Very nice friendly atmosphere. The employees are really nice and the one who took care of me I think her name is Kim she was really nice and did her job well! Very reasonable pricing for their services. I will certainly keep going back.

This was my first time going and it was a horrible experience the lady was so rude!! She argued the whole time with me about my nails and then grabbed my hands and told me if I didn’t like it she would stop! She acted like I made a big deal about my nails beingCrooked when in fact they were my right hand looked like my nails were all going to the left! Then The design she did was horrible!! I will never come back to this unprofessional place!!! They are so rude I wish I would’ve read about all the bad reviews before coming because I experienced the same exact experience!!! Even with the reviews that are being made and the owner reaching back out is unprofessional!! Maybe you shouldn’t be in this line of business if you don’t like the customers giving you their personal opinion!! I mean we are the ones paying a lot of money so our opinion matter!! So act like it!!!

This nail salon is one of my favorites. I come here every 2 weeks and the service is astonishing and just overall incredible. Prices are very reasonable too! I highly recommend this place.

The water was too hot at first so I told her an she basically turned all hot water off an it was just cold water ..Lady didnt even trim the toenails....she trimmed the big toe an the one beside it an thats all. Didnt file the nails, dug so far down on the side of my right big toe that it is sore an red, an have infection in it now an this was on the Saturday before Easter. I am soaking it in peroxide every day. Hot wax was a joke, didnt even have enough to cover my toes. I have been to this salon before an they have done a decent job, but wont be coming back after this.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RECOMMEND. I got my nails done short almond, 3 of the nails were extremely crooked I asked her to fix it but she said that I was over reacting so she couldn’t fix it. My nails ended up having bubbles all in them did not like at all and they cut a chunk of my skin off and just squeezed it and said “oops”. (I called and made an appointment the morning of) the day before my birthday and they refused to do my nails after waiting for 45 mins because SHE SAID “I’m too picky and it takes too long to do my nails”. Kim and Amy were VERY unprofessional they obviously do not care if the customer is satisfied or about their business, Amy should not be in this field if she cannot satisfy her customers. If you do go definitely ask for the price before they start or they will overcharge you. No welcoming feeling like it used to, just feels like they are money hungry. I ended up going to Poshe nail salon and it was 100% way better-my response to you, there is a reason you have 3 stars maybe you should open your eyes instead of keep making excuses

This place has been my go to salon since I moved to Lubbock 4 years ago. Over the years they’ve gotten worse. I used to love going here and getting my nails done but lately every time I’ve gone it’s never what I expect or what I want done. Today I decided to give it another try. I showed her exactly what I wanted and got the complete opposite. Bubbles everywhere inside the product on my nail. Very unpleasant looking. Every time I go to this lady (not sure her name) she’s rushing and does what SHE WANTS not what you want. I paid $50 for dip when I should’ve paid $0 considering how poor the service was. I will never go here again.

I haven’t been here yet but i have heard and just by looking at the last review and how they responded to customer is so unprofessional and makes it worse! to the customer i am so sorry you had to experience that and for them to even continue to do so after a bad experience instead of making it better!!! AWFUL!!!

I use to be so excited to get my nails done here, but the last two times I’ve came it has been kind of sad and uncomfortable. I use to get this welcoming feeling but when you walk in and sit in a spot no one asks “how is your day” or have a friendly conversation so it’s not awkward. My nail technician seemed to be in a rush and just seemed irritated. I only got a basic shellac on my natural nails which is very simple and easy. I also took my grandmother just because I thought it’d be a good experience, but the same lady did her nails and just seem irritated and didn’t speak one word to us no “Hi, Hello, how’s your day” nothing. The person I usually got Jen she was very sweet, but she is usually booked. I also did like the student discount since y’all are the only place who offers that, but please work on a “Welcoming” feeling.

Unless you have a whole day to waste dont even bother making an appointment since they make you wait 30+ minutes after you schedule it for.

I usually don’t do this but this place is horrible, they really tried to charge me for more then one color, when I told them what I want at first told me $55 then when they where clueing on the nails tried to tell me more . Price isn’t the problem it’s when you say one thing don’t switch it & Everything is a up charge. I’ll stay with my regular person . My Family own a nail salon just thought I would try other ones and will never again . Worse place

I enjoy coming here to see Jenn who does a great job with anything I have done! She’s very professional and knows how to work on exactly what you tell her you need. I also have her pick polish colors for me and they are always perfect! Small family owned business with awesome service!

