It was my first time visiting Havana and I enjoyed every minute from the time I walked in from the time I left. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Steven did my nails as requested and he did a fantastic job! I will return!

Havana Nails & Spa is a clean well decorated salon and spa. My daughter had a manicure and a pedicure, I just had a pedicure. I was satisfied with mine, but my daughter had bubbles in her polish.

I absolutely love Havana Nails and Spa! They are professional, friendly, and do a great job! The quality of the work is amazing. I get acrylic nails and I love to have nail art. Mila is great at it and creative. I get something different each time I go. Sometimes I show her a design and some times I just give her a theme and ask her to surprise me. The nails last and do not lift. Great quality! Im always able to book my appointments easily on Facebook Messenger. I love having my nails done here!

The shellac on my toes looks good but I got my nails done with dip and tip and they don’t look smooth and professionally done. Any where I go, everytime they put a clear coat that needs to be cured with the UV lamp. The top coat I put on top looks sloppy, not shiny and smooth, I’m very disappointed..I’m going to try to buff off the clear coat and add a gel coat, hopefully it helps😩

I have been coming to this salon for a few years. I have always loved their services. Today was last day. I had an appointment and they were busy upon my arrival. An employee directed me to chair. After about 20 minutes another woman was seated next to me. Immediately they gave her pedicure menu and began to fill pedicure tub. I had yet to receive either. Needless to say I left. Now enjoying pedicure elsewhere.

I was reluctant to try a new nail salon since moving to Lubbock.. but I’m so glad I found this location. They have complimentary drinks, affordable prices and gave me exactly what I asked for. All of their techs are really good at their trade, so you will be happy no matter the tech. I have found my new home nail salon.

I have come here so many times but it is surprising that I changed the owner and the new brand name of Inspire Nails & Spa and the brand new tables and chairs look so perfect. The owners here are so cute they talk so happy and being enthusiastic while doing manicure make me very happy, highly encouraged

I had high hopes because of all the reviews/feedback from others but gave this place three chances and was disappointed. Theyre okay for basic pedis but I dont recommend for manis/ nail extensions. They do things rushed and get up to charge you quickly as soon as theyre done. When things cost a little more (shape, color combination,etc), they dont tell you you just get charged more and Ive noticed you dont get a breakdown of any of it unless you question it or ask. Reason for review, I left unhapoy with the placement and look of my nails and I went home and took them off. $55 down the drain for basic short length one color rounded nails.

I love Havana nails! Savannah is the best. They make you feel so welcomed. They do an amazing job and really value you as a person as well as a customer.

First time there was great! Nails and pedicure were perfect! Second time back, my pedicure and acrylics were horrible, went back after a week to TRY and get my nails trimmed and a color change, just for them to charge me an extra 75!!! Not to mention the dip nails for children were horrible waist of 40$, I spent 290 within 2 weeks at this nail salon just to be disappointed the 3rd time!! FYI if you aren’t booking with Mila, or Savanna don’t bother.

I am fairly new to Lubbock and had such a hard time finding a nail salon that I just loved! I tried out Havana Nails and was in love! They literally can do anything you ask them to when it comes to designs. The staff is always so nice and helpful and make you feel comfortable. I won’t go any where else!

After struggling to find a quality spot to get our nails/toes done for nearly 2 years, after moving from the DFW area...we found Havana! It’s a clean, bright environment with great service. My dip nails have never chipped & they are so timely! So happy to have found them!

Out of the 5 years I have lived in lubbock I have tried just about every nail salon and Havana is by far the best! Clean, cute, and they do a great job! I have never had an issue and I am so glad to have finally found a place I can consistently go to.

I finally found my go to place here. Savannah was so friendly, asked me my name, remembered my name, and was talkative. I loved that her husband and brother were just as friendly and talkative as well. I left feeling good and relaxed!

I have been going to Havana since the start of the year, and each time they do a great job. They can do any design you show them and are quick and don’t ever hurt my fingers.

After my very first appointment with her, she continued to remember my name, my nail color and exactly how I like them shaped. First time to visit this nail salon - it was GREAT! Services were top notch, Savannah and her team are very friendly yet very professional.

