Me and a friend came in for dip and pedicures and were so disappointed. my friend got a pedicure first and told me to save my money and just get a polish change. She got lotion, color, and trim for $27. I showed a picture of what I wanted and I was in shock about how bad it was. Sweet ladies but not good service.

My friend and I walked in and immediately we’re able to be seated for 2 pedicures. The facility is huge and clean and decorated in an old classical art theme. Very pretty. The 2 nail techs that worked on us did a great job. There was some confusion about whether we wanted regular polish or gel. We tried to say only shellac but ended up having to pay $20 extra because they used gel on us! Weird but we just went with it. It needed up being kind of funny. I’ve never had gel on my toes before so we will see how I like it. Overall, a very good experience. And I will return!

Peter is the best. The only one that does my nails. Everyone is so nice. Not badly priced and beautiful and open with lots of light .

I really love the job done on my nails but was a bit disappointed that my nail tech filed too close to the skin (same with the drill) and made me bleed. The set was beautiful but gentleness is always appreciated.

Customer service is a joke! They screw up & wont even OFFER some sort of discount. When you ask for it they think your crazy

Had my toes done this morning then noticed this afternoon that I had rubbed polish off a toe nail when I put my sandal on. I went back and they quickly fixed it. THANK YOU for your kindness!

Horribly overpriced! The most expensive pedicure and manicure. Charged me much more than menu prices. Rushed service and rude. I will never go back!

Terrible experience. If i could give them zero stars i would. The lady who did my nails told me what I wanted to do to my nails was pointless and “doesn’t make sense.” Past that, she told me that adding a tip makes my fingers look fat. To top it all off, she questioned me when I told her how I wanted my nails shaped. A terrible idea when you’re in the customer service industry. She also did such a sloppy job she left the dry nail power all over my fingertips (they’ve blocked customers ability to post photos so i cannot post the photo of this; hmm that says a lot). Nor did she drill under the nail to get any of the dry power out of there either. Horrendous experience. Stay far away from this place.

I have not had anything but great service every time I’ve been here. I am in and out in 40 minutes or less and the quality is great. My only complaint is I do find their prices less than competitive but I’m willing to pay a little more for the better quality and service.

I’ve gone before and some different 2 ladies have done my nails terribly!! Not what I asked at all, but I decided to give it another try and I was super pleased with how LEE did my nails!! She was super fast and she did exactly how I wanted my nails 💯 they were super pretty and I loved them!! If you do go ask for her or the owner they are the only 2 good nail techs in this place 🙂

I had dip put on my nails here one week ago and they are already lifting off at the cuticle of a few nails and on one nail the dip is literally peeling off at the tip. I called yesterday and the woman I spoke to said they would fix them, which to me meant take the nails off that were applied incorrectly, and re do them. Instead the woman that was there just put some nail glue on them and said they were fine. I paid $55 for nails that lasted a week. Even after she put the nail glue on it is still peeling off. Would not recommend going here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Wales in to get my nails painted didn’t even get a hello just what you want, my nail tech was rude and on the phone the whole time!!! She was way to rough on my nails and left some of them not even smooth! Never will I ever go back to them. Don’t waste you’re money here like I just did

Lee consistency does an excellent job on my mani-pedis! I have acrylic nails & wear them very short (don’t need tips). My nails are always beautifully shaped and not too thick. The best part is they NEVER break or chip. I had trouble with breakage at another salon I used in the past. I probably drive past no less than 10 nail salons on my way to Serenity because I love the way my nails look!

I have been to this spa many times for shellac and now dip nails. The staff is always nice and consistent. You can tell that some techs are more experienced than others (Andy and Leigh are the best), but thats to be expected. The dip system they use is very good quality; I work with concrete and Im very rough on my nails. Have never had them chip. I dont go anywhere else in Lubbock!

I have been getting my nails done here for 4 years now! Lee is amazing!!! So clean and friendly! Wouldn’t ever want to go any where else!!

The worst place ever. My daughter and I went in for dips and pedicures. We each had the $27 pedicure. The next price point was $47 (too big of a gap). It was an express pedicure; basically a nail trim and polish. No foot scrub or callus remover. My toes look like I did them myself ( I dont paint my toes well at all).Our dipped nails were worse! My nails are lumpy and gritty with gaps at all sides. I look as though Im ready for a fill. We each had residual nail powder beneath our nails. Super sloppy!! I was asked to wash my hands and when I came back, the next customer was in my spot. My purse, car keys and drink were still at the station. They couldnt wait 2 minutes! This happened to may daughter too!Save your money. Look for a different nail salon. There are many others in Lubbock.

