They say walk ins but they have only been scheduling appointments. I only go there because of being able to walk in but the last two times I went, I had to make an appointment. If anyone goes there, I would recommend the older lady or older man. There is one young male that sits on the left side by Suzanne and he does really good also but the other young male does not! He watches the TV or his phone. He doesnt pay attention to what he is doing. Hes rude and he sighs continously. Like he doesnt want to be there or do nails. He has messed up my nails and my daughters nails. He also leaves the acrylic to drip off of the nail and he doesnt clean up the skin or any other mistakes he makes.

This business advertises walk ins welcome. But that’s so not true. I just needed one nail repaired and a polish change; and was told I needed an appointment. I am new to town a d will never use this business. If you don’t welcome walk ins, take the sign down.

Sorry...but the fellow did not know what he was doing.My feet have never been MORE rough AFTER treatment than before..he took that metal instrument to my feet like a cheese grater...luckily no cuts to my feet.Do not go there...maybe for a manicure, because women were doing that service.Never again!

The owners seemed experienced and very nice, but some of their staff dont do the best jobs. Just got a new set of acrylics and the color is pretty streaky, (even after I complained about it) and the nail tech himself was rushing a lot and seemed very frustrated with everything around him. Wasnt a very good experience, Ill be going to Nail City next!

Husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas here at the Coshocton store. I live in Mansfield. Ive planned on taking my mom that lives there to get her nails done. But they seem to never be open when we are available. Then I drove twice from mansfield to have them done and they was understaffed and closed both times. Where and when can I get my damn nails done with this gift certificate??????

I took my granddaughter to ZNails ssince it was open till 7pm. We waited an hour and a half for nothing .The store was under staffed with 3 employees that day and we were being skipped over . We were very disappointed with their lack service .

Someone new done my nails they were lifting within an hour after I left the shop and it took him an hour and half to do the fill without getting polish or top coat.
