Recently had foot surgery and was scared to have a pedicure but Hung did a wonderful job and was very gentle and careful to make sure he didnt hurt me.Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.!!!

I go there to get a pedicure because my nails are real thick on my toes Hong is the best. Hes very funny too he keeps me laughing but then again he says I keep him laughing always a good time there. Him and his wife are two of the nicest people we know.

I recently lost the lady that did my nails for 2 years. I went to this place on recommendation of a friend. I found the lady she used. She was busy and I was willing to come back later. I told her I wanted a manicure and gel polish. She informed me she wouldnt do the manicure and polish at the same time....Really? Told me the polish would not stick. Ive never had that problem before, this is not the first time for me to have gel polish. She informed me she would do the manicure and I would have to come back tomorrow for gel polish. I informed her I would just find another place. If they are doing it right they shouldnt need two visits to do that service. Very disappointed. No need to return to a place that has such a ridiculous rule.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a better place in Lubbock. Hung and his staff are very professional, courteous, and they take the time to listen to what you need. They make you feel at home and their prices are some of the best in town. We will definitely be returning customers.

Malissa was in such a rush to leave she completely disregarded sanitation and safety she burned me w the E drill then said she cant do any shapes when Ive gone to her B4 and she did. She left me w HIDEOUS NAILS that have NO structure and are breaking after a week! Her husband tried to save them and thank God he did because they were just disgusting to look at I almost cried. she was rude and almost all my nails were crooked, definitely would not recommend i used to but as a Cosmo myself I am ashamed I even spoke so highly of her!

The Salon had few choices in polish to choose from, the guy was very rude..he pushed my hand and told me to look at it and see if I liked it, he got acrylic on my cuticles, along with glue (HE DID NOT WEAR GLOVES). He burnt me several times. He didnt paint them to well..and they dryers to dry the nails dont work at all!! Smh. Honestly dont know why this salon got 4.4 stars...and only 2 people work there. On top of that my nails on bother hands arent the same length! Ladies, Dont go to this nail salon..its horrible🤦🏽‍♀️

Went for the first time today and loved it! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I love the way my manicure and pedicure turned out. If I wasnt about to move from the Lubbock area, this would be my new go to place. I hate that I found out about it so late, BUT I love I got the opportunity to experience it. Will definitely recommend it to all my friends.

This is my new go to for pedicures! The service was fantastic and they are super friendly! They use techniques that so many other places have lost. They also dont hand you a menu and try to get you to add on or sell you more. I went in asked for a pedicure and received the best one ever!

Excellent service! Probably the best pedicure I have ever had! I have been having issues with my feet and Hung made them look healthy and even gave me some tips to keep them that way. I wish I had a Dove Nails in Midland, TX. I may have to make the trip to get my feet done!

The gentleman was very nice n friendly. There r only 2 nail Techs. The other customers that where r the ones that made it positive atmosphere only.The the lady was very rude and not friendly. That makes a big difference to the atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in, my mother and I were pampered to a pedicure by Hung. He is very friendly and talkative. The experience was wonderful. The prices are run of the mill- $25 for a pedicure, but they use leg scrubs and masks included into the price. I highly recommend it!

Went in with my mother for an early Mothers Day present from hubby. The place was empty. They seated us right away and started working on our manis & pedis. Hung was hilarious! They did a great job on our services and didnt rush the massage like a lot of other places do. There was no timer or anything like that. The prices were great! No extra fees for this and that. We will be going back!

Hung is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I walked in off the street at 6:30 and he welcomed me and made me feel pampered. My toes looked great too.

I work non stop on my feet and have pain in my toes. This place took care of all that, was nice to my kids, and I am leaving relaxed.

Went there for the first time tonight to get a pedi. I have a 6 inch long cut on my foot from the drill the guy was using on my heels. This was at the beginning of the pedicure and as it continued the cut started to bleed slightly and burn really bad. I told him it was hurting and to please not press on it. He continued to do so. He apologized and said the service would be free because he cut me. I told him thank you and that was nice of him. As I was getting my stuff together to leave he told me it would be $25. Weird. Im not one to usually write a review but this was just horrible. Wont go back.

My grandma and I went there and they were really friendly, my grandma got a pedicure and I got a manicure. We walk in and were the only customers in there, the place was completely empty. They sat us down and got right to work. However, right as the lady starts my nails another customer comes in and instead of having her wait or have another mancurist do her nails, they make me get up and go sit by my grandma as she did the new customers nails. Now I get it she probably had an appointment and since I was a walk in I was less of a priority. So I waited my turn, I was getting a sparkly polish put on when another customer walked in and once again I was booted, BUT COME TO FIND OUT THIS ONE DIDNT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Now Im sitting here with one layer of sparkles no top coat or second layer at all and the lady tells me Im done. I paid to have her put one layer of sparkles on she didnt clean up my nails didnt cut them she did put really flakey lotion on me. My grandmas pedicure was great though, if it hadnt been for that I wouldve rated it lower.

Hung is so friendly! I was just in town for the evening, and not only did they get me right in, but the pedicure was great! Now I know where to come next time Im in town.

I went to this place to get a shellac done and it hasnt been a week and my color is falling off. I wont be going there again!!
