So disappointed I had to cancel my previous appointment due to an important commitment so I have to wait a few more weeks further to be rescheduled. I came in today 45 minutes early just to find out they lost my inserts and have to wait again. When? I donโt know ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ so frustrating and so mad right now
They take good care of me. I am walking better with the legs and feet braces
I have been a patient for about 2 years. Gavin Tablada is my prosthetist and has provided all of the services that I require. He is available when I have issues and supportive at all times. I can not imagine trying to cope without him. I am a double BKA amputee and he has built 2 prostheses for eachleg. I may be able to walk one day due to his knowledge and expertise.
Hanger has been good to me from day one. I became an amputee a year and half ago, their prosthetist always give 100% to each patient.

The atmosphere here is relaxed & the whole staff are great people. Have never had a bad experience here I get shoes here & custom insoles. My fitter Rafael is knowledgeable & a caring person. He listens & does all he can to do a great job. I would recommend this establishment to every one I know that has orthopedic & prosthetic needs.
By far the best office and staff we have been to, and my father has Medicare!! There was hardly a wait time and doctor was friendly and caring, which is hard to find these days!! Overall great environment and experience will continue to go back!!
These are well skilled people who really care about getting me the proper fit with an orthotic shoe and the inserts that keep my feet from turning side to side. I have dealt with HANGER for many years when it was across town. I followed it to the new location because I am confident they will treat me with respect. I love that they will be bringing new techniques to the table to enable more people to walk, or anything they desire for their future. I love that the employees are ALWAYS concerned that I get the information I need, and my appointments in a more than timely-manner. They always give me appointments that fit MY schedule!
The Lady that helped me made me feel at ease. She Looked at my problem and told me how the process works between Medicare and Kaiser. She fitted the knee brace for me and showed me how to adjust it and how often. Told me if I had a problem with anything to come by and shes help me. She was kind and caring about my need.Georgia
Great staff from front desk receptionist to ortho Tech, Bernie made is feel very welcome and comforatable, gave great instructions on fitting my brace, made sure my husband and I were ok with all instructions b4 we left, gave us his business card in case we had questions after we got home. We were very happy with the care and expertise @ Hanger Clinic. 5๐
Wow had I read their reviews I would have understood to find another place in a hurry. Its my first stroke so I just did what I was told, big mistake. First I was in the wring brace first ten months with a lot of falling, which now they deny. I have been so many times because I couldnt find shoes to fit brace properly. I have a lot of foot pain. The last visit I was told the brace I have is the only one I can get. Next morning I woke up at 4 am thinking how could this be the only option. Did some research and went to Advanced Prosthetics and am now waiting for my custom AFO and am very optimistic since they were so professional. They are everything that Hangers is not.
Everyone was nice to me especially Joe the doctor. The front office lady was very nice and helpful.
Horrendous organization. Currently, appointments for my sons (3 yrs) orthotics have been cancelled twice and misinterpreted once. First error was due to misinterpretation of prescription for new orthotics to mean just a check up (early June 2016). After that, the two cancellation have been due to run around from staff.The first cancellation was due to not having insurance approval, so their suggestion was to wait 7-10 days then called them back to see is they had gotten approval. Instead, I called insurance immediately and it turns out they had given approval a week prior. The second cancellation was apparently due to did not having ordered orthotics braces under expedited shipping. So here we are nearly two and half months without braces.My suggestion is to take your medical needs elsewhere, especially if you are having to pay out of pocket. The lack of organization and run around make it extremely frustrating.
I actually regret doing business with this clinic. Freaking slow. The other staffs were terrific.
These people dont know what they are doing.
