Hello ! Overall my experience at Crystal nails was debatable, the customer service was exceptional, they were very friendly and professional to both myself and my family that came with me. The quality of the set i got however was not very good. 5 of my nails have broken off, all strangely at the same space, within a 1 week and 5 day time period. I have not been doing any manual labor work, my first nail broke off a day after I got them done, due to me hitting my hand on my bed frame on accident, the second nail broke off by me pulling a blanket on top of me, and the other three that broke off i hadn’t even noticed due to how simple my actions were from a daily basis. When I had only broken off the first two, I went back to get it fixed and they told me “ No. Come back anytime 6:30-8:30.” I had shown up around 4:30. Alongside when I was getting them done he also cut me 2-3 times on my cuticles. Although I hate to complain, because the service was exceptional, I expected the set to last me at least a week. Not to mention my hands alone were $110, toes $40, and my family overall spent $600 in one sitting.

I love this place!! Definitely my go-to in Lubbock. Not only are they intentional and precise with their work, they have amazing customer service. If any of your nails break or get messed up within two weeks of your manicure, theyll fix it for free! Please check it this place out if youre looking for a reliable and professional manicure!

I took my daughter to get a pedi. I didn’t plan on getting anything done. Because I’m faithful to my preferred nail salon. But I thought might as well change the color of my toe nails. So I asked the tech to just get the callus and paint, no massage. Well, I didn’t get the whole massage (which is what I asked for), but he surprised me with the best foot massage ever. I was texting and couldn’t even finish my text due to the massage feeling absolutely amazing. I’m definitely coming back. If they were this great to me feet. I can’t wait to try a full set, it won’t stand a chance lol. I highly recommend giving this company your business. Preston was my nail tech..

Great experience. Went with my Mom for some pampering before we went shopping. They took the time to make sure we loved our nails and my mom got a hand massage while they were still working on mine. Loved it. Will be back!

I just got my nails done and charged $ 45.00 for just taking off the previous nails which is $ 5.00 I had a discount which made it $45.00 total but I dont understand why it was charged $ 45.00 when you didnt put nails on me. The technician only put the pink and white on my own nails. I have had nails put on me then the pink and white which comes out to the same price. Why did I pay the same price when I didnt get nails put on? Otherwise I had great service.

Today was my first time visiting Crystal Nails & Spa and I was beyond impressed. Im so in love. The people are so friendly and approachable. I will return and recommend everyone who want to get there full set here.

I have never paid $70 for a pedicure that was not top notch. I got maybe 20 minutes of massage. I left with paint all over my feet. The pedastool that you put your feet on was so narrow I Had to sit sideways to get my nails painted. She kept hitting my wet nails with the dryer and smudging them and say sorry and not fix it until I told her. I was there for 45 minutes total. I only tried this place because we moved and it is 2 minutes from the house. Never AGAIN!! I will always go back to my regular salon.

Very rude nail tech that refused to give student discount. Nails turned out chipped immediately and wouldn’t fix. Was very rough with my nails and even stripped them down purposefully.

Let me just start off by saying that I am a very picky person when it comes to getting my nails done. I was worried because it was my first time there but let me just say my nails came out PERFECT! They had so many colors to choose from and were super polite! It was a bit pricey but it was well worth it!

Im pretty sure the lady told me I needed to tip more and tried to charge an extra 5 to add length. I believe that the plastic nail to add length should be included. But I told her i was leaving and she basically played it off so I stayed bc I didnt have time to go anywhere else. I should have just waited. But ya they werent busy and I know why now. Oh and I tipped 5 dollars for a $40 service. Not sure if that was worth losing a customer over.

This makes me very sad. I have been going to Crystals for over two years. Its close to my house, everyone there would take their time and do the best work on my nails, and the pedicures were the longest, most relaxing thing ever! Something changed. Ive noticed a change in the technicians. My favorite people were no longer there. Today was the last straw...I paid EXTRA for a pedicure that lasted 15, maybe 20 minutes. The technician sped through everything so fast, my paraffin wax didnt even solidify. My toenails look like they were painted by 6-year-old me. There is paint on my skin, some toenails are barely covered, and some have so much paint on them that theyre melting. After my pedicure I sat for 30 minutes with my fingers soaking, waiting for someone to show up at the table to do my nails. They finally transferred me to another technician because my guy bailed.I am beyond angry. It is ridiculous to pay so much for horrible service. I am also sad about the downturn in quality. It really was a great place at one time, but now I will have to find somewhere else to go.I

Honestly. I got acrylics in a hot pink shade on my birthday. The wait was fine. They were harsh and rough while doinand the staff wasn’t friendly. I got an infection the week after because they cut me. my finger tips starting itching. (Not allergic to anything)

Went to Crystal Nails & Spa on Saturday. I was trying a new place, because my normal nail tech moved and i am trying to find a new place. Asked for French Manicure with Dip. It seemed as if they were drawing for straws on who could do this. Once that person was drawn, he proceeded to file my nails to the point of removing my skin. When he was finished, he asked me how they were. There were several dips/holes in my nails. He fixed. The white part of the French manicure are all uneven. Too many rivets. Not smooth to the touch. I cannot even go to a different place right now because my fingers are still sore from the filing. WILL NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tara knows what she is doing. She really took excellent care of me, listened to the kind of nail I needed (because I use my hands so much for work) and gave me exactly that. She was so attentive and kind, I even took my daughter to see her. My little girl has a nail biting problem that leaves her nails below the nail bed line. Tara fixed her up, gave her tips and a dip, and protected her nails. Now my daughter no longer bites her nails, and the nails are growing. My daughter is actually begging me, at this minute to take her back in. So off I go....

They are always real sweet and they pay good attention to detail, I am always very satisfied when I get my nails done here.

My first and last time coming to this place. the colors shown in the nail book were different from the colors in the containers. she argued about the color, my thumbs were shorter than any other of my nails. and the shape was more stiletto than coffin as i asked. just a terrible place, wont be going there again.

My family and I used to go to Crystals all the time. We got to know the employees and the owners pretty well. We knew their names and what was going on in their home lives.The last time we went to get a pedicure the prices had gone up, and it appeared so they could get more of a profit. Thats no big deal. I understand that they would want to make a few more dollars. Wouldnt we all? The problem began when we got a pedicure at the higher price, but we had no lotion rubbed in. When we asked why we werent given lotion they explained that they no longer did lotion on the regular/classic pedicures. Which means, in addition to the extra money I spent on the callus treatment, I would have to pay extra to have lotion rubbed on my legs. I dont mind paying the higher price, but I want the same quality service that I got before the price was changed. I want to have the same pedicure that I had before. I also got a manicure and when I asked for white dipping powder, so I would have a white nail, I ended up with a light pink. After my first nail was done the worker knew the mistake, and instead of asking if I wanted to remain with that color or choose something else he kept going. Another customer had chosen the same color and the worker told another employee that the nail color was not white, so the other customer was allowed to choose another color. I was so disappointed in what happened with both the pedicure and the manicure. We loved going to Crystals, but after the mistakes and the long wait time (even if you made an appointment) enough was enough. I highly doubt we will return to Crystals at the 98th location or at their new location on 66th and Milwaukee (when it is built). When you pay over $100 for pedicure and manicure, you should be allowed to go home feeling satisfied and relaxed, and enjoying your new nail color(s). When they first opened it was very much customer oriented, but now the feeling is more money oriented.
