Worst nail experience I’ve ever had in my life. The guy was insanely rough with me that even the people around me were staring. My nails look NOTHING like what I asked for. I can promise you I will never return to this place nor would I recommend it to anyone. The guy was not professional at all and complained multiple times about having to do an almond shape.

I went in with a inspiration picture at hand and they told me they could do it right off the bat it was a bad application and very messy also when finished the gel polish they put on top of the design peeled off and it wasnt even dried all the way and literally started oozing out and had to get them fixed somewhere else

Great service super friendly an accommodating staff

I told the lady over three times what I wanted and she did the exact opposite of what I said, I said I wanted them shorter and she didn’t listen to me. When I came home I was trying to file them shorter and I barely even touched the file to my nail and it chipped ALREADY! Also I was looking closely at them and I realized she did some of them on my CUTICLE! Also there are tons of file marks on my nails and the top coat wasn’t fully on!

I went for a pedicure. Yes, I get in grown toe nails and I didn’t not know how bad they were. She should not have painted them after how much she removed and how much it bled. I’m now nursing a horrible infection on both my big toes. Maybe it is partly my fault and I should have said something. When I tried to talk to my nail tech she didn’t acknowledge me at all. She kept watching the tv behind me. I got a bad vibe and uneasy feeling. I wanted to give a new place a try. Will not be going back.

I like my cluster lashes pretty well. My pedicure was done efficiently and he was quiet. My SNS nails were rushed through and they left powder on my fingers which I now have to figure out how to get off.

My roommate and I both got infections from diamond nails spa and had to go on antibiotics. I even had to get my thumb drained. Was a fan of this place but it’s just very unsanitary.

I needed a fill one night after work. I went here at the recommendation of a friend. And I hate being that person that shows up before a business closes because I know what its like when youre about to get off and someone shows up last minute. There was about an hour left before the shop closed and they were very kind and courteous as I walked in. They asked me what I wanted, made sure to write it down so there was no miscommunication. The gentleman gave the nail tech, Cindy, the paper and she got right to work. It took a little longer because the last place I had tried out ended up not using dip. However, Cindy was very sweet and chatted with me as she took off the old acrylic. She was done in about 45 min and thats including getting rid of the old stuff. And it wasnt shoddy, rushed work. She took her time and made my nails exactly how I wanted. I would definitely go back and plan on doing so once I need another fill.

I took my little cousin to get her nails done and as a licensed cosmetologist I insure that my clients are comfortable! this man was ruff with her and even popped a nail off and cut her with the filer she finally had enough and stopped mid service and he still had the audacity to charge us 60

Everytime I’ve been here I’ve been pleased. Very attentive and helpful people working. They’ve always taken their time and did exactly what I asked checking to make sure, throughout the whole session. I don’t know how anyone could have anything but positive things to say about it this place.I need to add in the hour I was there I watched/overheard people be rude and disrespectful. Some belittling actually. One wouldn’t tell the lady what she wanted when she asked then got mad at the end cause it wasn’t what she wanted, one lady stormed in and demanded to see a manager over everyone in the salon and the place was packed. I don’t know what it is about someone getting their nails done that makes them feel superior to everyone else but it’s not cute. I don’t know all’s I do know is these people probably put up with tons of unnecessary rudeness and are talked down too probably a lot. How hard is it to be a decent human?

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only was I dismissed by the nail tech when showing a photo of what I wanted and explaining the technique I wanted, I got exactly the opposite of what I asked for. Out of respect for them closing I didn’t ask for changes the first time. So I went in the next day to explain that it was my birthday and I wasn’t going to pay $60 that’s right $60 for the nails I was given. I was told that it was my fault for asking for short nails and that they will not be fixing them. I also have two burns on my finger tips and burnt nails from the drill which when I said it hurt she said that the shape of my nails was the issue. I wish I got the nail techs name because nobody should ever go to her.

Just got charged $60 for a set of nails that he had to fix three times and they are still lumpy, uneven, and have bubbles and file lines on them. I asked him to fix them and he blew me off and said he didn’t see anything wrong with them when he clearly did. I will never come back here again.

Absolutely fantastic! I paid 50 for a dip and complete nail cleanup. Normally I would feel that 50 was too much but Ive been to several different places who charge 45 or 40 for the same thing but just glue them and paint them. I was so relieved when she took the time (and told me) that my nail cleanup would be a little extra. Definitely the best set Ive had so far!

My experience at this establishment was TERRIBLE I had an appointment at 2:00 pm and I didnt get to a manicure chair until 2:30 pm once I got to my chair my technician was very rude to me and denied any request I made to be satisfied.