I’ve only ever gotten pedicures here. I have gone twice and for the price it’s amazing. I’ve not had anyone rude. I’ve had a different person both times. One was very talkative and one was not. Honestly I’m okay with either, I actually lean on non talkative as my preference. The dude has never helped me but helped my friend last time we went and he was so friendly.

Waited over an hour and a half. Got a gel manicure. Asked for help choosing something to get done and was brushed off. They left a gap near the nail bed, and that is main reason for the rating. Beside the wait time and watching staff leave as I still sat there.

I went in to get a facial wax and asked to have small strips used on my face. The tech used larger strips with lots of wax. Im not sure what else was used on my face, but this was the outcome of my facial

So I’ve been going to Legacy nails since 2016. I always went to Tom and I NEVER paid more than $55. But now since choosing to go with someone else because I love the way she does the coffin shape I’ve paid more than I ever have. My last set I paid $75 and then I went in for a fill and they charged me $56. They said the fill cost $35 then they charge for re-shaping and they charge again for the length and I just found out they charge per color. I think it’s RIDICULOUS to charge me for coffin shape and length when I do a fill because they already charged me for that when they did my nails the first time. I’m seriously considering taking my money somewhere else.. now I feel like they’re just money hungry.

I went in to get my nails done, told the lady my nails were crooked, she brushed it off then told her manager and her manager had the WORST attitude they were so mean I’ve never experienced such bad costumer service I was so calm and they started talking about me. now my nails are pealing and they are so thick, the lady I went to her name was Kim so if you’re thinking about going DONT.

Not friendly and were in a hurry, kept speaking another language and my nail teck didnt know how to make designs this place isnt good... its just ok... I wont be coming back, there is alot of other places that can do better!

I went in today and got a manicure and a pedi, the pedi was so relaxing . My nails didn’t turn out at all how I wanted though, at first she told me for the length I wanted I had to pick something different than my original choice so I did but then she still cut them to short . One was kinda misshapen I just didn’t like how they came out in general. I tried calling but the line kept saying busy . I would like to come in again and get them redone, I would pay the difference for the length if needed. I just want nails that I love, I ended up cutting them off when I got home because I disliked them so much . I’m sorry .

Very busy! On the phone they tell you a unrealistic wait time like 30 to 45 minutes when theres 5 people ahead of you. First time visiting because my normal place is closed on Sundays. Will not be back again

I love coming to see Stephani! Shes such a peoples person! She always makes me laugh with her sexy lady comments lol. Her team is just as helpful! They learn to know their customers, they know who they are and what technician they are there to see unless their new of course. They give you the best options on what to do with your nails and make sure you are satisfied with your look. This was the first nail salon I been to a couple a years ago and they have always done right by me and for their customers. I highly recommend Legacy Nails!!

I rate this place no stars. I went to get my lip and eyebrows waxed these people do not care about how you look they rush because they had a lot of people getting nails and pedicures they do not trim up your eyebrows...the wax is hot... they shape your eyebrows like hatchet face... will never return!! This place ruined my day! Oh and last but not least they left me bleeding!!!

I really like this spa ... I got my pedi and nails done by Julia ... and my eyelashes done by Jenny ... these two ladies were so awesome ... I have referred both of them to all my co-workers ... we all be walking around with our lashes ... 🤣😜😍P.S. I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done. Ive been a client of the owner for over 20 years, and trust her and the staff she chooses. I never have an issue with my nails chipping or peeling or lifting, and they shape and cut them just how I like them. I usually see Mimi, but have seen several of the other manicurists when she is unavailable and they are all great. As a long time customer, I enjoy getting to know them and they know all my silly stories and all my preferences.I send all my friends to Stephanie and he wonderful crew at Legacy Nails.

I wish I could give them a negative 5. I’ve came here for YEARS since I was a teenager & have never ever had problems until recently. My acrylic nails have been horrible lately. The last actual pedicure I came for, the guy CUT the bottom of my foot. I gave them another chance & came just to get my toes painted & my daughters toes & fingers painted & the girl was absolutely RUDE to my daughter. She’s 3 but has been getting them done here since she was 1. I get it, kids are frustrating they’re not still it takes time for them, but this lady attempted to get onto my child. & that’s unacceptable & she was told something back. Stephanie & Mimi are GREAT but the rest of the girls are HORRIBLE.

