Had the pleasure of celebrating my sisters quinceañera at Illusions Banquet Hall. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. The banquet hall is absolutely beautiful and once decorated for our theme it was even more beautiful. Osiris helped us with the decor and she did such an amazing job with every single detail. The manager Carol, was so professional and guided us each step of the way. She made sure our event went as coordinated from beginning to end. The master of ceremony, Alex was phenomenal. He was so poised and elegant with his wording and he guided our ceremony beautifully. The staff, bartender, and DJ were all very welcoming and joyful. We are extremely glad we chose this location for our celebration. My sister’s quinces turned out just how we had dreamed it. We are extremely thankful to everyone at illusions banquet hall and look forward to celebrating future events with them.

Love this venue! Everything is new and modern. The food is great, not your typical banquet hall food. The service and attention was great. Music and drinks were amazing. We will be back for more.

I had my 50th birthday party last Friday there, everything was great. I like everything to come out perfect & it was. Food, cake, music, decoration, bar, service couldn’t be any better. Carol made me feel that I could do all I wanted without any hesitation from her & the DJ Jonathan impressed me by calling me before the party to ask me what kind of music I wanted him to play on my special day. I had my wedding here at Illusions on 12-19-20 and I dont regret it, one bit. It was a debate between Illusions or Aqua but I decided to go with Illusions because they dont nickel and dime you for everything. Plus their very flexible when it comes to hiring your own vendors. Juan Carlos gave me a great deal during the pandemic. Once the city opened up I was connected with Carol. She was very good with following up with me and making my dream wedding come to life . She was very accommodating on everything.The only issue that I had, was the limo driver, telling me that a car that was promised to me wasnt available but in actuality it was available. Also the limo driver was driving crazy but he was no big deal. Jose the dj was awesome to work with. Julio from the photography company was awesome very nice and easy to work with. Carol was very accommodating and never made me feel any of my requests bothered her. I changed my decorations like 3 times and she never made me feel like it was an issue. For those you considering Illusions versus other halls you should definitely pick this hall. Ive been searching for the perfect hall for2 years and I dont regret for a second picking Illusions banquet hall for my wedding.

Last weekend was my cousin wedding and it was very nice the atmosphere, the service on time, food was fine for the occasion and everybody enjoyed the open bar, the music. Excellent location!

Had my reception and they took my money collection box I call about it because my guest said that they gave money because Reception hall they had us a collection box on the table and stole the money out the box. Bad community over charge and tried to cancel my event without notices to take your money

I was invited to a wedding there, my family and myself have the time of our life the staff is incredibly professional the place is beautiful and the conversation with Carol the manager was the highlight of my day ill definitely will be back there for my daughter wedding next year I ha e been looking around and there is nothing like it in town

I celebrated my engagement party with all my friends and family and it was absolutely stunning. Food was great. Alcohol was great. Djs music was on point. Decorations were perfect. Such a wonderful ambience for a great price. Oh, and before I forget, the cake was delicious. Highly recommended!

The staff including the dj and bartender were very attentive and treat the guests very well! The food was good too! Would definitely recommend. The newlyweds are very pleased with everything. 👍🏼💍

Just had my daughters party there on a Sunday. Oscar, the head staff waiter was organized, efficient, and helpful in keeping us on a good schedule. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was decorated nicely and it was the perfect space for my family. Great music. DJ was responsive to my initial requests. Food was surprisingly good and liquor quality was good too. Great price and good central location near turnpike and 836. Overall, awesome!!

I was there for a wedding reception. Because of a problem at the ceremony, we were delayed 1/2 hour to the reception. They didnt start serving the appetizers for an additional half hour after that. Little guava pastries came around once. Mozzarella sticks came around twice. Ham croquettes came around once. I asked about plates for the appetizers, I was told, No plates! Really? Im supposed to eat of of a napkin?Then, the salad was served. It was room temperature. You could tell it was sitting out for a while because the croutons had absorbed all of the dressing.The bread came out. Again-no plates! Really? I was supposed to put the bread on the table?The main course was awful. There was no cheese on the cheesy potatoes. The chicken breast was 1/8 inch thick. We were supposed to get a full chicken breast. This was less food than a nugget! Everything was at room temperature. Nothing was hot.The cake was served. Ive never seen such a thin slice. I asked for another piece and again was told, No!Rude, disrespectful servers and horrible, almost inedible food. I will never recommend this banquet hall to anyone.