Super unsanitary and my dip nails look terrible. Don’t come here if you want to feel comfortable and get a good job done!! So much pain the entire time and it was very overpriced. I rarely write reviews but if I can save one person from going here that’s good enough for me.

Horrible place!!! Not even a week later and my nails were breaking, the nail lady that did my nails pretty much griped at me cause I wanted a different color, she told me that I needed to make up my mind before I came in not when shes getting ready to start!!! I definitely will not recommend this place to anybody and I wont be going back at all!

The $27 pedicure does not include callous removal. That’s an extra $5. I said okay and the technician scrubbed my heels with a firm foam sponge like a Magic Eraser. When I got home I discovered that my heels had just as much dry rough skin as before my $32 pedicure. I do not have thick callouses, just normal rough areas. There was not much of a foot and calf massage included either.

Highly disappointed. First, she tried to pressure me 3 different times to buy to $60 pedicure. I settled on the $47 one and she seemed mad at me. Then kept putting my feet in the hot water after repeatedly telling her it was too hot. She hurt me several times cutting my cuticles, when I wasn’t happy with my polish selection, but she pretended not to hear me when I wanted to do another. When i was paying out, she leaned over to watch me sign my cc receipt to see what tip I was giving her. I absolutely hate paying that much to be this unhappy. I will never go back. I already drive a minivan so I wasn’t about to ask for a manager.

Women judged how I wanted my nails done; continuously questioning the length, shape, and color choice. Acting that it was a hassle I had come into the nail salon. She kept making comments for me to relax, but then forcefully moved my fingers around not allowing me to relax. Then blamed me at the end for the mess ups she caused...rushing through the repair. The “repair” just caused it to mess up more. They overall look fine, but have had much much better service and nail quality at other locations in Lubbock. Not worth the money paid.

I went in on Thursday to get my nails done, however they had completely missed the sides of my nails. So I had to drive all the way back to Lubbock to get them redone (I’m from Littlefield). And when I came in today to get them fixed they only made them worse. My nails are now super thick and very lumpy. Do to them just adding more polish. I also have a random little spot of red on my nails when my color is a pinky nude color. Very disappointed. Not to mention my mother came in with me as well and her nails looked like they needed a fill, RIGHT AFTER!! The man who did her nails did not even get close to the top of her nails... Also the lady who had tried to fix our nails called us picky and said there is nothing wrong with them when there clearly was!! I wasted $95. WILL NOT BE BACK! AND DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!

HELEN did my pedicure and callus removal.if I could rate ZERO I would.she was Soo hurry to catch 100customers than doing good job in one .She was saying wherever I did go last place is not good .Soo much bad comments about my feet, if I could do good by myself I shouldnt have to come here and pay for their job . she didnt paint good, she didnt remove callus etheir.she didnt even work 10min on my feet and ask to pay 27+5. I never ever choose Helen anymore. She did the worse pedicure ever I have seen .

They werent polite at all. Not one of them even acknowledged my presence when I walked in. Hows that for rude and unprofessional. All money has the the same value and I wont ever step foot in that establishment again to attempt to spend mines.

I went to get my nails done to relax but instead she rushed my pedi and mani. I was in and out with my nails done in 30 minutes.

Went in with my mother yesterday. It was my bday and we were going to treat ourselves to a pedicure. My mother ordered the $80 ped and I ordered the $60 one. We also wanted acrylic ($20 extra) since we work a lot and cant go in often to get them done. The total time of our pedicures was 20-25 minutes! My feet were the same as before the ped. The nail polish was put on sloppy. Service was awful! The nail techs did not listen to what we wanted, they kept shushing us up. We paid $160 for awful service. Will never go back and do not reccomend.

No dryer for toes. Had to leave with them wet AFTER they had to be repolished! Very expensive for about 20 minutes of service. This is NOT a top end pedicure. $47 price should have been about $20 for what I got. Never going back.

Most painful experience Ive ever had in a nail salon. He pulled my skin so much, several of my fingers bled. To make it worse, the guy puts alcohol on them and makes the pain 10 times worse. Then, he has the nerve to say its my fault for having dry skin. Stay clear of this business.
