This is my favorite nail salon in town! The nail techs are always kind even when they are super busy (which is often). I have had to wait about an hour a couple of times I have been here but it is worth it for the quality of service that this business provides. They have gel, dip, and regular polish all in matching colors so you can have dip on your fingers and polish on your toes that completely match! The salon is always spotless also which isn’t something I’ve seen at many other Lubbock nail salons. Don’t let the wait scare you away to a less superior business.

My daughter went to get her nails done for her back to school and the manager yelled at my daughter which shes only 16 years old. I told her to remove them and give her money back. The job was horrible and on top of that my daughter said she didnt even prep her nails with primer or anything just filed and put the nails on they were textured and bumpy and very sloppy.and rushed. I repeat the manager better watch Im not done with her. I will show you what the pictures was and what work they did..I will let yall see what work she did. Terrible place. I love coming here, it’s great for nail maintenance and/or treating yourself. Very clean and professional. They are busy over the weekend or after school hours so it is better to schedule an appointment or plan for it to take a little while if you walk in.

I have gone several times and not had great experiences, but keep going back because it’s close to my house. Not anymore. Today I went to get a pedicure and manicure. I chose the number 57 color for both my toes and fingers. I got my pedicure first and it was a pretty good pedicure. Then I go to get my nails done and the color she brings doesn’t look right. I look at the name on it and it seems to be the same name as the color on my toes and she assures me that it will look the same after she does 3 layers (dip). Ok, fine. After 3 layers she’s like “ah, it’s not the same.” I’m like, it’s ok, I really need to go. But expected at least an apology or small discount. She tells the manager that the colors were not the same and must have been mislabeled. I appreciate that. But the manager says “nothing I can do. It’s the factory’s fault”. Then proceeds to charge me $80. I explicitly asked for a discount and she said, nothing she can do. She said she could put shellac over the dip to match. First, I don’t think that would look good. Second, I really need to go. I’ve already been here for 2 hours. Now, all of this I could have gotten over. But then, she starts to yell at and berate the nail tech that did my nails. It wasn’t her fault and she did everything she could to make it right. I can’t believe this woman would treat her employee this way and not do everything in her power to make a customer happy. Will not be returning. Picture shows my nails. My toes are the true red I asked for and my nails are orange. They are even more orange in person.

Absolutely terrible service. Zero stars if I could. They are RUDE, they rush you, heavily skimp on product, scoot you out with your nails not even being dry. Worst of all- a 3 year old could paint nails better. Try somewhere else.

My mom and I went on a Saturday morning and we were one of the first to come in. We waited for technicians to get there and they rushed very quickly through the pedi and mani’s we got. My nails are already chipped and it had not been 24 hours. My mom’s toes were done very sloppy with polish not cleaned off her toes and her nails chipped the same day. Very disappointed in our service. Definitely not going back to this salon.

I always love going to get my nails done with Helen! Shes nice always makes my nails look amazing! They have been so busy and even though its so busy it never sways thier ability to make me feel great! Plus shes a very good person!

This is a great place for a Pedi. Try to be here before 2 to beat the crowd.

If you go there right when they open you have a chance to get in and out on a timely manner. However last 2 times has been mid afternoon. As you walk in they tell you to wash your hands and sit at a location #. They do not tell you how long the wait is. 1st I waited 30 minutes and walked out. Yesterday I waited an hour and no one came to me. They only had one lady doing pedicures. They took other customers that walked in after me because they may feel they are above the pedicure level. I tip well and I am professional. You can also tell they have their favorites. I will NOT be returning g level.

I went to Coco Nail Lounge for the first time and the service was AMAZING!!! The service was excellent and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality experience.

The first time I went here, my nails (acrylics) turned out incredible in every way. They lasted a month without chipping or breaking, they were beautiful, and I started turning everyone who asked me about them to this place. I loved it. After that, my experiences only went downhill. I have been back 4 times, and never again. The man I had today was VERY rough with me and seemed angry with me the entire time I was in the chair. When he went to cut down the tips, he cut them shorter than I wanted, but the two hands were different lengths. I brought it up and said that I preferred the longer ones, but he just seemed to get angry with me. He said that he cut the second hand to match the first, but they didn’t even match each other. I asked if we could just make the first hand match the length of the second and he refused again, stating that longer costs more. I don’t have an issue paying whatever price it is, as long as my nails are good quality. When he started laying the acrylic, I said that I don’t think it will go well with the colors for the design I chose, as it was too light. I asked if there was a more natural base color and he then got angry again and said I had a whole book to choose from, to choose a new color. I had been upset the entire time, so I just asked if he will take it all off, I’ll pay whatever price I need for the cost of the tips and the time wasted, and he got angry and called his boss (the owner). I tried to explain that I was unhappy and wanted to leave and she began acting very unprofessional and got angry as well. That is not the first time she has raised her voice to me during a visit there. It makes me sick the way they made me feel, I left shaking and crying. Since I am not the only person I know to have had a terrible experience there, I don’t think I will return nor will I share any positive experiences from there.

