Once again, Exquisite Productions and their team outdid themselves! I used their services three years ago for my wedding and loved them! Everything from start to finish was perfect and just how I imagined. This time my mother used their services for her wedding based on my recommendation and I was reminded just how amazing they are. Everything turned out more than perfect! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM!

Jose, Raquel and the rest of their staff are amazing! We just used them for our wedding on March 5th, 2016. They are simply great. Their flexibility, attention, and desire to help the client is just what my wife and I loved about this company. They have affordable plans that are great for those who are on a budget. HIGHLY recommend them.

Exquisite Productions is absolutely phenomenal. I cant express enough how wonderful this company is. Raquel and Jose Salcedo, as well as the staff, are professional yet personable and friendly. They provided catering, staff, music and assisted me in the overall organization of my baby shower at Douglas Entrance Ballroom. Their attention to detail was stupendous which enabled me to be able to enjoy this special event in my life with my family and friends. The food was delicious and all of my guests raved about it. I would definitely recommend them for all of your event needs.

Jose and Raquel helped plan my wedding exactly how I envisioned it! The food was served hot and delicious. The day ran smoothly and anything I needed was addressed professionally and promptely. Raquel and Jose were the only vendors at our wedding that far surpassed our expectations. They didnt just do what we contracted them to do, they went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect and that we were having fun with our guests rather and worrying about the details. We could not be more pleased with their service and I wish I had a better way to express my thanks.

I feel like I got a lot more than I paid for! My wedding was in October 2012, I live in OK, I did not meet Jose and Raquel until an hour before my wedding. I took a huge risk not being able to see their work first hand, not being able to sample the food prior. I selected Exquisite Productions based on the reviews I read all over the internet and believe me, I read countless reviews of every catering company I contacted. I even made a chart with pros and cons and by far, they were it.I called maybe 7 caterers but I felt most comfortable with these guys. They were always available for me, they promptly responded to my emails and always answered my calls. Jose was upfront and offered tons of advice, needless to say, I placed my complete trust in them.Fast forward to my wedding day and I was blown away by how organized and how efficient they were. I wasted so much time planning how I wanted things to happen and when, but now thinking back, its all a blur, I dont even know how some things happened, I just know they happened and Raquel was responsible for it all.My florist keeps going on and on about how wonderful Exquisite Productions was to work with, he talks about how ingenious she is, he had a little problem, she had an idea, got on her radio and within seconds she got what she needed. This happened not once, not twice, but every time he needed something. I experienced it as well, she made sure I had nothing to do, nothing to think about, all I had to do is relax and enjoy my day. I had some decorations I wanted to add to the tables, they took them and went to work with them, everything was just beautiful.I thought I only hired a caterer, now I know I hired an event planner, caterer, entertainer, big sister, fire person everything in one! I thank God for the catering team of Exquisite Productions, the food was delicious, the ambiance was fantastic, I had a marvelous time. Thanks!The Sees

Exquisite productions is an amazing team!! From the start Raquel and Jose were always there to answer any questions we had (: The day of our wedding they surpassed our expectations in every way. Leydis and Raquel were always making sure my husband and I were taken care of and that everything was running smoothly. Raquel made my wedding look like a dream and Leydis was the perfect day of coordinator! Everyone had something nice to say about this team and I am forever grateful ..thank you so much!

My husband and I just had our wedding on April 30th, 2016 and I dont think we could be any happier with how AMAZING it turned out. Raquel and Jose absolutely out did themselves and we loved every single bit of it. Everything was on point and we would have been lost without them. Seriously do not think our wedding would have been this amazing if we would have tried to do it on our own. Raquel and Jose have great packages that honestly give you lists of anything and everything you will need for your dream wedding. What would have taken probably a year of planning only took us a couple of months. We had less than 6 months to plan our wedding and it was executed so perfectly. We honestly didnt think the end results were going to be as detailed as they were. We dropped off everything we had bought, told them our vision and we didnt need to change one thing they did. Their crew was absolutely amazing, sweet and just so helpful and only want to satisfy you on your big day. The food was probably what we were worried about the most because we did not know how 65 filets were going to come out to each table perfectly, but O MY GOD was the food absolutely tasty and all of our guest could not stop talking about the meal! If you are getting married in Miami, you would be crazy to not go with Vista Lago, or let alone Raquel and Joses services! Exquisite Productions is the very best!
