Went In A Few Days Ago Looking To Get Mine And A Friends Daughters Eyebrows done ... COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED !!! No other costomers In Salon and We were still Rushed to back didnt take the time to wash hands Or PUT GLOVES ON my Eye brows were UNEVEN and I had to fix them once I got home and Sadly my poor friends daughter had the worst of the experience Her Skin Was Irritated and Swollen Moments After the wax the didnt cleans or make sure any dirt or anything else was removed from our faces before our wax after they Used baby oil to clean extra gunk off and after getting home HER SKIN WAS TORN AND VERY IRRITATED FROM THE WAX STRIPS AND BOTH OF OUR FACES WERE BURNING AND ITCHING 🥵 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING AND GETTING THERE EYEBROWS OR ANY TYPE OF BODY OR FACIAL WAXES DONE HERE ! It was Just Terrible ! 🙄😒

So bad I had to ask that they take off the nails right then and there. He left me to sit in a bowl of acetone and I was forced to scrub off my nails with a piece of paper towel I ripped off.

Dont go. Only one person can do hands, all others can only do feet (FOUND THAT OUT THE HARD WAY) lady tried twice to do dipping powder and couldnt get it. Gut that does nails tried to fix them, but after 2 hours I had to go. I wasnt charged, just upset. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Have gone for years. My daughter and I are always very happy with our pedicures and eyebrow waxing. We love Lucy.

An overall great experience. The staff were very friendly. Lucy was wonderful and has a warm personality. You can tell she has a passion for her craft and I love my nails. My pedicure ending with a neck and shoulder massage were wonderful. Definitely going back!

The nails are okay there are a lot of mess ups they didn’t fix and they charged extra for thier mistakes 😒

Nails bumpy didnt do right. I wasted 100 bucks with them. Will not come back.

Do NOT recommend this place. Its horrible! My nails are so lumpy and crooked plus they are breaking so easily. I was cut multiple times and paid too much

Walked in and said if they could do 4 people. Took almost an hour to get the first in the chair and after they said 15 mins. Completely rude and not friendly at all. The nails they did on my daughter are horrible and not even worth getting them done. We will never come back to this place.

Very rude I got a pedicure and everytime someone would walk it the guy that was doing my feet would stop and go greet them and chat with them and get them all set up then would go back and attend to me the water had gotten cold that’s how much he kept leaving. Never going back!!!

Im from out of town and just walked in after driving around looking for a nail salon. The prices were more than Im used to (45-55 for a pedicure), but it was worth it. Very long pedicure with a long massage and super attention to detail.

Went about two months ago for my sisters wax on her eyebrows (day of my wedding)! I told the lady multiple times do a clean up on them she is only 13 so she said okay okay. So we go to the back and shes starting to wax them and just to remind her again how to do them. So after shes done I look at them and she pratically had no eyebrows left! Very furious I tell her that was not how I asked her to do them then she says I ask you how you want them you say like this. Never again will I go here!

I do not like to give bad reviews!!! Typically, I just ignore a business if I am an unhappy customer. But ladies...I want to save you from encountering a similar disaster.This place has really gone downhill. I went here last year and they did an “ok job”! I was in a hurry today and didn’t want to drive across town to my regular place. Big mistake!The manicure I received was so bad that I had to remove the polish and repaint them myself when I got home. The edges of my nails were so jagged that I had to trim my nails before repainting them...all 10 fingers! The man “in charge” is the problem here. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...anywhere else!

Im in from out of town and went to get my nails redone... the guy was a joke! My 10 yr old niece couldve done a better job. I got the dipping powder done and he didnt smooth them, I have sharp edges on every nail and left excess on the sides so my nail looks twice as big. When I brought this to his attention a couple times he acted like he was offended and put out from me wanting him to fix HIS mistakes and then still didnt fix it correctly. He wasted my time and my fingers now hurt from his nail jobI would NOT recommend this place at all.

Walk in and right away no greet, man up front is VERY rude.It’s about 80 degrees in here, and outside is 70.My feet we’re in the water 30 mins before I got attended too. Very cold, and my feet are shriveled.I watched one worker walk into the bathroom, and didn’t wash her hands after she was finished.Don’t recommend.

I have gone to this salon for a while, when I broke a nail or need a quick fill. I have never had a problem until Monday 11/5/18. I decide against my better judgement to get a plain set of nails because I was in a hurry and my normal guy that did the couple fills in the past John was not in so I used the older lady I liked the set a was pleased a little sore from the drill I thought. On Wednesday I woke up in pain....cut my nail off and found a red swollen nail with a fever. I took some antibiotics I had and things were looking good. Thursday morning it was not good, my finger was swollen and fever had returned. I had to go to the doctor and see what was going on, my finger was infected and I had to get my finger cut open and drained. I am so upset with the whole situation because I should of known better. The hygiene at these oriental shops are ridiculous and this is where I got an infected nail job. Please dont be like me and go againt your gut!!!! Thank you Pro Spa Nails for the most painful and expensive nail job of my life.

Went to get a dip. While waiting to get my previous dip powder removed 3 other customers walked in. The guy put me to side with the foil and acetone on my fingers while he did a full set of nails and polish on the other customer. I had the acetone on my fingers for at least 45 minutes to the point my fingertips were wrinkly and really dry and from the acetone. I asked him to just to take off the foils and I left after that. I was upset and did not want to cause a scene, but I will never go there again and recommend no one else goes there either.

I wasnt impressed... I went in for a manicure, the guy asks do you want shellac, I say yeah. I asked for a french manicure with a purple like above the white tip. Well the tech drew the line (very crooked I might add) half on top of the white. Wth? I pay 32$ for this?! Wont go back. Will try out some different places. FYI Im from California and prices here are expensive. Its crazy!

The man was very rude they left nail polish all around the cuticle of my nail very sloppy.Right after i left and my nails immideatly started messing up it was like the nail polish was to thick and wasnt able to dry correctly when i went back he was rude and made a big deal about fixing it. I was not happy with the work done or the service given.

My nails & toes are a mess!!! From right hand to left the fingers are different lengths. I had them done sat & they already have air bubbles!!

Absolute terrible place. Got dip nails and it was all over my cuticle then said something and he didnt do a good job fixing it. It needed to be taken off and redone but I didnt have the confidence in him so asked for my money back he wouldnt budge. He also passed me off to his wife when his regular customer showed up.

I am from out of town. the workers here are Rude. Especially the man in the front. They are way over priced and their work was AWFUL!
