I went here mainly because my previous dentist wasn’t on my new insurance. I also had lapsed on my dental appointments for almost 2 years due to corona and insurance related issues. When I called I was given Dr. Nakhaei as my dentist, and given forms to fill out before coming in. Filling the forms out before hand made it a lot easier, and everything was pleasant during the visit. Unfortunately I did have to come back for fillings, but Dr. Nik made it very very stress free. I hate dental treatment and was nervous but both he and his assistants made it much easier. He explained what he was doing and why, and made it very comfortable.

My family and I have been coming to this location for almost a decade. We have always been so impressed with cleanliness of the waiting and examination rooms, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and the expertise of the dentist and hygienist that we see. Dr. Matthew Birke is a compassionate and skilled dentist who gives terrific advice when composing appropriate strategies to keep all of our teeth in tip-top condition. Donna is our hygienist extraordinaire - she is thorough and proficient in her cleaning and x-ray tasks. Donna also works very well with children - she is so good at calming our anxious 6 year old grandson during his dental and cleaning visits. A special shout out goes to Jennifer who researches and explains all of the insurance coverages, sends out paperwork, as well as does the scheduling for regular cleanings and dental work that needs to be performed. Papa, Luna, daughter Jenny, and grandson Gage are so thankful that we found this fabulous and caring dental office!

Dr. Nik and his team are amazing!! I could not be happier with my dental crowns and the filling of my tooth.The atmosphere is lovely and makes you feel very comfortable. I have had a dental crown before at a different practice, and my recovery took forever and my gum never relieved from pain. Dr. Nik recommended replacing the existing dental crowns and mentioned the benefits of it and provided a through explanation of the work.The process was much smoother all around. It’s been already several month since my dental crowns have been replaced by Dr. Nik and his team, and I don’t even notice that those teeth are crowns anymore. I easily floss and treat the crowns as my original teeth. That’s a blessing to have the feeling of having your own teeth and not feeling an extra object on your gum that only acts like a teeth but not feels like one.I really appreciate the careful attention he pays to the details which resulted in an incredible job.Last but not least, I want to mention that the appointment process was very straightforward and simple through their website, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistant with insurance related questions.

Dr Nakhaei (Nik) is the best dentist! Shayla was amazing with radiographs and assisting and the whole appt was a smooth ride with a relaxing atmosphere. Dr Nakhaei is very thorough with his treatment planning and is very patient with answering all questions. As long as he is at this practice, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is the truly the best dentist!

My son had treatment here which appears to have gone well, however the nightmare began with their billing practices. Not only did they not bill the correct insurance, now almost a year later they keep billing mysterious amounts. Just when we thought we zeroed out the account, here comes another $528 charge out of nowhere. Our insurance has confirmed payments, but these people are not helpful. They refuse to answer questions. I will file a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General, but this being the great State of MO... Dont go to them if you are from out of State, they back bill which is against the law in civilized states.

Terri is the greatest hygienist in the world. She never hurts me and always explains the best ways for me to continue to take care of my teeth. I won’t go anywhere else!

Avoid this office. You will be paying ridiculous amount of money for simple procedure. With insurance I paid $900 for tooth removal. It’s outrageous.

Today I visited Premier Dental Partners for the first time and I was very satisfied by the service I received from my entrance to my departure. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant from Shay who completed my dental x-rays, Dr. Shayla who completed by dental exam, Rhonda who completed by cleaning to Adrian who completed my payment transaction. I will definitely be recommending Premier Dental Partners to my family and friends. Excellent Service!!

Unethical billing practices. Poor service and customer care. If you dont want to get a bill after paying what they say your balance is DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE! After paying our bill in full, over 3K just to have them bill us nearly a year later for a service they just learned was not covered because they provided the wrong coding to the insurance company is the most absurd thing I have ever seen. I could never go back to any one of my customers a year later to let them know I made an error in their bill and request more payment. ABSURD AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BUYER BEWARE!

I was called for my routine clean, front desk scheduled me only x ray and I have to schedule another appointment for clean, very dumb.

This place is great! Dr. Bree is very nice and very knowledgeable. He described everything that he was doing and great gave dental advice. My cleaning was quick and painless and when I had a cavity filled it was an easy in and out. They are able to schedule appointments quickly and are flexible. Pricing even without dental insurance is low and very reasonable. Glad I found this place!