The ladies up front were so nice and down to earth. The lady who did my nails rushed them and had polish underneath my nails and all over the sides of my finger. The man who works there is rude. Yelling at everyone and taking his frustrations out on his clients. Very unprofessional.

I took my daughter and niece with me for pedicures. This was our first time visiting and the reviews seemed to either love the place or hate it, but I decided to give it a chance. So the pedicures were really nice, although my little girl was seated in an adult chair and wasnt able to lean comfortably back. I was going to request the child seat for her but she said she was fine where she was so I let it be. Because the pedicures were such a success I decided we should get our fingernails done, too. This is where the problems occurred... My nail tech, Tim, I believe, was absolutely rough on my hands. The nails were super thick and I kept trying to tell him it wasnt going to look natural but he assured me theyd be pretty. I went with the shellac and he didnt put near enough coats on the nails because I could still see through the polish when I got home. He used 2 coats and I definitely needed at least one more but in the lighting of the shop it was hard to tell. A couple of nails were crooked and I was covered in polish on my hands where he was just sloppy. He didnt go far enough back to my cuticle so there was a huge obvious gap where my own nail was showing, like I needed a fill already! My nails were filled with gunk underneath that I had to pick and file off over the weekend. But heres the worse part: I woke up Sunday morning (we went on a Saturday) and my left thumb nail was throbbing. I took some pain meds and hoped it would clear up but it never did so I had my boyfriend look at the nail and he agreed it was placed crookedly and pulling on my own nail underneath. I went back and, though polite, Tim kept insisting I must have injured myself but I hadnt and once the nail soaked off I felt no more of that pain. He told me to return the next day and hed put another one on but I was still reeling from the first time so I never went back. My niece, however, walked out with beautiful nails and said it was the best job shed ever had! Go figure...lol.

I was a loyal customer until today. The old man who did my nails was absolutely awful. He rushed through my shellac manicure and was pretty rude. He also over charged me because I didn’t get the massage that comes with the manicure. My nails and hands look and feel so dry as well. He also refused to cut my nails shorter than what HE wanted. He never asked me what shape I wanted my nails either and he just assumed I had never had my nails done before. He also man handled my hands and was really rough and aggressive. I will NEVER be coming back to this nail salon after today. I was disrespected and didn’t feel like my time was valued. Don’t come here unless you want a horrible experience all around.

I cant believe there is a salon this good here. Now I wish I could live in the area so I could come here more often. Sanitation is a HUGE plus since its usually my biggest concern but this in this case. Everything is clean and organized. They sanitize their equipment after every use and that made me feel very safe and comfortable being here. Techs are very professional and nice. The lady took her time to work on my nails and did not try to rush me out like many other places though the place was pretty busy at the time. Reasonable price. Highly recommended !!

Used to love this place but the last 4 times I went their they did a terrible job, they can be terribly rude and my nails never look good afterward, they also have ended up making several cuticles bleed every single time I went there as well, not worth the money or the wait and Im never going back. Yall should go try princess nails in Lubbock, they have the best service and and the best prices

I had shellac done on my nails on Tuesday of last week for vacation. By Sunday 3 of them had already lifted and completely peeled off. My appointment also started 15 minutes late. Not happy with the quality of the work done and I will be looking for a new place that honors their appointments and had a product that lasts the full 2 weeks as expected. Not impressed.

Thank you Legacy Nails for giving me the beautiful looking nails ive ever had at reasonable prices today. They had me seated quickly as soon as i walked in and treated me with great care which is really nice. The owner and staffs were professional, courteous and made me feel extremely comfortable while having my nails done here. The place had a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere with some high quality modern chairs. I highly recommend them if you are in the area.

They have several wonderful nail techs. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but they are all good. Tom is the only one who seems to do solar but they have 2 or 3 who do the dip nails.Pedis are great and their prices are good

Legacy nails Spa is the best nail salon in this area. They have full experience to do the nails. I am confident to come here to do my nails because all staffs are full skill in their job and friendly to help me. I will give them 5 stars for this mail salon.

I would give this place no stars if I could. They close at 7:30 i got there at 6:30 and waited 1 hour and 15 mins before I finally left without anyone ever once telling me a time expectation. They could have said they didn’t think someone could see me soon I could have went elsewhere. Employees left home when at least 5 customers were still waiting. I’ll never go back there as there are 100 places like it

Horrible experience. i went to get dip but they were out of every single color my friend and i chose (around 5 diff colors), so we asked them to just finish taking our nails off (because they already started). the man ruined both of our nails by grinding down way more than necessary (i believe out of spite), and charged both of us an insane amount. i will never ever be coming back here, horrible customer service and does not care about their customers.

