The man who did my nails was nice and the service was quick. But I do have to say that the color is slightly starting to chip in some places and I just got my nails done about 2 days ago. But there wasn’t anyone in front of me it took them a while to get to me and someone came in after me and got seated before me. But so far I think I would go back. And there prices where about what you would expect. All together it was a pretty decent experience.

Absolutely horrible! First off they weren’t very friendly except for the owner. Second off, the male who did a basic dip for me, made them so thick & left a major dip in my thumb. The owner did fix it but completely ignored the thickness. Then my daughter got a basic medi pedi, not even 15 mins after leaving the salon her nails were chipping. We go back to get them fixed and they weren’t happy about it. I do not recommend to anyone!

I had an awesome experience at this location today. The service is excellent.... So, its now weeks later and I went back for a fill and this is what happened. I got jacked up and cut up.Then the lady had the nerve to tell me to Stop crying I a BIG BABY! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The shape of my nails is spot on and the staff is very nice!

First time going there and once I was seated someone came and put the tips on my nails and left me for an hour. I shouldve left but I decided to stay and pay 65 for nails that looked nothing like the picture I showed. My right hand nails all broke off in 3 days. It wasnt a comfortable experience and I will never go back.

Girls timer ran out so she only massaged one leg!!! Only lotioned one leg!!! I paid $10 extra for a hot stone massage which was rubbing warm stones on my skin and no massage whatsoever. Put one coat of clear and only one of color. Was really hurried and hurt my toes. Would never recommend!! I did however get 2 glasses of wine so I guess that made up for some of it?!? Haha not really. Go somewhere else. Bliss was busy so we came here where there was no wait - FOR AN OBVIOUS REASON.

Awesome and unassuming place. I came on a Sunday at around 3:30pm and thankfully, I was able to walk in and get the services I wanted-a manicure, pedicure and wax services. The techs were very friendly, professional and attentive. The equipment and tools were sanitized and there was a wide range of polish colors and types to choose from. This was my first time visiting this salon and I was well impressed. Thank you!

I’m from out of town this nail salon is the best compared to mine back home all employees are super nice they treat you so wonderful everything they do is with a passion they take their time and make sure your stay is perfect. I definitely recommend getting your manicures and pedicures from them!!

2 weeks ago, a friend asked me to join her for a pedicure. The salon is very clean and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. My daughter and I will be returning for all our nail care. Prices is reasonable and staff is great.

Stephanie is the absolute best tech. I have been to in Lubbock. She did exactly what I was looking for and continued to ask if I was pleased with the results. I walked in an hour before they closed due to it being the only time this week I could get my nails done and they were all extremely nice. This will be the only nail salon I go to now.

Very professional and clean salon. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Tiffany is my go to person, however, I would feel comfortable having any of the nail techs do my nails or pedicure. Tiffany is very meticulous with her work and cares about the service she provides. They are busy, but they will do their best to get you in if you don’t have an appointment. I generally make an appointment. I highly recommend OPI1 Nails for nails or pedicure. They have many other services as well. Give them try. You won’t be disappointed.

I literally just left today after getting a nail fixed and had another break not 5 hours later. I only got my nails done initially Saturday. They were very rude when I told them what happened and fixed my one nail that had broken previously very begrudgingly and rudely. Will NEVER go back to this place. I feel like it’s already hard enough to find a nice place in Lubbock to get your nails done why deal with this too?

I do not recommend getting your nails done here. I had gone here a couple of years ago and I wasnt impressed with the shellac job that was done on my nails but I thought since it was only $20 it was okay. But I came back a few days ago and had a terrible experience. The girl that was doing my nails was rude and acting like I was inconveniencing her. I asked her to fix a nail that was obviously not straight and that irritated her. Its only been 4 days and that nail is already broken... The shellac on all my other nails is uneven. AND they raised the price of shellac to $30. Sooo not worth it. Ill never go back to this nail salon again.

My mother and I come here at least once a month or more to get pedicures. The staff always remember us, are always polite and pay attention to us as well as offer refreshments. We have a great time and I personally get the extra massage every time (my favorite part!) I definitely recommend them.

My nail technician was nice and did a good job. I had a mani/pedi today. The prices were very reasonable. The establishment has new message chairs which were nice, but it could use a little make over. The place just doesnt look as new and clean as some of the other nail salons.

The last 3 times I have been here have been horrible!!! I went a few times thinking each time would be better than the last but it only got worse. They never offer u anything to drink and are very rude. The last couple of times my nails looked horrible. Several times I have asked how much for something and agreed to it and when I went to pay it was more than they first said it would be. They also tried to charge me extra for having my nails longer but didnt bother to mention it before when asking me how long I wanted my nails. I feel like a few times I wanted something done to my nails and I tell them and they try to talk u out of it maybe because its too much work for them. The last time I went here I told her the color I wanted and the nail polish looked HORRIBLE U could see right thru it I told the tech I didnt like it and she got mad and was very rude about it and started talking about me to the other workers and had everyone come by to look at my nails very rude if Im paying for it I should be able to get what I want!! Will never go back

This place is awful. I went in and asked for the most basic acrylic shape and they managed to give me ugly traffic cone shaped nails and the painting job was so sloppy and my technician didnt even care to clean it up or listen to my request. $30? No way in heaven. I would rather have my nails smashed with a hammer than have this manicure from them again. Awful.

I always give places like this 3 chances. The first time I went Lee did my nails, she was great, attentive, offered my children and I some beverages. The price was reasonable. I left Lee a good tip for her amazing service. The second time a guy did my nails, he did an amazing job, he was pretty quiet which I didnt mind, did not offer any beverage but I still left him a very good tip for the work he did. Now everytime I go I take my daughter in and get her nails painted. TODAY I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. I WALKED IN THEY SEEMED PRETTY BUSY. THEY WENT AHEAD AND PAINTED MY DAUGHTERS NAILS, I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINS FOR A FILL-IN . I DIDNT MIND THE WAIT BECAUSE I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE THE FIRST TWO VISITS. NOONE OFFERED ME A BEVERAGE, I COULDNT HELP BUT SEE EVERYONE IN THERE HAD A BEVERAGE, SOME PEOPLE THAT CAME IN AFTER ME WAS SEATED IMMEDIATELY AND OFFERED A BEVERAGE WHILE THEY WAITED, ME STILL NOTHING. THE LADY FINALLY GOT TO ME TO DO MY FILL IN, SHE RUSHED THROUGH IT, IT DIDNT LOOK GOOD OR LIKE IT WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE. I DID NOT LEAVE A TIP AND I WALKED OUT VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE. I read the other reviews about people of color being treated differently and I didnt feel they did that until today. I may give one more chance because the first two times were good. Stay tuned........

Never come here! Came for a pedicure, entirely overpriced for the service that they provide. Then while the technician was massaging my legs and feet, he got up from the station, got keys from his neighboring technician, went out to his car to get a case of beer to put in the refrigerator, then came back, and finished the pedicure. Extremely unprofessional! Also, they certainly talked about my mother and I during the pedicure, that thing we all hate.
