Suddenlink is one of the hardest companies to do business with. Their call/wait times are excessive — an hour is completely reasonable to wait on hold. They do offer a callback service, but it consistently doesnt work.They continue to increase the cost of their services without explanation. Im looking forward to finding an alternative internet provider to switch to.

They need to be turned in to the BBB. No business should be able to monopolize on a public service. You better get a receipt and double check it on returned equipment or they will say you did not turn it in and will turn you in to collection. What kind of business does not have a local phone number?

I have never had any company so rude to me while installing my equipment! They brought in someone that was learning who told me everything was connected and they just had to hook up the new equipment to it. An hour and a half later I find out he was wrong and no one told me. Then they proceeded to tell me that even though everything was hooked up, I still wasnt going to have internet due to some type of equipment issue. They said I would have to set up ANOTHER appointment to have someone come out and finish it! Needless to say, I managed to get a hold of someone that actually knew something and they got my equipment working the next day.Ever since Ive had the service, I cannot have my TV streaming and have my phone on WiFi or else it completely shuts off and my modem reboots itself. Currently, I havent had internet for going on 3 days now and I cannot get a hold of ANYONE to get it resolved. They continue to hang up on me and leave the online chats that Ive started. Im supposed to have 100 mbps and thats a complete lie. I should be able to stream and have every technical device hooked up at the same time with that speed.DO NOT ever get this service! If you dont need the extra speeds, then go with someone else. You will regret ever giving these people money for service that simply isnt there! I will NEVER do business with this company again!

People in the office are nice and willing to help. But the office is dark, limited seats, and has nothing for customers comfort. They just want your money and thats it. Sudden Link needs to work on customer service. They dont have a right understanding of customer service.

Men came out attached cable. Did not connect to tv to check. Ive been trying a week, staying on hold forever and after your just hung up. Went to office scheduled a tech. Now my problem is I cannot access my account.says Im using correct UN but not password.have tried and tried to reset but will not acknowledgment UN SECRET QUESTION or PW . I call and as usual get put on hold so long I have to hang up. Cannot believe how horrible customer service is. I may just go back to Direct Tv.

I have tried to get ahold of someone for THREE days and nothing. I have no internet connection and I’m VERY dissatisfied with their “Customer Service”.

Good luck with talking to lazy people who just collects a paycheck. Yes they can install the Internet. Cox internet used to come with the electric company to install. Just amazing how lazy the lady behind the counter is too. Said they will give us a call the next day but ending up coming back into the place just for them to finally answer my question. Hard workers am I right?

***Negative stars should be an option!!***I get a postcard in the mail from Suddenlink (Ill add a picture of it w this review) with their end of the year promotions. The one that caught my eye was internet & TV for $59.00 a month for a year. Of course this is the min tv channels & min speed internet but lets face it, Im 45 single & pretty boring haha so a few channels & being able to FaceTime my kids is about as tech-y as I get - so ok I can do that much. All other DVRs & and sports packages and blazing fast internet capable of 17 gamers simultaneously uploading/ downloading RPGs in real time is completely wasted on me. Im already saving dimes & watching sales on groceries but $75 a month ( bc lets get real theres enough fees & taxes to make a $60 bill at least $75 +) I can handle.Call Suddenlink & ask about the promotion -- The basic tv and basic internet package is $79.99 ( Maam! Youre not listening to me, there are equipment charges you have to pay for on top of the service!) Ummm ok is it just me or is this absolute deception on Suddenlinks part?? Why would you advertise and actively advertise- they mailed me! A purposely misleading promotion? Bc of course I want to do business with a company thats deceitful before I ever give them one of my hard earned dimes!!!! And they were so rude on the phone I just hung up after being interrupted the 3rd time.No thank you Suddenlink...

I was on the phone waiting for 45 minutes until someone finally answered, I told them I just needed to know some Information about my bill & they transfer me again & the lady answered said she didn’t knew why they had transferred me, so basically I got transferred 8 times !!!! Nobody knew how too explain to me about my bill . Got put on hold again & said I was on hold for another 30 min .Reasons why my bill keeps going up cause nobody knows how to do their job .Suddenlink has the worse service ever !

This is funny. Suddenlink has a pole and cable in front of my house. This 3 foot pole sticking out of the ground says Suddenlink on it. I called to see if I can get service and they said no.
