My vacation week was fascinating and worth remembering. It was a prestigious and notable hotel that I planned to stay for the week. Everything that I needed was present on the suite that I am staying in. Amenities, furniture, and delicious foods were all there. Also, I loved the fact that the valet that I trusted was loyal and trustworthy to me. He made me feel like I was a one-week Queen at their hotel. All I could see was astonishing to my eyes and overwhelming to my heart. The place was secured, and the people were happy with each other. Till next time!

Wifey and me spent a week here last month. First class. Great view. Overall a very nice hotel. Staff were attentive. Valet got crazy at night. But we took uber. Enjoyable place.

We were disappointed with this Mandarin Oriental and will not be coming back.First the positive: the facilities are nice, modern, and clean. Our suite was spacious and had a nice view of the bay. We got a great massage in the spa. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and helpful.Now the downside: the service is simply not up to standard for a 5 star hotel. We are easygoing people, so we dont mind a few issues here and there, but in this hotel we were frequently having to make up for a lack of good service. One day our room wasnt cleaned. So, we called and asked for it to be cleaned. When the housekeeper came, she insisted that she had cleaned the room despite the fact that it clearly wasnt. I didnt mind that the room wasnt cleaned as much as this person calling us liars. Besides that, the pool is small and gets very crowded. The private beach is separate from the hotel, so when you are there you feel forgotten. Frequently we had to go looking for staff to order drinks and food. The sand is definitely not the greatest (if youre someone who likes a good beach, this is definitely not the place to come to). Also, the hotel charges for internet (what is this, the 2000s?) and doesnt offer any streaming apps in their TVs (you can screen mirror your phone, but compatibility is limited).

The Mandarin Oriental is an excellent choice in Miami. Location is great. The service is impeccable and many choices of restaurants.I love the location, as it offers great views everywhere. A lot of people will come into the lobby to take pictures overlooking the Miami bay, especially late afternoon. I highly recommend walking/jogging around Brickell Key.

My lady and I stayed here recently and both felt this famous hotel mostly lived up to its reputation... Worth the price.

It was a business trip, and I dont know yet where to stay. I quickly did research and there, I found this hotel which offers a genuine service. I was able to get one room and I just walk in. It was a fast and honest transaction. Highly recommended for both meetings with friends as well. They got a big space and a fantastic pool.

Booked in for one night after a cruise before flying back home to Los Angeles. Very nice hotel with outstanding service and facilities. Not the cheapest game in town but definitely shouldn’t be either. Will return to stay while house hunting next month.

Definitely a beautiful hotel. Check-in was smooth. We ended up with a room with a mini-balcony that didn’t fit chairs like most other rooms which was a bit disappointing. The pool was great but we were given a device to request food/drink service that no one actually responded to. Requested our room to be refreshed and that never happened. I just expect better from the Mandarin given experiences I heard about in Prague and Tokyo.

The spa is amazing, the service there is unmatched. The location is relaxing and no detail is missed. The staff is always smiling and greeting you by name, and that is so appreciated. Make sure to dine onsite, and let the servers guide you through the menu.

Delicious food and beautiful ambience ! La Mar never disappoints. Their whole fish (yellowtail snapper ) is my favorite. Great restaurant for special occasions and to take out of town guests for a special treat.

Excellent resort with amazing views of downtown. The room was impeccable, very clean and luxurious. Pool and hot tub were very nice. The restaurant La Mar was horrible, save your money. Major downside was $50 a night valet fee we were not informed of until checkout.

I’ve stayed at a lot of really lovely hotels, bu this place has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone I dealt with at the front desk, bar, and pool were unbelievably nice. I was really blown away at how helpful the staff was, and it just always put me in a good mood when I got back from my outings. I would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: From check in to check out, our stay was wonderful. The staff and valet were super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and room service were also great. Overall, we would absolutely stay at the Mandarin again. Negative: Unfortunately, there was no lighting in the balcony so we couldn¿t really enjoy a meal there.

