This was my first time visiting The Nail Garden Spa. Its a beautiful salon with a large variety of colors to chose from. I had a 9:30am appointment on a Saturday, which did not start until 30+ minutes late. I understand that running behind can happen, but no one had the common courtesy to communicate with me. I had to ask what was going on and the response from the young lady at the front desk was not one of real concern. The nail tech was nice, but she used no hand cream or massage before polishing. My pedicure was okay, but again, no lotion or massage, and an hour later the polish on my toes isnt smooth and shinny. Nothing special here ladies and gents! It goes without saying that I WILL NOT return to this establishment.

I love the aesthetic of the salon! the receptionist lily was so sweet and professional. She offered me wine and helped me pick a color since she saw me struggling to pick one. I’m very big on customer service and this salon went above and behind with it! Highly recommend.

From the day I visited this place I received great attention from the moment you enter until you leave. But I have to really startle the attention of KAREN, the manicurist with the most professionalism and who knows how to do her job well and takes care of you and gives you advice on what is best for you if you have doubts about what to do to make you look good. Thank you Karen for your professionalism. And to Nail Garden for having it.

I used to love coming to this place, every time I went I had such a great time and I walked out of there very happy. Lately, I have not been happy with how my nails have turned out. Specifically, there is one nail tech in particular, who I believe the owner knows about already, who has really become unprofessional. Her work lately has been very sloppy, refuses to do any nail art even when time is asked for it because she claims its a hassle, and she has cut me and my friend multiple times to the point where it looked incredibly bad and had people tell us to call about it. I dont know what is going on, but until then, I think it is best to start looking for a new place because I refuse to continue to spend my money every 2-3 weeks if Im not going to be as happy when I walk out the door.

I have been coming here for the past months, and I’m truly happy I found this place! They introduced me to dip, and I’m loving it! My nails always look fabulous for a whole month. Gleibys its amazing! I wanted a certain shaped and she was a very good listener and did it exactly how I wanted it. Love this place, everyone’s great💗

Easy to make an appointment, good service over the phone, and they do reminders :) Upon arrival was shown around, helped with color and polish selection, and didnt have to wait around for my service to start. The nail tech knew the products well, made recommendations, worked cleanly and professionally, there were no delays in between the steps, and the results were 10x better than the same service at other quality salons in the area. The pedicure was excellent and thorough and was not rushed to get up and leave right away. Check out was smooth and simple, accurate and was able to book my next appointment in 2 seconds. Aside from all this raving, just the look of the place is gorgeous and just the relaxing and lovely sort of environment in which you would want to get your spa on.Update: Returned yesterday, 2+ weeks later, my dip mani and regular polish pedi were still immaculate and shiny and unchipped to my happy surprise. Amazing, QUALITY products, no thinner used in the polishes, all original OPI straight from the source and fresh (no old flaky polishes here!) Super pleased with the quality of the service provided by Gladys again. So far I am thinking they have a customer for life if this continues! I forgot to make my next appointment so I called 15 minutes after leaving and they even knew who I was and that is just fantastic customer service. Thank you again, highly recommended!!!Update again - I have been back many times. The attention to detail and level of professionalism and exceptional customer service does not waver here. I cant say enough good things about this place nor about Gladys who is just gifted at what she does. Thank you, you have a long time loyal customer in me.

The only feedback I have is that my experience with Karen wasnt pleasant. She had an attitude from the moment she started, no good mornings nothing and a bit passive aggressive, she was rude and also cut my toe in the process. I wouldnt rebook with Karen again. My past experiences with the nail garden have been amazing until yesterdays but one employees attitude and the fact that she cut me wont stop me from going again but I would not rebook with her again