I have never gotten acrylics before and I was really pleased with it. The lady was very helpful with picking what colors I wanted. I will definitely return!

The nail tech I had was extremely rough and cut me several times with the dremel, but my main complaint is I paid more than I thought I should for dip $75 and here it is 7 days later and the top coat is peeling off.

I was almost in tears coming into Diamond Nails Spa. I had just got my nails done at another nail spa that left my nails done looking like my little sister did them. I walk into Diamond and David approached me and asked how he could help and I showed him what had just happened. He automatically went into action and did the nails himself instead of putting me off with someone else. My nails look PROFESSIONALLY DONE NOW! Absolutely awful experience. The man doing my nails cut them the absolute shortest that he could get them then while cutting my cuticles completely ripped a chunk of my skin off. My toe nail started gushing blood and the nail guy did not apologize one time and continued to paint my nails while blood was running into the nail polish.

I made a appointment still waited another hour had a Pedicure that my two year old niece would have painted and cut them better then him! Then I wanted my nails dipped just for the man to tell me I can’t have that but he would paint them white instead I asked him to trim my nails the are crooked none of them the same length The most horrible experience I have had not only that they charged me $115 for a job that sucked!!! I will never go back there again!!!

This is the worst manicure I have ever had in my life. The lady burned me with the nail filer, made every single nail crooked. And left orange spots on my skin and barely put any care in my nails and still charged me 55... DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to waste your money of course (this is not the first time I had a bad experience)

They called an old lady out the back to do my pedicure. I guess because I’m a man, I don’t know. She didn’t do a very good job. I had to go home and clip parts of my nail that she missed. She barely scrubbed the soles of my feet so they’re still not very soft. Yeah, I don’t need polish but the tops of my nails were left buffed so I left with them looking like they’d been dry sandpapered. They weren’t conditioned or anything.

They emailed me a coupon dor my birthday and I went and got a mani pedi and they told me af6er my service I couldnt use the coupon because they can choose who uses coupons because of covid. If thats the case dont email coupons. Was expecting to pay about 80 but spent over 100. If I would have know they wouldnt let me use the coupon I would have gone somewhere cheaper. Will not be returning. They also didnt clean or sanitize anything the whole 2 hours I was there. Employees were eating in the chairs and in general rude. They were very defensive when they told me I couldnt use my coupon. Wasnt worth over 100 dollars. They cut one of my fingers by the nail. He laughed after he cut it. and one of my toenails were messed up. Do not reccomend at all. Wish I could give 0 stars

So I wanted to prove to my daughter what horrible service Cindy Hoang is now providing, so yesterday... she found out for herself. Never never returning to Cindy Hoang. Rude and unprofessional.My daughter had been a customer for a very long time, as spoke very highly of Cindy Hoang. When I would visit my daughter during holidays, we made it a point of getting our nails done when she was running her own salon. Ever since she moved at her son’s salon on Milwaukee... she changed. Yesterday she was extremely rude to my dad, and disregarded her request of what she needed. Furthermore, she instructed her to sit down, not allowing her to select her color. What is your problem, Cindy? The customer is ALWAYS right. Obviously you’re a very unhappy person. You just lost 2 customers that thought so highly of you. Please change your demeanor. Or whatever you need to do.

This was the first time to Diamond and it was very nice and clean. I was greeted by the female behind the counter. I was seated right away, I didn’t get the lady name but she did a wonderful pedicure. I will return soon for another pedicure.

At first, we were excited about this place for a bachelorette party. They let us make reservations, out balloons on our chairs, and gave us champagne. But... the service was not good. They hurried through the pedicures and manicures. The lady who did my pedicure cut my toe and it is now getting infected. She didn’t even cut my nails evenly. For the manicure, they used a drill and I think drilled too far on my nail bed. My nail feels like it’s going to fall off. She didn’t even ask if I wanted a manicure or just color or what shape I wanted my nails. She assumed I just wanted color and wasn’t even going to cut my cuticles. I had to ask her when she was going to do that part. No lotion or hand massage like most manicures give. She rushed through and was done in about 20 min. My nails were squared and rough and uneven. I had to go home and fix them. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

I’m not one to write reviews for places but I had a strange experience at Diamond. Kim did my nails and she did a great job. I was checking out and gave the guy my student ID and showed the email that had a coupon attachement. He took my phone and was holding on to it for an unusual amount of time, he said the computer was running slow. The coupon in the email has no code that needs to be entered, I know this because I have used them dozens of times before and never have they picked up my phone. When he handed it back to me he had double clicked and reopened the email app, my safari had been opened. As soon as I left I got a notification saying that they had requested me follow me on Instagram. Don’t get me wrong, I support small/local business and am happy to follow them on social media. However, it was clear that he looked through my apps/my phone in the brief time he had it. I will not being going back to Diamond despite the fact that they do a good job on my nails.