A very special place like none other. The views, service and location put this hotel at the top for us. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with comfortable beds and large marble bathrooms. Relaxing on the balcony to enjoy the the skyline and bay was one of favorite things to do.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. They assist you with anything you may need. I had an important meeting and I could late checkout at 4 pm.

Used to be a fan. It seems to be going down rapidly. Arrived today and it felt like a club entrance, noisy and chaotic. No help with luggage available. Very noisy lobby. Asked for ice and an hour later, nothing. Like there’s no room service. This place needs to decide if they want to be a prime hotel or a club/restaurant/lounge combo…

These reviews are spot on and still do not do justice to this hotel. They are truly representative of what five stars mean: personalized and attentive service, attention to details, bespoke amenities that you actually want to use, cute boutique shop where I even got several special things to take home; and a cool fitness room with Peloton bike (yeah!). Did I mention the rooms are beautiful and have amazing views? I booked a Suite for my wedding anniversary but will come again and try something different with a balcony. The restaurant La Mar was a great asset downstairs with fabulous views of the bay. You don’t have to venture much out if you don’t want to deal with chaos. It was an oasis! This makes an upscale visit to Miami absolutely attractive. Wish it was closer to Bal Harbour (traffic is horrible) but it’s worth the taxi ride. Away from South Beach crowd and raunchy people yet close enough to venture out in the jungle and back.

Excellent customer service from Ross who works at the valet to the front desk where Pranvera works. Service with a smile and then in addition to that, they go above and beyond to ensure that youre content. 5 star hotel with a 5 star service employees!!!

Stayed for my anniversary in January and every minute of our stay was perfect. From easy valet and check in, to complimentary gifts in the room, to a relaxing Sunday at the pool with great service, the Mandarin did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious, clean and had great views of the bay and Brickell (I even saw manatees from the balcony in the morning). I would recommend to anyone who is seeking a relaxing stay with 5 star amenities and service, it is well worth the price.

Always a Great Stay. The comfort of the mattress, the cleanliness of the pool,spa, room keeping, fitness center, location to Brickell Mall, dining at interesting places within walking distance and the beautiful night views are tops everytime I stay there. But most memorable is the bar. The cocktails served, this time by Lulia, were so deliciously crafted and and are worth applause. Ill be back..Again

The wife and I spent our anniversary here. We had a special view of Miamis skyline and were not disappointed. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. Very glad to spend a staycation anniversary all rolled into one. 5 stars

I havent been able to come back here in a few years especially due to COVID, but I miss it so much that I wanted to leave a review. I hope to come back soon with my family and enjoy the incredible rooms and service. Such a relaxing, quiet atmosphere.

Im super picky when it comes to hotels - but this one was perfect. It has gorgeous water views and is in a great area - more metro and less touristy. Many places are walkable or a close drive away. Its also a nice area to walk around in. The hotel itself is really pretty and upscale - we had a room with a larger balcony which was 100% worth it. My friend and I enjoyed relaxing here for a few days, and the service was amazing. When you book through the official website, they offer some pretty great amenities like breakfast at the amazing restaurant downstairs. They were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions (vegan) perfectly. You cant beat having breakfast with *that* view.

Awesome hotel. Although 5 star hotels are typically out of my price range, my 1 night stay was totally worth it. Everything here is top notch: dinner at La Mar was great, view is perfect from the Bay View room, and the employees who work here are very helpful (whether your looking to take a picture, or going about your business looking like an ordinary dude instead of a rich guy)