I have been living in the lakes for 20 years + and I have tried many different ones and this place has been the BEST!!! I have gone twice and this was my 2nd time with Karen and WOW WOW WOW!! I am impressed....I did apres both times and pedi.. she is amazing ! the best manicure too!! i lasted almost 4 weeks with no cut cuticles sticking out like usually happens to me ... no nails broken either .. I had gone to 2 different places and my dip broke the next day one by one, no joke ....very pretty place, clean, modern, they offer coffee and wine and they have many choices of colors. they also have a little boutique of jewelry and face masks and oils ... very happy

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years but lately the service has taken a down turn. There’s nothing that irks me more than when a business treats me, a PAYING customer, like they are doing me a favor. Absolutely no consideration for your time. Not only am I disappointed by my wasted Saturday morning but not even an apology for making me wait for an hour before telling me that they would not have the time to complete both of my CONFIRMED services.Got up and left at that point. There’s a nail place in every corner. Nothing special about this one other than the decor. Honestly I couldn’t care less about the decor, I pay $100 every 2 weeks to have a pleasant, relaxing experience and pretty nails. Will not be back.

I love this place, I love how beautiful it is. The owner is amazing and her taste is incredible, but the girls working here are completely unprofessional to say the least. Ledy is horrible. She didnt file my nails right, super sloppy with the painting of the nails and didnt even take the time to finish them right. One of the things that I hate every time I go and to hear them talk about about their problems and give their opinions about politics. You go to a beauty salon to relax and enjoy that time for yourself not hear the stuff they talk about.

I LOVE this place. I was going somewhere else in pines but wanted something closer to home. They are appointment only which is great. Youre never sitting there waiting for long and youre always attended to in a professional manner. My first time there was with Raisa. Shes over in the back room and is AMAZING. She does the best job and is very friendly. Needless to say shes my go to girl from now on.

I have been coming here for a few years on and off and recently this place has made a change for the worst. The last 6-7 appts I made, I received a call about either coming in an hour or 2 early, to come in an hour or 2 late, or to cancel/reschedule my appt altogether. I make these appt and usually count on them for events, etc. and every single time there is an issue where they are bouncing my appt around because no one can take me. (My Appts are ALWAYS booked with time). They don’t respect your time at all and I’m pretty tired of depending on my appt and being cancelled on last min because the tech “doesn’t have time for me” or didn’t show up or whatever. Not planning on going back.

There are dividers throughout which makes one feel safer. The staff is professional and friendly. The decor is lovely with calm colors and a contemporary style. Highly recommend

This place is great, the staff, the environment, decoration, customer service A+++. Professionalism undeniable.

Made an appointment at 4pm. Arrived at 3:50. Waited 40 MINUTES until I lost my patience and said something to the front desk associate, asking to place me with someone else since my original nail tech was running late. I received ZERO solution other than Im sorry but she just likes to take her time on each client. My thoughts are: THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. At 4:50 as Im still questioning as to why I am still waiting to get my nails done; the tech had STILL not been done with the previous client. I ended up leaving and wasting my time. This isnt the only nail salon to exist. If they think they can treat clients that matter than I dont see the Nail Garden flourishing very well in the future.- Very unprofessional- Wasted my time- Unwilling to provide service recovery- Go somewhere else for a timely serviceLost a client for good!!

I got acrylics and they didnt cut my real nails, all of them were uneven and my nail jus broke including my real nail since one of the ladies did a horrible horrible job. I even asked arent u supposed to cut my nails she just goes no. never coming here again.

First and last time I ever book an appointment at this nail salon! The place is very aesthetically pleasing, but the customer service does not match it whatsoever. I got a dip manicure and pedicure which I was to get charged $67 for but when I go to pay the lady tells me it’s $78. I asked why they were charging me such a ridiculous amount of money, and the nail lady said it was because they charge extra for cutting cuticles (which was by far the worst and most painful cuticle cutting experience I’ve had, she cut me several times), instead of just telling me beforehand. I explained the situation to the receptionist ‘Carol’, she was super unprofessional about it and had no customer skills to say the least.Never again! Thank you.

