My mother is diabetic and was really concerned about having a pedicure. I managed to talk her into it and we went to best nail! Mary was very gentle and took excellent care of my mothers feet! Very clean and relaxing place! I LOVE my manicure and have gotten a lot of compliments on it! They are really good at nail/toenail art as well! Very kind, wonderful service, and long term results. We cant wait to come back!

I called and they were able to get me in quickly. Ashley did a shellac with manicure. It was in a chatty mood and we had a great conversation. I am very picky on my nails and she was patient will my multiple requests. Ashley was accommodating to it all. I Met her husband who came by and greeted me and thanked me for coming in. I’m from out of town and I had to get my nails redone. I met the owners Ashley and Nick. They are amazing and so nice. Anytime I need to come see my parents I will be coming here. The people here are so pleasant and pricing is pretty good for what all you get.

I was getting dip nails for the first time, and look how it came out when she decided to put 4 layers of the powder. My nail stylist was also rushing and doing everything fast, as she cut my finger:( very disappointed. My nails look big and bumpy.

I have been coming to Best Nails for 4 years now! I love that they remember my name when I walk in. They have been taking lots of precautions since Covid hit (sanitizing in between people, masks, asking us to wash our hands before touching a nail polish color). It’s the best place I’ve found for the price in Lubbock. I recommend Best Nails to all my friends! I always leave satisfied with the service here.

I love coming here! I have had great service here for my nails and toes for several years. I drive across town just to have Katy do my nails. They are friendly and kind. I have had my nails done by nearly everyone there and would be fine with any of them. I also took my elderly mother and mother in law there for the last few years. They were patient with each little lady even though the ladies were hard of hearing. And everyone made a point to help me with their wheelchairs, walkers and oxygen.

I had a first-time appointment where I received a shellac fill with Jade, the owner, and she was very professional, attentive to detail, kind, and quick to provide a nail service that I was extremely pleased with. I have had my nails done for more than 30 years and she took a mess and made it beautiful. They were perfectly shaped, had exactly the design that I requested and I am very please with the final product. I also had a pedicure and Jade gave me someone who also gave me excellent service. Her shop was clean, warm and inviting. She made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this shop.

Literally after paying for 2 sets of new nails, I am now sitting in a new salon getting them redone. They had old nail polish that was thinned down, crooked nails, not good shape or filed properly. Im a very easy person to please thats how horrible they look. Definitely wont be back.

I am never disappointed when I get my nails done here. Everyone is very nice and they go above and beyond to do their best to give you everything you want. A friend recommended me here when I moved after having a not so great experience else where. I will not go anywhere else to get a service of any kind. Theyre very fair priced and worth every penny.

The lady that waxed my eyebrows was unfriendly, very harsh with my face and turning my head forcefully and when she was done, she didn’t offer a mirror for me to look at them she just said “you’re done” and she walked out. It was very disappointing and the most rude experience I’ve ever had at a placeTo get waxing done. I will not be going back.

4 of my nails broke off in not even a week i want my money back!!! it’s ridiculous never have i ever gotten nails that break or fall off. i work and they never broke off. these are flimsy and it’s ridiculous i would never go back to this place every again. THEY SUCK

I got a mani/pedi at this location, they placed the acetone on my lap to soak off my acrylics the liquid spilled they didnt seem to care, they felt like they were rushing. she messed my nails up and got mad about having to fix them. then kept telling me I looked sleepy, then I got the charge on my bank account at it was more than i agreed to pay. so watch your credit card and or bank statements i will NOT be going back

Exceptional lashes by Thanh. I have had such a wonderful experience with her technique, I dont plan on going to anyone else but her. She is precise, and intentional. I get so many compliments on them. Also, wonderful nail place. Great quality work with a great price! Salon is clean, and welcoming. Staff is friendly and helpful.

*BEWARE* CHOOSE ANOTHER SALON*My daughter and I have been using this salon for the past couple of years. Recently, my daughter went in for a new set of acrylic nails. Within 5 days, a nail broke. She returned to the salon to have it fixed and she was told they did not have an acrylic nail tech there and she would have to come back. So, a couple more days pass before she was able to go back and in that time frame, another nail broke. Now she is down 2 nails, and they are bad breaks, the ones that are in the middle of the nail. She returned again today and was told she would have to pay to have the nails removed and/or pay for a new set since they could not prove one of their technicians was responsible. This has all transpired within 1 week.We will not be back. Terrible customer service. They do not stand behind their work.

Ive tried literally everywhere in Lubbock for nails and Ive never been happy. A coworker of mine recommended I go to his friends salon which turned out to be Best Nails and Ive been hooked since. Theyre the kindest and most professional place. Ive got my nails done religiously by them for the past 2 years and have never once been unhappy with them. Im a mechanic so my hands are AWFUL and when I leave they look like someone elses hands😂 Theyre so great I feel like Ive actually become friends with them. I use to love this place but then they got new owners. i went in with a picture of what i wanted but what i received was terrible. it wasn’t even close to the picture and my nail tech seemed to have a lot going on personally, talking on the phone half the time, distracted etc. the application was way too thick and just horrible. i wish i could post a picture to show what i received. waste of $50.