Be very FOREWARNED that this place will upcharge you and try to rip you off, probably to comp their fancier clientele. First incidence of malfeasance was a charge for a drink using premium tequila, when I specifically asked for the cheaper, but still good, stuff. Let that one go cuz I felt bad for the chubby waiter who I guess felt big getting one over on two women. Second incidence was being charged twice for overnight valet, when we were clearly there under 24 hrs. We had disputed that upon check out, and the nice woman at the desk cleared the charge, leaving us with the one night charge which was legit. We had proof of this in the receipt, only for the charge for the extra day to show up on our credit card after we had left. And last but not least, was the 14 buck charge for a bag of cashews they said we had from the mini-bar. Currently disputing all of this ... well see. The drinks, (even with premium liquor) are lousy, and a burger was overcooked. Location is terrific, room was beautiful, balcony great and the view wonderful. As mentioned, most of the staff was knowledgeable and nice. Just watch that bill

Went to the lobby bar for drinks early evening. Great service and stunning sunset view behind the Brickell skyline. Once the sun goes down and the buildings light up, the view is even nicer. One important thing, they served my G&T with tonic from a bottle (as should be) which is not normal in Miami bars. Perfect! Thanks! I’ll come back.

We have great time for my family and my son was so excited. We will come back later.They have good restaurant and service. Nice view, great bar.Only one thing I’m not really like about the gym room too small.

Nice hotel! We loved our stay. It was not on the beach but not too far. It’s great for families and also pet friendly. Great breakfast, nice pool, and very relaxing.

Not what I expected of a 5-star hotel. The valet service was terrible, and there was always some kind of “miscommunication” with the front desk. We would call down and ask for our car to be pulled over, wait 5 minutes and go down. When we arrived at the car area, we would be by the man handling the cars that no one had informed him to get our car. I do not know if this was the front desks fault and they forgot to let the valet know, or the valet’s fault that forgot to get our car. This happened repeatedly throughout our 1 week stay. This was the one really terrible thing. There is also a safety issue. One day, we went to the man made beach and forgot our cards inside the beach. To get back inside the hotel, we simply jumped the wall, which was really low (we just had to use a rock as a step and jump over) and not only that, no one saw us. There was no one paying attention. That part of the hotel is open, and anyone from the street could have done that. While we were in the pool, we also say hotel guests (thankfully they were hotel guests) doing the same, and again, none of the servers that were there even noticed. Aside from these issues, everything was kind of average, nothing really stood out in a good way. The breakfast was okay, but you definitely expect more from a 5-star hotel breakfast buffet than what you will get at the Mandarin.

Very nice hotel, excellent gest service. The pool team and the breakfast service was outstanding...but we have to go out for dinner. The hotel had one one restaurant open for dinner and was full booked (how this can be possible?? ) I think is because they are accepting reservations from outside. We have no priority as a hotel guest?? Also we are family of 4 and we only have 2 bath robs and one set of everything you need in the bathroom (tooth brush, etc) but overall was nice

The hotel is top notch. The service is the best and the staff is the nicest anywhere in the area. Hotel rates arent too expensive given the quality of service and the brand. The rooms are a little outdated but the service makes up for it. The beach thats man-made is one of my favorites.

We loved our stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff was great, the view was beautiful and the room was comfortable enough, BUT our room was a little small for us. We had a room with 2 Queen beds booked but had to settle for one with 1 King bed instead. I understand the issues we had, it was just disappointing and we were exhausted with 2 small children so we made the best of it.Hopefully we can go back in the future and have a better stay.

Im simply in love with this hotel. Phenomenal views, great atmosphere, great service & hospitality. Great location which is walkable to most places in brickell. Also rented a car from here as well which was quick and easy. Pool is amazing and so is the jacuzzi. Spa is very nice and calming. I definitely want & wish to come back here next time ❤🙏🏻🦋

Always amazed by the beauty of the Mandarin hotel, and how friendly and courteous the staff is. Me and my wife stayed the weekend just to get away from the hectic week and also to celebrate my promotion. Everything was great although my wife did have an issue with our bathroom sink being clogged and slow to drain whenever washing her face or brushing her teeth. Other than that we had a great time.

