Sophia took me late in the day & was so talented in the beautiful nails she created. She blinged out every nail with extreme patience. I havent had my nails done in several years due to medical issues - it was such a treat. The new owner was wonderful & made sure I knew about specials, drawings &, more important, provided a much needed beverage!

Mimi and Stephen are great. Love that they serve alcohol. But every time I go and someone other than one of them does my nails, they mess them up. I’m always disappointed. The lady who did them two days ago was careless and messy. I think she was trying to get done too fast and didn’t seem to care about the quality of what she was doing. Got polish on my fingers and hands and didn’t even try to remove it. Went somewhere else to have them redone today.

Steven is a hoot, he likes to joke around and make your smile. I have only been once as I am not from here however I made sure to take my sister here before I left town. They even let me do a little refresher coat on my nails. In my short experience at Great Nail and Spa I definitely felt as if they lived up to their name.

My first time getting acrylic nails and I am very happy with them. They look very good.

My first time here was fantastic! Best pedicure I’ve had in years (I’m 7 months pregnant and I was in heaven haha). All the staff was so friendly and Steven gave the the perfect set of nails! Visiting my mom in Lubbock and wanted to update my powder dip nails. Found this place online and so happy I did!The staff here is wonderful! Very sweet and great at what they do. My eighty year old mom has arthritis and is currently dealing with a pinched nerve. She was so happy with her hand and foot massage. She was a cosmetologist before she retired and shes very picky. Ive never known her to be so happy with a mani/pedi.My powder dip nails looks amazing and moms shellac Mani and out pedicures look great Thank you for making our afternoon a great and relaxing experience! Well be back!

My nails came out messy. They had to work on them twice because they messed up on them the first time. And yet they still came out uneven or bumpy. They seem like they were in a rush to do everything.

I come here every time I need a mani and I am highly satisfied every time! They make it look like I have no more short bitten nails with acrylics. Tom and Stephen do a great job

I paid $25 to only have lotion rubbed on my arms and nail polish poorly put on me. Worst manicure Ive ever had and a little beetle flew on my arm, which grossed me out.

Weve went to many different places... and this is the best place by far. They take their time, and you coming out loving their work... everytime!

This is a very nice place. I was pleased to find it. Anna gave me a great pedicure and Steven did my nails with dipping powder. I will return and a couple weeks. I feel relaxed and ready to go back to work.

Had my eyebrows waxed by Mary. The wax was not too hot (I have sensitive skin), and overall she made it a pleasant experience. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and it looked exactly like the picture. Thanks!

This was my third trip to Great Nails and I have been so impressed with the customer service and quality. Very friendly staff who are meticulously detailed. I have made an appointment on my lunch break and was seen at my appointment time and able to get back to work on time.

The pedicure was good, however at the end they lied to me. I got two $30 pedicures (when the lady asked if I wanted the $30 or $40 one I chose the $30), and I had a student ID (which, I was told would give me 10% off). After the pedicure, when I went up to pay, the man told me it would be $60. I showed him my ID, he looked confused, then conversed with his coworkers in a different language. Then he came back and told me my pedicure was actually $75, but with the ID, it would be $60. I didnt have time to argue it, so I just paid. I will definitely not be going back to untrustworthy people.

My pedicure was great. But the nail Tech mi mi for my full set was terrible. They couldn’t match the colors I wanted nor could they do what I wanted. The length of my nails don’t even match the length to my other hand. The coffin shape is terrible they’re all different shapes. I was beyond unsatisfied with my nails here, first and last time I come here.

Not a good experience. I visited on 8-11-2018 and asked for a gel/shellac manicure and regular pedicure. They charged me 62 dollars when the price on the wall says 42 dollars. My toes were not shaped right and the polish does not match the polish on my hands. I asked for a margarita and it was completely ice. Couldn’t drink it had to use a spoon. Worst experience I have ever had.

Always very customer oriented and they do their absolute best to give the customer what they are looking for. From nail designs, to crazy ideas that are last minute details, Steven and his team to their very best to please you. It’s the only place in Lubbock I will go.

0stars If I could the lady I who did me and my friend nails was so rude her name was Ann. Ann was extremely rude.we were both getting a regular polish and she cut me and it keeps bleeding.She was getting mad at us for no reason. She asked me how old I was and then asked how old my friend was and Ann said “your friend is a BIG girl”.Then because she put a really thick coat so the inside didn’t dry and I got dents in my nails.So overall this was a bad experience did not go here.

Didnt even need to ask for a redo it was perfect the first time very happy

Nice employees and they dont keep you waiting.I really do love the color of my nails and how she did them but they are slightly crooked and have dips in them,i dont know if theyre supposed to be like that or not.

I came in for mani pedi and dip powder. The girl was working on 3 different customers at once. Forgot to do my manicure before doing the dip powder on my nails. I left after she finished my nails I didn’t stay for the pedicure. 3 employees working on 5-6 customers at once that makes for poor customer service. I came to get pampered with a many pedi but not what I got.

I will never ever go to this place again I just went to get my eyebrows done and I look in the mirror and they’re so far apart and super thin! It would’ve been different if I asked her to thin them out and do them really far apart, but I didn’t. I’m so dissatisfied with their service and don’t plan on coming again.

Just got a Mani pedi and was very impressed. Ann did a great job and everyone was very friendly...good prices as well!! I will not go anywhere else in the future and recommend them to anyone.