So, my daughter and I went in for the first time yesterday. We were excited to try somewhere new that offered designs. Well, my nails were started on right away, I guess since they were dip. But, my daughter waited for about 30-45 minutes to get her nails started on. She gets acrylics and are usually soaked off. Well, instead, one employee used a clean acrylic nail to take off my daughters nails, instead of soaking them off, which actually hurt her. Then, she was pretty much ignored while others had their nails soaking. The gentleman that was doing my nails, asked if she was my friend, and I said no, she is my daughter. He apologized and said I looked young, which is fine because I usually hear that a lot. But, when the lady next to him asked(which is the owner) if she was my daughter and I said yes, she commented with what, did you have her when you were 10? Then laughed. I know she mightve said that as a joke, but she should really either keep her mouth shut, or reword her compliments better. My daughter is 17 and Im 37. While getting my nails done, I was cut right under one of nails. Nick, who was doing them, kept asking if I was okay, which was sweet, but then he kept cutting me on others fingers and didnt apologize. My daughter also was cut several times. Finally, when it was time to pay, mine were $45, but my daughters short acrylics with 2 designs, were $75!!!! Which is funny because while being charged, the one cashing us out, first said my daughters nails were $60, then said oh no, its $75. Like, was I overcharged purposely?? Our nails were kinda cute, the place is nice but definitely not Covid friendly, since some employees werent wearing masks and obviously didnt care if theyre clients did either. Im glad we at least tried this place out, because my daughter and I WILL NOT be returning. Thanks but no thanks.

Formerly Inspire Nails, this family owned and operated nail salon checked all my boxes. Joseph and Savannah are so friendly and made me feel very welcome. Steven did a great job on my toes and ingrown nails! Even though I HATE getting a pedicure, I was plesantly surprised with mine.$35 for a basic, but lots of choices if youd like to spend more, and a large selection of polishes. Clean and welcoming with friendly service- what more could you ask for?! My new go to salon--give them a try!

Im an avid salon goer and Havana nails will absolutely be my new go to! The salon was sanitary, clean and everyone was extremely friendly. I received a pedicure and full set of nails to pamper myself before our baby girls arrival and I couldnt have picked a better place!

Waited 40 minutes to get pink and white fill. Someone was put in front of me, and instead of filling my white they painted it and charged me 45

Decided to try this place after reading all the positive reviews but was not happy with my pedicure at all. My nails came out all crooked and looking partially painted. The nail tech was not friendly at all and it was all done in about 40 minutes! And for 65 bucks??? Not worth it at all and not going back. Very bad first impression 😞

Me and my mom were super excited to try this place out! we walked in and they got to my moms nails quick. the only problem I had was my nails being ripped off instead of soaked, I didn’t mind the wait I just don’t understand why my nails couldn’t be soaked off in the 30 mins that I waited instead of being ripped off, and then when we went to pay the lady tried to charge me 75$ for short square acrylics with 2 designs? idk if that’s right? other than that our nails ended up cute.

Honestly this is the best nail spa I have ever been to. I came in they asked what I would like to do I showed them the picture and she took it from there. I was in love with my nails before she was even done. When she was done with them I couldn’t believe that they were my nails. I will always be coming back here.

I loved my Pedi! Relaxing, calm and very friendly staff! Owners were there working and visiting! Took my granddaughter (3) for her first real pedi. They were so good with her! Elsa chair and toes for a win!We will for sure use Havana again.Highly recommended!

We had such a great experience. The staff was nice and the building is spotless. The little girls pedicure chair is Frozen themed and my daughter loved it!!

Went in and was told that the wait was not long. Sat for over an hour and was still not helped. People who were walk ins for pedicures were taken care of and gone and I was still sitting. Terrible service

The whole team is great! They got us in the week before my sisters wedding. We all got pedicures which felt *amazing* and sooo relaxing! They also got us all set with wedding nails with an extra boujee flair for the bride. The whole salon was well clean and they were so easy to talk to. I highly recommend! Go see Steven & Savannah ❤

My mom and I have been coming here for three years even after new management took over. My mom has MS and is in a walker right now. She came to get nails and toes and yall made her sit in chairs that are hard for her to sit in for 30 minutes after i told the guy she can not sit their for long and her legs started having issues and for a 4th time here she was in tears and embarrassed. Yall need to educate yourself on disabilitys and how to do disabled bodys nails. She rarely has any joy now days and I wanted to have her feel some what like her life is normal again and instead shes upset and not wanting to get her nails done again. Savannah you used to remember us and treat us kindly and attend to us now that doesnt happen. We are just faces that walk into the salon. Its sad but we will not be back. Btw we got here at 5 and my moms nails still have not been done.