I usually have good experiences here but today I went to get a new set and I showed her the design I wanted. She began doing them and it was not at all like the photo and not something I would be happy having on my nails for 2 weeks. She tried to tell me it would look better with a top coat but it was just completely wrong. I have never complained about my nails before but I had to ask her to change them and just do something simple. She charged me $20 extra for changing the color even though the design and the colors were completely wrong and it was not my fault. She was also extremely rude to me and I left crying. I wish she just told me she couldn’t do the design because it seemed like she didn’t know how to do it. I ended up paying $90 for nails I didn’t even want. Wish I could go back here but this experience has changed my mind.

Ive been going to Coco since February and have always had positive experiences, besides sometimes having to wait when its busy. Recently I went in for a new set of acrylic white tip. It wasnt too busy but I still was told to wait, no big deal. Someone walked in maybe 5 minutes after me as a walk-in as well and was immediately sat and started to be worked on despite coming in after me. I waited another 15 minutes before I was finally tended to. I told my technician I would like to take off my current set of nails and put on a new set and she clipped my nails down and proceeded to use an acrylic nail and put it under the old nails and forced the old set off. It was pretty painful and I had 2 nails bleed as a result. When it came time to pay, I was charged $5 more than I usually pay I guess to have my old acrylics ripped off? Despite this, I still made sure to leave a tip. My nails are sore today. Definitely a disappointing experience and I will not be back.

Let me just say I never leave reviews but our experience is one that needs to be shared. We decided to give this salon one more try and unfortunately our experience there was bad again. We made an appointment, didn’t make a difference. In fact, they took people that came in after us before we were helped. Made my daughter scrape her own nails from her dipped nails she was having removed which left her hands gross and sticky, cut her and we were totally rushed. They didn’t do a good job. Sad to say we won’t be back nor will we tell our friends to go there either.

I came in with an idea and they made it even better!! Im so happy and I will come back again!! ❤️

First time here and will never go back. Went in for a pedicure and a fill, the pedicure was rushed and didn’t even get to enjoy my time. The “ombré nails” I was supposed to get was very bad quality! My nails are so ugly! Definitely not worth it

I’ve been to this place before and have never had a problem until I went to get 2 of my nails fixed. They had broken just 2 days after I got them done. The lady was rude & not helpful at all. Not to mention my fixed nails are not the same color as my original set. When I asked her about it she deliberately ignored me & continued to treat me like I was incompetent.will not be going back here again .

Dont recommend!! I paid $55 for a fill with gel, which is the price I pay for a full set..I also got the $45 pedi nd didnt receive half the services thats suppose to come with it..No hot stones, no massage, nd no moisturizing lotion, or no foot soak product was put n the water..I spoke to owners nd they knocked off $5 since no hot stones were done..If I get a deluxe pedi there should be a massage done on both feet nd legs..even basic pedis come with a massage..Ive been here before for a pedi nd it was ok nd thought to give them another chance, but this will be the last time I come nd I will once again have to find a new place to go to while Im n town

Worst place ever!! And very unprofessional!! Yelling at a 16 yr old girl cause they messed up her nails and they wanna say nothing wrong with the nails when clearly they didnt look like the picture she showed them!! Then they yell at her like shes the one who messed them up!! I dont know the girl but I was there when it all happened and never in my life have I seen people act they way they acted!! I will not go there again!!

I love Coco nails. They do a great job on my pedicures. Helen is the greatest when it comes to my nails. I definitely recommend them for ur nail salon needs. The shop is always so clean

Best Pedi!!! Ever!!! Well worth visiting! From the moment my daughter and I walked through the door! We were greeted! With a smile!!! Very professional!!! The young lady! That did my pedi!!! From start to finish!!! Very happy!!! With my visit!!! The best part of it!!! Was the massage!!! My legs were sore!!! When i arrived!!! She took the pain away!!!! Glad i went!!!

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve EVER had. She took her time and made sure my nails were perfect from the nail polish to the actual cleaning and cuticle trimming. The pedicure packages are AMAZING and include so much for the price. Definitely will be my new go to!!

Schedule an appointment and still did not get my nails done until an hour and a half later. The past 3 times I have went the prices have been different each time although I get the same thing. Don’t understand why prices aren’t listed on website. Definitely not worth going.

There was not enough seating at all it was like 3 to 1 in seating situation. I have back problems, my friend has RA. It was hot, wasnt offered anything to drink, not even water.The Prices of Products are are not listed. We just had to take their word.After my friend and I had our pedicure, she was not told the nail polish would cost $20.00 more, after Nail polish already applied, they should have told us prior to the Pedicure. Needless to say it cost us $202.00. We were shocked. Will go back, but will be on our A game next time

I went on 2/26/2021 for the first time. I called was told that there were people available to do my nails a (full set) I get there the lady that says “wash your hands first” was friendly at first. I sit down, she comes to I pick out what I wanted, and she gets started. Overall horrible horrible experience/service I will never go back! I got overcharged for what I got literally, she kept giving orders that threw her focus off from my nails, I was rushed the entire time! I’m African-American that speaks for itself literally squeezed more money out of me then I should’ve paid for. Again the girl that says wash your hands that dresses stylish screwed me over without permission‼️They only comment on the reviews that give them good compliments, they don’t care about how wrong they do people so sad!!