Very clean, the staff is very nice. It can be a bit pricey however I am always happy with my results. I dont have a specific go to nail tech. The schedule gets full rather quickly so I try to book in advance or just choose first available. The girl who does the waxing is pretty amazing her appointments are separate from the nail salon though.

The receptionist is incredibly unprofessional. She doesn’t offer a resolution to any problem. She’s very smug, never a pleasant experience. I confirmed an appointment I had scheduled a MONTH in advance and she chose to argue with me when THEIR system glitched. I have a confirmation screenshot on my phone and she still chose to ignore it.

I just called to make an appointment for my husband and I. Without checking the schedule or even pretending to, the receptionist said they were booked for the month. In shock that a nail salon would be booked for the entire rest of the month I said you are booked for the month? Her snarky remarks was yes!, December! Needless to say, they lost a potential weekly customer and my husbands business as well.

Although the tech that did my nails for this year was great and the previous one for almost 2 years too. I have been going to this place for 3 years passing between 75 and 95 dollars per visit and at least 5 times a year I have issues with the girl in the front. Monica, has canceled my appointments that are scheduled for the entire year on multiple occasions. She is rude and vindictive and apparently the owner values that behavior more than a loyal, customer. I dont suggest anyone gets tied up to this place, id youre like me and do not like to change techs and bounce around or have to chase appointments go somewhere else. Youre better off. I prefer to be valued and treated accordingly than to recommend you torturing yourself. Two weeks with 2 broken nails waiting because no appointments are ever available unless you schedule like I do a year in advance. The front desk girl Monica, will do as she pleases and leave you in the air in the last minute. The last time she did it the tech defended me but this time its been an issue until she finally got her way. Im fed up. Even loyalty has its final draw.

My nail tech Julie is great, professional super sweet. I enjoy my time with her and my are beautiful and last over 2 weeks. Highly recommended.

I come here all the time and I made an appointment for dip color change and I forgot to click with dip removal. It has never been an issue the previous times that I have booked and didn’t clock the one with dip removal and they’ve always helped me. This time I made an appointment with Sophia for 6pm and I came 15 minutes earlier because I had dip on my nails and she told the girl in the front to tell me that she couldn’t help me and could only do regular manicure. I don’t know who the girl in the front was, it wasn’t the same one that is always there that she knows who I am. She was removing nail polish from her own nails. When I got there she still wasn’t done with the client that was there before me. So in reality my appointment wasn’t going to start right at 6pm. I didn’t get there late either and I don’t understand why she didn’t have time. The 15 minutes that I sat there, she could’ve started with my dip removal. I had to leave because no one could help me, it’s ridiculous. I am sure that it was because I was her last client and she just simply didn’t want to help me.

I cant imagine someone having a bad experience here. The decor is clean, calming, and really contributes to the over pamper me atmosphere. Although I couldnt speak Spanish, and Violeta couldnt speak English - she gave me the BEST pedicure I have ever had. She was sweet, gentle, and knew how to do her job. The prices are affordable as well!I just moved down here from MA and I am SO glad I just found my new spot :) Will be back, many times!

I’ve been getting my nails done there only 3 times. The past 2 times haven’t been good. The acrylics came out uneven the first time, and the second time took 2 hours. The process of getting them is rough and painful, which was never the case at other nail salons. The pedicures are ridiculous. The first time I got a pedicure, I had to wait 20 minutes for the lady to finish another customer. Then, the second time I got a pedicure, the girl doing it was so rough, digging into my toes and all she said was “sorry.” Well, now I have a infection from how rough she was with my feet. The only good thing about this salon is how nice it looks.Update: Thanks! i just went to the hospital after days of pain, to be told to take antibiotics and have the pus drained. All because of a careless pedicure by an inexperienced lady.

I gave this establishment a chance to show me what they got. The location is gorgeous and clean. The owner is a wonderful lady but my acrylic nails are not holding up after only 5 days. Their prices are $7 higher than the market so I had high expectations. But the two girls I tried are not up to par or maybe it’s the quality of the powder. I’m very disappointed.