The place has an esplendit and unique sight of the bay, though the restaurants food is pretty normal, not exotic or tasty as it is expected from a Peruvian dish. I have eaten in other Peruvian restaurants which are way better and more affordable.

# 1. Uncomfortable chairs# 2. Pisco Sauer warm, they were before.# 3. 4 dishes of excellent quality, and one of them does not deserve to be on the menu, a lot rice, 3 shrimp, and with egg. Very expensive, poor quality

Our stay at The King and Prince Beach and Golf Resort was an excellent break from winter. We stayed in an ocean front villa on the fourth floor and the views and sound from the Great Atlantic Ocean were splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the ECHO Restaurant. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. There is biking, trolley tours, and opportunities to learn about shrimping in Georgia. A wonderful mini-vacation!

I was so disappointed in several elements of service. I called the hotel several times before my visit to arrange for services etc. Each time the call was taken by people identified as the back office. Each time, no mater who took the call, the ball was dropped. I had to call several times to get something done. For example the concierge never received a single one of my messages.The worst case was I arranged for a cabana on the beach. That alone took 3 calls and several emails. I was finally confirmed for a cabana. When I arrived and ready to use my beach cabana it was sold to another guest. It completely ruined my day.The plumbing did not work in my suite. A plumber had to be called to fix one item. The shower head had clearly outlived its usefulness. I was constantly fixing the flapper on the toilet.One redeeming quality was the restaurant, very good in all aspects.The concierge also did a good job once I could get ahold of him.

This hotel is amazing but they should be aware of the kind of service their restaurants are providing to their guests. We went last weekend to La Mar in Brickell with reservation, they seated us 25 minutes after our reservation and an hour into our reservation and right after we finish eating and with half our drinks on the table, our server tell us the manager told him we have to leave with our drinks because they needed to give the table to another person. Very unprofessional and low class for a restaurant “like that” They should take a class on what dinning experiences are with Flemmings!!!. Will never go there again. You want real authentic and delicious Peruvian food? Go to Aromas del Peru! And they said higher manager will contact us... yeah right..

I won a contest which included a one night stay at this hotel. We had two adults and 4 kids. A 2 queen bed room was booked. I can assure you thse beds were full size! Thankfully, we were prepared by packing an air mattress. The kids who got stuck with air mattress were the lucky ones because the mattress hurt the backs of everyone else.The rooms appear nice. The lobby is large and open with beautiful flooring and decor. Employees are great.Overall, it was OK. Glad I only had to pay for parking and tips. It isnt somewhere I would book again in the future if I have any desire to go back to Miami.

My favorite thing about this hotel is the view. If you get the waterfront room then it feels like you’re on a cruise ship. The balcony feels like you’re on a ship at dock. You can lay on the sofa inside with AC on and enjoy the view. Bedding is super perfect white and soft. The robes and slippers are comfy. The chocolates we got at arrival were perfect. Housekeeping is not available during your covid stay until checkout.

The place is beautiful inside and out. Every single staff member from housekeeping to valet was kind and willing to help. The food and drinks are amazing. I enjoyed every minute.

My husband and I stayed at MO Miami for our anniversary on the first week of February for the first time as a staycation.Pros: nice location right by the downtown Miami. They have a private man-made beach as well as infinity pool. Also they allow pets.Cons: We got a junior suite and the first room we got had a noise issue with smoke alarm. The management was able to switch rooms but still not very pleased with how their rooms were not kept at high standards when MO is considered a 5-star hotel. It felt like 3-star hotel in Miami.In addition, the food options at their restaurant is not very impressive. I was disappointed...Overall, as a Miami resident, I would not recommend to the locals who want to do staycation. Many other great 5-star options in Miami Beach than Mandarin Oriental Miami.

Great place amazing service. Kids loved it. They got a free stuffed animal at check in. Also they completed a passport game and got a free gift from the shop there. Would recommend to anyone with or without kids. View is amazing at night.