So I come here because Jackie is amazing I brought my sister my daughter my niece as I get my pedi done the lady who did my pedi asked me if I wanted shellac 5.00 more I said no she kept at it till I said ok then time to pay now remember this is the mango pedi 35.00 well it went from 35.00 to 55.00 I’m not ugh no it was basic she was like ma’am it’s shellac til then the owner was informed she was like ok I’m srry but that’s 55.00 I said no ma’am I wanted regular color and the lady asked me 5.00 more for shellac well that’s how they work fast paced and she had the lady take off my shellac therefore put color so yes I’ll go their bit with Jackie and owner is just all about hustle and not customer service pretty sad not once apologized or take owner ship of what happened and yet I paid 140.00 for my fmly pedi / mani

If you are looking for a cool design on nails and a classy place, this is the one to go to! I loved how my nails came out just like the picture I showed her and I was going to do something different but she convinced me to try something unique. I get a ton of compliments on my nails and I will be coming back for now on! The only down side was the wait time but it was worth it.

I had to wait a while. There was a child that put a bowl down in front of me. I didnt realize you were supposed to only put your fingertips in it. I had nail polish residue all down my fingers which made my nails ugly. The lady did my nails in a hurry and they look horrid.

They were very welcoming and sweet. They give you all of your options in a convenient and easy layout. I really enjoyed my experience here. Very clean and classy establishment.

I called to get my eyebrows waxed he said no wait i get there i washed my hands as told and sat down for 25 mins and noone said anything to me i didnt even get them done i walked out bad service

Second time giving this nail salon a chance, will never be returning. I got the same nail tech both times and she made both experiences for me uncomfortable. The first time I came in she insisted I do dip (as opposed to polish) and I repeatedly declined. I could tell it irritated her, but I ignored it. Second time coming in the same nail tech did my nails, this time around I pick my color and as shes filing I politely ask for the edges to be filed down a little more. She immediately became defensive and was annoyed at my request. She replied to me and said first of all im not done, second of all ill file them later I just sat without saying a word, never before have I been talked to like that in a nail salon setting. She for sure made my experience the worst it couldve been. I suggest finding a nail salon that has helpful, and kind technicians, not ones that have bad attitudes, are condescending and treat customers like theyre idiots.

Pretty place but me and my friend went and first lemme say she got dips and the lady chose her color for her and was done within 15 minutes leaving her with a color she didn’t want and told her wait here I’ll check on you in a second and never came back and mine are way too thick I’ve never gotten acrylics this thick or this uneven and my nails were painted poorly! Would give no stars if I could

Since my favorite nail salons were closed I came across this one open, called was told they absolutely had availability for 2 people, my teenage daughter and myself, we went in only 3 employees available due to weather...ok understood after 15 minutes nail tech became available I had her take my daughter first I was told a few times the other techs were almost done.... ok no problem except I could visibly tell they were not almost done... alright at least my kid is getting hers done an hour later the other nail tech finished at which point I dont want to stay longer than necessary it was pretty cold inside and I only had a limited time ( just wish theyd been HONEST about their actual availability and wait time when I called) after finishing my daughters nails that somewhat resembled the inspiration photo.... kinda.... I paid (and tipped because regardless an hour and a half of work was done) however once we got home I looked a bit closer and her nails are uneven, bumpy, have tiny clumps in them the shape which was just square is not evenly filed they look like........ well not professionally done. So tomorrow we now have to go back to our salon of choice and pay to have them actually done CORRECTLY. Will NOT ever be going back.

I am sad to write this as I frequent this nail salon often. (2/28/21)Make sure you ask if the plumbing of their pedicure baths are working. I was not informed and not made aware until AFTER I had waited 40 minutes when I was finally escorted to a chair. They began to pour water from the back into the tub, which was filled only two inches! This water was less than luke warm. In future this salon should depend on honesty to allow the customer to decide if that is what they want to experience/ pay for instead of fooling them into paying for subpar services. Total time there: 2 hours.Addendum: this ☝🏻has to be a violation from the health dept and state

I’ve tried this place so many times and just can’t figure out why people like it so much. I took a long break after getting fungus on 2 nails following a full set last January, but decided to try it again today for a shellac manicure.I was seated at a station that was VERY unclean. Given my previous experiences due to their poor hygiene practices, I was nervous to say the least. The table was sticky with visible stains and there was a napkin of eaten sunflower seeds that was laying on my table until it got in the nail techs way AFTER starting the service. This nail salon is another infection waiting to happen and I would encourage them to update their cleaning practices immediately.
