Do not go there for dip nails. Just dont waste your time or money. They need more training on how to properly do dip nails. Mine didnt last 1 week and were so thin my nails were sharp.

I was not greeted upon entry. They made sure they serviced a white customer before me despite her telling them I came in first. The only reason I stayed was because it was close to Mother’s Day and everywhere was busy. They will not get my business again. I gave 3 stars because the girls who actually serviced me were great!

The guy that does the pedicures is EXTREMELY RUDE. I sat down, he didn’t greet me or anything. He immediately started to do my service, moving my chair up without asking me, then i wasn’t able to pick my color because i was rushed to sit down. He made my boyfriend go pick a color instead of stopping to see if he can help get it for me. Was upset because i made him put a little acrylic on my big toe and insisted that i shouldn’t get that & had an attitude when i made him do it for me. Then when he finished up, he just left. I’ll never go here ever again & I definitely didn’t give him a tip. The only tip he need is a better attitude. If you don’t wanna work, clock out. simple.

Guy who did my nails very rude didn’t even assist me after getting my nails and toes polished he just got up and walked away then got upset when I messed up my nails because I had to grab my belongings after just getting my nails polished. Bad customer service. This was my first and last time going there.

The lady that did my nails was very nice but they cannot do nails. I wanted coffin nails. Big mistake. The shape is different on 4/10 of my fingers, some nails are flat and some are curved from the acrylic, the length of my thumb nail is shorter than the rest of my nails and the gel polish is streaky. Also overpriced. Would not recommend.

The guy is RUDE!!! He made my nails bulky and big after me telling him not too! His attitude is the worst. Then when he was finished he got up and left didn’t say anything. Ruined my nails and I will never go back there!

They make your acrylics crooked and uneven. the only thing i like about them is that they are nice and they are good at waxing. they suck at nails.

Two acrylic refills and basic pedicure. Paid $93. Over priced. Had to have them remove the polish and redo it on my stepdaughter nails because it was so streaky and looked horrible. And they charged me for it when they messed it up. Also, they did a nail repair and put it on crooked. My toes and nails look horrible, but I didnt have the patience to have them redo it so Im going to pay again to have someone else do it right! Service was horrible! Will never go back!

Absolutely love this place. Theyre always clean and sanitized. Everyone wears a mask and their products are new every time i go. 10/10 would reccomend.

I called at least 5 times through out the day no answer and it said they were open on the wedsite!

They were quick and very friendly and fixed 2 of my nails that I ruined from hair dye...however my nail gel polish chipped the next day. Good quick fix before my trip..but not somewhere I can go to on the regular basis due to the quality.

I have been going to LV for over 2 years. Tran does an absolutely awesome job on my nails and if she is not available Kim and Vickie do a great job as well. My husband loves Ms. Dawn for his pedicures! Everyone is friendly and smiles. Would recommend without hesitation, just make sure to schedule an appointment!

Very disappointed, me & my daughter called this place & they said $35 Each for Coffin Nails, well we go there & I got coffin nails & my daughter wanted the same, well mine are Not straight & My daughter did Not get Coffin then when we werechecking out they put Covid 19 charges $6.00, $35.00 Each Set, $15 .00 Gel Coat that I did Not Ask For & For the Covid 19 Charge, They have a sign saying it will start charging July 1, 2020 & remind you its still June ...My total was $91.00 & I have Never paid that for 2 sets ever That was a Awful Experience & We will Never go backPlease check for Extra Charges At This Place, This Should Not Ever Happened

Kim worked on my nails. I wanted natural look with no color. I got clear acrylic tips with clear acrylic coverage and they came out perfect. I asked for them to be thin and natural looking andashe got them perfect, not thick at all. When she was done by washed and noticed that two nails looked cloudy by the cuticle, like it was lifting. I showed Kim and she immediately went to work drilling off the defects and redoing them superbly. She was gracious and very accommodating. Excellent experience.

I got a gift card to LV for Christmas and decided to finally use it. Everyone was friendly and inviting, but my full set was HIDEOUS. I got acryclics with a white tip that was polished on, and oh my gosh . . I could have done better myself with a kit bought from Walgreens. My nails are crooked, filed unevenly, one side of my nail is sharp while the other side is rounded out and the white tip that was polished on is NOTHING like the picture I showed her. Not one nail has the same shape or look. I will never be going back here. Thank goodness I had a gift card or else I would not have paid for this set. Now I remember why I stopped going to LV to begin with.

Overpriced and horrible quality. They charged me an extra $5 for a shape I didn’t even receive. They left residue all over my hands and my cuticles are extremely enflamed from excessive use of the dremel. They also painted my topcoat over a hair and I put it under the UV without realizing and now have a little black hair sealed within my nail. Color application is sloppy and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I don’t normally feel the need to go and write a negative review, but I feel it necessary based on the service I received today. My nail technician was extremely rude and aggravated when I asked if she could please paint the sides of my nails that were completely undone. I was not in a rush or at all rude when asking for the simple request. When she began tensing her hands and making a rude facial expression I asked if she was okay, she would not respond and left me under the gel light while beginning a new service. I had to ask the young girl in the front to finish my service because I was left there. I feel that there are many salons in Slidell that do not provide this kind of service. It’s a shame, but will not do business there again.

Ok pedicure was awesome. But the guy who did my gel nails... ugh he has drilled my natural thick nails down so damn thin they are cracking and breaking. So upset!!!

No TVS! Which I like, just nice, relaxing music. Techs didnt speak great English, par for the course I guess, but she didnt understand what I was saying so, my nails are longer and more square than I wanted. Good pedicure menu options, clean, quiet, no wait, and complimentary beverages.

