) I liked the brand of liquor they offered in the basic package vs other venues where the house liquors were ones I never heard of 4) They have their own parking lot. 5) Theyve updated the inside, doesnt smell like old carpet like some other venues are updated, and is pretty inside (we were in hall A).Several guests complimented the food, we had the palomilla, moro, and plantains. The DJ was great and aligned with direction to play a variety of music. Thank you to everyone who helped us make this day possible! Would recommend!
