The customer service here is always wonderful. I had my tires rotated at another place that forgot to reset my tire pressures which leaves a “check tire” light on on my dashboard. I called the place that did the work 2 times over several days and didn’t even get a call back. I brought it to Carroll’s and they fixed it at no charge! Should have gone there in the first place.

I love this place. You get true southern hospitality at Carrolls. Theyre always so down to earth and honest up front, and the work in the back is done quickly and done right. Ive stopped going to the dealership for oil changes/tire rotations and go here instead. Im more than happy to support a local business.

Ive had major brakes work, and just bought 4 new tires from these people. All around good service and friendly counter help goes above and beyond to help you in need. They forgot to tighten a couple of lug nuts on my tire job, but they are only human it happens. Good people there though!

Second time there for tire problems and oil change. These people are there for supporting the customer. Go out of their way to help. Will try to provide alternatives but will strive to give you the best option for you, just not trying to make money off you. Today it was Dennis at the front. Super person to deal with.

I came in for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I saw on the sign outside that they were offering a special on tire rotation and they quickly accommodated to add it to my service. Both people at the front desk were very nice and friendly! 2 of the past places I took my car put the wrong oil in (for a regular focus rather than focus ST), I mentioned this and he took time to make sure the technician knew the correct oil. I was also SO impressed that they took photos of my car and every part they inspected and sent them to me. I have never seen an auto shop do this before! It makes me feel like I can trust them, something that can be difficult in any other auto shop. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Carroll’s Tire & Auto Center. My car needed a new alternator. I called and Mo was so helpful. She took the time to look up the price and provide me with the company they use for towing. My car was ready when they told me it would be. After seeing how great Carroll’s is I will be bring my car there for my oil changes and other maintenance services. Highly recommend!

I had a flat tire called this guy took it in there got to it right away and told me wasnt probably couldnt fix it cuz it was in the sidewall but he still did it right away cuz I was on the side of the road even though he had lots of cars to work on

I went looking for a set of Michelin tires for my wifes SUV. I googled the Holly Springs NC area and called Carrolls Tires, a local Michelin dealer.They offered great customer service and we discussed the various Michelin tires for the best fit from our vehicle. We decided on the Michelin Defender. When informed of the Michelin Winter Sales Promotion, it was a sell. Carrolls Tire was great in social distancing safety measures, and professionally knowledgeable in Michelin tires.

Always pleased with Carroll’s. They’re quick and very reasonable in pricing. Theyre always upfront about cost as well when I’m there, which I greatly appreciate. Even though I’ve recently moved and Carroll’s is further away, I will continue to go to Carroll’s.

My experience with Carrolls Tire & Auto Center was fabulous! The staff are friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. As someone who does not know a lot about cars I felt comfortable asking questions and received answers that I understood. I also felt like they were honest and upfront about pricing for their services. I plan to continue to use Carrolls Tire & Auto Center as my primary mechanic and would defiantly recommend them.

Excellent experiences at this shop. Honest oversight and fair pricing. (I always double check local rates.) Car is always checked in uber-efficiently and text/email alerts let you follow the progress at every step of the way. We have had news tires, brake and engine work. You can actually stand next to your vehicle and visit with the mechanic (or shop owner) as they point to the parts that you are considering replacing, so you can see first-hand what they are recommending. The entire facility is incredibly clean and organized, from the front desk to the back entry door. The lady who runs the front office is very nice, informed and helpful.

The team at Carroll’s is great to work with. I actually write for a number of automotive magazines, and consider myself pretty knowledgeable. I’ve never told them that, but while waiting for my vehicle to be aligned, I see how they deal with customers that aren’t mechanically inclined. They take the time to explain everything and inform the customer instead of just pushing service on them. That’s huge. They are trustworthy and honest. I’d highly recommend them.

I am always so well taken care of. I recently had exhaust work done and roughly a few weeks later my exhaust was loud again. They fit me into their schedule within a few days and had me out the door within roughly 30 minutes since it was just a gasket seal that was faulty. I tried paying them but they refused! They are always so friendly and I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for an affordable alternative to dealer service departments costly shop rates and parts prices!

Update: I have to say that I am disappointed after subsequent visits. I was given an estimate for: new tires (I just put on new ones last fall), an alignment (just had one at Carrolls after getting the new tires), and a new battery (just got a new one less than two years ago). I have not had any battery issues, and a test run the same day at an auto parts store revealed no issues. Carrolls did reach out and offer to make things right, so I appreciate their response and effort.The staff were very friendly and courteous. They began working on my vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. They asked me if I wanted to get my upcoming inspection out of the way. The work took exactly as long as they originally quoted, even with adding in the inspection.