This banquet hall was great. I was recently wed here and also had my reception and it was spectacular. A night I will never forget, everything came out beautifully, and everything went according to how we had planned it. My husband and I are very glad to have chosen this venue for our wedding. Beautiful banquet hall! Their manager was amazing and helped us through the party when things got difficult and we needed him to adjust. Everything was done very professionally and on-time. The decorations were top-notch and the DJ was on-point. If this place was a cake it would be a cheesecake because thats the best type of cake.

HORRIBLE!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We are using this venue for the wedding this month. The hall is very beautiful, but the sales person and the owner are only out to get your money. They forced us to pay fees that were not in the contract under the threat that they would cancel the event and keep all we had paid. These people do not want to help the customer, when we asked them to lower a fee, the salesperson told us to work over time (Really??!!). Although, the venue is advertised as all inclusive, if you decide to bring your own vendors (in our case, professional family friends desirous to help) they will charge you a setup fee, even if its not in the contract or ever mentioned. Fees are not explained, or even mentioned until they find a way to charge. They have made me feel cheated, ripped off and added stress and money loss to a very nerve racking process.The day of the wedding they did NOT turn on the A/C. My guests were hot and sweaty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE CAKE MELTED!!! The event staff member did not know how to turn on the A/C and one of my friends had to turn it on!!!! I repeatedly asked them to dim the lights, so that the candle decor would glow- they continually turned the lights back on. This is the WORST banquet hall ever. I regret having chosen them. Everyone, from David the owner to Lety, the one who handles the events, is taking this place downhill. The reviews used to be great, but this is one hot mess and on its way to close.

I had my wedding on July 28,2017 and i have to say that everything was excellent from the food to the service and i must say the manager on site was great and very professional and attentive as well as all the staff working on the event . I also wanted to thank Lety for her great serviceand the lady that did the decoration she was very nice and welcoming not to mention Rudy the DJ who did step by step as i requested i am so glad i did my wedding here at ILLUSION THANK YOU ALL !

We had or wedding at Illusion Banquet Hall, my guests said that the party was well organized, the decoration was beautiful, the food was great we had chicken or meat, but both delicious. The bar was ample and the dj was very up to date with music he keep the party going. no complaint at all.

My husband and I came to Miami from the northern part of Floridas Treasure Coast. His best friend was getting married there. Considering how my hubby and I met and his background prior, I was a little skeptical as to what to expect. BUT, the wedding and reception were beautiful. I was very impressed. (I work for a country club back home. We do weddings in our sleep.) It was very nice to be a guest and enjoy the beauty of everything for once. Although I really wanted to jump up and help the gents pass hors doeuvres, clear tables, and even sweep the champagne glass the groom dropped after his lovely new step daughters gave their speeches. If you are looking for a small venue or a large one, Illusions can help you. It seemed as though they divided their space in half and would never have known if it wasnt for the music blarring through the wall. All-in-all, it was fabulous. Good food. Beautiful decorations. Attention to details. Enthusiastic emcee. (All at a very affordable price. From what I was told, anyway.) Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Ryan!!

