UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! Ignore alll previous reviews except for the last about 8 months !!New owners, new technicians, great prices and friendly staff all around ! I am super sensitive and Leon always does my nails ! They do a wonderful job and free hand all art I’ve had ! I am super picky about who i choose ! Since i moved here i refuse to go anywhere else ! The prices are great and you can’t beat the service you get !!! If y’all haven’t tried it here yet you’re missing out !!!

Went back to ca nails, my daughter inlaw told me it was under new managment, so I came back . I had a awesome nail tech his nail is leon I was so happy with my nails I forgot to tip him .but I for sure am going back to give him a well deserved tip when I get back from out of town .Thank you Leon My God Bless you .

Awesome enjoy every minute

My wife and I made an appointment and we were greeted and set up right away. The woman you did my pedicure was very attentive, precise, and efficient! The staff was very helpful at picking out a matching nail color and wasnt overly pushing on upgrades which I appreciated. The hole appointment only took an hour and the whole experience was so relaxing from the massage chairs, to hot towels, to hand massage at the end.

I went to Texas to visit my friend. My friend and I came here to get our nails done. This place was clean and the service was really good. I heard my friend says this place has some new employees, and I got nails done by a young girl named Tutu. She did a very good job!! She is nice and friendly. I will probably come back this place again when I come to visit my friend.I highly recommend this place :)

I went here only to get my dip removed. There were only 3 people working. The guy who removed my dip did not even soak it off, but RIPPED it off of my nails. By doing so he ripped 2 of my nails off and I still have dip left on some of my nails. When I told him he had ripped my nail off and made me bleed he didn’t even care. Worst experience.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. There has the best customer services and friendly workers . They always help me out to pick the perfect colors that I really satisfy with their helping. I come to this nails salon every two weeks.

Im not impressed with the outcome. Super nice people, but my sister and I came home with bleeding cuticles and burning fingers. My acrylics are uneven, and not painted very well. Sat for an hour in complete misery. Only giving two stars for massive pain and quality. Place was relatively clean and the people are very very nice.

This was my first visit here in need of a pedicure.It was also the first time I had a young man do the pedicure.Firstly, the whole atmosphere was relaxed ưitha really comfortable chairs. The foot and leg massage was firm but gentle, and I could have stayed all day. When it was over I was left in the chair until my nails dried and I actually fell asleep.I left with not only pretty toes but a complete sense of wellbeing.

They are clean and the equipment is clean. The staff is very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I didnt wait long, no one did however to a fault. I feel that because the three technicians were juggling every one my nails didnt get the full focus they deserved. I can pay the same amount to get a fully focused tech and same cost nails. My nails are not even, some are wide and some are tall. They are very thick. I keep getting comments like they are beautiful but they are thick. I got ombre nails and while she did it fast they are not similar when lined up with the opposite hand. I still left a tip and was polite but Im unpleased. I will be looking for recommendations for a new salon.

Did not have to wait, staff was pleasant. With the pedicure the guy kept rubbing the stones over my shins, the towel wraps were way to hot as was the wax soak. The paint started peeling off my toes that night.

Went to get my dip nails soaked off, the man didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and destroyed my real nails. one nail is ripped and as he was using one of the buffer tools to get off the extra dip that didn’t soak off, he was trying to detach my actual nail and i had to physically stop him from continuing two or three times before he actually stopped.

I do not recommend to anyone . Me and my sister were rushed and we showed them a picture of what we wanted and the results were horrible. Nothing like the picture and my thumbs nails came a lot bigger then the rest. The lady kepted insisting for higher cost mail service the whole time I was picking my nail polish.