I called at 5 PM to see if they could check my air tire pressure and reset my service light. (They close at 6) they let me come in to check and fill my tires. And then change my sensor because I wasn’t able to later, due to work even though their regular technician was gone. So accommodating and kind. Best customer service ever and great pricing. Definitely returning again and again.

I was very pleased with my experience at Carrolls Tire and Auto. I made an appointment for an inspection and when I arrived, I was immediately greeted and my vehicle inspection was started right away. It took a total of about 30 minutes from start to finish, and I will definitely use them in the future. The only thing that got a little annoying were text messages that I kept receiving after the service that requested feedback on my visit. I felt one request for feedback was sufficient, but I do appreciate their desire to want to get feedback from me about my experience.

My car has been having issues for awhile and they diagnosed it fairly quickly (within hours of dropping it off). They then called me and informed me what was wrong and told me it was gonna be a lot to fix it. I told the man that I was not in a position to pay that much for the repair and he said something very nice. He said “I would see if I can take anything off but I want the repair to be done right the first time.” Even though it is not what I wanted to hear it was the truth. I appreciate their kind, honest, and hardworking staff. Highly recommend to anybody who is having a car issue and is not quite sure how to approach it.

I called Carrolls roughly 3 weeks ago to get an idea on what it would cost me to get a front end leveling kit installed on my truck. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon so the nice lady explained to me that she had to speak to a mechanic and wouldnt be able to get back to me until the following day. She took down all my information and I felt pretty certain that I wouldnt hear from her because, well because thats just how most businesses are nowadays. Low and behold, shortly after 9am the next day she called me with the estimate on cost and approximate time the job would take. I finally got my leveling kit a couple days ago so I called Carrols today to see if they had any time in the next few days to install it for me. If you can bring it in now we will take care of it was the response I got! I took the truck right in and dropped it off. Shortly after drop off I got a text on my phone with a link that let me track the process of the work being done! A couple hours later I received another text that the truck was ready for pick up, followed up immediately by a phone call letting me know the same thing. The cost was exactly what they had quoted me and the truck looks and rides great! Next time I need to take mine or my wifes ride somewhere to have work done, Ill be going to Carrols. I highly recommend you do the same.

I rarely leave Google reviews but had to in this case. This company was so great to work with. They were friendly, valued my time, performed quality work and displayed a depth of knowledge about the issue - plus they had juice boxes and applesauce pouches for kids in their lobby. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and highly recommend their service.

Very professional and friendly front desk, provided comfortable place to wait, with Keurig coffee and recent People magazines! Oil change was only about 20 min wait. Afterwards I received a confirmation message with a summary of my visit, and pics of my car. Sticker in the window is very clear on next oil change, not hand written scribble. I am very happy with this service. Will definitely be going back!

Always a great experience with Carroll’s Tire and Auto, have been going there for 6 years and they can work on anything from a muscle car to a luxury vehicle. I have never met a more honest staff that, at times, have told me that I didn’t need a service that I went in for. I’m pretty hands on and the techs/ mechanics have brought me to the back to ensure I’m fully satisfied with a build. Mo is awesome and runs a tight ship, couldn’t ask for better service!

I had my brakes done today and the staff there was wonderful! I dropped my car off and they gave me a ride home so I could wait in comfort. When they came and picked me up! Everyone there was kind and courteous. They bent over backwards to make me happy. The work they performed on my car was great. I feel very safe.

Ive had multiple repairs done in the shop. While the estimates tend to change, which can be expected, they do invaluable work and offer loaner cars which is a great perk to have when youre in a bind.

Overall a great first time experience with 4 new tires on my wife’s car. I was able to obtain a quote on line, called that morning and they were able to install the tires and a 4 wheel alignment on the same day. There prices were fantastic, lower than tire rack, and the customer service was top notch. I received email updates about the work progress and a phone call when it was complete. I was also able to pay for the work in advance so that I could pick up my car after their closing time. Mo was great as was our entire experience.

Return customer - big job and work was done as quoted and promised. A part which was easily replaced during the course of the estimated work was added for the cost of the part only. Very professional interaction. Progress texts and updates provide insight on status of work. To get this type of service from a local business that relies on the quality of their work to keep customers is an awesome asset for Holly Springs.