Love this hotel. My sis had her wedding reception here and we had an awesome time. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Service was on point. Great view. Lovely grounds for pictures. They have happy hour and live music until 10 pm.

Tops in luxury and service for Miami. Note for ***Amex Fine Hotels*** customers: the property credit can only be used at the spa, not for food and beverage like most hotels in the program. This would be our #1 hotel choice, but not returning because of this. Really unfortunate as the dining experience is superb here, both the food and the views.

We had a terrific stay. Service amazing as usual. Rooms were perfect and pre-arrival arrangements were perfect. the pool bar/restaurant could use a bit of a menu overall, but what was served was high quality. We will go back.

Beautiful appointments and helpful staff, as expected from a 5-star hotel. Mandatory valet parking with undisclosed $50 surcharge needs to go. What happens to the folks who budget their stay to the last penny and then get hit with a checkout charge they didnt know about for a service they never wanted? I am perfectly capable of walking to the check-in desk from a parking lot with a weekend bag. Also, snack offerings in rooms should be complementary for a $300+ per night establishment. Or at least be labeled as an extra charge. Shouldnt be necessary to call the front desk to find out that the 6 oz. package of candy on the table will cost $8.00.FIVE STARS should mean pay for your room and put your wallet away while in the hotel.We DID get comped for the parking and a small room service order, due to a difficulty communicating with the desk our last night, so management was very accommodating in making things right.Would visit again, but without the car and forewarned.

Everything was perfect. And look at this view! The staff is superb: professional, friendly, helpful. The valet gets your car so very quickly, and will park it right in front if youre going to be just a little bit. So helpful! The spa is wonderful -- the only thing is that it kind of feels like a bit of a cellar as it at the bottom floor of the hotel. But just wonderful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The WORST spa day I’ve ever had. I got a massage, facial, mani/pedi package treatment and it was mediocre for the price. The massage was okay. The facial was basically someone washing my face with face soap and added a cream. The mani/pedi was by far the worst I’ve ever gotten. The nail tech painted my nails horribly (she was very shaky), I could’ve done a better job myself [I will say the other nail tech was great, she painted my friends nails perfectly but there was a mishap with the gel.. and she left with bumps on her manicure. Which should not be an issue for such an expensive treatment]. Also, there was a front desk representative that was SO RUDE. I had a mishap with a gift card (THEIR OWN FAULT by the way) and she was giving me the worst attitude. I had to tell her to town it down. By far the most unprofessional spa staff I have met. The MOST mediocre spa I’ve ever been to. their prices are way toooo high for the treatments they provide. I paid $1,200 for 2 people for the WORSTTT spa day ever. Waste of money.

The best luxury hotel in Brickell. I enjoyed the Brickell Beach very much. The views from the pool are spectacular. The restaurant La Mar is a delight for any meal. The room is second to none.

A lovely hotel which unfortunately does not have access to a beach but is on the water and has an adequate swimming pool. But the lobby and rooms are lovely and the service is good. At night they have jazz in an open indoor cafe - and this is a real treat. As for the food, the breakfast buffet is sadly mediocre. That said I look back fondly on my week at this hotel.

Everything was very good but there was a clear trend of being understaffed and slow. The service at the beach was very slow and the staff were not all very quick either. It took 4 asks to get a button to call for service and the person brought one and immediately walked away, I pressed the button he asked oh did you need anything? I said yes, thats why i asked for the button!. Ordering drinks and food took hour or more each time. At one point I thought they went to california to pick the oranges to make me a mimosa.But the hotel was great and i appreciated the pool being open. I really enjoyed my time there as the guests were also very upscale and nice.

Nothing short of amazing. The service was top notch as expected. The breakfast from La Mar was good. Ideal location for shopping at the Brick City Centre, only a 15-20 min walk.

It was pricey but the hotel and the view from our room were amazing. The gentelman at the front desk who checked us in was great, we mentioned we were there for the weekend celebrating our wedding and we were able to get late check out.