Well... what can I say but to advice you that they are not very courteous nor are they friendly ... I walked in to get a manicure - while looking at their service menu the lady immediately said “what you want” I said - a manicure to which she relied “pick color there” and pointed at the wall area... I sat down and waited, a lady walks in and worker said “what you want” lady walks over to her and shows her her nail and said “I just got my nails done on Wednesday and this happened “ worker said “I can’t talk now, sit down and wait” lady sat down so we are both waiting ... 2 ladies with a young child walk in and they ask “what you want” the young lady replies “3 pedicures, how long is the wait” ... worker responds “long wait” so they leave ... about 2 minutes later one worker becomes available, I am thinking I am next or maybe they will fix the lady’s nail since it’s a quick fix. ... a young couple walks in and worker that is available says “what you need” they said “pedi’s” they sit down ... the female worker comes and tell me to sit at a station, so I am next!!!! Yayyyy then they are speaking in their language and the male worker begins to get pedicure chairs ready with water and says to young couple “ready” ... okay I have been waiting about 25 min and lady with broken nail approximately 15 minutes and he takes the young couple???? So I am sitting in this station and I wait for about 15 min and the worker who is going to be doing my nails is just now soaking the ladies nails and is very slow ... I decided to leave ... will never go back.

There was a man and a woman that turned my son away who always gets his nails done at another local salon that was all booked up for the holiday they both laughed at him and sent him away. this one will never get my business and everyone that I talk to in Lubbock and anywhere else I will tell him never to go there again the shame that they made my son feel was inexcusable and unnecessary. I called ahead of time to see if they were accepting walk-ins and they said yes they had openings and I literally live a minute and a half down the road I was at their establishment in less than 4 minutes from me calling yet they said that they turned me away because they were full and that they did not do designses. my son was not asking for designs he just wanted to clear nail with glitter polish which is very basic and I know that this establishment does that Ive seen the pictures on their website and so on. Im not going to let this go and I will preach about CA nails and just hope that they get run into the ground.

I had a horrible experience here. I got just a normal dip and the guy didnt even actually dip my nail in the powder. He made them way too thick. After he put the clear coat on, he told me to wash my hands so I did. I came back and 4 out of 5 fingers on my hands were all messed up and he practically blamed me and said I hit my hand on the towel....so after being here for an hour watching this guy attempt to do my nails and redo the ones that got messed up I guess a regular walked in and he quickly shued me out of his station. Oh and my nails are still messed up.$40 wasted.On top of all of that he didnt even prep my nails, no cuticle cleaning or anything.

First off as soon as we walked in the door we were rushed through picking our service and rushed to a seat. Then our nails had bubbles and lint in the acrylic. On top of that my mom got what looks like a fungus growing on her thumb and index finger. I would post pictures but it doesn’t allow me to on here. Over all the service sucked compared to the price we paid and it doesn’t seem like they are very sanitary. I’m sure they reuse the files on more than one person when files are supposed to be disposed of after every use.

Out of town on business. Needed a new set. Service was excellent.

Superb... If you want to feel pampered and relax, this is the place!

First off walking in the door my two daughters and I were rushed through picking our service and polish, then our finished nails had bubbles and lint in them. On top of that I got a fungus or athletes foot on my fingers. These dry spots appeared on my index finger and thumb right after I got my nails done and have failed to go away with any treatment. Waiting to get in to the doctor to figure out what I can do. I have posted photos of both my fingers on the photo section of this website. You are supposed to use disposable nail files and replace after every customer, I do not see this happening at this salon. I wouldnt recommend anyone go there for any services.

Worst experience! They are under new owners . And the nail tech was very nervous dropping stuff going very fast. I asked for coffin nail shape and I got the worst shape ever! In the middle of everything I asked him to stop ✋ doing my nails and to let me know what I owed him for what he did so far he said $30 I paid him and got the HELL out of there !!! Ive been getting my nails done for over 15years and never once have I had an experience like this !! Do not use them!!!

I can count in consistent, reliable, clean, prompt & professional care. Quinns Shellack manicures are wonderful...Sometimes it lasts 3 weeks!!!!

Couldnt believe how beautiful my deluxe pedicure. Turned out to be. The tech really did a beautiful job.

Good and the people are so nice

Took the guy 30 minutes to do a color change on my toes and I left with nail polish all over my toes and very streaky. I also waited an hour and a half.