First time visit. Place feels clean and fresh! Everything is white washed. Pros: No acrylic smell. Bonus- Enjoy a glass of wine. Wuth your manipedicure. Add-one- Do the extra sugar scrub. Skin renew and all dull flakiness disappears. Cons. Very cold. Bring a shawl!

This is my first bad review Ive ever written, but I feel so irritated with the horrible customer service Ive received from this place that I feel the need to share my experience so everyone is aware.Ive notice that the regular nail polish on my feet starts coming off very quick, usually my feet nail polish lasts me up to a month looking good. Last time I went was on Saturday (6 days ago) but the next day, Sunday, I noticed part of the polish came off, were talking just 1 day after getting them done, mind you I didnt go to the beach, didnt wear any closed shoes, didnt do anything that would provoke the polish coming off. So today I called and explained look this happened and I did my nails last weekend because this weekend Ill be going on a trip, I have work and school Monday through Thursday so the only time I have is Friday afternoon after I get out of work, its just 3 nails that have parts of the polish off but its something you can notice and I paid $63 plus tip, this shouldnt be happening, and if it wasnt for the fact that Im going on this trip I wouldnt really care, its not even going to take 10 min, please I was begging for only 10 minutes or less to fix just 3 nails, and all the receptionist said was oh no unfortunately everyone is booked, but then she said Ill call you back in an hour an hour and half went by and she didnt call so I called back and she says Im still trying to find someone Ill call you right back another hour passed by and I called again, another receptionist answered I said Im the one who called earlier and she goes you didnt talk to me but the other girl told me and unfortunately theres no one available so I tell her its just 3 nails its not going to take long, its just for it not to look so bad, and she kept saying no then I said ok then cancel all my appointments (I had appointments booked until November, I always go to all my appointments and always on time) and she goes like ok no problem, Ill cancel the appointments dont worry. like wow what a great way to care for your customers.The owner there seems to be nice and she is very strict with how the employees work, if she would know what happened, she would definitely make 5 min out of somewhere to fix 3 nails that the polish was coming off the next day, was absolutely not my fault and I paid for it. Ive recommended a lot of people to this place, I guess not anymore.

Ive had my last straw with this place because I started coming in March of this year because a friend recommended me to go here and it was going good so far but then I started noticing that they start changing my appointments time to earlier or later and the reason I chose a specific time and I chose it in advance its because of my work schedule but they didnt care and they would squeeze people or their friends in knowing that I have made my reservation with this place for this time for A reason and they did not value it and today they move my appointment 15 minutes later and I said OK thats fine because I am coming from work and when I get there at 2:15 PM they told me they were running a little late and Im guessing a little late means 15 minutes 20 minutes the most but instead I was waiting a whole hour just to be attended for pedicure. And I told the lady something because no one checked on me to see if I needed something like a cup of water or coffee or something and apologize several times nothing. And when I told the lady in the front that Im going to leave because Ive been waiting here she said OK Ill sit you down right now please dont leave Ill go ahead and run the water for you while youre waiting for her if she is almost done I promise and Im like OK if I sit down thats fine but I have somewhere to go and she sat me down and took off my nail polish and put me in water and next thing you know Im waiting 15 more minutes to be seen and she wasnt even done while my nail lady was over there laughing and talking and taking her sweet time and I decided to just get up dry my feet and I told the lady in the front you know what I am just going to leave because this is stupid that I am waiting here for over an hour for someone just to do my feet while shes over there talking and I know what it is to be a customer service because Ive been in for a while and I work at a doctors office and I know what it is sweet but I lease I offered the patients water and I apologize I had conversations with them I try to rush things but no one even thought about my time so I am going to leave and Im going to look for another place because the nail place that I used to go before never made me wait this long only 5-10 minutes and thats it. The customer service here is not great and they dont even ask how you are doing or if you need a couple water or attend you very well. I am never going back to this place it is so sad for a place that looks so nice and elegant and professional when the staff doesnt even turn not to be like that

The prices are extremely high and not worth the price at all. Sure, the decor is cute and trendy but it is not worth the hassle. My mother and I had matching appointments at the same time for Mothers Day and she was taken in before I was and I had to wait 1 hour after my appointment. Horrible experience, receptionist saw me sitting on the couch upset and she just kept looking away and would not make eye contact. Ive been back a couple times since and still service is bad. I do not reccomend.