Terrible banquet hall; super disappointed. We hired this banquet hall for my sisters quinces and yes the banquet hall is very spacious and beautiful but unfortunately the employees and vendors they hire are the most unprofessional in this business. The day of the party, the limo was late so we called him to see when he would arrive.. he said he was right around the corner it wasnt until 15 mins later that he arrived. This threw off our entire schedule and we barely got any pictures of the court in front of the limo. Then he decides to take the most traffic filled street and ends up even more delayed! (We left 10 mins after them in a separate car and got there 30 mins before them) We had to put our guests in a separate room so she and the court can come into the banquet hall unseen. The WORST part of the night would be the video and pictures(FONG), you can literally cry at how unprofessional the video was filmed and edited. Shaky! Out of Focus! Didnt film the entrances!!! (There was even a point where a couple exited the limo two times and they didnt cut it out of the finished video)The DJ booth is so outdated that the fuses busted TWICE while out guests were dancing! Meaning mins went by and there was no music playing, HUGE DISASTER; People started leaving early because of this inconvenience. And the music was even boring at first then after that big mishap the party started getting better they decide to stop filming! We paid 100 extra for my sister to have the cake of her dreams with edible pearls all over the cake and you can count only 20 tiny beads on the cake; they thought they can get away with just making the illusion of the pearls with ICING. We pointed that out to the owner and he just said to take a picture and complain to the cake designers to see if we can get our money back. We wanted to show a slideshow during dinner so we went to test it out at the hall beforehand and when we asked Lettys for the remote for the tvs she told us she doesnt control that, and that we would have to call the DJ for permission ?? She was absolutely no help and MESSED up the chair arrangement for the party that caused a riff between our family with the seating!!! It was problem after problem after problem!!! They only wanted to give us an extra 15 mins for the time we lost because of the limo trouble for compensation, we had to argue with the DOC to give us at least 30 mins ! It wasnt enough for what we lost :(

I had my wedding June 16, 2012 and everyone did awesome with me, my husband and my guests.All my guest had only good things to say about my wedding, the music, the food, the flowers, the master of ceremony, the staff.I will always recommend Illusion Banquet Hall as an excellent place for any type of event.

I had my daughters baby shower here it was fabulous withe the exception the elevator was not accessible so it was a struggle getting some of the guest upstairs and a few had to leave because they couldnt get up the stairs but all in all it was beautiful

On May 1, 2021, we celebrated the First Communion of my Beloved Daughter, in this party room. From the first day I visited this place I was fascinated and I decided that I would do the event there. From then on, everything flowed as it should, the personalized attention of the owner, the kindness and professionalism of the Manager Carol and Gilian, were adding facts to achieve a beautiful ceremony. The room is spectacular, the lights and the unique decoration, the delicious and spectacular food, the divine and beautiful cake, the bar with drinks for all tastes, the collaboration of all the staff Dania, Karen, and other ladies was excellent, gentle and successful. The Photographer, Mr. Edilio from Studios Edy Photo, the best; His patience, creativity, empathy and professionalism in the event managed to capture our best moments and memories. The music as he wished, the Dj Jonathan collaborator and up to date. In summary, thanks to this place we will remember our Special day as one of the most beautiful days of Our Lives. What a professional job, the manager named Carol was totally a great professional in every sense of the word, she gave me the attention that few places give today and I want you to know that Carol took the time to make a video call to me On my wedding day, which was April 10, 2021, to be sure that everything was perfect as I wanted it and not even a detail that I had asked him to do. A beautiful place, the Commemoration of the death of Jesus took place. It is spacious, very clean and sober. I recommend it for an important event.

I never had the opportunity to refer to that center to praise them flattering, my youngest daughter made her wedding there, and I could never thank the owner and all the staff how nice and accommodating and affectionate they were with me, yes with me haha ​​not being the bride then the decorator that is an excellence support me to be able to make all my appearances in decoration ... and in the end the magnificent, simple and humble lady of the owner until new cloths I get out for the tables of the sweets..I thank you and thats why I always send everyone I know to you. The place is good, the attention is good.But the food is awful. We find as much hair on the potato. And also the salad looked old. Better order pizza or come eaten. Our table left most of the food. What a shame to see so much food being thrown away.

Our experience was truly magnificent. Lety is a person who will always help you in everything you need. The food was a show of how tasty it was. The only thing that could have been better was the dj, the truth is that the songs were a bit old. Everything else Perfect! 5 stars and super cheap