I had been there a few times.. last week I went in to have a nail n polish removed for the air monitor for surgery. They didnt charge me!!I went back today n got all new nails, toes.. brought my grandgirl.. the works for her too!

I wouldve never thought a nail salon like this would be so good to me! Even though I was a walk in, I was treated as if I was a regular and had an appointment. My manicurist made my nails exactly how I told her to and their services were worth every penny!

Terrible experience. Went in on a Sunday to get my nails done with my friend and I was not spoken to by the nail technician (who I think was also the owner). She took about an hour and a half on a simple full set of acrylic nails with shellac because she was too busy talking to her employees and worrying about other customers instead of what I wanted. She then proceeded to mess up one of my nails on one hand and thought she could fix the problem by making the same nail on the other hand look the same. I went back in on Tuesday to ask her to please make the nail she messed up look like the others and she refused to fix her own mistake. I will never go back to this salon, they have terrible customer service

2nd grade job on my nails. They are nice people but well overpriced. I gave both ladies tips even though pricing was $60 for regular polish on my nails and feet. No acrilyc. No dip. This nail salon is amazing and i never want to go anywhere else to have my nails done but this one. Their great services which make me become their loyal customer. They only use high quality products so my nails always last longer than i expect. The staff members here are absolutely good and professional, they dont charge you extra or anything. Today i had Classic Pedicure for $25 and ive never had a best Pedicure like this before. Very careful and skillful. The price is cheap and the environment is very nice and relaxing. Highly recommended!!!

Never again. Made an appointment for 1:40 for 2 people, its 2:05 and they havent even started one of us. Only 1 person can understand English, and unfortunately it wasnt my person. Terrible, rushed job. Absolutely no massage, which is the main reason I get pedicures. You cant even tell I just got a pedicure. Take your money elsewhere! If there was an option for zero stars, thats what they wouldve received.

I usually don’t post negative reviews but I’m very disappointed in my last visit! Before I moved to Dallas this was my favorite for nails pedicures and my brows but recently I went in excited to get pampered for my birthday first the pedicure was great he asked if I wanted shellac I politely said no he said are you sure it last longer I then agreed without the knowledge of knowing I was going to end up paying 20$ for shellac. As I waited patiently for my favorite nail tech guy he told me I would get a good deal bc they just had remodeled and we’re having a 15%off I was like hell yeah! The nail tech then calls me he advises me we have to hurry because he has to pick up his son from school so he’s rushing through my nails I asked him for the colors black and grey so he brings them and picks the grey after 30 min were almost finished I didn’t like the grey he picked it’s more like a light blueish off white then as they dry I start to see huge indents I tell him even though I know he noticed he gets upset like it’s my fault then advises it’s the color he chose but we don’t havttime to change the color or the nail I’m a little frustrated but being me I’m like it’s ok he somewhat fixes the indents I’m like ok I have one more day to fix it before my birthday if it starts indenting again as it drys! At this point I’m not happy with my nails I decide not to get my eyebrows waxed. So then I go to pay he’s at the register getting the total the girl that was at the cashier tells him something in their language he tells her to shhh they look at me I know something isn’t right. He gives me the total 114$ discount included I look at him he said the pedicure was 65& when I usually pay $45 my nails were 55$ I usually pay that much when I do it’s powder matte nails with different colors plus jewels I just got a full set no shellac no powder no jewels when I left I was not happy and I felt a robbed smh I will never ever come back&&do not recommend!!! I guess they care more about their business appearance and money then their quality of service! I recommend going to quin at Top nails and spa she fixed it and didn’t charge a arm and leg to do so! ☺️

One of the ladies there file my nails too rough and afterwards made them look uneven. And was really rude and wasnt very gentle when it can to doing my nails, I wasnt able to get her name; but defiantly not going back the pay there isnt worth it. Extremely high price

NEVER COMING BACK. Asked for nude ombré nails, lady didn’t do that decided to just do all pink. Left with my eyebrows the way I exactly told them not to do them!!! Left a bruise from waxing on my chin as well. Very terrible and have told all my family/friends they aren’t great.

I waited for 45 minutes before I was sat down to do my nails and they put two women before me that had came in 30 minutes after I had walked in. Then when they sat me down to start my nails they left to go work on another womens eyelashes when she just walked though the door. Then they still charged me $45 and expected tip.