Beautiful and relaxing place. They give wine coffee some sweet treats on special days and are always prepared for the next festive holiday with the newest nail collections ! Miami’s best!

From first impression, the customer service sucks.I was really looking forward to trying this new nailplace because of their IG pictures, i fell inlove with their work.I went on their website to check prices but I wasn’t quite sure because it was unclear to me. So I dm’d them to simply ask how much was a refill for dip and their response was “click the website on the bio” instead of just answering my question right then and there. I then said how I checked already and was unsure so i wanted to double check, and I was left on read shortly after that.I called asking the same question and the woman tells me “check our website”. Useless.I ended up finding another salon with the same services and type of work, who answered my question(s) right away, so I went to them.

I was on the phone for 20 minutes waiting to schedule an appointment. The lady said to give her a minute, but a minute turned to 20. There is only one really good nail artist there, and its Liza but shes always booked.

If I could give no stars, that would be the case. I never even had a chance to experience getting my nails done because the girl who coordinates appointments is so damn incompetent. I called to book an appointment for first thing Friday morning, for a manicure. Before even checking the schedule, the girl was already saying um uh no, I dont think I have anything...seriously just check your books and then give an answer. She eventually said that she did have an opening for 9:30am and I was ready to take it... unfortunately the service that she provided me in continuing to take my information was so terrible that I just had to tell her to forget the whole thing and cancel. The first priority of any business should be customer service and unfortunately this nail salon does not have it!!!

Experienced the worst and most stressful time while having a mani and pedi with Gladys. My whole time while having my manicure, she was complaining of having late appointments and could not be staying over 7pm. She was very unprofessional and rude. I felt the need of writing this review, to prevent client’s or clientele of having the same awful experience as I have.

Ive been going here for over a year now and there are many things I love. My nail lady Liza is the best! The environment is truly like of a spa. Incredibly relaxing and chic feel. I also like the selection of colors and scrubs. Now 2 things I wish were improved, first the pedicure. Ive had pedis from different nail techs and there just okay. I really wished they buffed more did more of what id call a cuban lady pedi that sounded stereotypical but you know what I mean ladies. The thing is that Ive realized its not the nail techs fault its there time restrictions and strict schedule they need to stick to. Next, I really wished they had more emphasis on nail art or at least didnt charge $5 per holographic nail. Overall im going to continue going for my relaxing me time and amazing manicure. But every so often i do go to a Cuban lady for a real pedicure.Okay Im back 2 weeks later to update my review. My last pedicure was amazing. I had no complaints at all. Im going back this weekend with high hopes 🤞.I do love TNG! Hope my initial review was not too harsh. I did forget to mention how much I love the online booking system. The ease of booking is worth so much to me! Thank you for that TNG!

Excellent Customer Service and Very Welcoming

Tried the salon out after going to get my eyebrows done with Mely (she is amazing, btw). I had a great experience there. I got a gel mani and deluxe pedicure with a Violeta. She is great and is so, so sweet. My mani and pedi lasted two full weeks which is amazing to me because I make cakes for a living and amConstantly washing my hands. My second time was with Lisandra which is just is good and then the third time I was booked with Liza. She is FANTASTIC! I got hooked and have been coming back for her ever since.The salon is gorgeous, well maintained, super clean and extremely relaxing. All the nail techs are super sweet and so is the owner, Olga.I highly recommend this salon. 💞