I asked for acrylic nails like 4 times. She kept pushing and did her own thing and did gel. I kept saying no she heard me but still kept pushing for gel. I said i dont want gel. I did yellow and that collor is not cute with gel. My nails where very badly shaped and ugly. If im paying and im nice and i leave u a tip i would like to have what im asking for. If not let me go somewhere else where they are okay with doing acrylic nails. I asked for a drink but i didnt get one so i just didnt say anything. My appoint ment was a set time and they still didnt help me still anout 40 min later. I wont go back. For them to choose my service and do poorly at that. I was sad walking out cause i love my nails. Its the one thing i make sure i do for me and dont miss a appointment for. I wont be going back.

The Milk and Honey pedicure was absolutely amazing, so relaxing with great customer service, I enjoyed the great drinks and its well worth the price. I also did a Dip Manicure and it was the best had done yet, so many colors to choose from. I will definitely be going back and recommend this nail salon to everyone in Lbk.

This is by far the worst nail place in lbk Texas. Never seen so disappointed. Paying $65 after they told me it was only going to be $45 for horrible, crooked nails and bloody cuticles. Most unprofessional place I have seen. Workers fighting the entire time and taking it out on my nails. Having me wait 45 minutes just to get my tips cut. Horrible. I will never go here again.

Horrible!! 0 stars if I could. They obviously don’t know what they are doing and I wouldn’t be surprised if they are unlicensed. No one can properly communicate with you and understand so there was a lot of confusion. They lied telling me they can do something and completely say no later it can’t be done as if I didn’t ask from the very beginning and explained what I wanted. Horrible Service!!

My daughter and I went and had a great experience!! Everyone was very friendly and we were there until almost 830pm! They close at 730 and they did not make us feel rushed! They did an AMAZING job! I absolutely love my nails! We will be going back!

Although the place is clean and the staff is friendly, the quality of the gel manicure was awful! I got the holographic finish and it was patchy and looked muddy. And the gel surface wasn’t smooth, but had lots of ridges in it. There are plenty of other salons out there so I will definitely NOT be back!

Alright place, mostly clean. But when I went in today I didn’t feel welcomed. The lady wasn’t very friendly, and when she would hurt me she didn’t even say sorry. It looked like she was having a bad day. But still, you should always greet your customers in a friendly way ... On top of that the lady didn’t leave my nails how I wanted them. She used a completely different color. She left them all bumpy and uneven. I really wasn’t pleased with the nails nor the customer service ... Idk if I would go back.

I thought at first my manicure was fine but a couple of days later my finger kept getting more sore. Then it got so painful I had to go to the doctor. I have a terrible nail infection and having to take antibiotics. The salon started out using a new small buffer sponge but she got flustered by the tiny size and switched to one that was not new. She also reused the nail file. I would be bold enough now to ask any salon to only use new supplies on my hands and feet.

They do what they want not what customer wants. Lady did not take her time and did a terrible job. Mabey it would help if they understood English.

The woman that seemed to be the manager/owner tried to convince my friend to purchase a shellac manicure rather than just polish for about 20 minutes total. It was very uncomfortable that she wouldn’t just respect her decision and give her the manicure she asked for. Finally after that, we both got decent manicures.

I got my nails done and they were messed up, so I went back the next day to get them fixed. I left unhappy because they wanted me to come back another day, but I was already there.They contacted me and offered to do a new set of dip another time and were very kind.

Experience was ok... but I think it was only because of the tech that I got. My boyfriend and I went together and I could tell his tech was a lot more deligent and took her time. For a $50 pedicure I thought it would be a lot better. I’ll try this place again, but hoping that I don’t get the same tech. When I go to a nail salon, I expect for it to look professionally done and better than I would Do it at home, especially for the price.

Wish I could give zero stars! They drilled into my nail bed and I ended up losing my nail! Im going on 10 MONTHS and have now been told my nail bed is PERMANENTLY damaged! It will only grow on one side. The other wont connect so I have a permanent lift on one (always shorter) side that I now have to use antifungal on daily so it wont get infected underneath. Will NEVER go back! It looks pretty inside, but PLEASE avoid this place!