As a 67 yr old male my wife dragged me to this place. Never had my toe nails done by anyone, I always did my own and thought only women went. Any way went in and IT WAS GREAT, they made me feel welcome and did a great job on my nails.

He never asked me what shape I wanted I asked for almond and he said that it would not look good so he gave me coffin and this is what they call coffin and the polish job was horrible as well. Do not go hear and spen you mone

Very rude, I moved from Houston a month ago, and decided to try this place out. I walked in, was not greeted, asked the receptionist how long was the wait, she explained that there was no wait, a lady came in after me and was greeted with a smile and was instantly seated. While I was still waiting. I left, its all about how you do business, and it wasnt done good. I will never go back and if anyone ask for a referral it will not be to LV nails!!! I am also reporting to the business bureau!

I needed a manicure and decided to try this nail salon for the first time. The young lady at the front desk was kind and greeted me right away. I was assigned to a older frmale nail tech and my experience started going down hill. She never greeted me and was more interested in talking in her native language to her co workers than with me her client. She even complained to me that removing my dip nail polish was taking too long. At some point I noticed the color that I selected was NOT the color that I selected and informed my nail tech who simply continued to work. I did not enjoy my experience. I will never return. The customer service at Bellagio and Allure are a lot better and they do a great job as well.

The technician doing my pedicure was paying most of her attention with a guy that works there. They haughed and talked 3/4 of the time i was getting a pedicure. Then the next day the bottom of my feet felt like sand paper.

My daughter had her nails done for the first time. They look horrible. She has petite fingers. The lady did her acrylic set extremely short and fat. The polish looks like it was done by a 5 yr old and. Not happy at all. A waste of money and time.

Ive taken my daughters there multiple times. At 21 and 8, they absolutely LOVE that place! I as well get the mani/pedi and have enjoyed every visit. I cant understand some of these low ratings unless the customer themselves were the rude ones and blew things out of proportion. But either way, from a mans standpoint, this place is awesome all the way around!

Yesterday I thought I would go to LV nails and get pampered I got a manicure and pedicure I was very unsatisfied with my manicure my manicure could have been done way better than expected far as my pedicure An waxing was great I am giving this place one star only because of the manicure and how rough it looks it looks horrible I posted a pic aswell

Me and my friend got full sets, they didnt do the correct colors, and there was a hair stuck in both of our nails. My other friends nails looked a little streaky, and crooked. Solid 6/10

Salon is Nice&clean. Everyone was nice. I got fullset/eyebrow waxing&pedi. I loved all of my services. Was disappointed when my nails started falling off after a wk. I have never had to get a full set every 2wks.

I went there an hour before they closed and they just did an absolute horrible job on my nails. I got the dip and there was residue all on my fingers. My nails were uneven in length and weren’t filed down how they should have been. Will not go there again and wouldn’t recommend. I’ve talked to other ladies that had the same problem.

I got my nails done with gel here on Saturday. I had 5 nail already chipped by that Monday.

I got the full experience since I had a gift card. The girl who did my toes didnt speak English at all and When I told her she cut my nail too short the lady next to her had to tell her what I said. I sat there for over 10 mins with cold towels on my legs. I was asking for an hour, and basically got ripped off sitting there with towels on my legs. I finally wiped my own legs off and just askes her to polish my toes.When they first opened they were good, but the service has definitely declined since. I wont be spending anymore money here

This was quite possibly the worst pedicure I have ever received. I recently moved to Slidell and was told this place was pretty good..well, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. After picking out my nail polish, I was sat down in 1 of the pedicure chairs. I had to ask for a pedicure menu and a towel for modesty’s sake. I got the deluxe pedicure for $35. In my opinion, it was overpriced and here’s why. After applying liquid callous remover, the nail tech scrubbed my feet for less than 2 min tops combined on both feet. I could have done better with my pumice stone at home. She did not bother to push back or trim my cuticles either. The hot stones were barely warm because she decided to run them under cold water before putting them on my legs. When polishing, she didn’t not pull out a piece of fuzz in the polish that was clearly visible to me from my chair. The towels they wrapped my legs with for the mask that they took off after a minute were ratty and worn. After she was doing me polishing my toes, she awkwardly attempted to put my sandals back on my feet and messed up the polish on 2 toes in the process. Her solution was to just slap some more clear coat on top instead of fixing the polish. With shoes on my feet, she quickly ushered me to the pay counter as opposed to the drying station. I left with wet toe nail polish but it really didn’t matter at that point since I drove 30 min to my old nail salon. I am so glad I didn’t request my usual gel manicure in addition to the pedicure. In summary, the nail techs weren’t friendly or personable outside of asking if you wanted a beverage and the pedicure was severely overpriced for the subpar service that I received. I’m not sure how this place is still in business. I would have given this place a zero rating if it were an option: I highly advise you to spend your money elsewhere.

I was staying in Slidell and I am very picky about my nails ( Ive had the same nail tech 3 years) I went here solely off of the reviews and was not disappointed. The staff was so helpful and they got me in and out with no hesitation.

After visiting Lv nail solon., broke out with terrible dry skin rash after receiving a refill & toepolish. Rash was visible on no other parts of my body but my toes & hands. Not only that, when scratching my head a nail popped off just 2 days after being serviced ! When returning to salon to hv the nail repaired & mentioning skin irritation that occured. Employee/ Manager was extremely rude. And made other customers upset after observing their disposition & comments .i will not be returning and dont recommend !!!!###

The girl that did my manicure was extremely rude and rough. 3 of my nails were filed crooked, theres cuts above my nails from her trimming my cuticles, and the polished cracked and chipped two days after getting them done. I doubt I will be coming back here.