All of the staff is very friendly. I generally dealt with Mo, a very upbeat, friendly,no nonsense kind of person. Showed her my quote from a Nissan dealership and mentioned I needed tires and might as well have spark plugs done also, since my car has almost 80,000 miles. I had my exhaust manifold, catalytic converter, spark plugs, injectors, 4 new tires and an alignment replaced for $1300 less than what the dealership wanted not including tires or spark plugs.Carrolls provided me with a loaner vehichle so I wouldnt be sitting in their waiting room, since that is quite a bit of work. I received text updates including pictures of the progress thru out the day which was a nice touch.My 2015 Nissan Versa Note runs like brand new again.My car sounds better, runs better and handles better thanks to Carrolls and most importantly for less money with great Customer Service.I will definitely be back!

Mo (Service Advisor) is very friendly & knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I had four new tires put on with no issues. Once finished I was pleased that my rims were clean with no residual dust as I have seen from other places.

Carrolls is the best! As a single woman and not knowledgeable about cars, I totally trust that they will not take advantage of me. Mo and Tyrone are so personable and willing to help in any way they can. They loaned me a vehicle while mine was being worked on -- I put the emergency brake on and later could NOT get it to release. I called and Tyrone actually came to my house to show me how to release it -- now THATS service!!

I was on my way to another shop for my NC inspection when I passed Carrolls and noticed that there were only a few cars in the parking lot. Im glad I stopped in! I was in and out very quickly, and they were very conscious of social distancing, as well as taking precautions with face masks, gloves and wiping down keys, counter and as added touch..my debit card. I will definitely go back for other work when I have to.

2020: My brakes and were changed out in 20 phenomenal minutes. Though I wouldnt expect that time every visit, I think theres potential to grow and really impress their customer base. I came back later to get a single cross threaded lugnut fixed. Thought I experienced a fluke and they were very nice and fixed the right front tires lugnut for me after some convincing. Found out from an experienced mechanic later that the left tire also had cross threaded lugnuts. Had to remove all five lugnuts from the left tire in order to properly install them. I have photos and paperwork to prove my experience is not made up or of my own doing if requested. I think their most experienced guy went too quick fixing my brakes there. Going from almost dead brake pads to almost no tires due to careless installation of lugnuts doesnt seem right.I know that it doesnt seem typical for this place, but just trust and verify their work on whatever you have them do. It seemed like an honest mistake, but my point is already made.Update February 2021: Still dealing with the lugnuts. Almost replaced every one of them now.- Brandon Chase

We have a 2003 Nissan Xterra that we are giving to a family member. It was in the driveway for months with occasional use. We took the vehicle to Carroll’s because they had serviced it before. Everyone is a friendly professional who works there. There were a few issues that were on our “laundry “ list to check. They kept us informed of all the work that had been completed. Codes detected other issues and those were fixed as well Most work was done in a day. There was only 1 time we took it back due to other codes that had popped up after we brought it home. We think due to the vehicle computer. That was a two day delay for ordering parts and installing them. Mo was very helpful at the front desk, and put me through to speak with my mechanic (David) directly throughout the process. We discussed options and suggestions and priorities--David was very helpful and obliging. Justin Carroll is a family friend and its nice working with honest folks that do a good job, the right way.

Charged me $50 for car air filter that are readily available for $25. Other items seemed cheaper than normal so it all offset I guess.

Carrolls is honestly one of the best auto repair shop Ive ever been to. The staff is always super polite, very knowledgeable, and you never feel like theyre talking down to you or trying to sell you on something you dont need like other places.Mo and Dante are literal angels, they work so hard to keep you updated on everything thats going on and are incredibly flexible with your schedule.Also, their status notifications and in-depth report they send you are so helpful, Ive never had another repair shop do that for me! Ive actually moved to Raleigh since I started using Carrolls but Ill make the drive (or direct my tow truck driver) to Carrolls every time.

I ordered new tires for my truck through their website. Mo answered all of my questions. A tech picked the truck up from my house and brought it back in perfect condition with new tires. They’re a local operation in my neighborhood and I will use them for every service that they offer.

At pickup I was pleasantly surprised to see that my vehicle had been washed as well as the work backed by a warranty (that is covered if out of town with the vehicle as well). I had to drop my car off for some repairs. I was understandably frustrated by the predicament, but the staff was very helpful and understanding. They did everything they could to help me find a rental car. The car was repaired quickly and they worked with me to make sure I was able to pick it up after hours. I would highly recommend taking your car here.

Thought they did an okay job at first with my oil change other than leaving the oil light on. Come to find out that not only did they not change my oil but they also stripped the drain plug making it almost impossible to remove. Will not be returning.