Absolutely awesome. I have always hated to go to the dentist because i have sensitive teeth. But this one is great.The hygienist made sure i was comfortable. (I think her name was Kristen) And she explained everything she was doing and everything she saw.Dr. Barber was extremely sweet and told me everything she saw as well. She explained everything and was listened to the problems i have been having.Everyone is so so nice and they make you feel listened to. Very welcoming. Glad i found this place. The Check-in/Check-out process was quick and easy.I highly recommend coming here.

I have been using them for a few years now and theyre always great. I usually go to the office downtown because its really close to the office, but with the pandemic they saw me at Creve couer for a chipped tooth. Everyone is friendly, they are punctual, and do good work. If you dont carry insurance they are a little pricier than others, but Im willing to pay more for the quality and efficiency. I recently tried another dental office for the emergency appt. because premier wasnt open yet. That place was awful and really reinforced my positive experience with premier.

Today was my second time visiting here. My first visit was quite pleasant especially for it to be a dentist office. The dental assistant Shea was awesome. Ive always dreaded getting xrays done, but he made me very comfortable and got them all done in a quick and timely matter. He has a great sense of humor which made my stay even more relaxing. I give him two thumbs up. My dentist Dr. Barber she is as good as it gets. Shes very informative and quite gentle. I was put at ease from the first time I met her and look forward to her fixing my teeth. She totally rocks, and her and Shea make a great team.. I am quite happy with my decision to make this my new dental office.

I have been a loyal customer of Premier Dental for well over 15 years. They are professional, experienced, caring, and resourceful bunch. I see them every 2 months and I look forward to my appointments each and every time. My hygienist Terry is the best. I have my whole family (6) use this facility. Without exception the worst experience with a dental practitioner I’ve experienced in my entire life. Went in for a simple chipped tooth repair and after undergoing a “deep ultrasonic cleaning” now find myself in extreme pain for more than three weeks following the cleaning. I had to threaten a complaint to my insurance company to compel the dentist to do a follow up without charge. That follow up provided no relief. Now I’m scheduled with another dental practice to determine the proper course of treatment for the affected tooth, at my own expense.

Dr. Bree was awesome as ever, I never worry about what work is being done when visiting him. Also every time I visit Hannah is always so great with my teeth cleaning! She’s very welcoming and have great customer service skills! Whenever I’m getting my teeth cleaned I feel as though a friend is doing it, she’s super awesome ! I really love the staff there and their dedication to patients! Dr. Bree and his team are excellent!

Great experience for my daughter, they made her feel comfortable and welcomed her with open arms. I would definitely recommend this place!

I just had two teeth filled and not only were they quick, but it was absolutely painless. Dr. Barber and her assistant did amazing work! I had some initial issues on my first visit that were promptly addressed and it has been smooth sailing ever since. Ive definitely found my dentist and plan to be a customer for years to come.

My Dentist is Dr. Bree at the Old Ballas location. He is a jaw dropping,LOL, excellent Dentist. As a middle aged woman, all my life Ive had a great fear of going to the dentist.To be exact, Id rather endure childbirth pain than to be reclined in a Dentist chair. As a result of that fear Ive accumulated a lot of dental problems requiring me to make numerous visits to Dr. Bree. He is constantly asking if his patient is OK as he works. He even makes follow up phone calls to see that you are doing well after visits. Lets not forget he gives the, BEST, BEST numbing shot EVER, you cant even feel him giving the shot. Dr. Bree has a wonderful sense of humor, personable and very professional. He explains each step of the way ones course of treatment and after care. If only there had been a Dr. Bree in my life sooner, my fear of Dentistry would never have been allowed to grow as it did over the years. If anyone has a fear of pain, I urge you to try Dr. Bree. On the day of your appointment rest assure that you can leave the burden of fear at the door and enjoy a pleasant dental experience from that day forward. Hannah is a great hygienist; shes very thorough and professional. Dr. Birke and his staff were great with the work that needed to be done with a recent implant.

Over the years, the Staff has been very helpful scheduling my Monday morning appointments to accommodate my night work schedule. Ive received excellent care and repair and no longer have a problem with sensitive teeth.Next year, I will begin seeing Dr. Shayla Barber and look forward to continuous quality health care for many more years.

Patient beware... I was told that my crown was covered by insurance but after the procedure I was informed it was not. As of 10/13 I am still paying paying $20.00 a month to pay these medical care professionals off. My balance still extends several years still into the future. If you live and work on a budget do not use this office.

