Had a 3 day old Note 10+ take a nose dive and shatter, seeing as the phone was over $1,000 new, I was pretty upset.Lenny reassured me that his team would be able to get my phone back to perfect using authentic Samsung parts that maintain my warranty.I was skeptical but gave it a shot and I couldnt be happier. John and Lenny were able to get me back up and running within 30 minutes of dropping my phone to them.Even if there is a wait, just about every fast food spot is within a 5 minute drive, so I got my phone fixed, and got to try Sonic, win win.

What a treat to find people who won’t rip you off for an arm & a leg. All I needed was a battery changed on an iPhone SE Apple & Best Buy cost over $100 or just didn’t even do it anymore. For $40 they did it in 1/2 hr & my phone works great again

I brought my device to fix a broke screen but instead of fixing the screen, the problem was made worse because the tech accidentally broke a sensor and the screen would black out when trying to make a call. This happened over andover three different occasions. My last attempt to allow them to rectify the problem they created by breaking my phone, suddenly became an issue of can i pay more to fix the issue that was created by them.The manager/ owner became very defensive and belligerent upon me trying to ask questions and getting them answered as to why i need to pay for work that should be warranted. I will not recommend this particular establishment to anyone. They are very courteous when taking your money but if any problems arise the evidence of poor customer service, poor character,and lack of professionalism rears its ugly head. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this establishment(Deer Park location).

I went to them to get my hard drive replaced. My computer is working better than ever. They did an amazing job and did it in a timely manor. 10/10 would recommend.

My phone had terrible water damage, and Verizon wanted almost $600. I was hesitant at first to seek help from outside sources after horrible past stores.uBreakiFix came highly recommended so I decidedto give it a shot. I walked in and I was greeted, right away with a smiling face. Within 20 or so minutes they were able to figure out the problems, locate the parts and give me a price. Within an hour my phone was fixed like new, and for a price WAAAY under the prices I was given at other places and at my Verizon.I highly recommend them. My stepson needed his phone put back together after changing his battery himself and unable to put it back. We called, were greeted by Matt who was very friendly and helpful. These people are first rate honest repair people. I had been at Best Buy with my phone earlier today and Best Buy told me my phones motherboard was dead and the phone was not fixable. They wanted me to buy a new phone. The whole situation felt shady so I left Best Buy.Anyhow, I brought my phone here and they fixed it PERFECTLY! This shop is friendly, clean and honest.My phone only needed a charging port. For less than 50.00 bucks and 1 hours wait my phone is back to normal.Thank you for the great repair! This place is da bomb. From the minute I called the Deer Park 🦌 location and Roger answered the phone with lots of sympathy this business proved exceptional service. Matthew the tech specialist took a lot of time explaining what was wrong with my 1 year old Samsung S10 E what he did to fix it and has ordered me a SAMSUNG battery. While sitting there for two hrs cause where was I going without my phone??? many customers came into the store. EVERYONE was treated very professionally every problem and resolution was completely explained in detail either by Roger Matthew and the other tech on duty. The customer service was the best I have ever seen. Will be telling my friends! Thanks guys

My phone was just water damaged when I brought to the place they wanted 250 when I knew it was just wet they took parts out of the phone and the other place I brought it two was way cheaper but told they took parts out of it very unprofessional and untrustworthy and scammmers

Great experience in the Deer Park location. Brought my iPhone in to replace the charging port. I walked in close to their closing time but they fixed it for me anyway. Had a small issue that I didn’t realize until after I left and they were already closed. So I brought it back the next day and they fixed it right then and there. I have a 90 day warranty so if any future issues arise I’ll update my review- but for now I highly recommend them.

If I had to sum these guys up in one word its honest. Yes theyve fixed my iPhone screens and iPads quickly at a good price, and theyll let you know if something is worth fixing after theyve tried every angle.A few weeks ago, my wifes laptop wouldnt take a charge. I ordered a new power wire and battery but still nothing. So I called to see how late they would be open and they talked me through how to fix it over the phone and were (Legitimately) just happy that I got it working. Dont know their names personally, but I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I had an issue with my Samsung phone and because this place was recommended to me, I went out of my way to go somewhere trustworthy. From the moment I walked in, was met with great service with a smile, never felt pressured and knew I was dealing with knowledgeable employees. Not only did they educate me on my options to fix my camera lens and screen, but they were honest about what wouldnt work though they couldve sold me on something else. They have a nice waiting area and part of a shopping center which made it easy if I wanted to get something to eat while I waited. But because they fixed my phone in the promised time, I didnt have time for lunch! Awesome repair service with integrity. Cant get any better than that!! Theyve definitely won me over for life. 🤓