I saw a different dentist at another practice, and I felt a little uneasy following through with his recommended treatment plan. I booked an appointment with Dr. Barber for a second opinion. Dr. Barber explained what exactly she was looking at on my x-rays and recommended a treatment plan with a few different options. After leaving, I felt very confident that I was in good hands! This will be my dental provider for years to come. Thank you!

The office was super dirty. There was blood ALL OVER the walls, definitely visiable to patients eyes. I witnessed the doctor scratch his head and face with his gloves on, then proceed to use the sterile tools. I spoke up and said that since he did that they were no longer sterile and he just laughed it off like it was no big deal!! Then this girl named Kaylee was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever talked to. I would rate them a zero if that was an option here.

I am absolutely amazed at the teamwork that it took to squeeze me in on 9/7/16! I was eating lunch and my permanent bridge broke off from its seal after 16 years of having it! From the moment I called and explained what had happened and informed the receptionist that it was an emergency due to me leaving for an out-of-town wedding the next day, I was squeezed into Dr. Birkes already busy schedule and everything seemed to work out beautifully! He replaced my bridge back perfectly and it feels like nothing ever happened! From the time I walked into the waiting room until the time I left, I couldnt have been more impressed by the professionalism and the flow of the office. Theyre truly a fantastic team!

I had to switch dentist after mine retired. The waiting area is nice, spacious and clean. The hygienist and office staff are very professional, nice and willing to answer questions. I see Dr. Birke, he is friendly, takes his time, lets me know if there is a problem or not. Explains a treatment plan if needed and answers all my questions.From the dentist chair to x-ray equipment, they seem to have all modern technology.I have recommended this dental office to my spouse and anyone else looking for a dentist.

Terri and Dr. Birke have taken care of me for years, now. Since I first came in four and a and half years ago (after not seeing a dentist for almost 15 years), they have been great in their friendliness, care, and professionalism. My wife and I both agree that if all health care providers were this good, the only hard part would be finding a favorite.

Had to switch dentists - new job, new insurance. The hygienist was very sweet and made the cleaning as painless as possible - not quite as thorough as Im used to, but good nonetheless. They did find I had a cavity, which I had filled the following week. It was my first filling and Dr. Whitson was great about putting me at ease and walking me through the procedure. Quick and painless. Id recommend them.

As always, I love this place! My care is excellent, staff are friendly, and my only wish would be for Dr. Birke and his staff to start practicing general medicine, so I never had to go anywhere else, LOL! Its the kind of care that Id drive an hour or two (or maybe more!) out of my way to receive, when there are other dentists nearby. Been a patient there for years now, and I cant say enough good things about them!

Dr. Watson recently retired and my kids and I are now seeing Dr. Barber. We are really satisfied with her level of care and professionalism. The dental hygienist, Sherry, is awesome and very detailed oriented. She is the only hygienist I will see.

Have come here for over 18 years. Always professional and excellent service and they take my insurance. Incredible work on cleanings, fillings, extractions, implants, you name it. I miss Dr Watson though. She retired.

I am always pleased with the level of service I get from my hygienist Cheryl, Dr Birke and the front desk staff. All are pleasant and take the time to explain the procedures that are needed and the associated coverage from insurance. I would highly recommend this office to others.

Terri is our Hygentist, and my kids love her! My son has Autism and alot of oral sensitivity. Terri has always been mindful of that. The entire staff has always been patient and understanding of our familys needs.

This was my first visit and I was impressed. They were prompt in getting me back to the room and started. The hygenist, Donna, was very professional and educated me on the areas I could improve my dental care at home. The dentist was prompt and professional as well.

I been going here for about 14 yrs, I first had Dr Watson she put a crown in and 1 mth later needed a root canal in same tooth,could not believe it,shouldnt she known I needed a root canal. Dr Waton also put in another crown and it kept fallen out and would change to have it recemented. She finally realize the tooth was to short. I dropped her and had Dr Brike he pulled a tooth in the very back and I kept having pain,went back to him a couple time finally when he wasnt available a different dentist shaved down the tooth beside it and that fixed the problem. Dr Birke advices to have a root canal and crown very back tooth which would cost about 1300.00 to 1500.$$ and back tooth on opposite side also he said needed a crown...well its been almost a year with no crowns No root canal and a completely new dentist office.

I have been going to Premier Dental Partners for over 10 years and their service continues to be exceptional!
